@midnight-moth gave me rain hand and arm thoughts so now im gonna ramble because i can’t stop thinking about this.

rain’s hands are soft. he’s a water ghoul so he runs a bit cooler and his skin stays hydrated (much to the chagrin of the ghoulettes because it’s not fair that princess rain has such naturally beautiful skin and they have to learn how to use skin care products to get somewhere in the ballpark of how rain’s is how the fuck is that even fair) so of course he has soft hands and his forearms are incredibly smooth. it’s so satisfying to just sit there and run your fingertips up and down his forearms and he loves it, loves the feeling of featherlight touches on his skin. and the veins on his hands and arms? oh you could spend hours just touching them, feeling them, running your tongue up and down them. and the sounds and tiny shivers that you can pull from him are absolutely delicious. he’s putty in your hands when you’re able to get him on the sofa, your back against his chest and his arms around you. he could fall asleep like that happily and he definitely whines when you stop, even for a moment.

but his fingers? seven hells his fingers are rough. it’s to be expected from years of playing his bass but somehow the sensation of his rough fingertips gets you every time. it’s not painful, no, it’s…exciting. you love the contrast between the smoothness of his hands, his forearms, and the roughness of his fingers. its almost like high grit sandpaper and it sends chills up your spine whenever he touches you. he loves to lazily run his fingertips up and down your back, your arms, across your stomach. he loves watching your little reactions to his touch and he’s an absolutely merciless tease. he’ll get you all worked up and keep you on edge all day. “oh sweetheart, all of this over these?” and he’ll drag his fingers over your hips, digging in just enough to leave you gasping for air. but when he finally lets you step over that edge you’ve been riding for hours? well, just remember how fast his fingers can move when he plays bass. it doesn’t take him long to have you screaming his name, a satisfied smirk on his face the entire time.
