I think my favorite scene in Extraordinary Attorney Woo is still the one towards the beginning when Youngwoo has been hanging around / calling Junho all the time to infodump about whales (because he’s one of the only people that doesn’t act annoyed by it) and it starts to become a little too much for him but instead of making her feel bad or withdrawing his permission to talk about it he just asks if they can schedule daily infodump sessions during their lunch hour— a designated Whale Time.

And I think this is the moment I got genuinely attached to this show because I almost never see (or experience) that!! It’s nearly always some vague sort of “can you just talk about it,, less?” that my brain just cannot process because what does that m e a n. Anyway he’s a keeper

Completely irrelevant and probably uninteresting to most (if not all) of you but-

A friend recently gave me a present. I could tell it was a quite large plate under the bubble wrap and I said so, to which she replied “yes, I made it myself”. And as if that wasn’t enough, after very carefully removing the bubble wrap, across the border of the plate, I saw the phrase “I have crossed oceans of time to find you” stamped in a beautiful gothic font. And I swear I almost cried.
