My new insurance is insisting on prior authorization to fill the migraine meds I've been getting for years.

Doctor hasn't filled the prior authorization form despite being sent it on Monday. And several messages from me in the app.

I am out of migraine meds.

I have a migraine now.

I have been on hold for 28 minutes now.

I could have driven to the doctor in my car faster.

Edit:36 minutes. This is hell.

Edit: 43 minutes. Spoke to a nurse. Back on hold to update my insurance with them so they can send the prior authorization to the right place. Hell.
