Today's Focus

02.19.24 - It is the American holiday known as 'President's Day' today and since I belong to a union that argued for all federal holidays as paid time off, I don't actually have work today. It is a Monday, and I'm still trying to be rather productive, so I'm doing this to hold myself accountable.

Background Noise - I start today with 129 on the Watch Later. Which, considering we're talking about all the adding and subtracting done over the weekend. I don't really know how many I'll get to; since I'm home I am going to be watching my DVR, plus my spouse stayed home as well, which changes the YT-ing that I do.

I did manage to watch 10 videos from my Watch Later over the weekend, which isn't awful considering I also somehow watched like 4 movies from Thursday onward. We'll see what happens, considering it's the day I spend watching YT with my spouse as well, instead of our tokusatsu series.

Study - Technically it is case law day, and I have like 5 Wikipedia tabs open on my tablet that are specifically case law related so I am going to attempt to read them and make summary notes on them to add to my notes on my work computer.

I did awful over the weekend; I read like seven OAG press releases, and a few (3) other articles but that was about it. Hoping to get back on a better track this week.

Extras - Screwed up cleaning the catbox on Saturday, so I did that yesterday, so I won't do that today but I will do it on Tuesday. Also forgot to vacuum yesterday, so will be doing that later today; I also want to keep working on the deep cleaning I've been detailing in the housekeeping journal.

I also think I might attempt to continue writing my queer Sex and the City fanfic but that's intense so we'll see.
