tonight’s Wilderness Skills Mood: being mad that I don’t fuckin know how to fish

#here's why it makes me mad: I learned how to fish when I was 4 #used to go fishing with my best friend as a little kid #and with my ex #AND YET. ALL I know is how to bait a hook and cast a line and what a perch is #do I know WHERE to cast a line? do I know how deep to set my hook/ bobber? do I know ANYTHING about NON bobber-based fishing?? no! #what the FUCK is a TROUT!! #this is why I never catch anything when I try to go fishing by myself #I know the physical skills of bobber fishing but none of the practical understanding of how to do it successfully #SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TEACH ME!
