Station 19 is rocking with the Maya and Carina storylines and the latest episode of the proof of that.

First of all, I for sure though the shower scene will be their last scene in the episode. But, they decided to address the trauma.

We respect the addressing of issues in this house. Also, I was more happy about the head on the chest and the hug that happened more than the shower scene. Yes, I cried a bit. Yes, I am weird like that.

Also, the way Stefania and Danielle are playing their roles, and showing this raw vulnerability and the way they are given the space to explore themselves to get back to one another is just so special.

I guess the one thing I can confidently hang onto is that Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton are both wonderful actors, and they are going to play the hell out of the material they’ve been given. Whatever happens, I will just be glad that it was them who portrayed Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton. That alone satisfies me. As much as we all like to argue and debate about their respective characterizations, we can’t deny that we have been blessed by two very talented people who have inspired these strong feelings in us. 💚
