IDOLiSH7 Fan?
Hey I7 fans! (I haven’t been on Tumblr in forever, but I wanted to share some awesome news!)
I have just created a brand new IDOLiSH7 community Discord server! As of typing this, it’s just my friend and I, but I’d love to grow it into a whole big server with people to chat about one of my favorite things! (I’ve even got a special surprise for when we get more members!!!)
Just join right below! And please reblog so other I7 fans see it!!!

I'm always really impressed with i7's ability to lead multiple plotlines in parallel to one another.
So like... Ryo's parasocial relationship with Zero and Momo turning into obsession really foreshadows Kujo's warning about Riku here.
We have the fact that Ryo also takes interest in Riku.
We have the fact that Riku's power is that he makes people empathize with him. And according to Kujo, that's dangerous because fans will have expectations in return, and Zero originally burned out because he couldn't answer "all the cries of the fans".
And here we have a disillusioned fan, Ryo, who's deranged cause Zero didn't personally wave back at him, failing to acknowledge him as an individual and the heavy expectation.
And this episode started with some fans being way too enthusiastic and comfortable about hiking out at the i7 dorm and calling Riku's name.
But yeah... the overall theme of the dangers of parasocial relationship and fan expectations.
