You know, while I'm not a big fan of the Inko shimura theory because in a way I feel like the plot will just overload, this theory gives a great footing for dfo. I understand that if DFO is confirmed there are hundreds of possibilities that explain why, but Inko Shimura provides a very good one. Although there are several theories about AFO and DFO, one of them is that perhaps Izuku isn't his first child, that perhaps throughout his years of life he wanted to experiment and see if his quirk was transmitted to someone who shared his genetics and maybe even gets stronger. But even though it could be a possibility I don't think it's the case, in the same way it would seem strange to me that AFO only knew Inko and tried to go out with her without an ulterior motive, if we add to that over the years and with Garaki helps and technology, AFO has been able to replicate his quirk and many others and had a children's hospital that served as possible vessals.
This makes me think that there should be a deeper reason why AFO would decide to have a child and choose Inko, since even if we don't know anything about Izuku's father, we do know that Inko married him, this implies that AFO had to previously made Inko fell in love with him, spending a reasonable time as a couple and then having children and marrying her. In the same way Inko is just a housewife, since we doesn't see her work like other parents and her life has been dedicated only to his son.
This is where the Inko shimura theory would make a lot of sense as to why AFO would choose Inko? he chose Tomura for being a Shimura, even if he had other replacements, Tomura is the one who would cause the greatest impact as happened in Kamino, a way to rub to All Might how not only killed his sensei, but also destroyed what she suffered to protect, that her sacrifice was in vain. So, what would happen if AFO found out later that Nana had another child and wanted to look for him just so he could hurt All Might more and found Inko and started his plan. However this is where there is a twist, because what began as simple manipulation, became something more, AFO over time came to love Inko, formed a family with her to the point of hiding Macchia and letting All Might destroy part of his empire for not being fully active. AFO took the time to make a person fall in love, get married and have a child and what began as yet another of his plans ended in forming a family to which he wanted to return, a family that didn't want to put at risk and not to be taken from him like Yoichi. This is why I see how Inko being a Shimura would be usefull to DFO, because there would be no better way to destroy All Might and erase his smile than to see that he tarnished his sensei's legacy.

Afo wanting to use inko for his own plans and to hurt all might, just to actually REALLY falling for her, starting a family and scrabbing his former plans so he can have a future with them, just for all might to show up and destroying that for him is not only karma but also in some kind of way damn hilarious!

Decided to do this with one of the OCs for my fic I kind of introduced a while ago. Hopefully will give me some motivation to work further on it. Sadly hadn't have the time do draw her yet (sad noises no PC no mods for me). Regular character creation wasn't even close on how I want her to look. So no piccy yet :(

She actually gets kinda mad if people call her by her full name. She has a difficult relationship with her family and wants to leave everything about them in the past. Therefore she chose a short nickname through which she can identify herself better. Besides, in her business it is better not to mention official names and go with an alias.

She has a smoking problem. Not like chain smoking, but on a regular base. Alcohol, on the other hand, is really more for her to enjoy. Frozen fruits in drinks instead of ice cubes is a life hack tho.

"Doesn't really matter, as long it's not too warm. I can't stand a lot of heat. If possible I'll always sent some of my workers for jobs in the warmer regions. Of course only if they are capable of doing the job."
Most of the work is done in her workshop in Russia anyway, but occasionally it is easier or more efficient to work on site with her clients. If possible, she always tries to avoid this.

"Beatrix Kiddo. When I was a child my mother moved in with a man she liked. Different story, won't tell that now. I never liked the capital or big cities in general, but there was a little thrift shop at the corner of the house we lived in. The owner, a really old but really sweet man showed me his age old collection of movies. VHS, DVDs, bet no one these days will remember what those are. I came there once a week and we watched a movie togehter after he closed the store. He was such a big nerd. Tarantinos movies where my favorite. Probably not the kind of stories you should show to a child but I loved it. Kiddo is a badass women and I always wanted to become strong and fierce like her."

Okay so uh, my brain is usually incapable of thinking abt fluff for some reason but after reading and later thinking a bit about @000marie198 's idea of shatterverse variants of Tails just being chaotic siblings I blacked out and hour later this apeared on my phone screen-

× Nine is the Sonic of the squad when Sonic's not around, as in pestering Tails and his two associates to take apropreate breaks and abide by their bedtimes, while also making sure that no forbidden substances such as coffee or energy drinks exist in the workshop's premises
+Tails specifically is extremely annoyed by this, yet fascinated and jealous at the same time, because how can you just?? Put everything down and go to bed???? Not even letting the thought of pulling an all-nighter pass your mind????
+But make no mistake Nine is still the most moraly corrupt of the quatro so he will absolutely be the little demon on Tails's shoulder approving of every single highly deadly invention or upgrade Tails thinks of.
× Thanks to the constant exposure to technology, tools and observing Tails' gadget making, Mangey has become a master disassembler and an uncompromisable threat to everything that's not welded together or a solid slab of matierial in the first place. If he puts his mind to it and no one disturbs him, he will take apart anything you put in his little hands. Tails finds that pretty usefull safety testing. (But also potentially dangerous and annoying when you try to type in your keyboard but all of the buttons are torn out and placed in a pile right next to it like damn ok, oh shit the dawer is aflling apart ah fuck-)
+One night, Mangey discovered a stray screwdriver and the residens of the workshop were for a suprise morning when they rather quickly found out every single hinge on all of the visible doors was undone. (yes even the fridge, Nine nearly got killed by the heavy doors falling on him)
× They sometimes play chess and while Sails prided himself by saying he already knows the rules and game perfectly, without a fail, he always ends up loosing to Nine who only makes sure to rub it in his face. This applies to most table and card games.
+Mangey was trying to eat the chess pieces at first but after observing a feew games and having the rules explained he is actually pretty good at the game??? (He doesn't really know what he's doing either and sometimes a piece or two gets lost to the stomach acids when the others aren't looking but oh well, Sails can always carve out another one)
+Honestly Tails shouldn't have been expecting to have a regular table game with any of the people he knows, especially himself.
× And what ego and pride Sails looses to Nine in board and card games, he gets back in the quite frequent sparing maches he initiates. Because boi is he salty about always loosing, and will he put all that salt on his blade and swing it at Nine all day and any day he sees the edgelord isn't visibly busy or in a bad mood (latter of is suprisingly and plesantly not as often as it once used to be)
+And Nine has tried to pick up a sword multiple times but it's just doesn't mesh well at all with the fighting style he preferred and was used to with his mechanical tails, which only got in the way. He will admit swords are cool and they're even cooler when someone skilled swings them, but he will eat a Chao alive before looking Sails straight in the face and telling him that.
× Something something rock paper scissors becomes a bit of an inside joke to the quatro after Mangey shows a literal rock when they were using this very professional deciding method on "who will clean up the workshop's mess after Tails' rather ambitious last project."
+Sails and Nine protested that it should be Tails alone since he caused the whole mess in the first place, why is he dragging them into this when all they've been doing is braking swords outside and they dutifully clened that mess up each time, but than Tails hit them with the "well I'm the one and only reason any of you exist here rn and also provide a roof over your heads so you go by my rules" anyway Nine lost the rock paper scissors and he absolutely made sure everyone knew he was pissed about it.
+They use rock papers scissors to also decide who gets to spent the most time with sonic and rocks are thrown when results are not exactly favorable. (No one gets seriously hurt I promise)

Alec leans over his boyfriend's shoulder, looking at his reflection in the mirror. He knows Magnus is having a hard time processing the loss of his magic. He knows he misses it like a part of his own body. He's like an amputee of some kind, always reaching for his magic at every seconds of the day, only to realize it's gone. And everytime he witnesses the look of pure lost and despair in his eyes. And it hurts.
He also knows that what Magnus misses the most are not the great displays of magic, or the incredible magical parties he could throw, or the places he could visit whenever he wanted. What he misses most are his everyday magic tricks. Breakfast for Alexander, portals to reach him at the Institute, potions he could prepare for his clients, makeups he could do to feel like himself.
Alec knows that without his magic, he cannot feel good. But it's more than that ; he cannot feel like himself. And he cannot feel connected to the living world. He cannot find himself usefull in helping others. He feels like a burden. Like he's not really alive.
« Let me help you. »
« You ? »
Magnus gives his boyfriend a skeptical look in the mirror.
« You can't even colour without going over the edge. »
Alec lets out an outraged noise and sits down next to him.
« Let me try. I promise I'll do my best. »
« Okay. » Magnus laughs softly and turns to face his boyfriend. He has nothing to do today anyway.
« What do we have in here... »
Alec grabs the make-up case and rummages through it to find something to inspire him.
« Yay, glitters ! »
Alec takes out a glittery black eyeshadow which he holds up to the light to observe its reflections, then looks at Magnus with a smile.
« You like it ? »
The warlocks laughs at his excitment and nods.
« Yeah, you can put this one if you want. »
He will probably look like a panda but it's okay. The genuine smile on Alec's lips would make him do anything. He also knows that Alec wants to help in every aspects of his new magic-free life.
He tries not to laugh again when the shadowhunter leans towards him, a look of intense concentration on his face. He dips the soft little brush into the eyeshadow and asks Magnus to close his eyes.
The next thing the warlock knows is the soft touch of the brush on his eyelid. Alec is very careful and his movements are light but sure. He feels his shoulders relax and the tension leave his body as his boyfriend progresses. He can feel his warm breath against his face, almost held back by the effort of concentration. His fingers resting against his cheekbone to ensure a stable support. Everything is quiet. He wants it to stay like that forever.
Then Alec straightens himself and smiles, brushing his fingers against the warlock's cheek.
« You can open your eyes. »
Magnus doesn't really know what to expect when he looks at his reflection in the mirror, but certainly not this. Alec applied himself. Like he really applied himself. Obviously, it's not perfect, but his eyelids are completely covered in glittery eyeshadow. It does spill over a bit underneath but overall it's pretty good.
« It's... It's good, actually. » He admits, a little bit impressed.
« Yeah ? Alec smiles and leans to kiss his forehead. I'm glad you like it. »
« I do . I might even keep it like that for the day. »
Alec looks at him, surprised and also kind of proud.
« Really ? You don't have to, you know. »
« But I want to. Magnus says with a smile. Thank you my love. »
As he leans to kiss his boyfriend on the lips, he cannot help but think that the loss of his magic is a little more bearable with Alec at his side.

I've seen a lot of people saying Elain is acotar's Sansa, so continuing the acotar and got comparing I wanted to say that I feel some Theon vibes on Lucien, talking about the <<<journey>>>
They both came from important families, but never felt at home there. Then, they had to live in another place, and tried to make themselves usefull for their new "masters", besides not belonging there too. And, because they were so desperate to belong somewhere, they commited mistakes (Theon's are a hundred million times worse, there is no comparison, of course).
They both suffered horrible things, and got so broken that they lost a lot of their spirits. Everyone talks about how Lucien changed from acotar 1, but would you keep being the same after being tortured, trepted, suffering SA and being always diminuted? Remember that he was already in a bad place before, with all his backstory.
It seems very alike to Theon's journey to me. When he finally gets free from Ramsay, he is so traumatized that becomes an entirelly different man. And he tries so hard to help the good people then, even with nowone trusting or respecting him. Nothing he does is enough. Yet he tries, and doesn't say anything back to the insults, because he thinks he deserves everything bad.
After Lucien goes to the NC in acowar, the same thing happens. We still can see his fire sometimes, but he's so different from the Lucien we first met. And he makes everything to not be useless - that's a big thing to him, since he always offers his services to help and even goes to a dangerous travel alone, explaining that "it was time for him to finally do something".
Another big thing for Lucien is the feeling of home. I'm 100% sure that this is gonna be the main question in his journey. Even in acofas he says firmly that the manor at the human lands also belongs to him. He gets irritated with Rhysand and Feyre paying for his stuff. He finds himself a house in Velaris right after war just because he doesn't want to cause trouble. And with the whole thing of being usefull or not, and Rhys saying that he is very loyal... Lucien is the kind of person who feels like any help he recieves is a doubt to pay, just like it was with Tamlin.
Also, about "losing his personality"... I don't thing he lost it. He just hides his fiery side right now (it shows up sometimes, like when he calms Cassian down in acosf, or in the beggining of acowar, or in his discussion with Feyre in acofas) and doesn't feel happy or comfortable enough to make jokes and all. Because we only see him around the IC now. He was caught smiling and laughing with Vassa; even with Feyre, when they're alone and the issues between them don't get in the way. But in the NC, he has to be someone just smart and a political ally, nothing else. Nobody in there trusts him. Nowone tries to show that they like his presence there, except for Feyre, witch is the intention SJM had when she put that ridiculous scene between Cassian and Lucien in ACOSF.
So it's obvious to me that the feeling of belonging and home and who am I? will be essencial for Lucien's development. Just like... Theon.
But it seems to me that SJM has some bigger plans for Lucien. She made him the son of Helion Spell-Cleaver for a reason. Said that this information wouldn't change nothing on that first war. And she tried really hard to prove the readers that he is a good male in acowar - I could make a whole other post about how she tried to "redeem" him for acomaf in acowar and acofas, actually. She wanted the readers who didn't pay attention to his character in acomaf to know that, besides his mistakes, he is good. And she even makes Feyre say those exatly words twice in the series.
Just to finish the comparison, in the first book Theon is like an evil version of acotar!Lucien? They're both arrogant and a little traumatized, except that Lucien wore that as a mask and could be very kind. As the time passes, they change. But, when Theon got easily manipulated to do the most horrible things and became the villain in his own story, Lucien was the clever fox, never liked anything Tamlin did in acomaf - he was trying to calm things down, and was afraid of his own friend (even Feyre recognizes that). Tamlin was always dominating him, even using physical force. Yet he kept being smart. That's why I'm just talking about their JOURNEYS.
I'm so excited to read more about him. He's the most intriging character in acotar for me. I absolutely love characters that are misunderstood by other characters in the story; the ones who are lonely, and you have to pay attention to understand them; the ones who stay on the back and have so much to deal with but won't tell nobody... I love them.
Ps: I'm so excited to read more about Theon too! He was the most interesting part of A Dance with Dragons. But it seems like GRRM won't finish the next book 😭

not great, i have had the worst cold for 3 days now and it's just not getting any better

i think no. my life is honestly mostly the same ad last year, maybe i'm a bit more stressed now since i'm supposed to be getting my bachelor's degree this year and in my eyes it's doomed already. but my social life is much more fulfilling now so i'm still saying no.

i turned 13 on friday the 13th in 2013 (worst year of my life)
(i think) my earliest memory is of me tripping so i hit my chin on the coffee table at grandma's house, my tooth going straight through my lip and going to the hospital to get stitches. i think it's pretty funny that my earliest memory literally left a scar. on my face. (literally not sure of the chronology of my early memories but my mom swears i wasn't even 3 when this happened so it must be right?)
i don't believe in god, i have never really believed in god i think? but reciting a prayer is still kind of satisfying? idk i still know ave maria and pater noster in dutch and in latin. just reciting words helps me when i'm stressed probably?

I LOVE the Mary came back wrong AU and really hope it sees the light of day. So much potential for funny Salmondean crimes, and for unraveling the horrifying core of SPN (hunters as jury + executioner of the deviant). Mwaaaah *chef's kiss*
tysm! I don't know if it'll ever be in fic form considering it's definitely longfic material and I don't really have the follow through to pull something like that off. Plus I don't even know where to begin actually writing the kind of manipulation and relationship breakdown that'd be going on in the first half of the fic. I might come out with some snippets though, I'm better with oneshots that imply a broader world lmao.
AS FOR SAM AND DEAN CRIMES the bit about hunters as jury and executioner is soo relevant, like. One of the things Sam and Dean do early on tha inadvertently make things worse is that they like. Deliberately frame their defence of Cas in terms they think Mary will understand, so it's all geared towards that hunter attitude where the presumption is that anything inhuman is inherently a monster. And the thing is that's not Not what they believe, in a lot of ways, like a lot of the times the way they talk about Cas is so "he's one of the good ones" that it's unsettling, and that should be addressed, but they're also like choosing how they talk about him to appeal to like a hunter's practicality, focusing on his usefullness, or justifying themselves by trying to claim he's basically human or "as good as" human when Mary can see on a level that they just can't perceive how entirely inhuman Cas is. And like the thing is if they sat her down and told her how much they care about Cas cause he's their friend and it doesn't matter to them that he's not human, that would probably go a long way to fix things, but Mary can't let on that that's what she needs to hear from them because she's like. Mirroring their perceived attitude towards Cas to differentiate herself from him. She needs to make explicit rejection of his non-humanness to avoid revealing to them, or even thinking to herself, that she's like him.

hi!! i know this is a bit of a specific question, and i do apologize if it's one you've answered before, but tumblr's search function doesn't pull anything up - do you happen to know of anywhere i might be able to find like, a ranked list of all the girls by overall strength?
i'm struggling to figure out who to focus on maxing out, and i've only ever found lists sorted by pure atk stat rather than overall strength and usefullness - or lists that only go over the top handful of girls, which is nice, but not quite what i'm looking for? i'm really just curious if the resource i'm looking for even exists at all! you're one of the best players i've come across, and i've found a bunch of incredible resources through you, so i figure if it does exist, you might know about it?

Unfortunately the reason you haven't found anything is probably because it doesn't exist on the English-speaking side of the internet. It's really hard to rank the girls in this manner because:
1) it would be for a very small audience
2) it changes with new releases and a new girl can cause a domino effect, making some strategies obsolete, aka changing everyone else
3) it's actually really hard to rank characters in this game.
You can't really actually give a generic all-around good unit list because what is "good" depends on what content you're fighting. The list is going to look extremely different for Kimochi than it is for Ranking Mirrors-- for example, Sudachi and Akuma Homura-chan are both top tier for Ranking, but bottom tier for Kimochi.
Additionally, some of the best girls for each category would also not be the best to invest 100 SE in right away-- like Mikage is the best unlimited unit in the game imo, but more for support and less for damage output.

Okay for overall strength... hmm. I don't think there is one like that, but I'd love to be proved wrong. I might ask the big discord later but I need to finish my coffee first.

I'm currently in a 2 year post graduate degree about informatic so expect a bit of that.

I was 100% correct about the dispensary. patients will still need to pay 200$ to get their medical card while jimmy joe bob in front of me gets scott free AND there's no days for patients only. just think they say you (patients) get all these great deals we run instead. recreational dont get that measly 20% off. the great deals that ain't so great and you are out of stock now anyway. you people fucking suck. give me my weed you fucking pirate. I have to tell you the loyalty I had to this place is now dead. I need to find a patients only dispensary. dont exist. why? capitalistic greed. lies from the state oh we will set aside the highest strains for patients. the ones that cost the most, mind you. boy what a fucking favor. im so beside myself. if it were fucking true. stock is fucking gone. I had to choose what I didn't want and pay extra for it. I made no bones about it. cash out all my points Im not coming back here anymore. you shit on your patients who are supposed to be your priority. so Im on the lookout for a better experience as a real patient with my fake ass medical card that I have to continue to pay for according to some shitstain in a suit up in Annapolis state hall who has never even smelled weed but he sure is taking my 200 a year for the weed license which in the state of MD you get cannabis card you can not get a concealed carry license. so Im gonna bet the recreational shitheads have no such restrictions only us patients who followed the rules and paid our dues diligently. we bare the brunt of the taxation laws. we gotta pay for the license, we can no longer carry concealed protection but the fucking crips ahead of me in line have no problem whatsoever. fuckong state of Maryland. what a fucking joke. we pay higher taxes than the rest of the country to live in a crumbling city infested with rats and 9 times out of ten has been honored as the murder capital of the entire united fucking states. they tax you coming and going and even once tried to tax us for fucking rain. rain!! they tax us dry like wringing out a rag for every last drop of blood they can suck from you. and in Baltimore we see none of those taxes go towards anything usefull. our roads are like endless crumbling pot holes destroying our cars and defacing our neighborhoods. my neighbors and I all have 4 wheel drive suvs and its even tearing them up because these fucking side streets are like mountain ranges. its fucking unacceptable. those taxes we pay in the fucking billions goes nowhere in the city or county except into the deep pockets of all the corrupt politicians in baltimore. and don't even try to tell me that the Baltimore city in Baltimore County police forces are in fucking cahoots with the area gangs. They stand back take their cuts and only see what they want to see. Unless of course, which we've had quite a few of them in Baltimore, are the cops that are totally on the take and are out there making their own money on drugs and prostitution and whatever else they can get their hands on. I know I've been guilty at times of saying all cops are bastards but I'm actually too intelligent to actually fall for that because there are some good cops out there and they sure are drowning and swamped in a sea of the fucking corruption. And don't even try to tell me that the politicians and the police in Baltimore are in the pockets of the gangs. There's so much money to be made and they sure are making it off the backs of the citizens of Baltimore. So as far as I'm concerned from the top down from the politician and the police Chiefs down to the officers working the street and into my dispensary where these fucking clowns are pretty much doing the same corrupt things that All State agencies do. The best thing to remember is that your dispensary is not a state run agency it is a for-profit business and they do not really give a fuck whether you are patient or a drug dealer or a teenager hookin school if you got the money baby they got the stash. Fuck them patients. We going to get paid.
I hate America. And somehow I'm supposed to feel a privilege through all this as if I'm privileged in some way. Every fucking thing under the sun is a crock of shit. Learn it early and you won't be disappointed by the amount and tonnage of shit that you will find in your life. I don't know if it's common in any other country in the world but here in Italy we put up poster in the streets whenever someone dies. This is to spread the news and to inform everyone in the immediate area when the funeral is taking place, so that they can attend. Around the place the person lived in about half a day you will found a somber poster worded something like
They are back to the Father's home
NAME SURNAME
XX of age
The sad new is given by [all the relatives listed by grade of kin and first name]
The funeral will take place on this day at this time in this church.
Some common addition are:
"Peacefully" at the beginning, for when the death was of old age or in the sleep
"Striken by cruel disease", self explanatory
A title, for military officers, priests, whatever
The job, very common for things like teachers and doctors
"Widow/widower of x" or "spouse of x". Reminder that in Italy women do not take the husband's name on their documents even if they are known around with their husband's name, so this information can be very usefull
A nickname. Saint devoution and no middle name tradition means a lot of people with the same first name, that translates in very wild nicknames. A while ago a poster for someone known as "tonino cazz e fierro" ("iron dick tonino" went viral.
A headshot of the deceased, usually with the background photoshopped to be sky blue
Catholic christian imagery galore! This spans from a purple frame border, to a clipart of a cross or a Sacred Heart, to a full color rendition of a saint in prayer
Often you can find some formulaic phrase at the bottom. "La presente vale anche come ringraziamento" ("The following is a thank you"), "Si dispensa dai fiori" ("You are excused for flowers") or my personal favourite "Non fiori ma opere di bene" ("Not flowers, but works of good")
The freaking funeral home address and telephone number, as they are the ones printing and posting they gladly take the free ad space
After the funeral is done they can be taken off or if it is an hot spot for the things, covered up with the next one.
Googling for examples is left as a exercise for the reader as I'm not confortable posting them. The keywords are "manifesto funebre". Don't be mistaken, they are not really sacred or anything and you can find posted on the street spoofs and whatnot.

I've been considering starting a weekly fancomic for a personal Homestuck AU ever since I began keeping up with your Crow AU. If you don't mind me asking, how do you keep up a consistent schedule with it? Do you mind sharing tips? Thank you for reading this either way :>
I'm not sure if i have the best methods but i'll share what works for me
1. You need to have word document with a rogh timeline of the events from start to finish. you need to know how it ends from the begining and how they get there. It can be really really vage, but it has to be there. it can go like
.They start the game, the trolls bother them
.both games go to hell
.scratch
.trip, develop relationships
.new set of kids/ teen drama
.old kids they get there
.to hell again
.John retcoms everything
.new timeline
.they win
and that's homestuck simplified, Those are your Acts you will know where you're going and if you need to change something earlier. Everything will be constantly up to change of course, but you will be going from point A to point Z more easily.
From there you go to every point in that list and create a word document for all of them, i have then in diferent folders to have every act separated and in order. A folder for the Doc for every Act, and in each one make more lists like that one telling what happens , for example
"They start the game, the trolls bother them"=
.john needs to get his game
.introduce Rose
.introduce the trolls on pester chats
.John gets the game
.introduce Dave
.etc
and those are your chapters
Now you can now the extent of what you want to do and if it makes any sence
Another advice i can give you it's to Hint to anything important, thats a rule of comedy actually, the comediant usually closes the show with someting related to the first things they said. That works for everything, and makes people go "oh the thing! the meaningless thing they said earlier, it was a clue all along!"
interconect it like a web and that web will stop the story from falling
Homestuck it's so ridiculously interconected that you loose track of the stuff, objects that repeat that have no way to be where they got to be, songs and people and events that are too similar to not be conected but nobody adresses, things like that make it feel like you're dealing with a universe and not just a line of events
Yet another thing it's something i'm still trying to asimilate, and it's that less it's more, sometimes things don't need to be said, and expresion, a gesture, a flinch can sumarize them. backgrounds can be reduced, ideas can be conveyed.
something that i always have in mind when writing the dialogs and sketching the scenes it's
"i have an idea, what's the easyes way for someone to get the idea, to get the feelings i want to transmit from the idea"
that will save you time and work and could prevent you from getting stuck with a proyect to big to handle

I'm here regarding that last ask which was sent to you about your "sick shit gilded cage", quoted from the anon who was too cowardly to reveal their blog.
I just dropped a kudos on The Gilded Cage, since I never really said anything or even commented, to you I was merely another hit number.
But to me, you were like a whole new universe. I discovered The Gilded Cage early 2020, but never really read it (only bookmarked it for later) because it wasn't my type, I never read omegaverse or anything like that. One day I was bored, stumbled upon this fic again (I have been stumbling upon it a lot.) and started Chapter 1.
Something happened. I don't know what. But something happened. It was unlike reading anything else, that first chapter, I never get this hooked in the first chapter, only on rare really good fanfictions and books. But, it wasn't only being hooked on that first chapter that started my journey of reading this masterpiece, no no no, there was something else. I can't put it into words, but I marveled at it. Never knew it was possible to experience it.
As I started to pass chapter by chapter, your writing style was just flawless. The pace, was Stellar. The plot, Outstanding. I think it was chapter 5? I forgot, it's been some months since I read it, but the moment Alexander popped in with Sherlock and Mycroft, I knew that this was going to be one of my favourites. It was just chapter 5 (i think) and already so much things happening.
Then came the universe the whole story was set in. The medical aspect? The phermones and Hormones and Heat (Forgot the names used, sorry.)? How everything fit together neatly? The details? The details? Now that was something to be looked at awe alone.
And then the relationship dynamics, John and Mycroft, Mycroft and Sherlock, The cunninghams (Was that the family name? Might have spelled that wrong.) and Lestrade and oh god, the Characterization, character arcs, how Sherlock is so much like BBC sherlock yet he's still your Sherlock that you gave more things to to fit into this universe, and then you have the clever, oh so clever Casefic. I love me a good casefic, it's very rare when one intruiges me, and this one definitely did.
The themes discussed in this story is also important, the whole sociatel thing and the elites and how Omegas are treated and oh strong courages gladiator that Sherlock is.
And John. Loyal, caring, fierce and protective John. And Mycroft? I love him, I loved everything you did to him, especially that his perspective when Sherlock was first sold to Alexander.
BeautifulFiction, you have written A Masterpiece; the detail, the pace, the style, the careful words consideration, the plot, oh the plot is lovely, the emotional heaviness and the themes discussed, how the case was solved, it is just Perfectly Imperfect with Perfection. That made no sense when typed out. Okay. Anyways, moving on.
This fic has helped me personally a lot. Granted, I am not Omega, I am no Sherlock, I am no hero, but it helped me a great deal, helped me discover somethings about myself. And most of all, this piece of almost 350k words was one of the best distractions I could ever had from life and it's unfairness. You pulled me into a journey (Thank god it was 350k words!!!!! I wouldn't mind reading another 350k actually.) that I wish I had taken on sooner, it was so joyous and heartbreaking because oh god did I want to torture Alexander myself.
So DONT' (I know you replied with "grow up", I'm still saying it though, in my personal experience it is usefull at time) EVER buy any crap those Cowards under the hidden tree of Anonymous say.
Just one work of pure fiction. Fiction beyond this world. Helped a person who is a continent away from you. And it was written by you.
I wanted to type something like this out since I finished reading the fic (had to recover for a few days then god lazy and forced back to reality again. Dull.) but never made it. And now, seeing this ask in my dashboard, no idea what happened. Well, apparently this long things happened. Post this or not, my DMs are open for your reply if you don't want to post, but all in all, THANK YOU, BEAUTIFULFICTION. YOUR FICTION IS INDEED BEUTIFULL. BEAUTFULLY CONSTRUCTED. TRULY.
Also: I just finished reading "Midnight Blue Serenity" and just remembered that the author listed was YOU. NOW I KNOW WHY I FELT LIKE THIS PIECE IS FAMILIAR. I have also yet to read Electric pink hand grenedage. I am scared for my own emotional health to be damage since your writing is gut wrenching at times.

Right so, Enji is checking over Miruko's wounds and he's like "This shits pretty deep fam imma have to cauterise it" and Miruko says "Inside" cause Shigaraki is only important thing in this situation apparently. Enji then says it hasn't even been 5 mins since she first radioed in. I thought it was much longer. There is no way she did all that damage in less than 5 mins.
(Edit: Oh shit guys Miruko's leg ain't looking to good. And by that I mean it's barely hanging on. Is my prediction about her loosing a leg coming true? I knew her fucking leg in the colour page last chapter looked too metallic. Horikoshi and his goddamn foreshadowing)
Enji starts to cauterise the wound, a skill he really should teach Shouto how to do, and tells Miruko he still owes her for Kyushu so please don't die. Miruko, who is still having her wound cauterise btw, responds with "what do I owe you now" and this nice moment is abruptly and rudely interrupted by the fucking Feme Fatale Noumu istg.
Noumu can you fuck off for five fucking minutes? Can't you see he's actually doing something productive. Shit.

Anyway, Miruko tells them that Shigaraki ain't your average villain no more and that they should really make sure he doesn't wake up. She also tells them about the Doctors remote for waking the Noumu and that they should probably go get it.
Again, I don't know why Miruko was so hellbent on breaking the tank if she didn't want Shiggy to wake up but I'm not the badass heroine here.
We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming for this very important announcement: Aizawa Shouta is sexy as fuck. That is all.
The last time reinforcements were on their way Miruko lost an arm and maybe a leg cause that shits mangled to all hell, and got a wound so bad Enji had to set her on fire to fix it. So yeah those few seconds are definitely gonna be a huge problem. If BNHA has taught me anything it's that you can't depend on your backup to show up in time to actually help.
... Aizawa, listen. I know your a badass. I know that. And if these were regular villains I wouldn't have a problem. But these aren't regular villains, these are Noumu. You know, like the one that beat the shit out of you at USJ. Except it's not cause these are stronger!
"I almost died taking on one Noumu, so the only logical decision to make in this situation is to send off my fellow heroes, who both have long range combat oriented quirks, and take on these three Noumu, who are much stronger than the one that almost killed me, all by myself. Shiggy is on the ground unconscious but we don't care about him rn.

Mic is winding up for a punch while thinking back to presumably before they left for the raid. Aizawa says if Yamada is going then he'll follow and I don't think my heart can handle this much emotion.
YES! BEAT HIS ASS HIZASHI! DJ PUNCH!!
My man Mic really said "Clone check" lol. Also roll credits.
Uh... so Express went to pin down Shiggy and, in a genuinely shocking turn of events, Shiggy isn't breathing and his heart isn't beating. He is, essentially, dead and I really don't know how I feel about that. Ujiko said he put Shiggy in "a state of suspension to lighten the burden of stabilisation" and that the tank was supposed to accelerate the process, support his system, and then resuscitate him when he's ready. Whoops.
Ujiko starts crying saying he lived for Shiggy's sake. I don't buy any of this. Horikoshi wouldn't just hype up his main villain to be super OP and then immediately kill him off. This is Shigaraki fucking Tomura we're talking about.
The other heroes are finally here, after the main threat has supposedly been dealt with. The heroes are all like "THIS IS THE END..."
Despite what the heroes may think, I'm quite certain this isn't over. For one, it's too anticlimactic. And two, we haven't seen the main protagonist since the raid first started. We have no idea how the evac is going. And don't even get me started on Hawks and Tokoyami.
I want to see how my babies are doing Horikoshi-sensei (T^T)
