I love fandom merch but I dont really like the obvious fandom merch (cos I'm not really a statement person as it is, not because I think it's bad) so for ages I have been wanting something lowkey Stargate related. So when I found @stargatelov3r's ko-fi selling these stargate themed bracelets I thought they were sooo cute and absolutely had to get one

There were lots of colours to choose from but i ended up going with the purple. I just think it's such a nice subtle piece of stargate appreciation and it makes me well happy to see it throughout the day.

Actual travesty that the only model of a cigarette i can find that is accurately the BLU Spy's is the fucking one that flies out of his mouth after he dies. It literally looks like he picked up this used cigarette off the ground, dusted it off and shoved it in his mouth without even bothering to light it. That's actually what happened. It's like one polygon. The RED Spy has like 50 different models for his shitty chesterfield cigarettes but the BLU Spy can only settle for pawning one off a corpse, I guess that's what he gets for smoking sobranies on the battlefield but oml it is so TINY, how can I make him do fancy finger gestures with this awful cigarette?? It's call shell_cigarette because it makes him a shell of his former self, it's so bad but I have to use it because I need to be lore accurate it's literally the only cigarette I can find that has a brown filter damn this man

some tips on what I think would happen if they ran away to Rio (from a Brazilian ;). First Warren would need A LOT of sunscreen. (his skin wouldn't survive our sun), people/strangers would refer to him as “Ruivo” or “Ruivinho”, as an affectionate nickname because redhead is not a common color here. If he tried to speak Spanish at any point to any Brazilian it would be extremely rude and Gordon would have to apologize on his part. Even though they like Rock, they would have to dance Funk at some point as well as try Brigadeiro, a traditional sweet of ours and I think it would be cute if Gordon made it for him.

Oh this rules, thank you so much for this. I genuinely laughed out loud thinking about everyone calling Warren Ruivo/Ruivinho. That is very charming to me. I can also very much imagine Gordon laughing at that and refusing to tell Warren what it means at first.

These two are living in two entirely different genres. Orihime is entering her magical girl era. Renji is stuck in a slow-burn horror-thriller. He is so stressed. Would it kill his substitute to try and fight like she cared about keeping herself in one piece? How long can he keep stringing excuses out? We just don’t know. Meanwhile, Orihime is fighting crime, saving the day, and feeling chuffed that her future-self drawing may be more realistic than anyone ever wanted.

(considering that Orihime has some deep, heretofore unquestioned issues with violence in any form, and also some deep, equally unquestioned issues with the value of her own well-being... the jury is out on how effective any fighting, or ‘staying in one piece’ will be. they’ve got some mountains to climb.)
