Christian and I are having a chill night in, and we spend most of the night laying on our couch with TV on. He gets up into the kitchen to get us some ice cream while I scroll through my Instagram feed on my phone – until I stumble across a video posted by USMNT of Matt Turner and Tim Ream answering a couple of "dad" questions. Just in time, Christian walks back into the living room holding a pint of ice cream and two spoons in his hands.
“Babe, have you seen the video USMNT just posted on Instagram?”
“What video?” He replies.
I show the post to him briefly as he sits back and puts the ice cream and spoons on the table in front of us.
“Oh it’s Matt and Tim! I thought it was another VW video I did!” He laughs. “ I haven’t seen it. Let me have a look.”
“Watch it until the end, I think you’re going to love it.” I suggest as I hand my phone and grab the ice cream.
He watches the short clip and makes some little comments during. He isn’t aware at the moment but from my point of view, excitement is written clearly on his face. There’s no denying he genuinely loves his national teammates (or as he usually calls them: buddies) – he does have some wonderful bonds with most of them.
“Yeah, I can see Joe and Brenden being terrific dads.” He agrees with one of Matt’s answers on the video.
“Wh- Aww, stop it.” Christian slightly blushes when Matt stated Christian would be a great dad and Tim agreed with it. “They’re so nice for saying that.”
“I do love their kids. They’re adorable and sweet!” He excitedly adds. “Also, who doesn’t love to hold babies!?”
“People who don’t like babies, I suppose.” I spontaneously answer him with a mouth full of ice cream – even though he doesn’t ask for one.
“Well, I think they are missing out on one of the best things in the world.” He comments back and it makes me chuckle.
I want to get more reaction from him so I ask him, “Do you think they’re right? That you’re going to be a great dad?”
“Uh…” He pauses. “Do you?”
“Hey, I asked you first!” I jokingly point my finger at him. “Don’t turn it back at me.”
“I mean, I hope I will…” He shyly hesitates. “But I don’t know. I don’t want to sound so cocky...”
“I know you will.” I wink at him.
His face suddenly turns pinkish red but his eyes lighten up so quickly.
“Y/N…”
“Say what you want Chris, but you know I’m right.” I try to convince him.
“Maybe…” Though he sounds unsure, he still agrees with me. “You know, I’m glad you think that way.”
With a spoon still in my mouth, I give him a little smile and nod my head. “Mmhm, you’re most welcome.”
The conversation ends there and we go back to finishing our pint of ice cream - or so I thought.
“You wanna prove it?” He breaks the brief silence.
“Huh.” I think I know what he’s implying but I’m not quite sure. “Prove what?”
“We can make a baby right now and prove I’m capable of being a great dad.” He smirks as he gently grabs my shoulder, pulls me closer then whispers in my ear, “We don’t need to wonder no more…”
Yup. That is exactly what I thought when he said “prove it”. Now it’s my face that turns so red and I nearly choke on my ice cream when he whispered so seductively. Oh, he surely knows how to get me good – what a cheeky man my boyfriend is!
“Christian Mate Pulisic!” I playfully gasp. “You can’t be serious!”
“Do I look like I’m kidding?” He laughs seeing me so visibly flushed. “I am just offering something you and I both want, sweetheart.”
“Why are you so sure I want it?”
“Well, I mean, you literally talked about always wanting to have babies on our first date, didn’t you?” He states. “You can’t deny it. I remember every word you said, Y/N.”
“And I remember I specifically said one day when I’m finally ready, Chris!” I clarify his statement before he continues. “I am totally not there yet.”
“Okay, but you do want babies right? So my offer still stands.” He moves his eyebrows up and down while giving me a cheeky grin.
“Oh…” I cover my face and shake my head. “Of course but not now, babe! Besides, if I get pregnant today, it’ll be like… A teen pregnancy!”
“You’re in your 20s, Y/N!” He cackles at my remark.
“Still! I feel like I’m way too young to have a baby. I’m still one myself!” I jokingly whine.
“My God, Y/N, you are a baby.” He says sarcastically. “I’m just messing with you, my love.”
“I know, Chris, I’m not dumb.”
“Don’t worry, no need to rush, yeah? We can definitely wait.” He kisses my forehead. “‘Cause you’re the only baby mama I want.”

Learn to Love (p.1)
A/N: this is just the first part and I feel like it’s a lot of filler so I’m sorry if it’s not great! I’ve been in a pretty bad mental place recently and I’m trying to stick with writing as much as possible so please bear with me 🖤
Pairing: Rhea x Reader
Warnings: mean-ish Rhea, arguing, one suggestive comment, jealousy
Part two
“Interview starts in 10!” Your producer called to you while you finished getting your makeup done. You gave her a thumbs up and went back to playing on your phone.
“All done, gorgeous,” your makeup artist told you, setting down her brush.
“Thank you so much! You’re a miracle worker,” you chuckled, looking at yourself in the mirror.
“You could say that again,” Rhea scoffed, coming up behind you. Your smile immediately disappeared and was replaced with a scowl.
“I thought you had left already,” you snapped.
“They added an interview last minute. You know, since I’m in such high demand and all,” she said with a smirk. You rolled your eyes and got up from your chair.
“Yeah well so am I, so if you don’t mind I’ll be going now.”
“Trust me, I never mind you leaving,” she said.
To say that the two of you didn’t get along was an understatement. Ever since coming up from NXT, you had a target on your back from most of the women. You never expected to have one from the women’s champion. She knew what it was like to be a rising star so a part of you had hoped she might take you under her wing. All dreams of that were dashed, however, when she started having an attitude toward you. You gave it right back, of course, not wanting anyone to view you as weak.
“Thank you so much for joining us! What you’ve done so far in NXT and now on the RAW Roster is incredible. Some people are saying you’re the next Rhea Ripley. What do you have to say to that?” The interviewer asked.
“I say that Rhea wishes she was the next me,” you scoffed. You saw Rhea watching behind the cameras with anger in her eyes.
“She better watch out, because I’m coming for her throne.”
Rhea left after that, allowing you to finish your interview in peace. You found her not too long after, though, in Vince’s office.
“She’s a spoiled brat! She shouldn’t even be on the roster,” she told him.
“Maybe you should put that title on the line and we can see who really doesn’t belong here,” you snapped.
“You haven’t earned the right to be in the ring with me.”
“Oh what? You expect me to kiss the ground you walk on just cuz you’re the champ? I don’t think so!”
“Enough!” Vince yelled, making the both of you freeze. “The both of you are going to stop acting like children and you’re going to learn to work together. And better yet, you’re gonna learn to love it!”
“I’m sorry, sir,” you mumbled quietly, looking at your shoes.
“You’re gonna do more than say sorry. You’re gonna have a championship match,” he said with a smug smile.
“Sir, with all due respect, I don’t think she should just be handed a title match against me,” Rhea argued. The smile never left his face.
“And who said it was against you, dear? The two of you will be having a title match, but not as opponents- as tag partners.”
“What?” You both yelled.
“You’re going to learn to get along and work together. Frankly, we’re all sick of the back and forth between you. So put that passion toward something better than petty arguments,” he told you. “From now on, you will eat together, sleep together, and train together. You will learn to be a functional, and maybe even successful, team.”
“But-“
“Nope! You’re dismissed. Go work out your new schedules,” he said, waving you both out of the room. You knew there was no arguing with him once he set his mind to something.
You both left the room feeling defeated. How were you going to work with this horrible woman?
“Listen, I don’t know what your training regimen is, but you’re gonna have to kick it up a notch if you want to work with me,” Rhea snapped.
“Let’s get one thing straight, I don’t want to work with you. But since I have to, let’s make this as painless as possible. We can train at the same time, we can stay in the same room, but we don’t have to do anything together.”
You missed the disappointed flicker in Rhea’s eyes but it was quickly masked with frustration.
“And how do you suggest we learn to work with each other then?” She asked.
“I know how you work, you should know how I work, and that’s that. We’re both fantastic in the ring so we shouldn’t have a problem there.”
“Did you just say something nice about me?” She asked with a smirk.
“Don’t get used to it!”
You let out one final huff before storming off. Rhea didn’t bother chasing after you, knowing she’d have to see you again eventually.
Vince was already one step ahead of you, calling the hotel and switching your reservation. You were now roomed with Rhea but you didn’t plan on spending much time around her. She always made you feel second best, and you didn’t want to put up with it.
The hotel you were staying at had a pool, so you figured you’d take advantage and try to relax.
“Hey, I heard the good news!” Someone said, jogging up behind you to catch the elevator.
“You and I have very different definitions of good,” you sighed, turning to face Dominik.
“Well if you’re partnered with Rhea that means you’ll get to hang out with the fam more often,” he said happily. You couldn’t help but soften your scowl. He was like a golden retriever and you knew he had good intentions.
“I don’t think I’ll be around that much, considering we kinda can’t stand each other,” you chuckled.
“She doesn’t hate you, I just don’t think she knows how to express her feelings that well,” he sighed.
“And what feelings would those be?” You asked, actually intrigued. Before he could answer, the elevator door opened and you immediately heard a scoff.
“Just because we’re sharing a room doesn’t mean we have to share our friends too.”
Rhea stormed off the elevator and stood between you and Dom.
“I’m allowed to be friends with whoever I want, but don’t worry I’m not gonna come for your little ‘family’.”
You stepped onto the elevator and quickly pressed the button to close the door. You and Rhea continued to glare at each other until they were closed.
You let your tough demeanor fall once you were alone. When you had arrived from NXT, you wanted to make friends. You so badly wanted to be accepted, but Rhea was making that harder. You’d never admit it, but you were jealous of the close kinship she had with her stable. They seemed like a proper family and part of you craved that- part of you hoped this might be an opportunity to change things. But with every passing interaction with Rhea, those hopes faded away.
You spent as much time as possible at the pool, not wanting to go back to the room. Maybe she would stay with Dom or Damien, avoiding staying in the room with you. When you got back upstairs, you found that you weren’t that lucky.
“Back so soon?” She asked as soon as you walked in the door.
“Have to come back to my room eventually.” You rolled your eyes and went to your back. You didn’t get to see the way Rhea’s eyes traveled your bathing suit-clad body, licking her lips appreciatively.
“Our room, sweetheart,” she reminded you.
“As if I could forget,” you signed. “I’m gonna take a shower.”
“Is that an invite?” She asked with a smirk, her comment making you snort.
“We don’t literally have to do everything together,” you said, a faint smile playing on your lips.
“Worth a shot,” she mumbled, glad the mood had lightened a bit.
She waited until she heard the water start to lay back against the pillows. Maybe this could be bearable, if you guys could put your pride aside and try to get along. That would be easier said than done.
The next morning, Rhea woke up before you and contemplated not waking you. She wanted to get a workout in before the flight and knew Vince would want you to join. But you looked so peaceful sleeping she didn’t want to disturb you. She wouldn’t tell anyone that though, she’d say it’s because she doesn’t want you to join her in the gym.
She figured she could soften the blow if she had a peace offering. So off she went to grab coffee, remembering your specific order to a T.
She got back to the room and was happy to find you still asleep.
“Hey, hey wake up,” she whispered, shaking you gently. “Time to get up.”
“No, it’s not,” you groaned. She shook your iced coffee which made you peek one eye open. “Or yes it is.”
“I figured we’d get a workout in before the flight,” she suggested.
“How’d you remember my order?” You asked, taking a sip.
“I mean it’s pretty simple and you always get the same thing,” she said with a shrug.
“Well thanks, I guess. So uh to the gym then?” You asked. She nodded and headed out, making you promise you’d meet her down there.
You didn’t know where this side of Rhea was coming from but you didn’t mind it. You still kept your guard up, though.
You got ready quickly and made your way down to the gym. Rhea had already started warming up so you stuck to the other side of the gym to do your own thing.
“You came!” Dom said excitedly, jogging over to you.
“Figured I should try to be a team player,” you sighed.
“Well I’m glad you came. I know she is too, even if she won’t admit it,” he whispered, making you look over at Rhea who was already watching.
“I don’t know about that,” you said. He threw an arm around your shoulder and gave you a squeeze.
“I know she’s rough around the edges, but she’ll come around.”
Rhea wasn’t sure what Dom was saying to you but she felt jealousy bubble up inside. She stopped what she was going and went over to the two of you.
“This isn’t social hour, we need to get to work,” she snapped. You scowled at her sudden outburst. You figured she didn’t want you getting close to Dom so you stepped away.
“You can go workout or do whatever, and I’ll just do my own thing,” you said.
“If we’re gonna win, we need to push each other,” she insisted.
“You push my buttons, does that count?” You asked, flashing her an annoying smile.
“Just shut up and workout,” she sighed. Dom gave her a pointed look but she ignored him. He shook his head and walked away, telling you he’d see you later.
You wrapped up your workout early and went back to the room without telling Rhea. You wanted to pack and head to the airport a little early.
“Do you usually skip out of training?” Rhea asked, making you jump when you heard her voice.
“Only when I’m not wanted there.”
“What are you talking about?” She asked, coming over to you.
“I don’t know what I did to make you hate me, but I’m over it. I promise I’m not trying to steal Dom away from you,” you answered. “Is that what the issue is? You think I want your little boyfriend?”
Rhea was taken back by your outburst and really had to think for a minute. Deep down, she knew why she acted the way she did around you. And she was jealous- just not of you. She wasn’t worried you would take Dom away, she just didn’t want anyone to take you away.
“Well I don’t. I promise he’s all yours,” you said, throwing your hands up.
“He’s not my boyfriend; he’s like a brother,” she said.
“Well whatever he is, you can have him. But you can’t isolate me from everyone in the company!”
“I’m not isolating you,” she argued.
“You are! You haven’t welcomed me and you’ve made sure no one else has had the chance! Dom is just trying to be nice to me but it seems like anytime he gets close to me you’re stepping in.”
Her gaze softened and she took a step toward you. You put your hand up to stop her.
“He said you have a hard time expressing your feelings, but you make it very clear you don’t like me so he doesn’t have to defend you anymore. I’ll keep my distance and we’ll just fake our way through the tag match, deal?” You picked up your bag and headed toward the door.
“I don’t dislike you,” Rhea said, too quietly for you to hear as you walked out of the room.
She knew she had messed up and Dom was right, she was horrible at expressing her feelings. The truth was she didn’t know how you made her feel; it was all new to her. You were captivating and intriguing and Rhea wanted more than anything to be close to you and that scared her. So she did the irrational thing and pushed you away; but now she realized just how much damage she had done.
She knew you’d be seated next to her on the flight and made a plan to talk to you basically since you couldn’t escape. She needed to explain her actions, or at least try to.
Rhea didn’t see you at the airport despite you being there before her. She figured you were avoiding her.
The flight began to board and she found her seat, nervously waiting for you to join her.
“I get the window seat? Sweet!” Damian explained, pushing past her.
“That’s your seat?” Rhea asked, clearly confused.
“Yeah well your bestie asked me to switch and after hearing what’s been going on from Dom I agreed,” he answered with a disappointed look.
“Yeah well I wanted to apologize to her but now it looks like that won’t be happening anytime soon,” she frowned.
“She’s a sweet girl and one hell of a wrestler; I think it would be good for you to try and get to know her.”
“Well maybe next time don’t agree to switch seats so I can do that,” she sighed.
“I’m just saying, I think you two could be good for each other,” he said.
“What does that mean?” Rhea asked, her face heating up. Damian just shrugged and gave her a knowing look.
Rhea stood up and looked around the plane, eyes finally landing on you. You were sitting next to Shayna, fully engrossed in whatever she was saying to you.
You finally looked up and caught her gaze. Your lips formed into a tight line and you immediately looked away.
“You okay?” Shayna asked, placing a comforting hand on your arm.
“Yeah, never better,” you said with a soft smile.
Rhea’s heart sank and jealousy began to bubble up inside once again. But she knew she couldn’t interfere. She just had to get through the flight and hope you’d let her explain yourself at the hotel.

I kinda understand “minors don’t interact” and similar things, but one thing I always laugh at is “don’t tag as [thing].” You know — the whole don’t tag posts with the word queer in them as q slur, don’t tag not-inherently-shippy art as ship, don’t tag character posts as kin, etc. First of all, what would you do if someone DOES tag it like that? Call the cops? Second of all, people are gonna tag things however they want, you’re gonna have to deal with that on a website like tumblr.
There’s a similar phenomenon on Twitter where people say “don’t quote retweet”/“don’t private quote retweet” (which is especially funny cuz everyone is gonna see that and go on their private accounts and quote retweet with nonsense to piss you off, lmao)
Like if you’re really SO FUCKING SCARED of your gay post being tagged as #q slur, your Death Note edit being tagged as #Lawlight, your fanart being tagged as #kin, you probably shouldn’t be on the internet. Do you have the right to not view queer as a slur, the right to not ship whatever, the right to not like fictionkin? Of course! But people also have the right to disagree with you and tag your post however the fuck they want. One time I saw someone tag one of my cosplays as [character] faceclaim, and I was a little bit weirded out, but overall it was harmless. I never once considered adding a banner saying not to tag my likeness as a faceclaim, because if I really want to prevent anyone from doing that, the solution will be for me to not show my face online.
Small tangent: When I was younger I used to have a private sideblog that was basically just a venting diary. No one had the password, and, because it was private, my URL wouldn’t show up in the notes if I reblogged something to that blog. Basically, no one knew the blog existed. And I remember sometimes I would see a cool post on my dash, or in tags, and it would be tagged as #dont reblog (this was before tumblr had the option to limit reblogs obviously). And if the post was cool (or edgy, because like I said… vent blog) and I was sad that I “couldn’t” reblog it, I’d reblog it to the side blog, where OP would never know 😭 Rebellious as hell wasn’t I?
That being said — and this might contradict everything I just wrote — I do think people that brag about not reading/not following DNIs are also a bit obnoxious. Not people who just make statements that they don’t read them, but people who make it known how much they hate their existence. It just seems kinda edgelord-y? Idk. Obviously it’s fine to not read them or like them but making it a huge statement is just like…ok? Congratulations? Should we throw you a party? Should we invite Elon Musk?

Ok so I think 11 people isn’t nearly enough to make an interesting story… so… I’m adding some more (plus pictures to show what they look like). I think some of them would be like plus ones, so there’d be a talent vs no talent dynamic
Haruka’s mom as like an Ultimate Caregiver (but she sucks at her job), maybe Haruka could be her plus one?
Yuno’s sugar daddy as the Ultimate CEO (also this is legit the only picture I could find 😭)
Fuuta’s victim as the Ultimate Student or smth idk we don’t really know her. Maybe some sort of gaming or internet ultimate would fit
Rei as the ultimate Amateur Investigator
Shidou’s wife as the Ultimate Florist? That or Ultimate Housewife which… isn’t really a good ultimate. Could be Shidou’s plus one
Mahiru’s Boyfriend has no personality so he would just be a plus one to Mahiru
Kazui’s wife as the ultimate salary woman? Honestly no clue, maybe another plus one situation
Amane’s mom as the Ultimate religious zealot
We don’t know much about the other two’s victims, so I’m just gonna add those two main bully girls of Muu, (Aa and Sayu are their names apparently). Since they were friends at one point, I could see Muu bringing one as a plus one and just paying for one of them being the ultimate lucky student.
For the plot I’d say everyone would come to the prison under different pretenses (like Muu’s gang would think it’s a super prestigious academy, Muu and her bf think it’s a couple’s retreat, Shidou and his wife think it’s a place to get treatment for her, etc.) Then Jackalope reveals the real purpose and traps them in the prison. I’d say a minimum of like three people would have to die per trial for there to be an acceptable amount of survivors.
Some plot things I think would happen, Mikoto probs would die first (just cuz he’s messy). Then after learning the rules Kotoko would murder one or two people she deems evil (maybe Yuno’s Sugar daddy and Amane’s mom or smth), cuz only the first death matters. Then I think she’d do that a couple trials, before someone fakes their death (probably Muu) and gets Kotoko executed. Also I think it’d be interesting if pretty early on Es would be revealed as the Mastermind, and the perspective would switch to Rei. I think for the third trial, like how in the og games there’s a double kill, there’d be a HUGE blood bath that like cuts down all of the just extra space characters.

*Goosebumps (2023) Season 2 Theories
I read that the producers were really interested in expanding the new Goosebumps series’s by adding in the other books, most definitely Night of the Living Dummy ones, and that’s awesome! I mean, think about it, Kanduu said he can unleash more monsters, weeeeeeell what if he meant the monsters from the other books! 🤩It’s the perfect seasonal plot for Season 2! He could unleash all the other monsters and we’d get them all for Season 2! Picture this:
Calling All Creeps!-This can be about Kanduu summoning all the monsters to awaken and them slowly coming alive.
The Girl Who Cried Monster-I wanted Margot to be the one to tell the others about the monsters coming back, but then I thought, maybe Allison should! We barely knew anything about her other than being Isaiah’s jealous girlfriend, so maybe this’ll give her some characterization and become a member of the group finally when she sees there’s more to life than just the social status of high school.
Monster Blood-One fan suggested this when they said that the dupes blood can be the monster blood, but what if it’s the blood of the monster the teens defeat and when they think they won, the blood slowly moves to its next host to possess!?
The Beast from the East-Those creatures (not all the monsters are caused by the monster blood mind you, some are original monsters from the temple that were unleashed) can play that overly complicated game of tag with the teens. Also, for those who read the books, if one of the “dupes” survived, the beasts will let them go as they’re “Level 3” players😉
The Werewolf of Fever Swamp-The monster blood gets on a lone wolf dwelling in a swamp and infects it turning them into a werewolf.
The Scarecrow Walks at Midnight-The monster blood gets ahold of a simple scarecrow that attacks people at midnight.
The Curse of the Mummy's Tomb-The monster blood gets onto to a mummy at an Egyptian exhibit in a museum that awakens it from its sleep.
Phantom of the Auditorium-The monster blood infecting an actor in the schools/town theatre’s play of “The Phantom of the Opera” and kidnapping people to be the only star.
Attack of the Mutant-The monster blood infecting a cosplayer at a comic con into the character from the graphic novel, but they’re evil and delusional to think everyone at the convention is the real deal.
The Abominable Snowman of Pasadena-The monster blood infecting a yeti statue outside of an ice cream parlor in Pasadena the teens were at for a traveling thing.
Vampire Breath-Not an actual vampire in the show per se, but what if a student accidentally created this kind of potion and it’s fumes turned people into blood sucking monsters!?
The Blob That Ate Everyone-The monster blood forming together to create a giant blob that consumes everything.
How to Kill a Monster-After finding out how all these monsters keep showing up, Margot will try to figure out a way to stop it from the spell book she now has. She’ll also use it throughout the season as a guide to look up the monsters and find other spells to repel them.

For the Night of the Living Dummy, these will go deeper into the Kanduu storyline when he now possess Mr.Bratt.
Night of the Living Dummy lll-This’ll pick up right where we left off with Mr.Bratt discovering Kanduu isn’t dead and getting possessed again. Poor guy can’t catch a break!
Slappy's Nightmare-This’ll deal with Kanduu before the war and how his life was growing up in the 19th century and he probably didn’t have a good life judging by that era (dirt poor? abusive parents, no friends, etc.) which got worse by the war.
Bride of the Living Dummy-This one I’m excited about cuz what if Kanduu had a love interest that they forgot about due to obtaining all that power, but then something triggered that memory. Maybe he sees all these happy couples (ex.Margot and Isaiah) and remembers his sweetheart, Mary Ellen! Maybe he’ll try to bring her back by using a doll he bought from a garage sale and going to her grave to say a spell to bring her back!? Or a teacher from the school falls for Mr.Bratt and Kanduu (still possessing him) will use her as the vessel to bring Mary Ellen back!

Color Pallete pls just make up ur minds are you gonna write tsukasa as a silly little goofy man for the funnies who shouldn’t be taken that seriously bcs most of his weird interactions are meant as a joke or as a kid who's loneliness and concern forced him to grow faster and dedicate his life for his family instead of himself and a pretty evident mafuyu parallel because you CANNOT HAVE BOTH
I get that some people don’t like tsukasa angst and feel like it’s just people wanting to see something that’s not there or that it’s just exaggerating but like, you guys. C’mon. All of WxS have pretty sad stuff going on and are not only connected bcs of smiles, but also loneliness.
AND. LIKE. How am I supposed to take him seriously when they literally treat him like a joke?? WxS interactions w him are mostly pretty obviously meant to be humorous, with emu ignoring all he says, nene making fun of him, and rui being rui. Toya’s adoration is also portrayed as a joke a lot of times, and generally kasa is portrayed as a joke; a loud, obnoxious, arrogant kid who does silly poses and embarrasses himself on public and writes silly plays like Romeo battle royale. And it just annoys me cuz we know a lot about him and he’s so much more and yet nothing really changes. And I guess nothing *can* change bcs those are his character traits and like the core of the character. And his sekai. But it also sucks and feels kind of unfair to me that he’s not really allowed to be taken seriously even after all his events.
He’s literally mafuyu’s parallel. Mafuyu was an unwilling marionette of his mother, molding herself and her life around her, even though she convinced herself that she didn’t care about that, about anything, while Kasa almost wanted to be be one, and molded his identity based on what he thought would make others happy (his family, after what he saw on that show), even though in his main story he seemed to have convinced himself that he was doing it for himself. (And eventually remembered that it was for others)
This whole post makes absolutely no sense probably cuz I haven’t rlly organized my thoughts I’m just rambling and so I’m not gonna tag it but. Idk there’s something about how kasa is portrayed that irks me???? And it just doesn’t feel right

I wanted to ask a question: I noticed whenever I see your twitter art and tumblr art even tho it’s the same fan art some of the stuff on tumblr is slightly different like obi-wan/anakin’s face is more structured on tumblr version or slight change of pose or adding new things like obi-wan’s red lingerie in your obi-wan’s history of bras/lingerie while he’s naked on twitter version. Do you purposely change it for tumblr?

My art-style has been mutating through the years since I graduated and nowadays I’ve found a nice balance with this sketchy one I’m currently using (definitely influenced by Mikael Ross, his traditional cartoonish style is a huge inspo for me when i do comics). but I love trying new methods and switching things up every now and then. And yes, the double lineart is intentional!! I like how it gives some dimension and dynamism to the anatomy and makes it feel like animation 💞
And you are very observant!!! Bc I definitely change things in my art when I post them to different sites. part of it is because I’m kind of a perfectionist, and once i post something on twitter i start noticing all the mistakes and tangents and I just know i won’t post it on tumblr until i feel satisfied and fix things or re-do them. on the other hand, tumblr is very strict with the nudity stuff and i keep getting flagged every time i post something slightly suggestive (or maybe someone is reporting me 👀 won’t be the first time tbh) so i gotta tone things down, like adding obi-wan’s red lingerie in that one fanart while on tumblr he’s showing ass and cock HAHAHA. so yep, twitter gets ass and tits while tumblr gets the fixed 2.0 stuff. but in some way i kind of like the idea of posting different things on each site, like little easter eggs 🥰

OK SO APPARENTLY I MISSED POSTING LAST WEEKS CHAPTER??? I mean I was panicking about going on holiday, BUT STILL?? THE FACT THAT I DIDN'T EVEN REALISE. Guys if I don't post feel free to ask me why because 9/10 times it's my dumb adhd ass forgetting cuz she's stressed. But on the bright side - I GOT INTO UNIVERSITY!!! So I'm in a very good mood rn and managed to write this entire chapter in less than an hour. It hasn't been proofread, but I'm gonna have to do that another time. Enjoy! <3

Skreigh (Definition): To utter a harsh abrupt scream (Noun / Origin: Gaelic / Sk·r·ay)
Eventually, Kay lifted her head up. Her grey eyes were rimmed by a crimson red as they blinked up as the two of us, and if you looked closely, you could see a tremble in her hands as they came up to wipe at her face.
Bilbo immediately sped into action, marching over to the bed and swiping the second blanket that laid at the end. Shaking it out of its folds, he draped it over Kay’s shoulders, and I handed over her tea, making sure that the shaking in her limbs didn’t spill the hot liquid down her front. Taking a small sip, she let out a shaky sigh.
“Are you okay?”
Bilbo was the first to break the silence with his question, kneeling down in front of my friend, looking at her with both concern and slight fear.
Kay nodded. Bilbo got up, murmuring something about food helping before he left for what was probably the kitchen. I waited a second before speaking.
“That was so scary.” I whispered, too shocked about the ordeal to take note of my volume.
“I’m fine, really.” Kay croaked, taking another sip of tea.
“Kay, I thought you were dying.” I protested, “What happened?”
She opened her mouth, taking a few seconds to get the words out.
“I wanted to tell Bilbo about where we came from, where our home is and–” She welled up, taking deep breaths to calm herself down as I waited patiently in silence. “My head just started to hurt. Like, worse than the concussion, as if someone stuck knives in both sides of my brain and shimmied them around. And then… I tried again to say something out loud and my throat just closed up.”
I shuffled over next to her, and she leant on me, resting her head on my shoulder as she cradled the tea in her hand.
“I guess I also thought I was dying.”
I tensed up at her words, now scared about what would happen to me if I tried to do anything similar, whilst simultaneously being scared for Kay. Though I was brought back out of my thoughts at the sound of her voice again.
“–It was as if something didn’t want me saying anything.”
I felt the hairs on my neck stand up at those words, and I suddenly got the god-awful feeling – you know – the one where you feel like you’re being watched. But I knew that surely, we couldn’t be, since the only door was closed and the curtains drawn. But that attempted reassurance did nothing to stifle the uneasy sensation that grazed itself along the back of my neck and down the sides of my arms.
“Maybe that something doesn’t want people finding out about us?” I suggested to try and reassure Kay, and also distract myself from that weird feeling. “It could be to protect us.”
“Protect us from what?” She whispered nervously.
“Perhaps from those who… want to use our knowledge to cause harm?”
I felt Kay’s head shift on my shoulder slightly, and I could see the way her brows furrowed in confusion.
“What knowledge? Half the stuff we know is too advanced for them. Like, not to brag, but A-Level Sciences are something they’re a long while away from understanding.”
I nodded in agreement, feeling a small smile appear on my face at the thought of being the smarter one for once. Though all those thoughts were washed away as an answer to Kay’s question came to mind.
“Maybe… knowledge of what is to come?”
Kay froze.
“Shit. You’re right.” She hissed.
A beat passed as more thoughts invaded my mind. One stood out, and I quickly shuffled to sit opposite Kay, facing her.
“We need to find out what day it is.” I blurted.
“Day? I heard Bilbo say what day it was earlier, but it was a weird word…” She mentioned, scratching at her head in thought.
“Can you remember what it was?” I asked, the desperation in my voice crawling through.
“I’m pretty sure it began with an M?” She replied.
I immediately racked my brain, sifting through all the obscure Middle Earth facts I had read over the years. I knew that the Shire had its own calendar, including days of the week. They were the same as our days of the week, but some days had a different name. From what I could recall, Sunday and Monday remained the same, and I could easily remember that Tuesday was Trewsday, due to them both sounding so similar, but the rest were still tucked away, hidden in the confines of my mind that only resurfaced once in a blue moon, and believe me, it is as frustrating as it sounds.
“Mer-something?” She added.
“Mersday!” I half yelled. “I think that means Thursday?”
“I don’t know, you tell me.” She said confused.
I fiddled with the corner of the blanket that was draped over Kay, then twisted towards the door.
“BILBO?!”
A crash was heard, then the rapid slapping of feet on wood, before Bilbo rounded the corner with frantic eyes.
“Yes?!” he gasped.
“What’s the date?” I asked with a smile.
He paused, a deadpan look on his face as he realised no one was dying again, and he straightened up with a heave, in an attempt to retrieve his breath.
“Date?”
We both nodded with a grin, and with an unamused sigh, he answered.
“It’s Mersday, the twenty-ninth of September, if you must know.” He huffed with a shrug, slapping his hands on his legs. “Any other obscure things you wish to know, after almost dying for no reason?”
The two of us looked at each other, and he rolled his eyes with a groan.
“Yes, what?” He asked sarcastically.
“The year?” I said.
He gave us a strange look, as he has done every time we did something out of the ordinary over the last couple days.
“Twentyyy… nine, thirty nine.” He answered slowly.
“Thirty-nine?” I repeated.
“Y-yes.” He said exasperated.
“Ok,” I said as I did the math in my head, before looking back up at Bilbo. “Thank you.”
He nodded slowly, a little unsure about what just went on in the last few minutes, and began turning back towards the door.
“That’s no problem. I’m gonna… make myself a cup of…” He pointed awkwardly at the doorway, “Chamomile. Yep. Chamo – Goodnight.”
He disappeared promptly, and I twisted back towards Kay.
“So it seems that we’re a little early.” I whispered.
“For the…” She made a walking motion with her fingers.
“Journey, yes.” I nodded. “A whole 20 months before Gandalf shows up, if I’m correct.”
Kay grunted in frustration, most likely at the thought of waiting for an entire year and eight months for Gandalf to commence O.D.R – Operation Dwarf Rave, in other words. Or Bag End’s demise, if you will.
Stifling a yawn, I lifted Kay’s arm up to squint at the time on her Hello Kitty watch she had retrieved from her suitcase earlier, to see it was almost midnight. I got to my feet and shuffled over to the door.
“Right, I’m gonna head to bed and attempt to rid my brain of the image of you dying. And you’re gonna sleep until you’re fully energised after all –” I gestured at her, “–that.”
She nodded in agreement, and flopped onto her bed, wrapping her arms around her teddy.
“And no talking about our world.” I said in a mocking strict voice.
Kay rolled her eyes at me, and I ducked through the doorway as a pillow flew in my direction. I yelled goodnight as I made my way back through the house to my room, extinguishing the low burning candles on my way, allowing the darkness to follow me until I reached the glow of Bilbo’s room, who was already watching the doorway as my footsteps neared.
“Is she alright now?” he asked, a slight undertone of worry in his voice.
I nodded. “Yea she’s gone to bed. Still a little shaky, but she’s managed to calm down.”
“Ok.” He said, reassuring himself with a nod, before looking back up at me. “I’ll see you in the morning.”
I smiled as we both bid each other goodnight, and I carried on down the hallway. Ducking under the last archway, I finally made it to my room and closed the door behind me. Taking the last lit candle, I placed it on my bedside as I changed out of my clothes into one of Bilbo’s nightgowns, which acted as more of a shirt for me. Shuffling under the covers, I turned around towards the headboard. Manoeuvring the pillows around, I took some and scrunched them in an out in an attempt to fluff them up. Placing the final one down with a pat, I kept my body facing the head of the bed as a leant over to the candle. Opening my mouth slightly, I prepared to blow out the flame, only to halt in my tracks.
I felt myself freeze in place at the sound of a rustle within the room. Moving only my eyes to the left, I stared in the direction of the noise, which sounded like something heavy being knocked around. It was soon silent again, only the sound of the wind and the faint hoot of a distant owl from outside, along with the roaring of blood from my rapidly beating heart, could be heard.
Slowly but surely, I turned my head, until I was finally able to see the entirety of the dimly lit room. Staring with wide eyes, my sight fell upon the wardrobe in the corner.
Whilst being half the size of my one at home, it was still large enough to hide someone, which was exactly what I was panicking about. As silently as I could, I slipped off the bed, candlestick in hand, along with the small stool from another corner, and I crept towards the tall piece of furniture.
Now, I understand that in horror films, this is exactly how someone gets killed, but I needed my sleep, and I wasn’t going to let some hobbit burglar that wasn’t Bilbo take that away from me.
Pointing the stool legs towards the doors, I placed the candle on the chest of drawers next to the wardrobe, and slowly stretched out my hand.

I know I’ll probably get killed for this but I have a theory why LU is the most popular Link Meet AU.
First off, if an AU is drawn instead of written, it’s going to be more popular, because strong visuals give people more stuff to latch onto. Especially if the art is really cool, colored, and distinctive. Each Link in LU has a distinctive design that makes them visually easy to tell apart and a unique skill-set they bring to the table. I know some folks don’t like that Wind and Four are composites of multiple games which are spread over several canonical centuries, but part of why it works is because the games they encompass have very similar looking Links (I’m sorry Spirit sweetie). Every character wears something that naturally exists in their game, but is visually distinct as “them”. Even Four, who looks the most different from his in-game sprites, is still modeled after the stained glass window from Minish Cap. An outsider to Link Meet AUs but a knowledge of Zelda games (like myself) can easily walk into the AU and say “oh ok that’s the Link from Twilight Princess and that’s the one from Skyward Sword” pretty much at a glance.
But there are lots of really cool well drawn distinctive Link Meet AUs out there, so why is this one doing numbers? I think it’s also because there’s very little extra headcanon attached to the LU boys in the comic itself. Everything about them is pretty closely tailored to their games, from appearance to skills to personalities. The only completely canon relationship in LU iirc is Malon and Time are married and Sky and Sun are dating. Most AUs I see add in some of the artists own flair or ships or identities into the Links, which is great, but it can create a more limited sandbox for others to play in. Like if an AU has RavioLi as canon or it’s definite that Link and his Zelda are related, then people who ship ZeLink can’t put their own spin on things. If you’re adding a gender identity or disability or something to your AU, then people feel uncomfortable trying to change that in fanworks, and may not engage as much because of it. And especially if you have like, a big extra non-game mechanic going on that runs how the Links are meeting that people may be intimidated by. Fandom lives in the ability to adapt and project a little. The more you make “canon” to your AU, the fewer wild ideas people will run off with linked to it.
Another reason, and I say this with all the love in my heart, is that because LU has become so intrinsically linked with the hero titles (ie the game names), some people wanna differentiate by giving their Links different names than Time/Twilight/Wind/etc. Which is totally fine and honestly really fun, but it’s not as immediately identifiable for some as the game names, which can be a barrier. And sure, if you know the lore well enough some are obvious—the one with pink hair is the one from ALttP, the one with a fairy name is probably the OG Link, the one with any sort of body of water referenced is probably Wind Waker—sometimes there are overlaps. Like OoT Link and OG Link could both be called fairy boy. Wind Waker and Link’s Awakening could both be island names. This isn’t insurmountable, but it’s a barrier that LU doesn’t really have.
This ain’t to say other Link Meets AUs aren’t great, cuz they are! I follow a few of them and enjoy them immensely, and several get a lot of engagement! This is just my theory as to why LU has become kinda the Ur example of the Link Meet AU, and why the fandom is so big compared to other options.

Bon Appetit (2023) - Originally didn't have this on my list because it has a meh MDL rating but this tiktok of guy 1 liking girl liking guy 2 like guy 1 is fun
Kiseki: Dear to Me (2023) - I've seen it mentioned sooo many times that I thought I'd give it a try.
The Guest (2018) - I haven't yet liked a supernatural/fantastical kdrama but maybe this will be the one. Also apparently it's a good bromance that starts off antagonistic
Through the Darkness (2022) - Also a thriller investigation with strong bromance
My Perfect Stranger (2023) - Saw this Tiktok and ended up watching a few more and idk, it reminds me of 18 Again somehow with like younger version and family stuff
Twinkling Watermelon (2023) - same reason as above in terms of plot, it's also in the same tiktok, and it seemed to be very popular among the kdramas this year
Lucky My Love (2023) - wanna watch it cuz it's a GL but unfortunately people don't seem too keen on it :/ oh well, I'll keep it on hand for when I'm craving a GL
Death's Game (2023) - Hadn't heard much about it until I saw Pocha Playlist podcast covering it but I didn't listen to that episode. Then I find out that Lee Dohyun plays a (reincarnation) character in it and now I'm like hmm maybe + the rating and reception seems really good on MDL.
Last Twilight - hmmm people have very polarizing opinions on the last ep (both the disability aspect but also the general storytelling aspect), so I'm cautious but people reallllly love the first 9 episodes. Just adding it here in case I wanna see what the hype was about
The Worst of Evil (2023) - It's in a lot of people's 2023 favourites lists and it seems like a show I'd be into based on genre
The Dude in Me (2019) - a movie about an adult in the body of a teenager, found it from this tiktok with 18 Again and Twinkling Watermelon.
Our Beloved Summer (2021) - I had had this on my to-watch list for a while because I like a post-breakup story and people seem to love this show but had taken it off because I kept not watching it and heard some meh opinions but now it's back again because in Twinkling Watermelon tiktoks, this showed up a couple times in the tiktoks or comments bc people were mentioning Yi Chan and this guy as green flags and shows they loved etc
I Hear Your Voice (2013) - a 2013 drama lol but the Eun Gyeol/Se Kyeong tease in Watermelon Sugar made me remember that I kinda wanna watch noona romance sometimes, so this is for that time. + it's like mystery/suspence plot I think
Death's Game Part 2 (2024)
Youth of May (2021) - Obviously I've heard about this because I was looking for Lee Dohyun shows to watch after 18 Again but idk if I'm up for a tragedy :< but yknow he's in the military now, so maybe I'll watch one of his shows a year to tide me over. Thought of it again because I saw this tiktok when going through LDH tiktok tag
The Good Bad Mother (2023) - This was another case of "When will Lee Dohyun finally again star in a show I wanna watch?" But I saw like 2 mins of this edit on youtube of dude being 7 and ahh it's humorous (Ik it's supposed to be really heavy and traumatizing actually so I avoided it but idk if there's some levity as well and it's really beloved w the 8.9 rating and stuff maybe I'll give it a try to see Lee Dohyun - esp as he's in the military rn). After all, it's not like I knew 18 Again was show/concept I love like this
Lesson in Love (2022) - (240129) Sometimes you just want an uncomfortable and gross relationship... student/teacher noona (well jiejie?) romance and the comments talk about a plot twist (i saw the spoiler lol) anyway... might watch. Saw it first in this Certified Noonas Coming Up live. The student is an adult irl, so I'm gonna just pretend it's that in the show too. Also side note but he was also in Red Balloon and apparently his sister is a lesbian.

Overall Impression: First movie of the year! Very, very funny and wacky, thoroughly enjoyed it. Hazel is sooo attractive lol, as is Isabel. Loved Josie being a sweetheart and reluctant to go along with antics except then going in wayyy too hard with the juvie stories lol. PJ was insufferable but like in a good way? like yesss, high school girl who says things before thinking and is an asshole! Also lesbian movies where they kill men is always fun, this time it being an actual funny comedic part. The whole movie was ridiculous and I'm glad.

Overall Impression: In 2019, I binged Brooklyn 99 like 2-3 times and was obsessed with it and then watched some of Andy Samberg's other stuff and added this to the list of things to watch once it comes out a year later and does its festival tours or whatever... anyway it's now 2024 lol but it was fun! A good mix of the romance and interpersonal relationships with the sciency aspects. I was expecting it to focus more on the characters rather than the science or plot and that struck true, though there were definitely a few interesting bits to chew on in terms of worldbuilding. Funny and charming but not life-changing and predictable but not in a bad way.
Rewatch Beyond Evil: Jan 8 - 12, 2024
It's so fun to rewatch because I catch things that I hadn't before, not just about the case but about the different characters and their storylines. Also, all the stuff from 20 years ago that is repeating now which I'm catching onto earlier because I remember things that haven't been revealed in the show yet.
Han Joo Won continues to be way too naive and self-rightous, even if Lee Dongshik really was the killer. His methods are careless and reckless despite trying to seem rational.
Since I'm watching this after a year and it's a show with many storylines, I'm still extremely engaged lol watching this at 1x speed and watching it all when I expected that I'd be skimming through. I also forgot a lot of the smaller stuff and some of the kinda big middle stuff, so it's fun to rediscover them. Ep 7 ending & Ep 8 beginning are a fucking great combo fr even still.

Overall Impression: Started watching because the guy1 likes girl likes guy2 likes guy1 tiktok was funny but not high hopes for the actual show. Skimmed through this so hard, honestly shouldn't have even watched it because it didn't seem too good from my skimming. The main two characters were cute-ish in the first half of the show and the Yoon Seobin surprise cameo for 2 minutes was fun, but meh otherwise. Skimmed even the main couple scenes in the last 2 eps because random fighting and misunderstandings. Not rating it because I skimmed through like 60% of it lmfao

Overall Impression: I'm fucking obsessed with this sort of concept: Parent and child being the same teenage age through some magical concept. It's got a good storyline, hilarious yet touching. I was afraid that they'd make Yi Chan's hearing come back but I'm glad it didn't; it's just something that has to happen to him for no reason the way these things just happen sometimes. The characters were well-crafted and the acting was great. Kinda slow paced, there were certain episodes where I was like nothing really happened, but I guess that's the point of the slice of life aspect in some cases; just watching the characters exist alone and together.I was into the ChCh romance from the get-go and thought they were sooo cute whereas EunEun were a more fun menace pair who I just liked to watch fighting before it gradually became a couple I shipped Very Much. Also, a shoutout to my Se Kyeong (OG, not Eun Yoo) and Chung Ah ship, I can't believe Se Kyeong's first love was her husband instead of Chung Ah. A well-crafted show, good acting, hit some feels and I expect some attachment to it (I'm rewatching and skimming certain parts as I write lol).

I came around to the second and third couple even though if the show was longer or deeper, I might not have. I was bored by the last 2 eps though, so ehhh

The 18 Again characters/actors are haunting me with this fr.

Overall Impression: Firstly, fuck the message of the show. In shows like this, where they treat suicide as a personal, moral failure of selfishness and weakness rather than due to systematic issues in society, mental health struggles, or treating the characters with kindness, it's of utmost importance to just roll your eyes and see the story/acting/etc. Eps 1 to half of 3 were interesting and exciting but in the way of "I'm watching a show with murder and gore and people trying to outsmart each other" rather than about this specific show. The ending is... okay, I guess, expected it. In Part 1, Death just left something to be desired for me and this kinda continued here. Don't think I'll think of this show much (except maybe Lee Dohyun?) and the 2nd part didn't have the excellent pacing of the first one. Not as good as part 1.

Why do you hate managerboy? I’m genuinely curious cuz I stopped listening to the hotel a couple years ago and I didn’t realize how popular that ship had become, I don’t really see the appeal either :o
hii anon thank u for giving me an excuse to complain about how much i dont like managerboy i love doing that LOL.
its mostly because managers and lobby boys relationship in the first three seasons is just very toxic and codependent in a very fucked up way and theres obviously a power imbalance there because lobby boy would do anything for the manager even if he REALLY didnt want to do the thing she asked of him plus in one episode he literally mentions that she would punish him if he did something she didnt like?????? and it just made me uncomfortable to see people ship them.
and at first it wasnt that popular but then season 4 came out and the caveman room episode happened and it got BAD. basically its an episode that mentions and talks a little about lobby boys love for the manager. i liked this episode a lot when i first listened to it but everyone else just went crazy and immediately interpreted it as romantic love and watered it down to aww he has a crush on her so cute and i thought it was a very boring way of looking at it. i even made a whole post talking about it here if u want to read it.
a thing i noticed and i find kinda annoying also is that travis would just add stuff fans came up with or wanted to happen or their headcanons to the podcast and make them canon which i guess most people found fun but that also started to extend into shipping and now the official hotel tumblr tags stuff as managerboy or howner like help me lord. its like they just started pandering to the fandom. but yeah anyway i stopped listening to the podcast halfway through season 4 so i dont know everything that happens after that and tbh i dont care that much.
MAYBE i wouldnt hate it that much if it just happened naturally and after their relationship got some development and not just because fans wanted to see it happen so to make them happy they keep just adding stuff thats supposed to be interpreted as romantic or whatever theyre doing now.

18. Do you title your fics before, during, or after the writing process? How do you come up with titles?
All three!! Titling is actually my favorite part. Usually, they come from song titles, lyrics, or references that I felt either really captured the theme of the characters or the plot. Or sometimes they are the inspiration!! Sometimes they are funny, catchy or sexy in ways I think will bring people in but mostly they are song titles/lyrics haha
Almost all of the angsty Harringrove fics I wrote (13+ i think now) are MGK songs haha 2020-2022 was my all MGK all the time period because he dropped two sick fucking albums in two years and helped me out of more spirals than I can count.

I don't write exclusively smut or angst but almost every single fic I have has hurt/comfort scenes or sex scenes in them. I don't write anything with scat or piss play, just not my thing so i think it would be difficult to write it for me. I don't have usually any hard no’s when it comes to writing. The content I consume is a different answer though. Likely because I have the ability to just not think about the things I don't want to think/write about whereas if I don't check does the dog die.com before a movie I’ll be panicking the whole time I’m gonna be triggered by on screen SA which seems to be a recurring theme in EVERY scary/thriller these days (fuck YOU hollywood)
40. If someone were to make fanart of your work, what fic or scene would you hope to see?
AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Dude any!!!! But i'm also a horny slut so really any of the Hankconvin, steddiegrove, harringrove, parksborn sex scenes are good with me!!
I still have the fan art someone made me for a fic I wrote back in 2013 as my phone background :3 I have since lost touch with them on tumblr but I think about them everyday

I’m a huge re-reader/reconsumer. I will watch the same show 100 times and never get tired of it. Same with the fics I read. I’m a SUCKER for that good good content

Hahahahha yes and no. If its a short fic, I'll usually just reread it before i start adding new content since I jump around between fics CONSTANTLY. If it's a long fic, like the fucking Eden club yes, I have notes because I just don't have the time to go back and reread. My docs are a total mess hahahaha

i don't want to be rude but it is a little uncomfortable seeing jokey violence towards people who happen to share not even your f/os but Other People's. i mean you can't really expect people to be able to keep track of that? like to be totally fair there are hundreds of people in this community?
GRAH hi anon 😭 I wasn’t trying to make anybody uncomfortable hence why I was just joking around and why I didn’t even put what I said in any main tags cuz .. it was just a joke it’s not like I’m actually gonna be mean or actually be violent to anybody who shares f/os!!!
What I was trying to get across in a joking way was that it’s really frustrating when people don’t read or take time to read a dni/somebody’s dni in regards to not sharing. Of course it’s okay to share/not share, but it’s one thing to not respect or keep somebody’s dni in mind and proceeding to interact or reblog with their posts (ex: reblogging somebody’s rb of an f/o and adding romantic sounding comments to said rb because.. people don’t realize we can see the tags of somebody’s reblog).
And of course I get it that people can’t track or keep tabs on who ships with who, but I just felt bad a lot of my friends have been upset or sad over this today/anytime so I just jokingly made that post. It wasn’t meant to make anybody uncomfortable or wasn’t an @ at anybody 😭! Just supposed to be a funny way of being like “I’ve got you!” @ my mutuals. Once again sorry if it made you/anybody uncomfortable!

Almighty Johnsons - Anders Johnson, Ty Johnson

Summary: Ty really doesn't see the point of... anything.
Anders thinks it's pretty obvious.
A/N: Just a quick scene idea I had. ♥
Anders walked into Ty’s house, immediately spotting him laying upside down on his sofa, his head hanging off the seat.
“Well that’s a new pose, hanged man.”
“Beer’s in the fridge,” Ty answered in greeting, looking almost as miserable as he had when married to Eva - not that Anders had been around for the worst of that.
Anders frowned as he walked past him and into the kitchen, then came back with an open beer.
He sat on the chair across from Ty and forced a light tone.
“The whole mortality thing stop being fun?”
“Dawn hates me.”
“Yeah, most women don’t love their stalkers, Ty.”
Ty sighed heavily.
Anders wasn’t wrong; he knew on some level that he wasn’t behaving rationally. He just wanted Dawn back more than anything. He’d literally killed himself to try to find a way to be with her, and it was like the universe was mocking him for daring to try to be happy.
“What’s the point?”
“Of what?”
“Of any of it? Why bother… doing anything? Existing.”
“Well there isn’t one, except… y’know…” Anders trailed off looking down at his beer.
Ty growled in frustration.
“God, it’s always about sex with you. I’m being serious here-”
“No, that’s not what I meant!”
“Then what did you mean?”
“Just, that…” He let out a groan, then gestured. “You know, the point of being alive is just…”
“Just what?”
“Love, you egg!”
Ty scrunched his face up, sitting up as he reeled from the shock of Anders’s answer.
Anders started rambling to explain himself.
“You know, just- doing the shit you like with the people you like. That’s all anything comes down to in the end, eh? Sure with me, that’s sex, cuz that’s what I like doing. But with you it’s- it’s running, and watching sappy films, and-er- baking your fucking cupcakes or what have you.”
Ty stared at Anders with a nearly neutral glare.
“The point of being alive is baking cupcakes.”
Anders leaned in, narrowing his eyes.
“The point is to do the shit you like to do, because that makes you happy. And it makes the people around you happy. Makes the world less of a pile of shit.”
“Anders-”
“I know, it’s sentimental bullshit, but it’s right. That’s all people really want, Ty. Everything- chasing women, chasing money and fame, starting families- it’s all just to do shit you like with people you like.”
“I can’t do the things that make me happy with the people who make me happy, because Dawn doesn’t remember me!”
“So we’ll find a way to make her remember!”
Anders threw his hands up as though it were no big deal.
“Or we’ll get her to forget that you made a dick of yourself and you can re-woo her or whatever- but you have to get over this-” He traced a wide circle in Ty’s direction. “Pity party. It’s not on, and it’s not going to do you any favors with women.”
Ty raised a brow.
“You’re going to help me get back with Dawn?”
“Well I’m not gonna let you top yourself because you’re packing a sad. Christ.”
Anders shook his head and leaned back in his seat.
Ty ran his hands over his face and sighed, feeling a bit better.
“Thanks, Anders.”
Anders shrugged again, looking away.
“Well, y’know… You’re one of the people I like doing things with.”
Ty let out a soft laugh.
“I love you too, dick.”
