I'm in the deepest pits of pain from season 3 of the Gotham tv show and I haven't even gotten to the most painful parts yet.

I thought I'd be able to handle it after knowing what happens (not fully, just enough) and knowing everything will be okay.

Thought I'd be able to watch all 5 seasons then go read fanfiction to fill the eventual hole in my heart but it's not easy.

you know what i am gonna say it actually: the older i get the more othered i feel for being asexual the older i get the more obvious it becomes how different i am from the majority of my peers the older i get the more i am faced with these reminders day after day after day. it did not affect me as much when i was younger it was not so obvious yes sure sometimes i was very aware that everyone else around me was in the throes of sex obsessed puberty and i wasn't but i was a child and so i felt superior so much more mature for it. i am an adult now and the conversations are casual normal matter of fact sex is not some exciting teenage fascination but a mundane everyday thing we all like do want (right?) and i feel like a child.
