Hello fellow folks! I don't know when there will be an actual new update for the "It Takes Two" AU I've made.

Yeah sure, there was that 3D model I made but that wasn't even an official thing. So, sense I've been kind of slow with updates, I'll tell you all some of the lore with the storyline. I'm still writing the story, some things might change later on.

I bet some of you guys were wondering why is Julie "Rose" in the AU. Of course, Julie haves a strong bond with both of them and It make sense why she's trying to help them love each other once again. Also, I seen some fans make little comics about how Eddie and Frank liked each other in the first place, Julie was the one who got them together in some cases. I wanted to add that into the story, that's why she's sad about them divorcing. Now that they are ending their relationship, Julie feels helpless by the fact that she didn't try to prevent this from happening. Plus, Julie feels like she was the cause of it. When Frank and Eddie argue, sometimes she over hears them and it sounds like they are indeed "blaming her." Julie wanted to run away and go back to her childhood home, she tried to leave cause the neighborhood brought back so many memories of her and them. Guilt ate her up inside so she left Frank and Eddie behind, hoping that they can solve it by themselves since she wasn't much of a help at all.

That's why I wanted to go with the "Alternate Ending" route, to show how Julie actually feels deep down inside. To show Frank and Eddie's hatred for each other, by making their anger into something that symbolizes an existing thing other than it just being an emotion.

I been having a bit of trouble with the ending for the story. I still want to do the "Alternate Ending" but then again, I want to do the original ending because it's too sweet to give it up. I'll just have to see about that. I was thinking about cutting out the original ending because some of the story elements doesn't really fit "Welcome Home" in general, I'm still sticking to the logic of "Welcome Home" while sticking with the story for "It Takes Two." The whole level with May finding back her passion with singing didn't quite work with Frank as a character. Sure he does sing, but I don't think it can be a passion of his. He also sings with the others too, so there's nothing really unique with that ability cause everyone does that in the neighborhood. I know that Julie, Frank and Eddie does gardening and that's something that is common in the area. But I think it can be their own thing that makes a difference for the rest of the cast, since they love doing it and they seem to be the only ones who does it.

Workshop 9: The Hand

This workshop explored hand drawn illustrations in motion graphics. We learned how to make 3 frame image boils, which meant making an illustration, and tracing over it twice more to produce 3 images to work with. These images would then be repeated through a 10 second video to give an animated look.

Roobarb Intro Theme (1974)

Upon being given this task, I immediately thought of the show Roobarb and Custard which I had watched a lot in my childhood. It used a very rough style of boil animation, hand drawn on paper with markers.

Its a very simplistic animation, according to Coruba, the artist and writer was tired of slick animations that were around at the time, and created the rough, wobbly and bouncy animation that fans grew to love. I wanted to use a similar style in my own work as it has been such a loved show for myself growing up.

We were tasked with bringing in our 3 drawings, which I decided to do on my tablet so that it would be as HD as possible. I could even get it to work beautifully using a pencil brush from Procreate. I decided to draw a little cartoon fat cat because it was simple enough to animate and redraw, but is also very cute and appealing to a wide range of audiences.

We learned how to import image loops and alter the speed, create effects, generate strokes and masking techniques. For my image boil I decided to slow down the loop by half its original speed, and that gave it a really nice boiling look.

We also learned about adding a stroke effect to give the illusion that the image is being drawn in the video. I didn't want to add too many fancy effects to my video so I thought that this would be perfect, and gave it a shot.

My first try, I used the pen tool around the outline and then zig-zagged across the rest of the image to get the rest of the detail in. This didn't work too well and I was left with uneven gaps in my illustration.

I tried again, trying a steady zig-zag across the entire piece from one corner to another, however upon completion I realised that it just looked like a shutter effect had been added when a lot more effort had gone into it than that, and I wanted to show it. So I scrapped that attempt and tried one last time.

This time, I understood how the tool really worked and used this to go over each drawn line in a methodical way, going round the illustration. I think it worked well this time, focusing on the outline first and adding the details at the end.

I really enjoyed this style of animation as it allowed me to use my illustrative skills a little, which is my favourite way of being creative. I kept my animation simple with only the stroke effect, which I think worked well for my piece.

Hey I'm back again after so long, now to anyone who follows me on tumblr would expect me to draw one of my division agents, but they all fucking suck, seriously everytime i try to redraw them, they don't match at all.

The poses i use for them are either to big or small and get very frustrated, i throw them away and try again. Even if i get pose right, my main problem is the arm lengths, legs, and the torso, i also get the body armors to match the chest area.

Enough of that now, time to met the second oldest agent in atlis squad.

Backstory: North korean born, kai ling had a very traumatic childhood while growing up in kaesong, north korea because of his family. His parents were military officers for the north korean army, and were neglectful towards kai ling, often casting him aside and favored his siblings. He was used as a scapegoat by his siblings whenever they vandalize their house or breaking expensive items that were brought by their parent's "political friends"

His parent's treatment toward him gotten worse as his mother would slap him and shove him in a cramped, isolated room for three days for the mess that was not caused by him, but by his siblings. His father would put him in "Disciplinary classes" with others soldiers and not returned for a week to take him home. Kai ling growing tired of his family's cruelty planned to defect from not just him family, but from the county.

2 weeks of enduring his family's treatment, kai ling gathered what he needed to leave his home and had managed to sneak pass the gaurds around his family's household before running towards a nearby forest.

After hours of running, kai ling stumbled near a secret community of north korean residents, who plan to leave the country. He was accepted into the community and soon met chul kyung(vigil) and the rest of his family. Kai ling bonded with chul and his older brother and formed a sibling-like bond, despite chul's stone like personally, soon enough kai ling saw the kyungs as his second family.

A month later, kai ling and the community began heading the borders, kai ling grouped with the kyung's as they head toward south korea. Unfortunately, everyone besides kai ling and chul, died during the travel. Kai ling had witness both traumatic and horrifying experiences , chul's older brother drowing, staying at a house for a month in total silence, leaving chul's mother behind in a jungle because she became ill. Tragically, chul's father commited suicide due to the lost of half his family, after they made it past the south korean borders and placed into a asylum later on.

Kai ling was deeply scared from the events, While vigil remained a stone, something kai ling admired.

The two surviving orphans were later adopted by the hwa family, offically making them step-brothers( in this crossover they have a step-sister). While kai ling was overjoyed, he didn't want so show any feeling, out of both admiration and respect for chul and his father. They both add "hwa" as their new surnames.

Their new lives in south korea had some downs, chul had little education in north korea and kai ling was willing to help him out due to him being more educated, they were often considered outsiders by many of their classmates and were bullied for it, mostly chul. Chul didn't really care, as he never showed any emotions, kai ling was angry but never showed it, he wouldn't allow chul to be bullied, so he stood up for him on anyway he can , even taking a few beating for it, his reason for why was" chul had a far traumatic childhood than me, he lost his older brother, his mother, and his father. while he may be stoic and show sights of feelings, he's deeply traumatize by the lost of his real family, i saw them as my family as well but i could never, truly feel what it was like to lost your real biological family."

After graduating high school, the two of them had unique talents that could be help them in service to show pride for the country that gave them a better life. And while despite their brotherly bond, both enlisted in different armed forces. Chul enlisted the ROK navy, while kai ling joined the National police agency(NPA) at age 22 as a police officer. kai ling was later placed into combat police riot control unit, were he made a name for himself due to his obsession with building shield and armor. 2 years later kai ling was handpicked by the special operations unit(SOU) where he made managed to gather 3 strong minerals (such as reinforced alloy, titanium, and Kevlar) to create a retractable ballistic shield which has a build-in machine pistol, he also created cutting-edge body armor made out of Kevlar-lines for his squadmates and himself. Kai ling is an aggressive stone, his relentless fight against terrorism and riots in an a aggressive passion without showing facial expressions made him a legend in the force at a young age.

In 2015, a viral epidemic hit seoul and was placed under quarantine. However, chaos began to spread, numerous riots and deadly attacks happend through Seoul, damaging law enforcement to stop them. After the attacks, kai ling was approached by Agents the strategic homeland division of south korea, offered him a position in the division's security wing section due to his skill for building advance shields and body armor. He accepted their offer and joined the Division and later placed with other Agents as their shield to save what remains in seoul.

A year past and kai ling was deployed to the U.S. and soon placed him in ATLIS squadron, were he met Agent Mason"Raphael" Stewart, team medic and leader, Agent Inias"Firefly" Bronze, Heavy weapons and defense specialist, Agent " Barsk"( Danish: grim), sniper and stealth expert, Agent "Blaze", former cleaner, chemical engineer and fire expert, Agent Helena "Techie" Tanner, mechanical engineer, drones/tech expert, convert ops specialist, and Jake "Niner" Coleson, tech expert, weapon expert, breaching specialist.

Soon apart of team rainbow.

Psychological report: sees the squad as his family, despite their first impressions with each other, is willing to put himself on the frontlines to protect them. He loathes his real biological family and north korea.

Has PTSD of the journey to south korea and fears about water and forests, along with social anxiety.

Like chul, he's stoic, serious, and emotionless, kai ling refuses to show any signs of feelings as he sees them as weakness and disrespect to chul's father, But sometimes fails to keep them hidden.

Kai ling is very protective of his step-brother and will be aggressive towards anyone mocks or hurts him.

He respects most of the shield ops, but doesn't really see fuze as one.

Due to his habit on building various types of shield and body armor, he urges to test out their durability and often putting him self in harms way, getting others use their weapons to test it, in which the impact cause harm.

He has a deep resentment towards Masaru "Echo" Enatsu. Reasons for it are presonal.

Description: short black hair, dark brown eyes, a scar that goes horizontally and vertically across his right check.

Weapons: VBR-13( extended mags)

Glock 19

Gears: full body riot gear( made out reinforced alloy and titanium), kevlar riot vest, Kevlar riot helmet, face mask, holster, knife sheath attached to left shin guard.

Likes: working, playing violin, testing shield and armor, Galbi( south korean dish), his team, dokkaebi.

Dislike/hates: Echo, feelings, neglection, his family( real ones), North Korea.

Personally: anyone outside his team sees him as a serious and stoic person, but with his team, family( foster one), dokkaebi, and even vigil( on some occasions) he's frendly and a bit cheery, also a tsundere towards dokkaebi.

That is 2 out of 7 of my Agents, anyway enjoy.
