#I'll be back with more portal stuff soon

Another multiverse yandere!Bruce fic, with special guest the Flash! It kind of got away from me and Bruce isn't even in this a lot... but I still love it tbh
again, i imagine this being at a time where you've been with Bruce for some time and have mostly accepted that you won't be getting away from him
Once again warning for typical yandere stuff, kidnapping, implied past noncon, minors dni. Oh and gn reader!
You're in the Batcave, sitting on Bruce's lap while he's typing away on his Batcomputer, researching something. He's in full Batman costume, which is hard and uncomfortable to sit on, but at least you're only sitting there and "warming him up" (as he puts it), instead of cockwarming him. Gotta be grateful for the little things. Actually, it's more like he's warming you up, because the suit must be warmer than what you're wearing (which isn't a lot), but, whatever, same difference.
At some point he pushes you off, stands up, growls out a "Don't touch anything, I'll be back soon," and proceeds to rush out of the cave in the Batmobile. Did he just leave you alone in the cave? Right next to all of his gadgets and the supercomputer?? You consider trying to contact the outside world for a second before coming to the conclusion that this must be a test, no way is he leaving you here alone if there's actually a way for you to get help! Probably.
Right as you've decided not to touch anything, the screen starts flashing with: "Incoming Video Call: Batman". What? Is he seriously calling you now? He's definitely trying to trick you into touching something, just so he'll have an excuse to punish you. No way are you falling for that! You're absolutely not going to push the button that would accept the call, even though it's glowing so enticingly... Also, what if he really needs your help (even though you have no clue what you could do to help Batman) and will punish you for not answering? Or better yet, he's seriously injured and you'll get to watch him die. That thought gets you to accept the video call.
...That's not Batman.
You stare at the guy who called you, and he's staring right back at you, seemingly just as confused as you are. Is that the Flash?? Isn't he supposed to be dead?
"...You're not Batman," he mumbles mostly to himself, then starts talking a bit louder. "I mean, I guess you could be Batman? I just was expecting you to look like more like my Batman. Not that he's my Batman, just, the Batman from my universe, I mean. Sorry. Are you Batman? You could totally be Batman, and just not be wearing the suit at the moment!"
"...I'm not ...Batman, he's... out, right now. You're the Flash, right? How are you- Why did it say Batman was calling? Wait, what do you mean by your universe??" This is too much information for you to process at the same time.
"Oh! Um, I'm from a parallel universe! Bruce somehow got his computer to be able to contact people in other universes and I'm pretty sure he built a portal thing, too... Anyways, I'm in the Batcave right now because Bruce is still on his way back and sent me ahead to call you, or, well, your Batman, to 'save some time', but I guess that was useless because Batman isn't here..." He stops rambling for a second, before adding: "Also I'm beginning to think Bruce just wanted to get rid of me, nothing we're doing currently is that time sensitive, and-"
"Wait, back up, did you say portal?" You cut him off before he can start monologuing again, sniffing an opportunity for escape. "Hypothetically, if someone were to go through that portal, could they stay in the other universe indefinitely, or would the universe or the person that went through the portal start falling apart or something...?"
"I don't think there's any issues with staying in a parallel universe! It's pretty cool, actually, the-" He stops himself from saying anything else. "Wait, who are you? I probably shouldn't be telling you all this. Are you, like, in a relationship with Bats? I mean, who else could get into the cave. And you're not wearing villain-who-broke-into-Batmans-lair clothes... or sidekick clothes..." He mumbles the last part to himself.
You can't stop staring at him. Just who is this guy? In spite of the weirdness of the situation it's actually really refreshing to be able to talk to someone who isn't completely stoic all the time (and hasn't kidnapped you). "I guess relationship is the most accurate? I mean, being kidnapped, locked up and kept as a fucktoy is a type of relationship, right?"
You say it as nonchalantly as possible, watching for his reaction to see if he thinks kidnapping people is normal, but it's looking good for you, because he's gaping like a fish out of water. "Y- Youre- by Batman? Bruce? That's- I don't-" He stutters, before awkwardly chuckling. "Ohhh, you're joking, right? You got me good, I almost believed you... Ha ha..." He doesn't seem entirely convinced.
You stare at him unblinkingly. What must his Batman be like for him not to believe you? Certainly nicer than yours. "Look, believe whatever you want, but could you do me a favor and open that portal? Bruce said he'd be back soon and I'd rather not be here when that happens, because he told me not to touch anything and instead of listening to him I answered your video call. He'll be super mad at me. Oh and this is the only real chance of escape I've ever gotten so I'd like to take it, please."
Something about the way you said it must have convinced him to believe you, as he mutters a quiet "...Alright," and before you can blink, he skids to a halt behind you through the already opened portal. Well, at least there's no doubt about him being the Flash, that was fast!
"Whew, that portal thing was harder to activate than I thought!" Thank god for super speed, you didn't even realize he was struggling with it. "So, um, what now? Do you just... come with me to the other Batcave?"
You look at him with stars in your eyes. Is this what it's like to be rescued by a superhero? You could cry, are you actually going to escape? No, not yet, you might trust him, but what about the other Batman in his universe?
"Sorry, just, are you sure your Batman isn't, like, secretly evil? Not keeping anyone locked up in his stupid manor?" He shakes his head vigorously. "I'm sure! He wouldn't- I know him, he would never even think about kidnapping anyone! And I definitely would know if there was someone locked in his manor, I've run through every room in his place way too often as to not have noticed someone trapped in there. He's a good guy, just, kind of stoic. And he hates fun. But he wouldn't hurt a fly! You know, unless it's an evil fly that needs to be stopped..."
Hm. Yeah, your Batman definitely hurts you sometimes and you're 99% sure you're not a supervillain or otherwise evil. "That sounds... convincing enough." You remember your shock bracelet and gesture towards it. "Um, could you please take this off of me first, before we go? It shocks me as soon as it detects that I've left the manor, and I don't want to find out if a parallel universe manor counts..."
He tries his best not to look as shocked as he feels while he inspects it carefully, then goes: "Um, wait a second, let me just-". He disappears and reappears in a flash. "So, I checked to see if maybe there's a manual for this thing somewhere, but I couldn't find anything. So I went through the entire manor, and guess what else I didn't find... Alfred!!" You furrow your eyebrows in confusion. "I guess that's what made your Batman so unhinged, sometimes I think Alfred is the only thing left standing between Batman and utter darkness..." This Alfred guy must be a total ray of sunshine then, you can't wait to meet him.
"So, what are we going to do about the shock bracelet, then? I'd rather not be in pain the entire time, but if you can't get it off that's still fine, as long as I can come with you..." "Oh, um, let me just-" Again, faster than you can blink he does something and the bracelet falls away from your wrist. Unfortunately, right as it hits the floor, an alarm goes off in the cave. Shit. You both grimace at each other, you should have know that the bracelet would send some kind of signal to Bruce as soon as it's no longer connected to you.
"Can you somehow disable his portal-making machine so he can't immediately follow us? Because I think we should leave right now, he's probably on his way back already!" You immediately go through the portal, not wanting to wait any longer. Even if Bruce can follow you, you'll have people protecting you on the other side. You think you can hear the Batmobile returning. Shit.
"Yeah, I should be able to-" You close your eyes and when you open them again, the portal to your universe is gone. A weight falls off your shoulders. "I messed with some wires on the other side, which closed the portal, but I was able to get back here just in time before it fully closed. He shouldn't be able to follow us. At least not immediately, he probably knows how to fix it, but this should buy us some time."
"Thank you so much. And I'm glad you made it back, I wouldn't want you to end up like the other Flash..." You sigh in relief. "The- What? What happened to the other Flash??" "Oh! Um, he's dead." You grimace sheepishly. "Sorry, that must be weird to hear."
His face goes pale. "You know what? I'm not even gonna ask what happened to him. I don't want to know. No, wait, I do want to know, how did he- No, don't tell me, whatever I say, do not tell me what happened to him."
You go to respond, but are interrupted by a sudden, loud: "Flash! Who is that?"
You flinch at the sound of his voice and turn around to face him. The Batman. Bruce Wayne. He only sounds like that when he's really angry. Your entire body screams at you to run and hide, or better yet, to apologize and beg. You've learned that hiding from him is pointless. He always finds you, and it only makes things worse. You freeze and stare at him with wide eyes, while he eyes you suspiciously. It's not him, you remind yourself. It's not him. He just looks the same.
He stops looking at you and turns to Flash instead. "You were supposed to contact the other Batman, not kidnap some terrified civilian." The Flash looks insulted for a second, before responding with an indignant: "Actually, I'm not the one who kidnapped them!". Batman narrows his eyes, then sighs. "Just explain why you thought it was a good idea to let a stranger into the Batcave."
You take half a step behind Flash before he begins explaining. "Turns out your other Batman kept them locked up! Your source for information and help is a kidnapper! Why are you even working with that guy? Did you know?" To his credit, Batman actually looks guilty after hearing that. "I didn't know, but I have to admit, I didn't look into him as much as I could have. Should have. Usually I look into every single detail of someone's life before working with them, but him looking and acting exactly like me must have made me lower my guard. It won't happen again, I assure you." He looks at you apologetically. Well, as apologetic as the Batman can look, which isn't very much, mostly he just looks stoic. But still, not an expression you've ever seen on your Batman, nor something he would ever say. You calm down a bit. This guy won't hurt you.
"So, um, is there anything we can do to stop him from following us?" You speak up quietly. "I mean, Flash messed with his portal machine or whatever it's called, but that won't stop him forever! He's obsessed with me, he won't just give up!" You start panicking again, maybe you were wrong to think you could ever be free.
"We'll think of something, I promise. We'll keep you safe. You have the whole Justice League on your side." The Flash nods in agreement to Batmans statement. You tentatively start feeling hopeful again, even if this doesn't work out, you'll at least have gotten a taste of freedom.

Can we have some information on glitch simon au? 🥺🙏
HEHEHE ABSOLUTELY!! I have a lot of Itchy stuff on the back-burner I'd be happy to talk about while I doodle up new Winter stuff! :D I actually have MORE itchy art/lore than Winter lore surprisingly it's just... really scattered and needs a lot of explaining dhsghfdsja... but we'll disperse it in small chunks...
Tumblr media
This is his current main ref (kinda wanna update it tho bc there's some things about it that I don't like anymore).
Aaaaaaand a little bit of info I can give on him:
After the events of the failed ritual, this Simon is no longer human, but he's also not aware of this. He's a cosmic entity behaving like a human-shaped portal. Very in-tune with time and space and super sensitive to it's changes and flows.
Tumblr media
Is made of a VERY powerful energy and suffers from MMS again. However, because he clings to his sanity as an anchor, his usable magic is limited (needs magitech to access most of it).
He's not glitching 24/7, although it takes him effort to keep himself from glitching. Physical pain and mental/emotional stress will cause him to lose stability.
He can time-travel AND universe hop, but hasn't figured out how to control the destination. If he glitches too hard, he will go full portal mode and teleport into a random universe and a random time period (if you touch him, you will teleport with him).
Tumblr media
Has "future memory" which functions similar to past memory. He can recall events (within his own timeline) that haven't happened as if they've already occurred. This memory isn't perfectly clear and he's NOT all knowing. Gets memories of the future mixed up with those of the past (I read the Enchiridon's page on Amok Time/Multiverse stuff and got a bit inspired).
Tumblr media
And that's all the info I'll give for now! I'll definitely be sharing more about him / his story in the future. I just haven't drawn or written a lot of it out besides scattered doodles that might be hard to understand without full context. I have a little Betty scenario that will be posted soon, but in the meantime I hope this is satisfying!! :)

Pav x spider reader who is from spider-punks world and is like a little sister to hobie but likes Pav cause I need more Pav fics 😭😭
I gotchu anon ;) I'll probably be asleep when this uploads but just so you know I was rolling around in my bed writing this simply because Hobie's British in this is so bad so please forgive that little...thing.
Synopsis/Feels: Reader is Hobie's little sis but not by blood but u can't rlly tell, bad British slang beware, clueless Pav, mentions of Tom Holland(TW), etc.
Word Ct.:667
Without further ado...
Spider-Who?(Pavitr Prabhakar x Reader)
Tumblr media
"Woah, he's awesome..." I sigh in amazement as I watch Pav swoop through the streets of Mumbattan.
"Mumbattan has the worst traffic I tell ya...aye, wot er you lookin at, kid?" Hobie asks as he realizes I've got my eyes focused on the streets below.
"Just...stuff..." I dodge his question as I take a bite of my scone, courtesy of your 2nd favorite Brit. It's me, I'm the 1st favorite Brit of course.
"Too right...you ready to skedaddle back to our universe kid? I miss me guitar." Hobie shrugs, wrapping an arm around my shoulders.
"Er...yeh, I guess." I sigh, watching as Hobie opens a portal(idk how the portal thing works Sue me).
"Hey guys! Leaving so soon?" Pav suddenly lands next to us, looking flawlessly perfect despite fighting a whole villain just a second ago.
"Yeh, sorry mate but yer universe is borin...right kid?" Hobie asks me. I barely hear him and decide to disregard it in favor of staring at Pav.
"Kid? Hello? Yer brain get hit with a rock...?" Hobie asks, popping me in the back of my head.
"I'm good! I'm great. Sorry, were said what you?" I immediately realize my sentence makes no sense as Pav and Hobie both look at me in confusion.
Hobie locks eyes with me.
Don't look at Pav, don't look at Pav, don't look at Pav...
My eyes dart to Pav and quickly go back to Hobie's.
FUCK.
"Oh, I gotcha...lil bugger's got a crush. Ain't that a bitch...wild how he ain't even from your own universe." Hobie says casually.
"What? Is it someone from the Spider Society?! Miles? Or Gwen?" Pav starts throwing out random names of teenage Spider-Men from the society.
"Wait...don't tell me it's....Miguel?!" Pav looks at me in disgust for a second before I shoot a web at his mouth.
As I watch Pavitr try to pry the web off Hobie pulls me to the side.
"C'mon, you gotta pick another. Love Pav, but he's...y'know....Pav." Hobie trails off, assuming I understand him.
"Well yeh, but he's also...Pav, y'know?" I argue slightly.
"Right and I get that...but he's Pav." Hobie complains to me, his grip on my shoulder tightening.
"I'm not gonna have this conversation with you Hobart. Don't you have taxes to file?" I ask with an eye roll.
"Fine, fine!" Hobie holds both his hands up in surrender. "You gonna tell 'im soon? Might have to spell it out since he's...Pav." Hobie shrugs.
"You mean you don't care?" I ask with a raise of my eyebrow.
"Course not kid. He might be Pav, but 'e's also Pav." Hobie emphasizes his words like it'll magically make sense.
"Hey, what are you guys talking about?" Pav asks, finally joining us.
I give Hobie a silent plead.
"Nun much...I was bout to head back. Kid said she wants to stay awhile though." Hobie lies.
For reference I was thinking it but I didn't want to say it.
"Oh, great! I can show you my favorite street food stands and where the stray dogs are and where all the traffic is!"
"Oh. Where all the traffic is...great. Can't wait." I try to fake being excited.
"Catch you later, bugger. Try not to get pied off loser!" Hobie does a small salute before stepping through an open portal.
"Huh...? What does pied off mean?" Pav asks with an eyebrow raise.
"Nothing! Nothing at all...honestly it doesn't mean anything." I lie straight to Pav's face.
"...I don't believe you." Pav replies with suspicion in his eyes.
"Uhhhh....oh my god, is that Tom Holland?" I gasp loudly and point at the streets below us.
Pav's neck almost snaps as he looks.
"What?! Where?!"
Phew. Safe. Nailed it.
I watch as Pav swings down to the streets to find Tom Holland, who was never there in the first place.
I'll tell him. One day. But today is not the day.

he didn't understand why everyone loved you so much.
you appeared in teyvat all of a sudden, and everyone had claimed you as the god. the god of teyvat. to them, you were all knowing. you were precious, something that couldn't be harmed.
he would watch as the archons would baby you, treating you as if you were fine china. he almost despised you. why did you deserve all of this worship?
why not him?
why were you worthy of everything? why couldn't it be him? he wanted it to be him. but why you? what did you ever do that made you so precious?
he could overhear you one day, talking to venti.
"you must not tell anyone else, but i choose to return to my own world. my home," you spoke.
"but y/n, we would miss you too much, please stay. for us," venti said, kneeling.
"you listen to me, do you not, venti?" the anemo archon only nodded in response. "so, should you not respect what i have to say? you should be thankful i even told you this," you harshly spoke to the man who kneeled before you.
"i apologize for my actions," he solemnly spoke, his tone changing almost completely. "i'll have the portal set up as soon as i can."
scaramouche saw venti leave the room, watching you mumble stuff to yourself.
why would you want to leave?
everyone here has been nothing but gentle with you. no one ever harmed you. they worshipped you. so why?
he found you on the night where you were about to head through the portal.
"thank you, venti. i'll forever cherish you," you spoke, cupping the archons face.
venti smiled, but he was sad. why must you leave him? he swore that no one hurt you, no one was even rude. so why?
the two of you started walking in opposite directions. you towards the portal, venti going back to mondstadt.
"farewell, teyvat," you said, stepping a foot into the portal. that is when, something pulled you back to the land of teyvat.
"you're not leaving," a voice said as you had laid on the floor.
"who are you?"
"i'm disappointed you don't know my name. let us go, for i will tell you everything you need to know."

Gale's romance
To absolutely nobody's surprise I am back with my thoughts about Gale and I am honestly surprised how many of you still follow me and interact with what I have to say, love you all so much 😭
Again, a freaking long one (over 1200 words, I wrote fanfics shorter than this...), but I need to get it all out of my system to properly function. Of course spoilers for Gale's story and a bit of the main storyline.
First of all - his introduction. Not less of a jump-scare, but somehow this one seemed to fit him better? He doesn't come out of the portal and begin judging our capabilities, instead we help him out, and if anything - I felt an instant level of sympathy for the wizard falling face first on the ground straight out of an unstable portal.
His bashful "I'm usually better at this."? It just served to even out the field and I love it. I was literally sitting there grinning at the screen and thinking "oh, how the mighty have fallen" :D
We still get all the talks known from EA (apart from the failed spell one? Did anyone manage to trigger it? Did they remove it?), so I won't be going over them again, because there is still a lot of new stuff to go through. Although they seem to fire up differently and it makes Gale seem a lot more considerate. Sure, at first he still hides the exact reasons and I still think it's understandable. In my playthrough he brought up his orb problem on the road, in front of the others with us claiming we need to know about it.
He even leaves us the decision if we want him to stay or not, but we cherish this man in this house, so I have no idea what goes down if and how he leaves. Not really interested in learning that, too.
Him showing us the Weave was as wonderful as it used to, didn't notice any changes here, then again - why change something that just…works? And now, in hindsight, I cannot help but see how it sets the tone for the whole relationship with him, be it romantic or otherwise. He shows you this part of him he loves, tries to show because even he, with all his eloquence, cannot find the right words to express what magic means to him.
I feel as if he was not expecting much from it, judging by the mumbling, adorable mess we made of him just imagining a walk, hand in hand. As we learn later (much later, but I think it's important to mention it here) he never considered being this close to anyone after the orb fiasco. Not because he still loves Mystra but rather he realizes how much of a risk it brings. He himself calls himself a "menace" and that, for me, speaks volumes about his character.
Ok, now onto the new parts, previously unavailable in the EA.
I mentioned my reaction after the first talk with Elminster in another post, but I'll say it again: fuck Mystra.
I was worried that there might not be a way to rid Gale of this cursed orb, I was bracing for the possibility that there might not be a happily-ever-after here. Because he seemed set on going along with Mystra's wishes, and I felt bad for standing between the man and his honest faith. Misguided, not fanatical, just honest faith.
I was thinking "yeah, this will probably happen at the end of the game, we'll cross that bridge when we get there". BUT… one moment we are fighting Kethric Thorm and the next Gale is ready to sacrifice himself. "Wait, it's too soon, it can't end like this, WHAT THE HELL is going on?"
"Fun" fact? Gale can really do it from what I saw and it just… ends the game right there and then. I am not ever going to even consider that a viable option, for anyone. It just makes me sick thinking about it in hindsight.
So yeah, no, sorry Mystra, we are not going along with your stupid plan. It really feels like he went along with it in a shell shock state through the whole act II of the story and it made me feel so bad for him. Gale felt like a complete shadow of himself since his first talk with Elminster.
Can you look me in the eye and with a straight face tell me a man ready to die makes a whole fucking illusionary world for just the two of you, shows you his home, his safe place, tells you he loves you and gives you his all? Yeah, yeah, you can tell me "he doesn't want to regret anything", but that's the point! He already regrets so much, and that means he is not ready to become vapor!
So, in the style of Meredith Grey, we go all in with "choose me" and…wow, does he ever. It was like a switch went off, Gale instantly is back to his old self, already having a plan to make it all work. A terrible idea, worthy of the 10 wisdom stat, mind you, but an idea still.
Of course in the meantime we get another visit from Elminster, who drops a few - actually good! - words of wisdom Gale's way and says Mystra wants to talk. Of-fucking-course she wants to, her pet refused to die and she can't fathom why.
I know the talk can go differently depending on what you suggest him to say, I don't know if we can skip the talk altogether and what are the consequences of that, but on my first playthrough I actually encouraged him to seek forgiveness and the talk went… fucking awful if you ask me. Is there a honest to god good way to do this talk?
Hated it when Mystra went all "oh yes, now that you are alive I'm not taking care of your orb until I send you on yet another suicide run, but don't worry - I believe in you, 'kay-thanks-bye!"
I guess this is faith for you - everything becomes a trial for it.
Moving on! The first big romance scene for act III of the story left me in emotional shambles.
In this moment Gale knows he wants to do *everything* and *anything* for us. He wants to gain power for us, to give us everything we deserve because if he gave Mystra his all he won't be holding back for us. And when we say we don't want it… you can see how absolutely devastated he is - up until he hears what we are really telling him.
"You are already everything I need you to be."
God, the animation here was so amazing, you can practically see the moment realization strikes him. He can live without Mystra, he can live without power, but he can't live without you. That he matters to someone, not for what he can do, but just… for him. And he was never loved that way, he himself says that, much to the dismay of my bleeding heart.
And that is that! Our story with Gale ends here, without a bang, but that is good. Gale is no longer the man he used to be, his ambitions now centered around a happy life with us. And I'm all giddy and teary-eyed for him.
Mind you, the ending felt…rushed? But perhaps that's just me not ready to say goodbye after all this? The game ending is a dash of adrenaline and I felt like there was just not enough time to unwind after. Guess I need to headcanon the rest ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Either way, if you managed to stay to this point - a big thank you for reading!

With Blood and Rage of Crimson Red.
Jessica: We made such a great team Jaune.
Jaune: Yeah we sure did. And, uh. I'm sorry if I did anything wrong. I know I'm not exactly anyone's first choice for a teammate.
Jessica: Oh no. *grabs Jaune's hand* In fact you were great. Without your support, my anxiety would have overtaken me and we would have been in a lot more trouble.
Jaune: R-really. Am I really that useful to you? *looks longingly at Jessica's eyes*
Jessica: Yes of course. You have been so kind and patient with me. Without you I don't think I'll... *their faces inches away from each others*
Jaune: Jess...
Jessica: Jaune...
Tumblr media
Yang: Don't look rubes but I think the new girl are NTRing Jaune away from you...
Ruby:
Tumblr media
*portal opening through time and space*
Razer: Ruby Rose. You have shown to posses great rage. This red ring of rage calls out to you. Say the Red Lantern Oath and all its power will belong to you.
Ruby: WITH BLOOD AND RAGE OF CRIMSON RED!
Jessica: W-wait someone should stop her!
Jaune: What's going on?
Ruby: RIPPED FROM A CORPSE SO FRESHLY DEAD!
Jessica: Oh no. If she finish saying the oath the transformation will then be complete and she will become a Red Lantern.
Jaune: Is that a bad thing?
Jessica: Muy Malo!!!
Jaune: I take it's no bueno, then?
Jessica: We need to stop her from putting on that ring. Regular Ruby is already powerful enough but if she put on the Red Ring then no force in the universe will be powerful enough to stop her.
Yang: Don't have to tell me twice. I'm on it!
*zap*
Tumblr media
Hey what's the Big idea!?
Razer: If you think I would allow you to harm another fellow corps. Member then you have another thing coming blondie.
Yang: Bring it pointy!
Ruby: TOGETHER WITH OUR HELLISH HATE!
Jessica: Jaune! Me and Yang will try to get the attention of the Red Lantern. Meanwhile you should try to stop Ruby from putting on the red ring.
Jaune: Wait how am I supposed to stop her?!
Yang: Adapt! Improvise!
Jaune: That still doesnt tell me how to stop her.
Ruby: WE WILL BURN YOU ALL THAT IS YOUR FATE!
Jessica: Quick, Jaune do something! Ruby just finished with the oath.
Jaune: Oh no what do I do, what do I do?... That's it. Desperate times calls for desperate measure... I'm sorry Ruby. *kiss*
Tumblr media
Ruby: *kiss Jaune back*
Tumblr media
Yang: Damn....
Jessica: 😢
Razer: What the F...
Jaune: So are you okay now Ruby. No getting angry, no more going red?
Ruby: Hmmm... I maybe need another kiss to help me from going angry again. 😘
Jaune: Ha, ha. I think you're fine now.
Ruby: *giggle* Oh Jaune I'm not joking when I said I needed another kiss. 😌
Jaune: You're such a kidder Ruby.
Ruby: WITH BLOOD AND RAGE OF CRIMSON RED!
Jaune: N-no, no wait! Damn it you win Rubes. *kiss Ruby passionately*
Ruby: Oh baby that's the stuff. 🥴
Jaune: S-so Ruby I kissed you just as you wanted so please promise me you will not turn into a red lantern.
Ruby: *sensually whisper in Jaune's ears* Then we should continue this in bed❤~
Jaune: W-wait Ruby don't I at least have a say in this?
Ruby: Yes. You got to say my name over and over again. Now come here lover boy. *picks up Jaune*
Jessica: W-what are you doing to Jaune? Please don't hurt him...
Ruby: Oh don't you worry about him. 😉
Jessica can only watch in silence as the tiny red reaper took the boy she have a crush on her shoulder like he is some sort of a prize stuffed animal into her room. After a few minutes the sounds of Jaune's screaming and moaning soon follows.
Yang: Uhhh I don't think what happened inside is entirely consentual.
Jessica: *staring intensely at the door* 😳
Razer: Uh.. I will try to take back the ring the first chance I have. *sigh* Atrocitus will not like this one bit.

Tumblr media
"Do you really have to go, henchman? N-not that I'd miss you or anything! If anything, you would be the one missing me!!"
Grim said as he looked up at you from the ground. You were standing infront of a mirror. The mirror that would bring you home.
Though his words were haughty, you could easily tell that he wasn't being serious. Anyone with functioning eyes and ears could hear how the little monster's voice cracked and wavered, and how his ears were pressed down to his head.
You smiled softly, crouching a bit to ruffle your companion's fur. No one missed how Grim leaned into your affection and headpats.
Crowley cleared his throat to catch you attention. Once all eyes were on him, the headmage spoke. "The Dark Mirror is now ready to take you to your world, Yuu. It won't be open for much longer."
You nod, getting up from your position as you slowly walk to the mirror that brought you here, and will soon take you away from here.
As you reach the mirror, you take one last look to everyone else, who had came and wanted to see you off.
Ace and Deuce were tearing up, and (though Ace wouldn't admit it very easily) were very reluctant to let you go when you had hugged them. Trey and Cater were sending you sad smiles and were comforting Deuce (who had started crying a bit). Riddle made sure that you were fully prepared for your arrival home and made you promise not to forget them, a promise you were more than happy to oblige with. You remember feeling your heart and chest throbbing, from what you think is sadness.
Jack gave you a firm handshake as a goodbye, though you had pulled him into a hug right after. A little beep was heard in your head while you hugged the wolf beastman. Ruggie told you to be safe out there in your world, while Leona just gave you a simple headpat.
The Leech twins, Jade and Floyd, gave you their respective goodbyes, with Floyd taking you into his arms an giving you a tight squeeze while Jade watches you with a calm smile. Azul nodde at you, saying it was a pleasure to know you, and watched with a sad gaze as Kalim pulled you into a hug.
Kalim held you in a tight embrace as he started bawling, crying about how he'll miss you so much and how much of a great friend you were to him. Jamil had to shove Kalim off you so he could get a single word in and patted your shoulder and told you to take care of yourself. Before the Scarabia dormleader could jump you again, he held Kalim back as you sent him a grateful nod.
Your friends from Pomefiore made their goodbyes rather quick, but you knew that you would never forget them. Epel gave you a hug with teary eyes, making you promise never to forget them. You had made it a pinky promise, despite Epel's hesitance, though he conceded either way. Rook made sure that your clothes and appearance looked up to par while Vil had reminded you to take care of yourself and your appearance. While moving on to your Ignihyde friends, you felt strange, like you were leaving your body, but chalked it up to how you were gonna miss them a lot.
Idia gave you a solemn nod, as if he were sending you off to the military, and Ortho wanted to take a group picture to commemorate the moment! The picture ended up really well, and Ortho printed it out through himself and gave a copy of it to you. As you walked by, you heard Idia muttering about how this was the "ultimate ending of isekai games and anime".
Like, Idia, Sebek gave you a nod, but you knew from his twitching hands that he wanted to hug you, so you embraced him for the last time, not even caring about his yelps and shouts. Though the green-haired first year shouted a bunch of things to get you to stop, you noticed how he held you tightly to him and didn't make a move to shove you off. Your heart felt like it wanted to leap out your chest. Silver gave you a soft smile and nodded at you, telling you to take care. Lilia patted your shoulder and reminded you to be good and gave you some wise words of advice. Malleus, who you personally invited, smiled at you and said that he would always remember you as his greatest and closest friend. You like to think his words even squeezed your heart a little.
As you looked at everyone and teared up. You quickly wiped them off, not wanting to get too emotional and waved everyone goodbye as you walked in the mirror. You vaguely heard everyone's voices shouting a 'goodbye' back at you, before everything turned white and the noise faded into earsplitting beeps.
Eventually you felt yourself lying down on a kind of stiff, but soft surface, like those beds in an infirmary. You heard steady beeps coming from your left, and felt multiple things on you. Like your wrist having a few wires attached in it, and a mask covering your nose and mouth. You tried to move, but you couldn't, as if your body had gone numb.
This made you panic. Had you gotten kidnapped? Were you even back in your world? Why were there things attached to you? Where even were you?!
Soon enough, you felt control over your body, you tried moving your hand, but only got a small twitch. It was only then that you realized that there was someone holding your hand. You heard a gasp, and someone announcing, "They're awake!"
The hand holding yours felt comforting, which was why when they let go, you were tempted to reach out and hold it again. You heard a light commotion, and opened your eyes. The bright light overwhelmed you and made you close it again. You try again, and again, before you hear a calm but soothing voice tell you to take deep breaths and slowly open your eyes.
You follow the instructions, and find yourself calming down and looking face-to-face with a nurse. The nurse wore a medical cap and mask, so you couldn't exactly see their features.
You look around a bit more, seeing that you were on a hospital bed, in a hospital room, attached some thing right next to you through some tubes in your wrist.
Why were you in a hospital? You look to your side and see your parents standing there with worried looks on their faces. The nurse signals them that they may approach you, but told them not to overwhelm you.
Your parents immediately go to you, asking you in soft questions if you remember them and what happened. You do remember your parents. But you don't remember exactly what happened.
Maybe it was the 2 years you've been in the world of Twisted Wonderland, but it's like your latest memories of your life before ending up in Night Raven College have gone blurry.
Your parents hesitantly tell you what had happened. "Two years ago, you got hit by a car, and got a nasty concussion and terrible injuries. You were immediately rushed to the hospital, where the doctors did their best to save you. And they succeeded. Somewhat. You fell into a coma ever since, and you've finally waken up!!"
...A coma...? Slowly, you look around again, realizing that on a monitor on the wall, Disney's Sleeping Beauty was playing. The song "Once Upon a Dream" became bavkrgound noise rather than music as you realized something.
Everything... was fake.
The world of Twisted Wonderland was fake! Did... did that mean your mind had conjured up everyone, Ace, Deuce, shit, even Grim!!
All those moments, the friendships, the bonds, the memories! Were they all just a small figment of your imagination?! Like a dream that lasted 2 years?!
The overblots, getting kidnapped in Scarabia, sneaking into the Styx Headquarters! Was it all just... nothing?
Your mind runs into delirium and hyper mode, thoughts of disbelief and all your memories just rushing through your eyes.
All that hardwork, the tears shed, everything was all for nothing? Was the world of Twisted Wonderland really just some made-up reality you created?!
As you hear your mother calling out your name, you snap out of it. You reassure yourself. It was just the magic of the world. Your mind must have traveled between the worlds or something.
Yeah... that must be it... right...?
The nurse begins to usher you back on the bed, advising you that you must rest before fully engaging with the world. Your parents leave the room, giving you their respective goodbyes and you're left alone in your hospital room.
You seal your eyes shut, and try to get some sleep. Unbeknownst to you, a crow watched you from outside your window, before fluttering away. It'll come back soon enough, just how it always did.

"Are you sure you're going back to that place? It's so boring."
Loki's question makes you laugh softly, your hands busy with the last items in your suitcase. The spaceship you are on is traveling at high speed, the vastness of dark blue through the windows is somehow comforting. Still, you miss Earth immeasurably.
"I have work to do there." You retort to him, your eyes meeting in the reflection of the mirror. He is leaning against the doorframe, his arms crossed and a short smile on his face. At your reply, he raises an eyebrow.
"You have work here too." He argues, making you smile.
"Maybe I have a more important job there then."
"Or maybe it's not work." He comments and you feel your cheeks warm softly, which seems to be confirmation enough for him, who gives a chuckle as he moves closer. "I remember there was a girl."
You hum, finishing closing your bag and holding it in your hands as you turn to your uncle.
"Natalia is like a sister to me, Loki." You comment as you hang the suitcase on your back.
"So there is another one?" He deduces raising an eyebrow at you and making you laugh.
"Are you saying I wouldn't go back for a sister?"
"Nah, you're Odinson, of course, you would." He retorts, moving his hands to smooth the collar of your shirt. You laugh at the phrase.
"I am no such thing." You mutter, but Loki frowns, and you sigh before adding, "It's not like I was part of that family. We didn't even know who Hela was my mother until a few hours ago."
Loki smiles, finishing his collar. "You are part of this family, Y/N. As much as Thor and I are."
"Do you wish me to start calling you uncle?" You mock making him laugh.
"It's still weird, but I think I'll get used to it." He assures with a laugh. "Besides this, nephews trying to kill their uncles sounds like something pretty mythological."
You laugh. "In my defense, you were trying to destroy my planet."
"Water under the bridge, like they say back there, right?" He casually retorts, and you mumble, bypassing him to head toward the exit. Loki hesitates, and you raise an eyebrow in curiosity. "There is one thing I would like back. Before you left."
You sigh lightly and look down at the floor before returning your gaze to him. "I don't have anymore."
Loki doesn't seem to believe it much and crosses his hands behind his body. "Y/N...."
"I mean it." You assure more seriously, one of your hands smoothing the handle of your bag. "I saw it when you took it, and I just felt I should put an end to it at once. No more fighting over that damn cube. I made a choice not only for Asgard but for the earth as well."
Loki swallowed dryly, but after a moment nodded, his gaze going to the ground. You twitched your fingers. "Are you mad at me?" You asked, and he raised his eyes, smiling weakly.
"Surprisingly, I'm not." He confessed. "I understand. And it is in a way, a relief not to have that between me and my brother anymore." He says approaching again, and to your surprise extends his hand to you, a greeting you've seen him do with the God of Thunder. "Thank you, Y/N. Have a safe trip back."
You smile, entwining your arm with his. "I'll see you around, Uncle."
"Still weird." He jokes making you laugh before letting go.
Despite the distance, the magical portals were very useful. Heimdall gave you a hug goodbye before helping you back to Earth, and you sighed softly as you felt the atmosphere as soon as you stepped on the ground.
The Avengers Compound was silent as you made your walk across the grass to the entrance, but as soon as you were announced by the computer system, you saw through the windows two of your friends rising from their chairs to greet you.
You were just finishing opening the door when Natalia jumped at you, a tight hug that you returned with a giggle.
"Someone missed me." You scoffed though you reciprocated with the same intensity.
"And someone forgot how a phone works." She retorted in fake annoyance, letting you go next. You offered your best apologetic expression, but Nat was making room for Sam to hug you as well.
"Hey, Y/N, good to see you here." He greeted, and you nodded as you repeated the same.
Nat helped you with your bag, and you let your gaze wander around for a moment. "Where are the rest of the folks?"
"Clint is at home, and Tony and Steve have training." Natalia replied. "The twins are probably watching TV."
"No one working as usual." You joked making her and Sam laugh. "I brought presents. Friday, please announce that the coolest avenger has come home."
"They'll think it's Thor." Natalia scoffed as she placed your heavy suitcase on the living room table and you laughed as you moved to the communal kitchen in search of something to drink. Sam just laughed at the interaction.
With the confirmation of the IA, within minutes, the place was filling up. Steve and Tony came stumbling through one of the doors, both in workout clothes and grinning between them, a grin that widened when they recognized you in the kitchen. However, you can barely wave at the two of them before a blue figure appears in your field of vision, an arm being placed between your shoulders and almost causing you to knock over the soda at once.
"Jesus, Pietro!" You complained as you returned the glass to the countertop to greet the excited boy.
"You took your time coming back!" He complained hugging you with a laugh. "I missed you."
"I missed you too, sonic." You retort in the same tone, making Tony laugh at the nickname.
There are lots of hugs, jokes, and comments. But your smile is more hesitant when you meet a certain little witch entering the kitchen half-heartedly.
"Wanda." You greet her a little breathlessly, and she smiles, waving at you.
"Hey. Nice to have you back." She says, blushing over your intense gaze.
"Don't I get a hug?" You tease, and she smiles despite rolling her eyes, nodding before moving closer to wrap her arms around your neck. You both sigh softly as your bodies fit together, but the moment is broken as quickly as it began, because Pietro is speeding past, animatedly commenting on the trip, and you let go of his sister, offering her a wink before walking away into the living room.
There are gifts for everyone - you made sure to bring a little souvenir from all the places you've visited in the last year with Thor, mostly artifacts from the now-destroyed Asgard - and you let the Avengers pick out the ones they like best as you watch from the armchair.
"You look different." Pietro comments a long moment later when everyone has their gifts picked out, Tony and Steve have already gone to clean up from training, and Sam has gone to go over some reports in the conference room. You have to blink away, disguise that you were stealing glances with Wanda before you answer:
"I got a haircut." You retort, making him laugh.
"It's not that." He says, and you let out something that should be a laugh, but is almost a grumble. Natalia and Wanda start paying attention as well.
"A lot of things have happened." You answer vaguely, forcing a smile to reassure them. "It's nothing they need to worry about."
"Are you sure?" Pietro insists, and you smile truer to his concern.
"Yeah, I'm sure." You say. "Family thing."
Pietro frowns. "Have you found out anything? About your family, I say."
You sigh, propping your chin on your hand and your elbow on the couch support. You realized that there was no way this conversation could happen without you actually telling them what happened. So, in the most casual and relaxed tone, you could manage, you started to tell them about the last year. About Asgard, Thor and Loki, and especially Hela and her powers.
"[...] Anyway, it turned out that my parents weren't really my parents, and I'm some kind of prophecy child or something. Thor and Loki are my uncles, and I kind of had to kill my mom in a fight that destroyed my real home. Now, I inherited her powers but got to be an orphan again, and I don't recommend it." You finish, and look away from the shocked expressions of the other three, clearing your throat. "Like I said, it's nothing you guys need to worry about..."
"Y/N, shut up and come here." Natalia interrupts getting up to hold you tight. You giggle awkwardly, but stand up and accept the hug. Soon Wanda and Pietro are also wrapping their arms around you, and you feel your chest warm up. It's a very nice moment, but it's broken when Steve comes back with a confused expression.
"Sorry, am I interrupting...?"
The four of you laugh awkwardly, shaking your heads as you break the embrace. Natalia shakes her head. "Don't worry, Steve. Y/N just needs a little reassurance."
"Or maybe a little human contact, I think she's forgotten what that is." Pietro scoffs, getting a slap on the arm that makes him laugh.
Steve laughs, but soon his expression turns slightly hesitant. "Well, I know you just got here, but we kind of have an important mission on the way. If you want to get to work, your help would be welcome."
You smile, nodding. "Sure thing, Cap."
You tell him, putting your hands in your pockets. "But first, I need to have a talk with Vision." The Avengers look at you curiously, but you offer no more than a nod as you say "Don't be nosy."
Your conversation with Vision is about the Stone in his head. The machine actually didn't even seem surprised when you approached - you found him in one of the empty rooms, analyzing file patterns for Steve - and he smiled as you said it was good to have it back in the compound.
"You want to destroy it." He deduced as soon as you commented that you needed to talk about it, and you hesitated before sighing.
"I do not wish to harm you, Vis." You say seriously. "You are an Avenger after all, and Thor has entrusted the safety of the stone to you. But I have seen things in space. Promises of war, rumors of armies seeking this power more than anything. I wouldn't want Earth to become a target for that."
"I understand, Miss L/N." He says and gives a short chuckle "Should I call you Odinson now?"
You laugh in surprise, shaking your head. "Either one is fine I guess."
Vision smiles, looking out again. "I should say goodbye to everyone then." He declares and you frown, taking a step forward.
"No, Vision, there's no rush!" You assure him with a nervous laugh, "I'll talk to Tony first. You're a machine, right? No offense. Maybe Tony can find a new power source for you."
Vision looks at you with some surprise. "That's very considerate of you, Miss L/N."
With a short smile, you give him a pat on the shoulder. "We are a team, Vision. Come on, I brought gifts for everyone and you didn't get yours. Let's leave this serious talk for later."
–//–
Despite your casual approach to handling everything, things with the Avengers were getting strangely tense. You learned that in the last year Steve had been extremely dedicated to finding his lost friend, and the important mission on the way was related to this.
Lagos was supposed to be simple and discreet, but a name and it became a mess in half a second.
You were helping Pietro to get the civilians out of the fair when the bomb exploded. Wanda only had a second to react, the red magic saving the captain's life but raising the fire toward the hospital. You knew there was no way those people could survive without your help, and you knew you shouldn't have, but you raised your hands in the air anyway.
The explosion spread quickly, glass falling through the air. But no one was hurt. Your eyes were completely blackened, and your knees began to give way, but you held on to your magic. Pietro stood beside you, a confused expression between you and the mess floors up.
"What are you doing?" He asked, exchanging a look with Wanda a few feet away and Steve - who called for assistance over the communicator, wondering at the number of victims - but you only gave a breathless laugh.
"Move Pietro, get them out of there." You asked, and he hesitated.
"But it's on fire..."
"You won't get hurt!" You insisted feeling the pressure in your head increase. "Just go!"
He nodded without much certainty but sped off. As he began to bring the civilians in from the inside, all safe and shrouded in some kind of dark fog that cleared when they were safe, he understood what you had done. You waited for him to confirm that the floor was clear before lowering your hands, falling to your knees and out of breath, with immense nausea in the pit of your stomach.
Wanda was kneeling beside you in the same second, her hands on your shoulders. "Y/N, hey, are you okay?"
"Yeah, just a little tired." You mumble breathlessly, letting your face fall against her shoulder. "Everyone alright?"
Wanda lets out a tearful laugh, her fingers finding your hair as she holds you against her. "Thanks to you, they are."
You hum, feeling your body go weak, Wanda's scent suddenly very comforting. "I'm just going to close my eyes for a minute okay?"
She called to you a few times, soft slaps on your cheeks but you couldn't resist the darkness.
You dreamed about Hela again. Before, Asgard and all that happened, she was like a ghost in your head. Now that you knew who and what she was, and were carrying her powers, it was less frightening, though just as uncomfortable. She was looking at you with disappointment, not for your last fight, but for your choice to betray her and stand with Thor and Loki during Ragnarok.
"You will lose them." Said the powerful figure. "You will lose them all and when you are alone, you will search for the glory that only war could offer you."
You looked around, it looked like a battlefield. So many bodies all around, soaked in water and mud. Your gaze returned to her.
"Where are we?"
"You only destroyed one of them, dear." She says, her black nails finding your cheek. "But it is the soul stone that must be yours. You can't run away from your destiny forever."
Bodies began to rise around you, and you shuddered. Hela smiled at your despair, but as soon as the nails cut your face, you woke up in a jolt.
You were in the Avengers' infirmary and blinked wearily until you got used to the brightness.
Sam almost knocked over his coffee, but Pietro laughed, patting him on the back.
"I knew you were different!" Maximoff commented with an animated expression, and you gave a breathless giggle, coughing a little. He wasted no time in pouring you some water, but before you could drink it you retorted:
"You're not the Maximoff I wanted to see." Receiving a grimace in return. Sam watched you with confusion.
"Why am I the only one who seems slightly concerned about the fact that you have been unconscious for two days?" Falcon asked. You widened your eyes, finishing your water in one gulp.
"Only two days?" You exclaimed excitedly. "That's so cool! Looks like I beat my record, Pietro!"
The boy laughed, shaking his head, but Sam's confusion only increased. The twin, upon noticing, let out another laugh and grabbed your empty cup before starting to unbutton his blouse.
"Dude, what's going on....?" Sam started by taking a step back as Pietro began to undress, but the other only mouthed a "relax" and finished removing the garment. Then he pointed to the spread marks around his skin, deep scars from bullets.
"See those? I'm her record." Pietro clarifies pointing to the healed bruises. "Ultron shot me about two hundred times. Y/N was out for two weeks so I could be here today."
You nodded with a short smile, and Pietro began to put his clothes back on, while Sam looked between you in a mixture of surprise and disbelief.
"So, is your thing bringing back the dead or something?" You asked half unsure, and you sighed, working to disconnect the medical devices from you.
"Something like that." You muttered in response. "Where are the others?"
"Emergency meeting." Sam replied and Pietro finished the last button. "We came to check on you before we join."
"I woke up on time then." You retorted with a smile, stretching. "Give me five minutes to get changed."
"Steve said you don't have to participate if you're tired-" Pietro starts but you laugh, shaking your head.
"Don't worry, I won't hear a word I just want to say hi to your sister."
He grimaces, crossing his arms. "When are you going to stop flirting with her?"
"When she asks me out." You retort without losing your posture, working on your wardrobe. Pietro rolls his eyes, and Sam clears his throat, muttering something about giving you privacy before he leaves. The older Maximoff raises his chin in defiance.
"I wouldn't count on it." He says and you frown in confusion. He smiles. "You know the microwave likes her, don't you?"
You laugh incredulously. "Vision?"
"Mm-hmm." He agrees with a nod, moving to stand on his back because you have taken off your blouse. "And I think he's just waiting for the opportunity to call her out."
You bite the inside of your cheek thoughtfully, your hands busy with the change of clothes Natalia must have separated for you that were left on the armchair. Pietro laughs at your silence.
"I'm just warning you. Maybe you missed your shot."
"Or maybe you're just tormenting me for fun."
"It's definitely fun." He retorts with a laugh. "Just act soon before you end up in the friendzone forever."
You chuckle incredulously, now wearing an Avengers sweatshirt. "Oh, don't worry, I have no intention of being friends with your sister."
Pietro rolls his eyes, grimacing. "Gross." He complains before speeding off, and you chuckle lightly at the empty room, though you can feel a bad feeling on the edge of your stomach.
Wanda and Vision. What a ridiculous thing.
It upsets you enough that you don't even remember the dream about Hela, and you keep a scowl on your face the whole way to the conference room.
You interrupt the presentation of a man you don't know, dragging your feet inside and ignoring the stares at you as you swivel a chair to sit across from Wanda.
"Why weren't you there when I woke up? I wanted to see your pretty face." You ask with a smile, crossing your legs and enjoying the way Wanda's face turns wildly red, all the attention of the room on you both.
"I-I..."
"Y/N, we're in the middle-" Steve tries but you sigh loudly, easily disassembling the chair support to turn the furniture and lay your head against Wanda's lap.
"Do that thing I like with your fingers in my hair, pretty please?" you ask feeling Wanda giggle embarrassed, but her hands moving, one to your shoulder and the other to the back of your neck. Steve grumbles.
"General Ross, I am sorry for the interruption." Says the Captain, and you blink your eyes forward, only now becoming aware of the presentation that was going on in the room. "Y/N just got back from recovery."
"No problem, Captain Rogers." Retorted the other man with a false cordiality. You could feel the dishonesty in his aura, and Wanda's gentle caress of your hair was the only thing keeping you calm. "It's actually a good opportunity to welcome Miss L/N back to both Earth and the Avengers."
You offered him a fake smile, moving your hand to Wanda's on your shoulder to play with her fingers, feeling her sigh softly. Ross cleared his throat and resumed the presentation.
"Your brother is tormenting me" You warned in thought the girl behind you, and held back a sigh when her fingers scratched the back of your neck.
"Is he?" she retorted mentally. You nodded in your lap, and she asked, "What did he say?"
"Something so ridiculous I thought it was a joke." You retorted, blinking away from the presentation that you weren't absorbing any words. "He told me Vision likes you."
Her touch stopped. You frowned, thinking to complain, but Wanda shrugged. "Aren't you going to say that's ridiculous?" You insisted, but she let go of your hand and you felt your heart speed up. You were getting up to look at her, but your gaze noticed the presentation, quickly reading something about Lagos and you noticed they were looking at her.
"That's enough." Steve spoke and the presentation was interrupted. "No one was hurt, Ross, this approach was unnecessary."
"With all due respect, Captain, but there was considerable damage in terms of structure." Argued the mustachioed man. "Furthermore, without Miss L/N's skills, the outcome of the people in that building would have been very different. Considering Miss L/N's background, we can expect that she will not even be present on earth at all times. The variants of a situation where she cannot revive the wounded must be considered."
You ran your hand through your hair. "I'm sorry, what are you saying?" You ask half confused, having only caught half of the presentation. Before Ross can say, Pietro lets out an incredulous laugh.
"They're saying it's Wanda's fault the hospital blew up." He accused angrily, getting to his feet. "Which I think is utter bullshit!"
Ross held up his hands with a nervous laugh. "No one here is saying it's anyone's fault!" He tried to justify himself, but you blinked indignantly, picking up on all the things that were happening on the screen now. The news about the Avengers, the way they were being called Terrorists even if no deaths, the pressure for a response.
"I have brought diplomacy to everything that is happening, and I hope you can see that this is the best solution we have found." Continues the man as he pushes a white paper on the table toward Wanda.
You reach for it first, staring at the title Sokovia Accords in disbelief.
"Are they calling her a terrorist?" You ask indignantly as you watch the television. Ross sighs.
"It's an unfair term, but..."
"We were there for a chemical weapon." You retort getting up. "She grabbed the bomb from the fair, it was going to go off underneath and bring the building down on those people." You continue to reason, grabbing the item from the table and in a second, the book is flying and shattering the glass screen of the presentation. All the Avengers stand at once, and the Agent who came with Ross grabs his holster. You step forward, grabbing the General's collar and lifting him to the ground. Steve raises his hand so the Agent doesn't shoot.
"You don't come into my house and threaten my girl. Ever." You warn with darkened eyes. "Go away before I break your neck."
Ross pales like his own beard but swallows dryly. "You can't threaten an official-" He starts but you immobilize him, his face pressed against the broken television. Just one push and it's going to start cutting.
"Y/N, please, you're going to make things worse." It is Nat who says, stepping forward as the others hold their breath. There is a voice in your head, a whisper, begging you to push a little harder, but you sigh, and let go, giving Ross room to recover, his face red with fear and shame.
"This sort of behavior is unacceptable." He complains, but you're not even listening properly, your whole body vibrating with anger and energy. "I just won't arrest you right away, given the circumstances of your recovery, Miss L/N."
You ignore him, catching a few scraps of Steve's conversation trying to calm the tempers before the man leaves the room, your attention diverted to the Accords book - to which you use your magic to draw back into your hands and read the clauses.
When Steve approaches you again, furious at what has happened, you don't even flinch.
"Don't you ever do anything like that again!" He commands seriously with an impassive face. "You simply lost your head and threatened an officer!"
"You know a lot about losing your head, don't you, Rogers?" You retorted between teeth, your eyes glittering with anger as you pushed the accords against the captain's chest. "Don't forget who didn't see the damn bomb in the first place." You accuse surprising him, and Steve swallows dryly, picking up the item before it falls to the ground.
"We should probably talk, all together." Natasha declares to the room with some hesitation, looking between you, Steve, and the rest of the team, who quickly agree.
Your natural reaction is to walk over to Wanda but your heart breaks when you notice her shy and crestfallen posture, only to feel a new wave of irritation when Vision strokes her shoulder and sits down next to her. Pietro uses speed to take the other seat, giving you a knowing look and you bite back an annoyed grunt, deciding on the couch behind them.
The Avengers start talking for long minutes about clauses and laws that don't interest you - all your attention is on the shiny strands of hair that seem so soft in front of you, and you play with your fingers, resisting the urge to touch them.
"Y/N, you're not even listening! That's what I'm talking about!" Exclaims Tony suddenly, and you only blink away from your bubble because you heard your name. "We're not used to taking responsibility for our actions. She threatened an officer and is daydreaming in the middle of the meeting!"
You roll your eyes. "I'm all ears."
Tony sighs impatiently. "And what are we talking about all this time?"
"Boring stuff." Your answer makes Tony roll his eyes, but Nat, Wanda, and Pietro hold back a laugh.
"Y/N, take something seriously for once in your life, if possible." Insists the Iron Man, and you sigh loudly, sitting up.
"I'm half Asgardian, Tony." You declare. "Most of the clauses in the accords don't affect me, I can fly off-planet whenever I want. But from what little I read and know about laws, the agreements are breaking a few dozen constitutional walls here."
The Avengers look surprised, but as you stand up to get a drink, Vision gestures that he agrees with what you are saying.
"A quick read-through on the agreements confirms several irregularities." He says, and you smile, muttering something like 'I told you so' as you pour yourself some whiskey. "But this is only a draft, the first attempt at diplomacy. I imagine the petitioners will come up with new versions by our next meeting."
"And what does that mean in the long run?" Sam asks, getting a sigh from the robot.
"That a decision will need to be made." He says. "And that those who don't sign, will suffer consequences."
"Wow, I came back to a divorce." You sneer turning your drink around in one go. "I'll keep Wanda and the cars."
Tony rolled his eyes, but you were smiling because the younger witch blushed and looked away. Pietro and Nat laughed.
"We need to make a decision about this." Tony continued, but you were pouring him a drink, and handing him the glass.
"Vision is going to be our bargaining chip." You let everyone know surprisingly. "Ross wants something to say he's in charge, and I want to destroy that shiny stone. Find a new power source, and offer Vision as a gift of trust to the united nations. The Avenger with the power to overpower all the others in case of a confiability-breaking situation or something."
Your suggestions leave everyone speechless, but you don't much care and join Tony in another drink.
"That's frighteningly genius." He mutters, and you smile, shrugging.
"We're going to need you too, Mr.Billionaire." You say. "Your monetary influence is our biggest advantage here. The decisions and pressures you make represent the team. If you sign, and others don't, we are all treated like criminals."
Tony frowns. "I wouldn't let you guys be treated like that."
You laugh, patting him on the shoulder. "Of course not, Tony, you're a sweetheart." You say with a slight sneer in your voice that he doesn't catch. "Now use that brain of yours to find a solution for Vis. I'm going to need a car."
"For what?"
"I want to take Wanda on a date."
The room lets out loud grumbles mixed with laughter and impatient sighs, but you laugh, raising your hands in surrender.
"I'm just kidding, Jesus!" You say laughing, and meeting the other girl's embarrassed gaze, you give her a wink. "I can wait until things are settled." You mutter, and she smiles, but the moment is interrupted because Pietro is grunting loudly:
"Stop flirting with my sister!"
Nat rolls her eyes, gesturing between you. "Enough, out you three. Tony and Vis have work to do, and Y/N has to prepare an apology speech for today's scene."
Steve clears his throat, getting up even though his name was not mentioned by his widow. "I have to go." He says without looking at you, and you exchange a look with Nat, who decides to follow him.
The next few days go by very quickly for you. There are remediation meetings and training, but Tony is really making progress with Vision's story.
Your desire was to stay in the compound, stealing glances and touches while cooking or training with Wanda that made her blush, but after your little anger scene with General Ross, your presence was requested in Vienna, for the official meeting regarding the Sokovia Accords with the Avengers. Natasha made you wear a suit.
"I look ridiculous." You complained as you straightened your collar for the ninth time, and she laughed beside you, turning her body toward you.
"You look lovely." She contradicted by running her fingers along your shoulders. "Wanda said the same thing when you left."
You rolled your eyes with reddened cheeks, which made Nat smile. "How are things between you two?" She asked curiously, and you sighed.
"She's playing with me." You replied sullenly, and Nat laughed with a frown.
"Really?"
You hum like a child. "I flirt with her all the time, but she has never made a move, can you believe it? And Pietro tells me that microwave has some kind of weird interest and I'm stuck here instead of being with her right now."
Nat laughs, finding your pout adorable. "God, you've come back like a crybaby from space." She mocks affectionately, straightening your tie, "I don't think you're being very fair to her, Y/N. You were gone for a whole year, and Wanda is pretty reclusive, Vision is her closest friend in the compound, even to me she doesn't open up easily. Maybe she just thinks you flirt for fun."
"That's bullshit!" You defend yourself indignantly, and Nat gives you a warning look to tone it down when some officers pass you in the hallway and give you a surprising look for your speech. "Damn, she's a telepath, how can you not see that I'm completely crazy about her?"
Nat laughs. "First of all, gross." She jokes. "Second, I would try to talk to her. Like an adult, please. But for now, I need you to focus on your public apology, okay?"
You sigh, nodding. "Sure, boss."
You grumble, but Nat laughs, squeezing your cheek before leading the way into the room where the conference was to take place.
Many hands are shaken, many names you were not going to memorize, but then, another explosion.
You felt death before it happened. A speech is interrupted and then screams.
The scene was different to your eyes, a lake much like the one in your dream forming and replacing the destroyed conference room. You saw a fallen man and ran to him.
"Sir?" You called out to him in concern, your hands on his wounded chest. "Can you hear me?"
He gasped, his lost gaze meeting yours. "The time of my rest has come."
You shook your head, pressing the wound on his chest. "No, I can help you..."
He denied it, smiling at you. "It's time, child. I'm ready. " His hands found yours on his chest, giving a gentle squeeze that makes your heart race. He murmured something in a language you didn't know, and his eyes closed. You wanted to bring him back, but his soul was ready to leave, and you couldn't even feel him anymore.
Other sounds became louder, other victims, and you let him go to help others.
When you awoke again, you were in a medical ward. Pietro had a bandage placed on your head.
"I'm sorry I couldn't save the king." That was the first thing you muttered to him, but he shook his head, wiping away some worried tears and smiling at you.
"I'm just glad you saved yourself." He says, stroking your arm for a moment. You find his seriousness strange.
"What happened?"
He swallows dryly, his accent thick as he answered: "A bomb in a truck. One death confirmed, but over 70 people somehow miraculously safe."
You grunt, turning over on the bed. "It's smaller than Lagos."
"But it's still a lot." Pietro insists, helping you move on the bed. "Things are bad around here, Y/N. You've been out for a couple of days, not longer than last time but your vitals are crappy. Natasha said you should rest and I agree with her.”
You grimace at the request. "You guys talk like I'm starting the fights."
Pietro sighs, denying with his head. "It's not like that, but you're right." He says. "Your idea with Vision seemed to have been great, but things got tenser with the death of the King of Wakanda. In addition, they're saying that it was Steve's friend who planted the bomb, the Winter Soldier. Things are getting worse very quickly, and Natasha says that you should prioritize your health. I think the same thing."
"It's not like I can die." You grumble getting up, and Pietro does the same.
"You don't know that!" He retorts with emotion. "And honestly, I don't want to test the possibility."
"How sweet." You scoff, and grunt when he gives you a pinch.
"You get so annoying when you come back you know that?" he accuses upset, making you sigh in apology. Pietro is right, you always have episodes of anger, irritability, or aggression when you exceed the uses of your powers. Natasha is probably the only one accustomed because Shield would love to use this to clean up the mess, but the other Avengers are always worried or surprised by the change.
All you offer is a grumble, turning to leave while ignoring the boy's request.
The compound is strangely quiet. You had expected the team to be around, but apparently, more than half of them were in Berlin dealing with the consequences of the attack on the United Nations.
You took a long shower before joining the one person who never made your mood worse no matter what she did.
"You're awake." Wanda commented with a smile as soon as you entered the kitchen, where she was beginning to prepare to make dinner.
"And you weren't next to my bed. Again." You retort to tease her, enjoying the pink that appears on her cheeks. "I'm starting to think you don't like me that much."
Wanda smiled, shaking her head. "My brother seemed concerned enough for both of us. I thought it best to give him some alone time with you."
You grimaced in disgust at the insinuation, sitting down on the countertop as you looked at the girl. "How awful it would be if the wrong Maximoff was into me." Wanda let out a short laugh, hiding any further reaction as she looked down, moving some pans around. You licked your lips before speaking again. "Are you grounded too?"
She frowned, raising her eyes to you again. "What do you mean?"
Before you could answer, Pietro was speeding into the commode, a disconnected cell phone in his hands.
"We're not allowed to leave." He declares with clear annoyance in his voice. "Stark said something about avoiding another public incident, whatever that means, and the enhanced team members should stick around."
"Typical." You mutter with no surprise, leaning over to look at the ingredients that Wanda separates. The witch however lets out a grumble.
"That's not fair." She complains in her sharp accent, making you look at her intently. "We didn't do anything wrong. Y/N saved half the hostages. They are treating us like children."
"I can leave when I want." You retort casually. "Natasha is keeping me here because she thinks I'm getting sick, which is ridiculous. And you two are grounded for being the coolest in the team."
Pietro laughs, but Wanda frowns in concern. "What do you mean getting sick?" She asks taking a step toward you. "How are you feeling?" Her hand finds your cheeks, and you feel your skin warm, surprised at the sudden affection.
"God, your eyes are so pretty." You confess in a breathless sigh, causing Wanda to giggle embarrassedly and Pietro to roll his eyes.
"You're both ridiculous." He comments. "Since we can't go out, I'll be staying in my room playing video games. Meanwhile, get a room." He teases, speeding away and leaving you both alone. Wanda chuckles awkwardly, pulling away to continue dinner, and you bite back a smile as you watch her.
"What are we having for dinner?" You ask casually, resting your hands on the counter. Wanda sighs, checking the cabinets, and standing on tiptoe to look at the topmost drawers. The movement immediately draws your attention to her legs, and you bite back a sigh.
"What do you want?" she asks distractedly.
You.
Your thought is instant, and from the way she flinches and her cheeks blush hard, she has definitely listened. But you smile, not waiting for her to work up the courage to turn to you again as she adds, "Anything is fine."
Wanda nods softly, and you make no effort to disguise that you are watching her. She thinks she is doing a good job despite her trembling hands and the way she is blushing at the attention.
"You still haven't told me about space." She comments a moment later as she is chopping vegetables. You blink away from the curve of her cheeks, having been counting a few barely noticeable freckles for the past minutes while she cooked.
"What do you want to know?" You retort low, wishing to get back to counting. She smiled short.
"Did you have fun?" she asked without taking her eyes off the activity.
"Sounds cooler than it actually was." You replied, settling down on the countertop to hug one of your knees and rest your chin on it. "I have more fun when I'm with you."
Wanda feels her heart racing, for the thousandth time that afternoon. You were irritably good at that, leaving her speechless. She smiles shyly, not meeting your gaze.
"I have fun with you too, Y/N." She confesses while finishing with her vegetables. You however let out a soft sigh.
"It doesn't seem like much, you've been avoiding me." You accuse half annoyed, surprising her. She pushes the food into a pan and focuses all her attention on you.
"What are you talking about?" She questions. "I don't avoid you."
"You've been spending a lot of time with Vision." You retort narrowing your eyes to her. She makes an amused grimace.
"He's my friend."
"So you agree? That you're avoiding me to be with him?" You accuse back, and Wanda gives an incredulous laugh, shaking her head.
"No, I haven't done anything like that." She defends herself. "You just got back, and you've been busy while Vision hasn't. And you're my friend too, I wouldn't avoid you."
It's your turn to laugh, raising an eyebrow at her.
"I'm not your friend, Wanda."
She is taken by surprise, getting it the wrong way, or at least not the way you want her to. Swallowing dryly, she puts more distance between the two of you as she goes back to cooking.
"I know you've been away for a while, and we don't really know each other that well, but I thought..."
You cut her off with a wave of your hand, stepping down from the countertop and advancing against her until Wanda has her body pressed between the wood and yours, her breath hitched by the sudden closeness.
"I guess I didn't make my intentions clear enough." You whisper, placing your hands on either side of the marble, consequently narrowing the space between you even further. Wanda's eyes widen, and she swallows dryly, trying to keep her gaze on yours. "I don't want to be just a friend."
Wanda lets a shaky breath escape, finding it hard not to break the distance. "Y/N..."
"I want to kiss you." You confessed breathlessly, leaning in until your mouth was at the height of her neck, the brush of your lips on her skin making her shudder and close her eyes tightly. "And I wanna worship every inch of your body." You continued, moving one of your hands off the countertop and onto her waist, and down to the edge of her skirt, playing with the fabric between your fingers. Your mouth found the height of her ear, a soft sigh that made Wanda's legs go wobbly. "And I wanna know how you taste." You confessed as your fingers strode up to her thigh, moving dangerously up the inside until Wanda's hands gripped your waist for support, the muscles instinctively quivering and unbalancing her, getting a wicked chuckle from you. "But first, let's have dinner together." You warned, pulling away at once with a satisfied smile.
Wanda's face was very warm, and her head was down, trying to normalize her breathing and heartbeat.
You moved relaxedly to continue the food preparation as if nothing had happened while Wanda could barely focus on her own thoughts, the ghost of the feeling of your hands warming her body entirely.
"Don't play games with me." She asks in a whisper, meeting your eyes again. Your expression is mixed with surprise and confusion, your hands busy washing the rice but your head turned toward her. Wanda takes a deep breath to gather courage but clenches her hands together as she speaks. "I don't want to be a flirt, Y/N. I'm not good with this, feelings I guess. If you care about me, I need you to tell me."
In no hurry, you turned off the water faucet and dried your hands on the towel. Then you turned to Wanda and kissed her so hard that she stumbled backward, her back hitting the refrigerator. She gasped, taken by surprise, but kissed back the next moment, melting against you. Your hands moved to her waist, and then her thighs, lifting her easily to sit her on the countertop as her hands closed behind your neck. She scratched the back of your neck, kissing you back intently until your head was spinning, but you had to tell her how you felt.
Breaking the kiss between gasping breaths, you slowed down until you met the fully dilated pupils and swollen lips of the girl in front of you.
"You are my favorite person in the entire universe, Wanda Maximoff." You confess to her sweetly, your hands on her thighs. "I find you fascinating and funny, and spectacularly brilliant. I wish I had asked you out the moment I laid eyes on you, but it wouldn't have been appropriate to do that in the middle of a fight." You continue, getting an affected chuckle from the other that makes you smile as well. "I wouldn't have gone anywhere if I knew my trip would make you question my feelings about you. Because I am completely in love with you, and you should know that."
Wanda's eyes fill with tears, but she smiles with relief, nodding as she moves her hands to her cheeks. "I know now." She says, breaking the distance to kiss you softly. Before you can increase, she breaks away, giving a gentle tug on your bottom lip that makes you grunt with dark eyes. "I'm in love with you too, in case it wasn't obvious."
" Hmm, it wasn't." You retort amusedly, scratching your way under her skirt, and smiling at the way she panted. "I was beginning to think you liked the piece of tin back."
Wanda has trouble keeping her eyes open, but retorts, "I don't see him that way."
You hum in approval, your fingers meeting the sides of her panties under her skirt, and playing with the fabric as your mouth kisses her neck softly, the gentle pressure being more than necessary for her to let out a sound much like a whimper that sends a strong wave of heat to her center. "God, those sounds you make darling..." You pant against her neck, leaning your face to calm your breathing.
She moves her hands to pull your face back to hers, kissing you with intensity and you sigh as you match, letting your arousal fill your senses. Wanda entwines her legs around your waist, pulling your body against hers and the new friction makes you let out gasping sighs of pleasure against each other's mouths, smiling into the kiss that seems to get more intense by the second.
When your hands shift to move her panties, however, a loud noise attracts your attention, and the kiss and the moment is broken immediately by the presence of two horrified men.
"In the middle of the kitchen." Clint declares with a mixed expression of shock and weariness, while Pietro seems torn between starting a fight or digging a hole in the ground. Wanda mumbles in embarrassment, hiding her face in her collarbone as your hands move out of her skirt, and you lick your lips trying to push the wave of arousal away.
"Forget what I said Clint. Tell the captain we can't help because I'm going to kill Y/N." Pietro then declares, and you have to let go of his sister to escape his attempts to hit one of the pots on your head.
Clint sighs impatiently. "We don't have time for this." He complains about the scene, and you cover your face to defend yourself from a blow that never comes because Wanda uses magic to keep her brother away from you, an easy laugh on her face.
"Whatever this is, work it out later. Steve needs us."  Clint says seriously. You sigh.
"I'll sit in the front seat." It is your final statement.
–//–
You're not sure how the fight ended, but you know that the pressure on your head can't be good.
This medical area is definitely fancier than any place you've ever been through.
And this time, Wanda is at your bedside.
"Is that grumpy old man okay?" Your question comes out hoarse and tired and makes Wanda jump out of her chair. She has her hands on your face at the same second, but she smiles.
"God, you are awake." She gasps, resting her forehead against yours. You laugh half-heartedly.
"How long?"
"Too long." It is not Wanda who answers, but a mechanical voice you know well. Vision is wearing a ceremonial outfit, but what attracts your attention is the lack of the stone on his head. You frown, but Wanda pushes your shoulders back when you make mention of getting up. "You have to rest, Y/N. The fusion must be more painful now that you're awake."
"What are you talking about?" You ask confused, but feel a pang of fatigue hit you as soon as you make the slightest mention of getting up again. Wanda strokes your hair.
Vision sighs almost ashamed. "The conflict was worse than expected. The changes in my main software for the Sokovia agreements ended up giving our opponents authority on my remote functions." Said the robot, and you sighed impatiently.
"English, please, Vision."
He hesitated, and Wanda replied, "Ross had control during the fight, Y/N. Because of the consents. When you refused to cooperate, Vision shot you."
"I remember that." You retorted. "But I saved Rhodes, didn't I?"
Wanda sighs, nodding. "At a very high cost, dekta." She says moving her hand to your cheek. "Your powers were drained because of the injury, and you still pushed a little harder to make sure James was okay. You were out for almost three weeks."
You let out an exclamation. "Damn, I missed my score." You murmur casually but are sorry when Wanda whines.
"Please stop joking about it." She almost begs, her face reddening. "I almost... I almost lost you."
You swallow dryly, moving your hands to interlace with hers. "Oh, Wanda, I'm so sorry." You say feeling very bad all of a sudden. "I'm not going anywhere, I promise, okay?"
She sniffles, shaking her head, not seeming to believe much. You sigh, squeezing your fingers together. Vision clears his throat.
"Your powers have changed during your recovery, Miss L/N." Declared the machine as you approach. "When we brought you here, a kind of magical aura was wrapped around you. It claimed the stone in my head." He counters gesturing to his own forehead. "It removed it before any of us could react, and it came to you. It's there now, somehow it was absorbed into your body. The scientists in Wakanda were able to reconnect me while you're asleep."
"That's a lot of information." You mutter blinking in confusion, and Vision smiles in understanding.
"Rest then." He says placing a hand on your shoulder. "You will have time to absorb it all."
He nods in farewell and leaves the premises. Wanda wipes her face, but when she makes mention of doing the same, you hold her hand.
"Stay here with me." You ask, and she looks at you with a frown.
"You're not even sorry." She suddenly accuses, and you blink in confusion.
"For what?"
She lets out an incredulous laugh, releasing your hand. "Do you realize how worried or scared I was? You weren't breathing, Y/N! I just-" she choked, shaking her head and trying to stop crying. "I can't do this."
You forced yourself to sit up, ignoring the physical pain to question her, "What are you saying, Wanda? You said you cared about me."
She looks at you with indignation. "I do care!"
"Then what's the problem?"
"This is the problem!" She retorts gesturing. "You being irresponsible and reckless is the problem! Me being in love with you is the problem! I can't do this, Y/N. I can't breathe when I think about the possibility of losing you, you see? And you clearly have no problem making sure that doesn't happen. So, no, I can't do it, because I'm not going to spend my life holding my breath every time you're working."
You blink in confusion, speechless for a moment. "Wait, are you breaking up with me? I haven't even asked you out yet."
Wanda stands up irritated, and you grunt in pain asking her to wait. "You can't take anything seriously, can you?" She accuses hurtfully, and you sigh.
"I take you seriously."
"That's not true." She retorts with tears in her eyes. "You say nice words, but your actions are selfish. I want you back when you go on a mission, Y/N. Do you understand what I'm saying?"
You nod, running your hand through your hair. "If you want to be with me, why are you trying to finish what we didn't even start, witchy?"
Wanda sighs. "I'm terrified." She confesses then, twisting her fingers together. "Watching you these last few weeks has been too much. Part of me still thinks I'm hallucinating that you're awake."
You offer a small smile, extending your hand for her to approach. "Come see how real I am."
Wanda sighs deeply, but moves closer, until she lies on the stretcher with you and hugs your body, relaxing as she feels your arms around her.
You stroke her hair, enjoying the warmth. "If I promise to be careful, will you take me to a date?"
Wanda laughs softly against your collarbone. "Why not the other way around?"
"I've never been on one." You confess letting your fingers trawl through the brown strands. "Growing up as a Shield pet doesn't exactly give you many opportunities for that sort of thing, you know? I'd like to go on a date with the girl I like."
Wanda hums, pressing her body more tightly against yours. "I understand." She murmurs into your skin. "But you're the one who owes me dinner, dorogaya."
You chuckle softly, feeling your eyes heavy. "We can have a romantic dinner in Paris, like in the movies. And then we'd make love all night under the stars."
Wanda lets out something like an embarrassing grumble, sinking her face against you and making you laugh softly.
"Just recover first." She murmurs, and you nod softly, finding the rhythm of gentle strokes in her hair that makes her sigh contentedly.
"I'll find a way to apologize for the scare, sweetheart." You assure her, moving your face to kiss her forehead. "And I promise I won't do it again."
Wanda swallows dryly. "Thank you."
“Don’t mention, little witch.”

Bonjour Bonsoir
May I request headcanons for Andrew Kreiss where he has to protect the person he has feelings for in a match ? Like all fluffy and stuff !
Thanks !
Of course I can do that for you!
You first, Your Body Second. (grave keeper x gn!reader)

Roxman_ on Pinterest
I've been writing for idek how long now and I still f up grammar and spelling. Warning as always.
What is love? And what lengths would you go to protect the ones you do?
But you don't have to worry about that. Not when you've got the Gravekeeper to protect you from the dangers that present themselves in every match you play in.
He'll keep you safe, always and forever.
-
The Grave Keeper has only felt so much love in his life, which really only amounts to a couple specs of sand. He can't wrap his head around the concept of it all-let alone the feeling of it.
Out of all places to fall head over heels in, he had to in this hell hole? Nobody expects it, and it's surely a surprise to all who welcome the feeling.
Which is something that Andrew doesn't do at first. The poor boy doesn't think he is anywhere near deserving of all the love and attention you give him.
Andrew hasn't differentiated the difference between being generally kind to going out of your way to do something for someone who's developed a crush. He knows what he feels, but can't figure out if your trying to tell him you reciprocate these undying feelings.
He's new to love, having been void of it for almost all his life he's forced to take baby steps. But for you? It'll be worth it.
-
Your one and only game today is a regular match, thank gosh.
None the less, you find yourself chatting it up with the Grave Keeper. The others cannot fathom the fact that you seem to be the only one in the manor who could keep up a regular conversation with the man. But to the two of you, this is just another chat.
It was weird y'know, how quickly the two of you seemed to click. Out of all the Survivors, you find him the easiest to talk to. It's so easy to find tranquility in each other's presence that you lose track of time. (You and Andrew may or may not have accidentally been late to a couple matches because of this.)
The Grave Keeper has told you more about his life than he's told anyone else. You've excepted him for who he is, scars and all.
It's more than enough for the man to catch feelings.
He isn't entirely sure how to show it though, but maybe this match will be the perfect time to demonstrate it.

"Two ciphers left!" The Priestess shouts into her radio which allows the rest of the team to know to keep up the pace. She's stuck having to take over the kiting while she bides time for the Doctor to self heal herself, which shouldn't take long.
You're halfway through decoding your cipher before you hear the sound of teleporting, you're soon greeted with the sly smile that belongs to no one but "Fool's Gold". Seems the hunters changed targets.
"Shit," you mutter into the radio as you quickly throw down a pallet, almost risking a hit. "Hunter's here, continue decoding at all costs!"
For the rest of the decoding period, you weave your way through pallets and windows. Unfortunately, you take a hit which leaves blood pouring from your back and you in excruciatingly pain.
In the distance, you see a blurry figure with hair white as snow running towards you.
"Fuck, Andrew? Andre you've got to get out of here-"
Your voice is cut off by Andrew picking you up and slinging you over his shoulder.
"Wait are you seriously going to kite with me on your shoulder?"
"Of course not, I'd never risk you getting more hurt than you already are now. Just hold in there, I won't let you get hurt again, I promise." Andrew says as he makes a mad dash across the map. You soon see a glowing blue and black portal.
"Go now, I'll take over the kiting."
"Andrew no I can't let you do tha-" Your voice is silenced (again...) from Andrews lips on yours.
Does it catch you off guard? Yes. But you soon lean into the quick peck, rapping your arms around his neck.
"Mh, Darling I'd love to continue but I'd rather you be safe okay?" With another quick peck on the lips, the Grave Keeper helps you through the portal, which is quickly destroyed by "Fool's Gold's" pickaxe.
"I'll see you soon, my love."
-
The whole match seemed to have been an entire blur. Even while you got bandaged up and the entire team was able to get out you still can't comprehend what just happened moments earlier.
I guess that confirms my suspensions then... You say to yourself as you make your way back to your dorm room. Only to be stopped when you feel a strong hand grip your shoulder, turning you around.
"H-hey, um, how are you?" Andrew stutters and stumbles over his words, obviously worried about the move he pulled on you earlier.
"Hi Andrew. I'm doing more than okay, how are you feeling?" You ask him with a smile tugging on your lips as you rock back and forth on your heels.
"I'm d-doing okay, uh, so-" You cut off Andrew with a kiss to the lips. Honestly you've been waiting too long to do this.
He leans into the kiss, putting his hands on your hips and you rest your arms around his neck. The kiss is slow but passionate and secretly sends him over the edge with happiness.
He promised to protect you, and for the first time in your life, you know you can count on it.

Vampire Kareshi ch.3
Ch.1, Ch.2, AO3 link.
University au, Bloodweave.
Have fun reading yall!
...
After a long shower, a careful trim of his beard, cutting of his nails and a few drops of cologne, he felt ready. He put the wizardly robes on, he was looking great, feeling giddy. But also he's going to throw up from the stress.
"Wyll I'm nervous." He finally turned to his friend after a few minutes of checking the time and waiting for an 'im here' text.
"But you want this, so get yourself together. " Wyll was looking at him pacing in the room, comfortably sitting on the couch with a can of some disgusting sugary death drink in hand.
"I do. I'm just not used to stuff like this! Do you think he's going to kiss me?"
"I don't know. I'm sure he will if you ask him to. But make sure you don't kiss him too soon, wait until the end of the night."
"Um, okay."
"And don't be afraid to flirt. He will probably be put off if you just take all the compliments and don't give any back, it would make it seem like you're not enjoying yourself."
"Understood." A notification sound rang aloud in the room. "It's time... Thank you for lending me your fancy cologne, it won't be forgotten!" He checks the message.
'I'll be there in a few minutes, cant wait to see you darling.'
Darling... DARLING!
'The feeling is mutual.'
"Are you not going to get going?" Wyll asked, confused as to why his friend was just watching the parking lot from the window.
"I'll teleport, it makes an impression!"
"You can do that?"
"Of course, what kind of wizard can't teleport? Oh look, he's there!" Wyll scampered to the window to finally see this mistery man.
"That... My father has a car like that, just who is this guy?"
"He said his father was Cazador. I suppose that should tell you something."
"Cazador Szarr? I'm not surprised he has a son I've never heard about, I'm sure he has a couple more he himself hasn't seen."
"I see. Well, it's lovely talking to you in our shared livingspace that I see you in every single day, but I think it's time for me to get going! Until next time!" He bowed and walked into a portal that was freshly opening up behind him.
In the ambiguous space between the two portals he found himself a little stuck. Oh no...
...
Astarion checked himself out in the selfie camera, carefully inspecting his visage. He'd do it in one of the many mirrors of Cazadors displacer but he cannot, for obvious reasons.
He was startled by a loud magic magicing right beside his car. He was not eager to get out and see what's up on account of him being in the possession of survival instincts, but when a hand with a pretty ring on it reached out, he became intrigued.
"A hand? Please?"
"Oh, Gale! It's you!"
"Can you help me out?" He grabbed the hand and began pulling. No use. In the meantime Wyll was watching all of this go down from the window and thought 'That's one hell of an impression you're making.' He pitied the both of them and reached into the portal to give Gale a good push. He has 9 strength, so he's not much better off than the other two but it did the trick!
Astarion could barely keep standing as the human fell into his arms. "So you're a wizard?"
"Yes, I am! An apprentice of Elminster and a graduate of the Wizarding academy of Waterdeep! I'm working on my second degree here in Baldur's gate." He straightened up, proud as could be. Suddenly as he was faced with the elf, all his nervousness faded into oblivion. Standing this close, Gale also noticed that the elf was not by much, but still a little shorter than him. He seemed taller on camera, not that Gale is complaining.
"I wouldn't have guessed you were a wizard! This is interesting to say the least! I must say, you look positively delectable, darling."
"So do you." Gale looked at the vampires outfit, which was hard to see as it was mostly black. What Gale didn't fail to notice was the way it glittered as it was illuminated by streetlights. "You look much more solemnly dressed, I must say I feel like a clown."
"Oh no, you'll be fine, I'm the weird one for dressing for the casket I was always destined for. I felt like I didn't wear this black jacket enough, so I put an outfit together just so I can wear it."
"I'd say it was a great idea, you look... Pretty." The wizard fiddled with the sun motifs embroidered into the robes of summer.
Astarion opened the door of the car and beckoned him in. He did so without a question. Astarion followed shortly after, starting the car once again. "Thank you. But let me warn you, this gift is particularly hard to open, the zipper on this top always gets stuck!" Astarions sharp gaze was solely fixed on the road ahead, but he can definitely tell Gale was flustered beyond belief.
"I- I see... "
"You're cute, I'll stop, I can see that you're a bit uncomfortable."
"No, continue! I'm just not in my element, not much experience you see!"
"I understand." He started the car, all he could think about was how much he he wished that Cazador didn't like this one.
...
To Gales surprise, he wasn't over or under dressed, he was perfect. That didn't make him feel any less strange though.
A couple of guests he spoke to seemed to eye him with interest, then with disappointment as they got nearer, he wondered what that was about. Maybe they didn't like that he seemed to already have a pair.
"Darling, care for a drink?" Astarion appeared right besides him, speak of the devil. He's quiet as a kitten, but Gale didn't know he was supposed to get spooked so he didn't.
"I've had plenty already, thanks." He looked around at the other guests, who were behaving very very improperly. He's not that kind of girl.
"Hmm, you know, these people are quite the company, but I'd prefer yours alone. Would you like to find us a dark corner to slink away into?" Astarions arm was wrapped around his, the human could hear the sequins of Astarions jacket scrape against his robes rough outer layer.
"Sounds like a fantastic idea, let's go!" Gale didn't like these sorts of gatherings, he was eager to be in peace at last. The pale elf pulled him in the direction of the hallway, which was clearly not to be explored by the attendees.
Servants rushed back and forth through it, paying the two of them no mind. It was a lot darker than the ballroom, giving the illusion of privacy, but believe me, someone's always watching in the Szarr Palace.
On the balcony, the air was cold, but refreshingly less stinky than inside.
"Finally, a moment to ourselves, I almost wish we didn't even come to the party, hiding away in the gardens would have been just as good." Astarion said, inching closer to Gale. "Wouldn't you agree?"
"I would." Gale did some wizardly magic hand gestures at the sky and gorgeous swirling colorful lights appeared. Gale leaned into the railing and noticed Astarion immediately got cozy very close to him, they were touching, it was to the wizards liking but it still got his pulse all the way up.
"Fascinating. Can you also make a bed appear?"
"I can, although maybe that would be untimely, considering this is our first date."
"...True. You want another date after this? I hadn't been on a second date in a long while." Gale was quite surprised to hear that.
"Why not? I thought people were begging for your attention."
The charming smile came back to the face of the pale elf. "You know what? Let's not talk about that! Tell me about yourself!"
He thought for a second, there's a lot to say. "Um, I have a tressym, her name is Tara."
"I love cats." Astarion got real cozy, putting an arm behind Gale and watching the magic show.
"Me too, don't call her that to her face though. It's like me calling you a mosquito man." Astarions smile dissapeared, he looked at his date.
"... What."
"Because, you know, vampire?"
"YOU- You knew?" He put some distance between the two of them so he cam properly glare at the human.
"Of course I knew! You're not quite as subtle as you think and I'm a wizard, I know a thing or two about the undead."
"That's fair, how silly of me... It's almost midnight, isn't it. Almost time." Something is weird about him all of a sudden. Gale senses some sort of magic in the air that doesn't belong to him.
"For what?" The vampire stood up, pulling Gale with him. "Astarion?"
"Follow me."
He almost ran. Briskly walking through the dark rooms, back through the ballroom, into a weirdly placed door and straight dark hallway. Gale was never an athlete, he was wheezing. Through all this, he barely noticed the magic getting stronger. At the end of this hallway there was a room, which Astarion barged into, pulling the wizard along.
"Astarion, it was about time you arrived." Said someone whom also appeared to be a vampire. "Come closer."
Astarion dragged him towards the man, which Gale tried to resist but couldn't. "Are you Cazador?"
"Oh, you recognize me? How fun!" He stood up, towering over the both of them. He looked like he smelled something foul, but quickly schooled his face.
"Must have noticed my blood, let me assure you, it's not tasty!"
Cazador furiously glared at Astarion.
"I swear, I didn't tell him!" His tone was calm and collected, but still. He was afraid.
"I figured it out myself, you guys are not exactly masters of deception." Gale was often jarringly confident in his.... Well, everything. He thought that since he was in on some kind of secret, the vampire would spare his life.
Well, it wouldn't be smart to attack a mage.....Cazador is not the smartest, or the prettiest or nicest, but he's not attacking Gale of Waterdeep. Not that he knows who Gale, is, he hadn't left his palace in decades. "You're dismissed."
Astarion then dragged him out of the room and back to the balcony, completely ignoring his questions. This is so weird.
...
"So you can safely teleport back to your dorm? If not, I promise I'll pay for the taxi, just don't do it drunk." The vampire leaned into the railing of the balcony.
"I'll manage. I didn't have that much!" Gale adjusted his hat and awkwardly looked at Astarion, who was being eaten alive in self loathing and dread. He didn't show that, only a tiny bit of worry slipped past his walls for the wellbeing of someone he was ready to let Cazador drain dry.
"I'll trust your judgment, I was never any good at magic." They stared at each other, waiting for the other to say something.
"Is it appropriate to kiss on the first date?" Asked Gale, trying not to sink into the tiles from shame.
Astarion was about to say 'first base is missionary' but held his tounge. "Do you want to?" He asked with a grin you'd want to wipe off of him with a well balanced bitch slap.
"I do."
Astarion stepped closer, got on his tippy toes and kissed him. On the mouth. He put his hands on Gales arms, keeping him in place. Gale was still as a statue though, there was no need to hold him.
When it was over, Gale had a goofy grin on his face and got very very very red. A portal opened behind him and he slowly backed into it, feeling the vampires hand gently slide off of his arm.
"Goodbye, I'll text you."
"See you, hopefully soon."

“I’ll make you regret that” with lee!Spot and ler!Miguel?
Spot scrambled to throw up another portal as that taloned menace lunged for him again. He succeeded in sending Miguel careening in a different direction, his claws digging into the ground with sparks flying as he forced himself to stop. Spot frantically charged the other way, forming another series or portals to hastily fling himself through the air.
This guy doesn't give up! This wasn't at all like the chase with those Spiderlings. He made them look like actually spiders, mere pests that couldn't be easier to squish and discard. This Spiderman was terrifying! He wouldn't give up, Spot couldn't lose him, no amount of portalling him into different walls or flinging him away has gotten him to give up. Sure, Spidermen aren't known for giving up but they've been at this for ages! Spot wasn't even rambling, trying so hard to get away he hardly had time for conversation. This guy didn't say much other than threats to get Spot and demands for him to stop running, anyway, hardly anything interesting to go off of.
Spot was running out of spots. That was the scariest part. He hadn't managed to get away even when he had them in abundance, now he was having to conserve them it was all the more futile. He needed to come up with a plan, knock his out, get him stuck, something!
Spot let out a squeal as he was suddenly tackled down, strong hands gripping an arm and leg tight. He tumbled to the ground, the Spiderman currently after him pinning him down from behind with ease.
"Owowowowww! Loosen up, jeez!"
Spot squirmed as his arms were pulled behind him, something wrapping around them. This is NOT good. His heart was racing as whoever the hell this was sighed deeply, hauling Spot onto his shoulder.
"Finally..."
"Oooh, looks like you caught me. That was some impressive stuff."
Spot said, voice filled with sarcasm. Miguel's grip on his calf tightened, making him squeak as the talons dug against the flesh slightly. Pointy!
Of course, as soon as Miguel opened up a portal Spot panicked. Before he could think, a portal appeared directly below Miguel.
They both plummeted. Miguel let out a very angry yell of surprise, follow by a grunt as he and Spot were flung sideways onto concrete below. Momentarily free- well, at least his legs were- Spot scrambled to get away from Miguel. He growled as he pulled him back towards him, using the webbing that was already wrapped around his arms. Good thing he'd kept it attached at the arm.
Ok, that didn't quite work, but it had promise! It at least delayed Spot's capture! He'll just keep doing that until this guy lets him go or he figures out something better!
Spot waited until Miguel once against was next to him, reaching out to grab him again. And he dropped a portal.
This time, Miguel took to gripping Spot tightly, a growl of frustration coming out. When they landed, however, Spot landed on top of him, making catching himself nonviable. Then Spot did it again, making them fall decently far through the air and forcing Miguel to use his other webbing to catch them and slam into a wall to prevent losing Spot. Spot formed a portal where he was aimed at the wall, slipping through. Miguel was fast, however, dropping and swinging into it just before it disappeared.
A mere moment of reprieve as Spot didn't register Miguel behind him. That was until he growled, gripping Spot the back of his neck and bringing his head back forcefully to growl in his ear (or at least where it should be).
"Do that one more time, I'll bite you."
"Oh my god that is not the sort of threat I was expecting you to make. You are one unique Spiderman, which is saying a lot considering I've met quite a few and there's quite a variety!"
"Shut it. You're going to come quietly. No more struggling."
Spot let out a nervous laugh. He really wasn't the kind to surrender... But he was being threatened and he was really low on portals..He glanced around at his surroundings, looking for something, anything.
Hm. That barrel will have to do.
"Ok! No more portalling us around!"
"Good..."
THUNK
Spot couldn't help but laugh at the comedic noise. He had dropped the barrel directly on Miguel with a portal. The grip on his neck did not falter, however.
The sudden feeling of weightlessness was unexpected. Spot was slammed into a wall, the impact knocking the wind out of him. The sight wasn't all that promising either, Spider 2099 pinning Spot by the chest, claws at the ready. Oh, he looked pissed. Super pissed. Regret and fear filled Spot to the brim.
"Oh, that's funny, is it? I don't see the humour. But I've got my own punchline, and when I enact it... I'll make you regret that..."
Oh no oh jeez oh Spot is so going to die.
He braced himself, fully expecting the next move to be Spiderman ripping him to ribbons.
And, well... The talons did strike forward, seemingly with full intention to do that. Spot let out a scream, body tense, ready for a world of pain.
Only to splutter and burst into frantic squeals and squawks.
Miguel had no mercy as he dug his talons in, almost frantic on his mission to scratch and claw Spot into a severely sensitive surrender. Spot stomped and writhed, pushing himself back against the wall. His laughter couldn't be more hysterical, this guy was killing him! In a way more embarrassing way than he expected! Seriously, the guy had acted like he was about to actually kill Spot for all the frustration he had caused him. How the hell was he supposed to prepare for this?!
Those claws felt like they were everywhere, too! His movements were so erratic, his hands moved on a whim. With every buck and twist Spot did they'd jump places, sides, stomach, ribs, hips, all were targeted in quick bursts, hands flicking to and fro. Spot couldn't even comment on the aggressive manner of it, not when he was howling with laughter.
He couldn't stand it. Literally. He slid down the wall without a minute having even passed, weakened by the strain of the laughter and how ruthless this guy was. Miguel didn't relent for a moment, following Spot down, pulling his legs out in swift swipes so he could keep his attack up. Even as Spot fell to his side, desperately trying to splutter out begs for mercy in words broken between by his cackles, Miguel kept it up. He wasn't going to stop until Spot was a twitching, exhausted mess. It was the best way to guarantee he didn't resist further upon Miguel trying to drag him back to HQ. That, or biting him to paralyze him. And frankly, despite his threats, Miguel wasn't particularly keen on biting Spot.
Spot, desperately, shuffled on the spot in a bid to get away from those claws. He couldn't focus on anything else but those tickly pointed terrors! Even if there was a sense of satisfaction at laughing so much, god knows he needed the laugh, this was easily described as excessive! His ribs were starting to ache from how hard he was laughing, his face felt wet from either sweat or tears, which is weird because he didn't even know that he could cry anymore, and he would honestly be willing to sell his soul for a break if he could make a single coherent sentence.
Alas, words didn't work. And Spot had become a man of action! So.
He started frantically kicking Miguel.
"Really?"
He leaned back, taking a few hits on account of them being fairly weak and uncoordinated. Miguel grabbed Spot's ankles pulling them back down to the floor and straddling him. In the few seconds he wasn't tickling Spot, Spot took big gasps through his still fairly abundant laughter. The crack of knuckles made Spot wail, he wasn't ready for round two! Round one nearly killed him! He was going to die!
A portal appeared under them, created by pure instinct. Miguel snarled and grabbed onto Spot as they dropped. They were flung sideways onto the streets, Miguel rolling as the change in gravity disorientated him. His grip slipped, Spot also rolling but far less gracefully then Miguel. He groaned as he lay there, face down and looking pretty damn defeated. A side glance to the enraged look of the other kicked him back into gear, however. He scrambled backwards as Miguel stood, striding towards him. The tug on Miguel's webbing reminded him he was restrained and Spot hastily formed a portal to cut through the webbing. His voice was panicked, wavering and croaky from all his prior laughing.
"S-stay back! Get away from me! Seriously!"
Miguel lunged forward.
Spot opened his last available portal, urging it to go as far away as possible. Miguel's yell of rage was cut of as he went right into it. Spot closed it, looking around at the empty space. Huh.
Why didn't he lead with that?!
Spot sighed, flopping backwards. That was exhausting. And alarming. And confusing. It gave the energy of a man who was currently in anger management but definitely needed way more of it. His ribs still ache.
He laid there, at least until he realised he was getting odd looks from the general public. Ok, great, cool, getting away from all of that. He really hated being stared at...
As Spot picked the webbing off, quick to rush into a nearby alleyway, he wondered who the hell that guy actually was. Sure, he'd had to deal with his fair share of Spidermen, but that guy really was on a whole other level of intensity and bizarreness. Spidermen were way too diverse...
Spot hoped he wouldn't have to deal with this guy again. At least not until he reaches an anger management milestone or something. His oor lungs won't be able to handle another face off with him so soon...

Fur, Claws and ButterBeer
Mattheo Riddle x Hufflepuff!OC! Estelle Scamander Warnings: None
Estelle sighed as she sunk into the plush red bench seat. The year had been dull, with no suitable replacement for the Care of Magical Creatures professor; the class had been cancelled. Her grey tabby cat, Nimbus, rested his head on her lap and nudged her hand, seeking pats. Staring at the rolling hills in the distance, Estelle wondered if at least one of her brothers remembered what today was. She reflected on her past year at Hogwarts. With one less class on her schedule, Estelle had more time to explore and focus on other subjects. This year's yule ball hadn’t been as exciting as Estelle ever remembered; her eyes drifted towards the trunk with her initials hoisted above the opposite bunch. The soft yellow knee-length gown had looked lovely on her - well, in her opinion, it did. The dress had not ended the night pretty; Missy Mcgoran had thrown Mulled wine at her, and now an ugly red stain marred most of the dress.
Estelle was broken from her thoughts when the door to the compartment roughly slid open, Her closest friends spilling into the compartment. Dean and Tyler were laughing about some stupid joke or action involving a second-year, falling unceremoniously onto the opposing bench. Mattheo followed, his signature smirk on his face as he sat beside her; Mattheo ran his hand through Nimbus’s fur.
“It’s a pity you and Marcy couldn’t get that stain out; it truly was a lovely dress on you”, spoke the dark-haired Slytherin. His eyes followed Estelle’s and her focus on the trunk. “How would you know you were too busy swapping spit with Lacy Fargraves?” Came Tyler's teasing tone; he and Dean had stopped laughing long enough to listen to their friend's conversation. Mattheo looked cautiously at the Gryffindor and Ravenclaw, whom he could tell wanted him to spill the secret he’d held for the last four years. “I wasn’t swapping spit; I was trying to get more butterbeer for miss sweet tooth over here”, Mattheo defended himself before poking his thumb at the girl. Estelle merely shook her head and moved Nimbus off her lap to greet the trolley witch. “Four chocolate frogs and a box of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans, please.” “5 sickles deary”
Estelle shoved the box of Bertie Bott’s every flavour beans into the open arms of Dean and Tyler before sitting back down. The rest of the train ride back to London seemed to flash by outside the widow in a blur. Before she realised it, the Hogwarts Express was pulling into King’s Cross. The group of friends slowly made their way off the train, and soon enough, they were bidding each other goodbye before running off to greet their families. Mattheo was the last to bid Estelle goodbye, his eyes lingering on his friend, who seemed to have still a slither of hope in her hazel eyes.
“Hey, you’ll write over the summer, yeah?” He nudged her shoulder, shaking the poor girl out of her thoughts.
“Sure, I'll try, Mar” She spoke before sighing heavily and casting a quick spell to shrink her belongings to a small enough size to stuff them into an extended pouch. “I’ll see you in September.” Estelle waved goodbye after picking up Nimbus’s cat carrier.
Mattheo watched as Estelle disappeared through the platform portal, Her long brown hair swaying slightly behind her.

Okay, it's time for my thoughts on Dragons Rising part 2. (This is super long by the way.)
(Spoilers below the cut.)
I'll get into my Cole rant in a bit because, oh boy, do I have things to say. But Soras story feels too important to leave for last.
Sora's story can reach out to so many different people that have issues with their parents and that kids really don't owe their parents anything. Sora is one of THE BEST role models I've ever seen in a cartoon. The fact that all her problems still weren't solved when she cut contact with her parents is realistic. The fact that they didn't give her parents a redemption was satisfying. And her just actually coming to the conclusion that she doesn't need to have her biological family in her life was beautiful. You are able to choose your family, and Sora showed that perfectly. Her character is amazing, and I don't even have the words to describe how absolutely beautiful her character is. She is perfect, and it makes me all emotional and stuff. I love her 😢
Arin has so much potential, and I think his whole spinjitzu thing is super important and cool. I think he'll get the MK treatment, maybe get thrown into an identity crisis, the works. Maybe he has a whole chosen one thing like Lloyd, who knows. All I know is that I love him and his little fan boy heart.
Kai and WyldFyres relationship is so great. I love seeing how far Kai has come and him referencing Nya becoming the ocean and how Master Wu helped him work through his emotions. This was exactly what the show needed. And having Kai be WyldFyres mentor was a fantastic choice because they are seriously alike in many way. Their struggle with not being patient and their hot headedness just gives me life. Kai has a freaking kid, and there little reunion hug was so freaking cute oh my god!!!!
I felt like Nya should have had a worse reaction to seeing a Djinn again. She was definitely traumatized from that, but maybe this was also some good closure for her, seeing that not all Djinn are evil creepy monsters. Nya and Soras' relationship is cool, too
Zane needs some more done with him. I need them to address the weird egg thing he hatched out of, but hopefully, it will be resolved soon. I think Zane got pushed to the side a bit, and it felt like he was jumping everywhere (like, he was just, at the administration? I know he got in trouble for portal stuff, but..... yeah). I'm sure he will get something eventually.
Lloyd is someone I never know how to talk about because he's just such a main character that it makes him less interesting to me. Don't get me wrong I love him, and him working on becoming the master of the monetary is cool and stuff. But he still needs a form of closure from past seasons, especially with garmadon. Unless they never bring him back then that's chill. I love garmadon but he always causes so much problems. Lloyd is learning how to be a good teacher though and that's really sweet.
Jay is a sassy shit Manger, and I love it. Can't wait to see more with him.
And Cole........ Cole is perfect in everything single way, and no one can deny that. Like actually, if someone doesn't like Cole from Ninjago, that's a red flag. He ended up in the place of lost things. THATS PERFECT FOR HIM! Cole Who almost got forgotten by everyone he loves, who literally ran away from home. It's perfect! He's perfect! He's the best! I love him! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! And now he's going on his own mission to follow Master Wus voice and figure out why the earth is screaming?!?!? God I love him. He's the best 😢
Also, I've had thoughts and ideas about Cole hearing the earth screaming, and I'm SUPER curious to see what that means.
Okay, now that I've ranted about how perfect Cole is...... I need to say it.

Them.
I already made a post about this but I'll never get over how perfect they are. It felt borderline canon.
People are talking about how Cole just straight up left him to chase master Wu, but I'm positive that Cole either talked to the others beforehand or right after leaving Nya about it. About how he would totally come back for them and figure out some way for them to leave the land of lost things and get in all those good tearful see you laters.
If Geo doesn't come back I will fucking riot. And I'm not one to swear super often. Mostly for dramatic effect. So you know I'm serious. Geo and Cole left me feeling high for days. I need them in my life. They can't just introduce new characters and then LEAVE THEM!!?!?!!?!!!?
Anyways, my full ale thought on Dragons Rising.
It was good. It felt risky at first to add all these new characters, especially main ones but they did it perfectly. I love me a well paced story that doesn't feel like it's going to fast or slow. Beatrix's story is very interesting but I'm still super excited to see what happens with my boy Lord Ras. He's just so cool and evil and stuff :D I wonder who his boss is?
The show felt somewhat nostalgic but also super fresh and the writing was good.

Does anyone know what this symbol is? I can't tell if this is new or if I'm just stupid and it's been there before. Sorry if it's a dumb question.

Though there seems no continuation plans for that DP comic you just dropped, would you be willing to share any storyline? I’m INVESTED 👀❤️
Oh god its kills me how I want to draw the whole thing out, and maybe one day? But honestly I don't think it will happen any time soon if at all soooo...
The story is that between the first and second page, Danny is unknowingly dipped into another dimension where instead of going thru the portal w/ Sam and Tucker behind him, he went in alone. This alternate version of him didn't tell anyone about his powers and after the first fight he had he decided he was too much of a risk and ran away. Thus Sam and Tucker telling *our* Danny he's been missing for two years. (so theyre 16 here)
The comic would cover Danny trying to pass as this other Danny, him meeting the other Danny, and trying to get back to his dimension. Its suppose to be very touching and heartfelt yada yada I have the first chapter sketched out but its like 20 pages and he hasn't even met the other danny yet 😭
Tumblr media
This is the title part I made. The name comes from a twilight zone episode that I thought fit rlly well. I've also posted a lot of concept art like floor plans and shit cuz I *needs* that stuff when I'm making comics.
also had another comic idea that I'll never get to where a villain starts turning ghosts into horrible monster creatures and Danny gets turned into one, which is suppose to be much spookier but still fun.
I'm gonna give myself some more time to see how feasible it would be to make the comics and if not I will probs shit out all my brain splatters about it onto tumblr :p Thank you so much for asking about it 🥺👉👈

What would the guy's reaction be when s/o soft shell mutant reader somehow gets injured on their shell? A enemy kidnapped them and they faught back, BUT they were outnumbered leading to them having a big scratch on their back and it hurts so much. When the guy's get to the enemy base they'd see a collapsed reader on the floor in the middle of hundreds of unconscious bodies (they don't really kill people so yeah)
WAASYDJHJKFDSH SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET TO THIS, THERE'S LIKE 11 OF Y'ALL ASKING STUFF AND I'M RUNNING OFF OF DUMB BITCH JUICE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They begin to overthink as soon as they see you aren't there; Donnie hasn't made you a Protective shell yet, it was high on his list, but he wanted to make it a lot stronger than his as you have no battle experience
The other three brothers aren't as scared as Donnie is at first, as they didn't account for your soft shell
Similar to another post I made about you getting kidnapped, Donnie finds his tracking device and guns it back to the Turtle Tank with his brothers not far behind
Finding your Approximate location was easy, they ran into the building where the tracker said you were
There was six rival Clansmen guarding the front, but even 10 wouldn't be enough as they were Furious, it wasn't like them to kill their enemies quickly but out of sheer panic that's exactly what they did
They started searching the floors Until Raph shouted for them to come up to the 2nd floor
There was three rival clansmen all around you knocked out, you looked up at them with fear
There was a giant gash on your softshell, blood oozing out, you had several bruises on your knees, face, arms and hands
Donnie instantly got over to you yelling about how you could've been killed, as if you had a choice in the kidnapping
Leo picked you up and made a portal to the turtle tank "C'mon Hermanos, they've been through some shit today and those wounds are gonna get infected soon" he stated blankly, two of his three brothers grumbling.
Mikey on the other hand, Walked over to the Three knocked out Rival clansmen and pulled out a long, thick chain plus a padlock
Wrapping it around them and locking it tightly before examining the room
"You four go ahead, I'll have some fun with them~" he cheerfully said, but even a fool could hear the sadistic undertone.
Leo carried you off into the portal, Raph followed after, Donnie was about to cross the portal before Mikey called (more like yelled) out to him
"Oi, Smartass, I need your help so I don't burn my scales off" Donnie sighed before walking over to his brother
"Leo, Close the portal, We'll be out in a minute" Donnie blankly said, as Leo nodded and closed the portal
Raph was babying you to the best of his ability, Fawning and cooing over you being strong enough to knock them out, It felt dehumanizing but more so in a way of a parent condescendingly praising their child as if they would be in trouble if they weren't as lucky, but this side of Raph was basically non-existent up until now to you
Leo was irritated and mockingly said "Awhhh how sweeeeeet, I might just puke from how toothrottingly cute this is~~" which gained a glare from Raph "Fuck off Leo, We all know behind that front you're shitting bricks"
Leo scoffed before suddenly Donnie and Mikey opened the door to the Tank and climbed in "Done with your Freaks night out?" Leo grinned, earning a middle finger from Donnie
They started the Tank, seconds later, a giant explosion erupted from the Building you were rescued from.
"WHAT THE FUCK DONNIE? MIKEY?"

Life Debts
"I'm calling in the favour."
Techno stills at the words.
"Alright." He shrugs as he turns to face the other villain behind him.
Morpheus is tense, his hands stuffed into the pockets of his atrociously neon green hoodie. He's trying to seem calm, but Techno knows it must be eating him up inside to be giving up his favourite piece of bait.
It's not every day that you can earn a favour from the Blood God, after all.
And yet Morpheus did, paid for with blood as the villain stitched a dying Techno back together. And since then Morpheus had to let everyone know that the famed villain Blood God was at his beck and call.
Despite the life debt between them, Techno was not a fan of how Morpheus would flaunt the favour at any given moment and still never cash it in.
But finally, Technos torment ends today.
"What can I do for you?" He asks.
"It's for--" Morpheus hesitates, seemingly trying to choose his words carefully. "Look, it's personal so I just-- I need you to get cool with a lot of stuff really quickly."
"Uh, sure? I'm cool."
Despite the unconvincing way Techno says it, Morpheus seems to relax slightly. For some reason.
"I have a younger brother and he's--" Morpheus hesitates again and Techno gets the feeling he's staring Techno down behind the mask. "He's a piglin."
And oh, doesn't that make sense.
There aren't many Piglins, hybrids or otherwise, left in the Overworld. Not since the last Nether portal shattered hundreds of years ago. Morpheus telling him this is more than risking his identity, it's basically giving it away.
"And I do my best to help him but I'm not like him. I don't get what he needs from me most of the time and he's... he's sick right now and nothings helping."
"How old is he?" Techno asks.
"He's ten," Morpheus admits breathlessly. "He's just turned ten."
Techno can't stop the quiet rumble that echoes through his chest. He's a Brute, through and through, a protector, and the thought of such a young shoat being sick and alone right now makes him want to sink into those instincts.
Techno clears his throat, embarrassed, and the rumble goes quiet.
"What are his symptoms?"
"Right! Uh, he's got a really high fever, like, dangerously high, even for Netherborn. He can barely move, says even the faintest light hurts his eyes. He won't eat because he says his jaw hurts and even if I can get him to drink something he'll end up throwing it back up." Morpheus lists each symptom off like a checklist and Techno tries to ignore his growing horror.
"And I assume since you're such good friends with that Blaze hero you've already tried Nether remedies?" Techno asks.
"You think you were my first choice for this?" Morpheus scoffs. "Look, do you know how to help or not because I really need to get back--"
"Has he shifted yet?" Techno interupts.
"Has he what?" Morpheus asks.
"Shifted. You know. Like how right now I'm an eight feet tall Piglin with fur and hooves but obviously if I went outside like this all the time I would never have a secret identity?" Techno explains.
"Huh," Morpheus mutters. "I thought Siren and Angel just had to do all your food shopping for you."
They still do, actually. But Techno isn't about to tell him that.
"So I guess since his jaw hurts his tusks will be coming in and after that he's gonna shift, which--" Techno frowns. "It's not gonna be pleasant, the first time. I don't remember how mine went but I can uh, ask around."
Morpheus tilts his head to the side. Techno thinks he's smiling under the mask. "You're gonna go ask Angel about it because he's obviously your dad. I get it man, just let me know."
Techno scowls. "Whatever nerd. I'll get back to you soon. Keep your shoat safe."
With that, Techno takes off into the shadows, the echoes of Morpheus yelled "Thank you!" chasing after him.
