idk anything about gw2 tbh but that's so fun!!! also if you want to talk about ur au i'd love to hear it ^_^!

I DONT HAVE TOO MUCH ABT THE AU BUT LIKE. SURE I CAN TALK ABT IT. ALSO IM GONNA PUT EVERYTHING UDNER THE CUT BECAUSE IT'LL GET PRETTY LONG

Basically in Guild Wars 2 there's 5 playable races (human, charr, asura, sylvari, and norn), and 9 professions which each have 3 specializations!!

So I just tried to think abt which characters would fit each profession and race y'know?

Like, in example, Phil is really easy. He'd TOTALLY be a Norn (a race of shapeshifters that usually take the form of Really Tall humans, but they can shapeshift to 4 animals: Crow, Snow Lopard, Bear, and Wolf) so in this case I think he'd be a Norn who is blessed by the spirit of the Crow, and also a Necromancer (more specifically a Reaper)

I believe Techno would be a Charr, while they're not pigs like him they got his vibe: they're a race of ferocious warriors who have killed their own gods, in Charr society the one thing that matters is being strong (either physically or mentally) and being useful in battle.

There's 3 selectable charr legions: Ash (which tend to be spies), Iron (who dedicate to mechanisms and weaponry), and Blood (Just plain ol' warriors). Techno fits the Blood legion perfectly. Also there's many examples of Charr and Norn getting along because both races got that similar ideal of being the strongest. So it fits pretty well for a Charr!Techno and Norn!Philza to get along :) also he'd be a Warrior, more specifically a Berserker.

Humans are well...just Humans, y'know? They are devoted to 6 different gods, who are the ones who brought them to Tyria, the world of the game. Though those gods have been long gone and now they've kind of fallen from grace, they have always had a bit of beef with Charr but they attempt to work towards peace.

I think Tubbo and Tommy would both be Humans, probably born in the outskirts of Divinity's Reach (human capital) and have grown up together. Tubbo would be an Engineer, because bombs and mechanic stuffs; while Tommy would either be a Thief with Daredevil specialization (raccooninnit) or just a plain Warrior.

Ranboo is a Sylvari. It's just. Clear. Sylvari are a pretty new race in Tyria, plant people whom are all born from the Pale Tree. Sylvari are not "born" they wake up from a dream with almost all the knowledge they need to live in the world. The first "batch" of Sylvari were called the firstborns, though now most of them are dead. I believe he'd be a Mesmer, since Mesmers do teleportation and well...purple-pink vibes too y'know? I don't know much abt that specific since I never play it but I believe the specialization of Mirage could fit him pretty well.

There's more reasons why Sylvari would fit c!Ranboo. But I'd need to talk about too much in game lore and events for that. Just Trust me on this.

Wilbur is a difficult one. I kind of want him to be human but also like. He's Gotta be a norn since he's supposed to be Phil's son. But I'd say that maybe he's a Norn that was smaller and less skilled physically, he probably would be able to fit in within other Humans that way, maybe him and Phil being apart and communicating thru letters would work if Wilbur was a Norn that moved to a human city, because he felt like he fit better with them. And it'd be there where he'd meet Clingy duo. I am not sure what profession he'd be so I'll just bullshit my way and say he's an engineer too.

And like. Tbh I don't have it very Clear for who the dteam would be. I think c!Dream would be a Sylvari, once again because of In Game Lore Reasons, and his profession would be some kind of Thief or Necromancer.

Sapnap is a Human and an Elementalist. But I do not know enough about Eles to say which specialization he'd be.

George is a Sylvari too...just like. The whole thing abt dreams and also how people relate him to mushrooms. Perhaps a Mesmer with Mirage specialization?

Karl is a human. But he's a Mesmer with Chrono specialization. Oh my god so many mesmers.

And that's like. All I got pfft. You can totallg tell which characters I put more thought into. Wild how there's no Rangers in this lineup since the character I play the most with is a Ranger...actually let's add Ranger to the possible professions for Tommy since he's got that Whole Thing with animals.

Now, a story with this? Idk AT ALL what it could be LMAO. Because my understanding of GW2 lore is very...little. Whenever I make an AU it's mostly me going "this is a cool concept specifically for art related reasons" and I never develop it further than that.

"What are your measurements?" Gil-Galad asked from his desk.

"My measurements?" Elrond replied with a great deal of confusion.

At that, the king looked up with a raised eyebrow. "I was speaking Sindarin, yes?" He asked with a grin.

Elrond flushed a little; while he was getting better, he still had the problem of using phrases that made perfect sense in Quenya, but meant nothing in Sindarin. Just last night, he'd railed at a sargeant only to find Gil-Galad stifling giggles and the sargeant looking more confused than chastised.

"Yes, your Majesty. My apologies. May I ask why they're needed? I believe my uniforms are all in good shape?"

Well, except for the one with the nice green sash. The less said about that, the better.

"Your uniforms are," Gil-Galad confirmed, "but you're about to establish your own lordship. Don't you think something a little less...military would give off a better impression? And stop calling me that- we're in private, it's just Gil-Galad or Erenion."

That was an old argument. Elrond deemed it more prudent to give in (this time, at least) in hopes of reaching the library before it closed. The best scribes worked there, and he needed to dictate several letters.

"Very well, Erenion. And you are correct, my vision for Rivendell is not a military outpost. What would you suggest?"

He sat when the king gestured to a chair, and pulled out a massive book. The king flipped through several pages and turned it to face him. "Pick a few. We'll worry about materials and colors later."

The book held illustrations of elves in various robes, tunics, dresses, and more. He flipped through it helplessly.

During his time with Maglor and Maedhros, he and Elros wore what they were given and dealt with it. As a refugee, they'd done the same. Even now, Elrond didn't really choose his clothes. He either borrowed robes from Erestor- inevitably in black, dark grey, or sometimes very, very dark blue in a cut that would allow fighting and hiding plenty of knives- or asked the castles seamstress if she had something extra around his size.

The king's face seemed to fall a little. "I didn't mean to imply your sense of fashion is in any way lacking, I'm simply trying to do something nice for a friend."

Elrond rushed to correct him. "Oh no, not at all! It is very kind of you, but there are so many choices. Where would I even start?"

The other elf nodded, shoulders losing a little of their tension.

"I would probably start here. These are newer fashions, and I'm fond of the long sleeves."

They settled on three styles, and as Elrond began to rise from his seat, Erenion shook his head. "Now it's time for materials and color. And you're not allowed to pick black! You and Erestor look like crows half the time." He grumbled, and Elrond sighed.

"I don't really care on the colors, but this," Elrond said with a frown at the newest page, "is right out."

"They're lovely!"

"This will be a place for refugees. Wearing a kingdom's worth of jewels on my clothing hardly sets the right tone."

They flipped through several other options; there was embroidery, tulle, beadings, in every material and color, and Elrond was again overwhelmed. He mentally pushed the library visit off until tomorrow and silently wished to return to the rooms he shared with Erestor. At least the older Noldo was quiet.

Erenion, to his credit, seemed to notice something was wrong. "How about this- embroidery, but we skip the tulle," (Elrond had spent several minutes trying to wipe the sensation from his hand), "no jewels, and you decide on to bead or not to bead later."

Elrond thanked him sincerely.

"I'll handle picking some embroidery patterns, and if you'll just tell me what materials you don't want, I'll have those ordered."

No tulle again, wool was fine, velvet was not and he wasn't able to really explain why. Silk was fine as well, and cotton. No, he wouldn't give the velvet a shot, it felt wrong in his teeth.

Colors were both easier and harder. Easier because he had no true preference; Maglor always wore blue, and he liked that. Maedhros always wore red, he liked that too. Yellow was too loud, somehow, but that white was nice enough. Absolutely not on the green- yes, he liked green well enough, but that shade of green was too yellow.

"Give me a month, and we'll have something quite nice for you." Erenion said cheerfully. "Do you want me to send for Erestor to walk you back?"

"I'm sure I will be fine, Erenion." The king raised an eyebrow, and Elrond sighed a little. "Yes, that would be helpful."

It was one of the few rest days Elrond and his kinsman had together, and they were playing a quiet card game. Quiet, because Erestor preferred it after having to argue over what felt like every councilor in Lindon and because Elrond needed it today. It seemed he caught his name being said and immediately the speaker turned away; this wasn't a one time occurrence, but several times this afternoon!

Erestor rose to answer the door when the knock rang out. Elrond knew wo it was very quickly.

"Your Majesty. How might I be of assistance?"

There were a few short exchanges before the King entered their apartment.

The Bonnet Crew Looks & a few more facts about them

(I wanted to make this because I felt like it and wanted to give y'all a better visual how the crew looks like since I can't draw :3)

Stede Bonnet

Bonnet would look like something horrific. So I went with a Wendigo! I thought about making him look like Flint's species but not anymore because I wanted him to be more scary looking.

The reason being because I like tropes where the character looks horrific but has a heart of gold. ((If this man wasn't good I could guarantee that he'd be the most feared pirate in the eitherium.))

- Bonnet was once apart of the military as a soldier. He served for three years and retired after nearly dying from a bomb exploding next to him.

- He had an ex-wife by the name of Mary Allenby. Their marriage was arranged to them by their parents. Bonnet would never admit it but he LOATHED her. Mary was a spoiled woman who would constantly complain and belittle Bonnet about everything. He just bought them a lovely mansion? It should've been a castle, Mary would say. He'd get her lovely gowns and clothing? She'd say she liked none of them but would wear them to tolerate his incompetence. No matter what, Mary was never satisfied. Bonnet would hide his hatred of her in order to save face. He's very happy now that he's no longer with her.

- A bit of NSFW but Bonnet never slept with his ex-wife. He found her so unlikeable that he couldn't even bang her.

- His ship is called the "Revenge"

- Bonnet was always confused about his sexuality. He had an attraction for men ever since he was a teenager but ignored his feelings because his parents had pretty negative views towards anyone that wasn't straight. Now that he's out of their grip, he's thought about exploring himself but doesn't know how to.

Islay is a heloderma which in other words is a gila monster.

They're adorable and fiesty little creatures:33 like Islay herself.

Leonid Gorbachev

Leonid is an ursid who's more buff than he is thicc in comparison to the rest of his species. He has a burn mark on his face from an unknown incident. His left hand is replaced with a mechanical one also from an unknown incident that he refuses to share.

Jayda & Jayden Solace

The first thing that came to my mind when picturing these two was those twins from the shinning xD which is actually one of the inspirations for them!

The solace twins look very similar. So similar in fact, its like someone was looking at their own reflection in a mirror. Sometimes it's hard to tell them apart until you realize one of them is a boy. They have hazel brown hair briaded into a fishtail, teal blue colored eyes, and often wear the same clothing.

- whenever the twins make a prediction, they're very metaphorical and symbolic when it comes to telling the future. They never just say "oh theres gonna be trouble ahead for us." And more like "The crows are flying around us like vultures on an animal carcass. Their getting closer and we must prepare for the pecking." Crows can represent bad luck.

- not a fact but I like to think that the twins see the future because of Davy Jones meddling with them. He's like "lol tell one of that they're gonna slip on a banana peel but be subtle about it"

- their favorite thing to do is stare at each other for long periods of times.

Fleance Bal

Honestly idk how he'd look. All I know is, Fleance would have puffy pink hair tied into a ponytail. His robotic body looks like a combination of feminine and masculine parts. Like broad hips and broad shoulders. Maybe his whole body is also pink?

Cletus Callaway

You know the typical ginger haired, green eyed southern man that will stab you if you insult his sweet tea. He's also heavily built since he's worked on a farm for almost his whole life.

Octavia Oshima

Octavia is a blue ringed octopus and if you known anything about them is that they're highly poisonous.

- Octavia is often discriminated against because of her poisonous genes.

- She'd often wear gloves to make sure she didn't leave anything she touched infected.

- she likes to conduct experiments in order to find more cures for diseases and sicknesses. She even uses a few of the other crewmates to be apart of her experiments.

- Octavia wrote in journals about her adventures and the crewmates on board. She filled up at least eleven journals with her writings.

Noëmie Von Marrietta

Noëmie is a canid and from the treasure planet lore, female canids look like cats. Noëmie is a dark grey fluffy canid. She's much smaller in comparison to the rest of the crewmates. She's the exact same height as Baozhai which should tell you that they're short.

- Noëmie enjoys singing when no one's around. Unfortunately because of her talent at singing beautifully, the others would sneakily listen to her.

Archie Mulligan

A cute and cuddly little red panda for the mischievous Archie Mulligan❤️❤️

I originally wanted to go with a raccoon but went with a red panda instead.

Archie uses his cuteness to steal from people.

vermillion: is your muse courageous, or would they consider themselves to be more of a coward?well. technically not a coward, but in fight or flight situations he would definitely choose to flight as he tries to avoid confrontation as much as possible? if this is not like. physical confrontation related, i’d say he can be very courageous tho? like stepping on a stage to perform or sing in front of a crow and whatnot. that he can do without a doubt and not be afraid of it tho

cadmium yellow: what subjects or topics does your muse avoid, because they bring up harmful / painful memories?i mean. personally not much as he doesnt really have those kind of things? and even if he does, dan is pretty open to talk about his life and stuff thats happened, even if for nothing else than to share things with others to show that hey shit can be fucked up but you’ll survive and come through as a stronger person, you know? as for others, yeah if you tell him you dont like certain topics around them hes completely down to not bring them up for you and thats really that - hes not gonna question you or tease you about it or anything like that. dan just gonna take it as it is and be cool with it

honey: when your muse loves someone (whether it be romantic, platonic, or familial love), how do they show it?he can get very physically affectionate tbh. a lot of hugs and cuddles and hand holding. hes very much into sneaking little kisses on your face if your close enough. if youre not down with pda or are a friend or family, then its using words to tell you how much he likes and cares for you, and getting gifts to people of things he knows you like and stuff that makes him think about you when hes picking it out

chartreuse: if you had to describe your muse with a color, what color would it be and why?bbbbllluuuuue. like, a soft shade of blue. not like baby blue, but. blue. cause its his favorite color and i mean maybe this is a personal thing, but to me blue has never been a “cold” color, and knowing what kind of a soft warm personality dan is. yeah

anise: when it comes to self-care, what does your muse do to take care of themselves? do they take care to spend time on it, or do they feel they don't deserve it?he knows his self-worth, thats for sure. tho hes. really bad at taking care of himself if he has a lot to work on, especially when it comes to thinks hes passionate about? like if dan is in a creating mode its really hard to get him to sit down and chill out even for a hot moment, but outside of that he takes pretty good care of himself - doesnt put himself in situations he doesnt like and that get him stressed, actually eats pretty well and gets a decent amount of sleep too, spends time with friends and whatnot

new leaf: what message would your muse send to their past self, if any?mostly he would tell his younger self that things are going to be alright and get better, no matter how things seems to look like now (see ‘danny dont you know’ for example lol)

moss: how easily does your muse adapt to any new situations they're thrust into?hes pretty fast to adapt to new things, honestly. he gets along with people really well as long as they arent straight up assholes, and he loves to get to know new people and places all the time so being thrown into new stuff isnt scary or uncomfortable to him pretty much at all

silk: does your muse care about appearances much? do they spend a lot of time on their own appearance, or do they just go with the flow each day?oh he doesnt really care one way or another tbh. hes a tall boi with a crazy hair, its already hard enough for him to find fitting clothes and keep his hair in some sort of order, he doesnt need to stress about anything else lol. as for others, he doesnt really care either as long as. you dont smell awful tbh. hygiene is the one thing that he cares about honestly

sanguine: does your muse typically have an optimistic, pessimistic, or some middle ground outlook on life?hes an optimist for sure. sure like everyone he has low days, but even then hes trying to keep the outlook on life as positive as possible, no matter what

atoll: if your muse could go anywhere, without any restrictions whatsoever, where would they go? why would they go there?..i just high key wanna say to visit his grandma cause we all know how much he loves her mmmm. probably some other places too, but as far as im concerned, dan is just mostly content being anywhere he is or going or anything as long as he has people he loves around him tho

cool grey: if your muse could ensure one thing for certain in their future to come, what would it be?a stable music career tbh. and/or having people he cares about and who care for him around him

black: does your muse have a 'bucket list?' list some things your muse wants to accomplish before they die.im sure he does, dan is the kind of a person who would like to have some kind of goals in mind for life mmm. well, again with the music career tbh cause thats. kinda obvious. he probably would want to visit as many places in the world too. have like so many dogs. know that he has made someone happy in their day to day life, no matter in what way or who they are. stuff like that ~
