King Trollex of the Techno Trolls. Sauve, laid-back, yet strong. Brought up by a loving yet stern King and Queen to be the next great leader of their kingdom.

When he takes the throne, his now retired parents insist on him finding a partner, someone to rear up the next heir of Techno. Trollex simply smiles and goes along with it, but politely dimisses the endless suitors his parents toss his way.

He doesn't want someone picked out for him just for their nobility or ability. He wants that genuine connection, that bond of love and music that would twined their souls together.

After years of sneakily doging his parents questions as to why he's not married yet, suddenly, a distress call from one of their new allies. A distress call from Pop Village. Some water-based monster reeking havoc and they need assistance.

So, Trollex heads out to assistance them. During the fight, Trollex notices a Troll jumping out of some strang caterpillar mobile. He leaps out screaming, runs at the beast, and holy shit he has a mechete.

Despite himself, Trollex is taken by this small, wild looking man. When the monster is taken care of, he goes to Poppy and asks who he is. She gladly introduces them, telling him he's John Dory, one of Branch's older brothers.

Trollex smiles and winks and introduces himself. The Troll is a bit squeaky, shyly replying. They talk for only a few moments before JD turns around and tries to leave. Then he trips on a rock and falls flat on his face and oh my god that's it that's him that's one.

Trollex wants THAT ONE.

What Trollex at first thought was a warrior type turned out to be a strange trailer-dwelling middle-aged man who cries at the drop of hat, loves his weird bug bus a LOT, and somehow can't read a room to save his life.

And Trollex is completely enamored.

Pictured above is Trollex simply drifting around, letting JD nap on his chest. Not seen was JD downing two whole bags of potato chips, an entire pot of coffee before passing the FUCK out. Yes he is drooling. Yes he is snoring like a buzzsaw. But Trollex doesn't give a shit, he thinks it's adorable.

LIKE. that is an understatement. i LOVE julian. julian is constantly on my mind. i am never not thinking about him. his face has been imprinted on the wrinkles of my brain like an iron. he is in my neutrons, protons, and electrons. when i close my eyes, i see his face. i've stared at so many pictures of julian that his image has been burned into my eyelids. if you look deep enough into my eyes, you can see julian's image in my pupils. i have analyzed each and every part of his character, from his reactions towards things that remind him of when he was still alive towards the way he grows and changes and warms up throughout the series. i have absorbed julian into my being. i have studied the details of his body, the wrinkles on his hands, the folds of his hair, the way his tie sits, the color contrast between the color of his tie and his jacket in comparison to the subtle stripes on his button up shirt, the position of his socks, the color of his shoes, everything. EVERYTHING. there isn't a single thing i dislike about julian (except maybe that he had an affair). i think it's hot that he's a politician and that says something because i hate politics. i think it's hot that he's a good farther and i think it's hot that he pushed alison out of the window and i think it's hot that he's open about not regretting it because she makes him happy and i think it's hot that he's so passionate about everything that he says and i think his sheer amount of confidence is one of the sexiest things about him. i fucking love julian fawcett. Say Something regarding fatphobia in media and the terms ppl use in describing characters who gain weight over time ("letting go" like bro shut the fuck up???) and how like, there's also nuance to the discussion (like, a character who starts out on the heavier side choosing to lose weight shouldn't be demonized either - as PLENTY of people want to lose weight for various reasons, and while you can point to a decent amount of it stemming from our fatphobic society, a lot of it is also just personal desire at the end of the day - but I also understand that if your ONLY fat character loses weight at the end and the other characters don't change either, then that's not good) but idk, I'm a little too tired to properly articulate what's going on in my mind? But I just... wish this was more of a discussion
