Not the most calculated time to say this but hallo I’ve been gone for a good two months and I thought It’d probably be a good time to update about art, and after thinking about it I’m sorta deciding that I might have to lay this blog to rest? Recently I’ve refound my love for making original art and drawing my own little guys, writing little stories, doin traditional art, and mainly making a bunch of paintings for my portfolio. So idk what I really want to do going forward in the online aspect, I’ll still be active from time to time on my main blog, I may post paintings from time to time, and I’m not fully decide on it but if I make another blog or find another outlet for posting online it prob be original content focused!(as well as my new main, ive found I like having all my eggs in one basket compared to having a sideblog) for right now though I’m working on my own projects for me myself and I :) also I’ve had a jade painting that I did for her day a while back that I might post also b4 I fully abandon ship, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed when I first finished it which is why I didn’t post anything but it’ll be there

Thinking through the logical conclusions of lore that the source material has clearly not thought that deeply about can be annoying or depressing in the sense of seeing exactly how deep the plot holes go but so long as it doesn’t inherently break the suspension of disbelief or ruin your enjoyment of the overall story it can be really fun to figure out what you can use to plug the holes. Like that’s just free real estate now baby. If the lore implies X but the story wound up at Z, then you can make the journey through Y be whatever you want it to be

Guys my partner has been in the ICU for two days with heart problems. Pls wish them good healing thoughts and maybe send a kind word their way. I love them more every single day and I would not be alive if it weren’t for them. I’m home with our baby girl and I just want them to come home so we can be a family again

trying to make a future for yourself career-wise when you genuinely don’t have any interests or care about any specific field or job is so ☹️ like I need to get into something but idek what that would be…seeing sm other people know what they wanna do feels so bad like good for them but I’ll never have that. Like how do I choose and decide…I really need to get back into school but idk if I’d even get into a college bc I don’t have any references + my SAT score was only 1010 which is not great. Maybe I can go to a community college for something then get into a good school where I can make connections and get into whatever it is I’m gonna get into but rn it’s just so hard to think about my future bc like wtf am I even gonna do. Idk. And my parents don’t care so it’s not like I can even talk to them about it I gotta figure it out on my own.
