Core Systems
Powerplant: 42.3MW Nuclear Fusion. Significantly armored and with enhanced efficiency, it produces 12% more power and dissipates heat 12% more effectively than top-shelf models at the cost of a small increase in weight from standard 8A class powerplants. As a result, Cocytvian has limited stealth capabilities for its size and is viable as a long-range interceptor across large swaths of hyperspace since it can usually begin charging the FSD immediately between jumps without complication. Stealth capabilities are amplified with the same thermal venting technology utilized on the ship’s five beam-laser platforms as on the Razgriz before this.
Propulsion: Normal-space drives are approximately 45.6% more powerful than 7A class drives slated for use on Federal Corvette-class vessels. Personally enhanced by the famous Professor Ishmael Palin out of Maia. Capable of speeds well in excess of Mach 1 in an Earth-like atmosphere.
Hyperspace: (30.27ly Empty // 30.01ly Unladen // 28.00ly Laden) 6A     class Frame Shift Drive tuned by Farseer Inc. in Deciat and supplemented by hybrid alien technology. Optimal mass rating is 61.2% higher than normal and thus among the most sophisticated FSD drives produced at that location.
Life Support: The modified ultralight 5D Class system is more than 75%     lighter than standard with almost no loss to operational capacity.
Power Distributor: Charge Enhanced 8A class with Super-conduits,     capable of distribution at speeds in excess of 50% of standard with a     minor 8.8% reduction in power storage capacity thanks to the dwellers of     Black Hide in Wyrd. This arrangement allows the ship’s systems to be flush with available power at all times.
Sensor Array: Long-range enhanced 8D class sensors–A small reduction in weight from the standard 8A class while still offering far more sophisticated detection capabilities at range.
Defensive Systems
Core Armor: (3322 Integrity Rating) Deep-plated Heavyweight Military-Grade Composite. Offering nearly 150% more integrity than standard military-grade and additional resistances to all damage. A     product of lengthy connections with Selene Jean out of the Kuk system.
Supplementary Armor Reinforcement: The ship’s frame features significant and highly visible extra reinforcement in four areas. Most prominently on port and starboard of the nose and ventrally beneath the main propulsion system, but also around the vital components mid-ship and in stylized fashion on either side of the bridge in what could be mistaken for a type of horizontal stabilizer. The extra armored plating on the nose has the additional effect of shielding most of the visible exhaust from the ship’s retrograde engines. On the whole, the armor leaves Cocytvian’s maneuvering thrusters somewhat closer to the center of mass than is normal but the effect is minimal in comparison to the added     protection it offers for vital systems,
Shield Generator: (3687 MJ) 7A class Generator from the shield-experts at Trader’s Rest in Laksak. Experimental tech siphoned from a prototype Imperial Navy ship, and exclusive multi-weave technology allows dramatically increased base resistance to all damage: 59% to kinetic impact, 65.8% to thermal, and 71.5% resistance to explosive weapons, respectively. The system itself has also been hardened by 40% to defend against cascade-weapons.
Shield Boosters: Cocytvian also contains four 0A class “Resistance Augmented” and four 0A class “Heavy Duty” shield boosters specially made by Vatermann LLC in Leesti which round up the above numbers to be as high as they are. Each uses experimental supercapacitors to optimize overall shield strength
Shield Cell Bank: Contains five 7A banks each capable of reinforcing 711MJ in the span of eight seconds once spooled. Personally modified by Lori Jameson in Shinrarta Dezrah to operate more efficiently and ensure heat sinks are unnecessary with added “Boss Cells” for more powerful individual cell banks. In exceptional situations, five additional enhanced cell banks can be easily inserted into the ship’s primary 7E cargo bay.
Automated Internal Defense System: The hallways of the ship are replete with automated turrets controlled by a central computer to aid the onboard crew in the event of a boarding action of any kind.
Neurotoxin Dispersion Network: Having been on the wrong side of one too many betrayals recently, and recognizing the heightened capabilities of many of the ship’s regular crew, Cocytvian’s life support system at any time has the ability to emit a unique pathogen usually fatal within 30     seconds of inhalation. A temporary antidote is stored in CMDR Eichwald’s Remlok suit at all times whilst she is on board.
Armament
(154.4 Total Damage Rating)
2 x 4A class Multi-Cannons … Overcharged for destructive power by Tod “The Blaster” McQuinn at Trophy Camp, Wolf 397. This cannon, mounted under the nose, has also been specially modified to fire corrosive rounds which break down the strength of any hull they come into contact with allowing the rest of the weapons suite to be that much more effective.
1 x 3C class Beam Laser … Enhanced for efficiency and damage output at Broo’s Legacy, Muang with exclusive thermal venting technology easily capable of eliminating the ship’s heat signature entirely in the middle of battle.
2 x 2C class Beam Lasers … Similarly enhanced with thermal venting and optimized for efficiency and damage by     Broo Tarquin in Muang.
2 x 1C class Beam Lasers … Ibidem
Aircraft Carried
2 x DeLacy Taipan (Aegis F) Ship-Launched Fighters
Utility
Standard Cargo Racks/flexible modules: 1 x 7E class, and 1 x 6E     class cargo compartment. This allows for a combined cargo capacity of 208 units. These compartments can be quickly and easily filled with additional modules accessible through the fighter hanger. This space can include luxurious passenger cabins for VIP transport in the 6E or additional shield cell banks in the 7E bulkhead as mentioned above.
4E Class Corrosive Resistant Cargo Rack: Provides 16 units of space for otherwise highly damaging alien technologies and cargo. Similarly to the above, armor reinforcements or a 4A class FSD Interdictor can be readily swapped into the 4E compartment.
5A Class Fuel Scoop: Allows the ship to refuel itself by harvesting gasses from OBAFGKM class stars at a rate of 577kg/s.
5H Guardian Frame Shift Drive Booster: Using the latest in hybrid alien technology, this device generates a dramatic 10.5LY increase in jump-range for the fully-loaded vessel thereby solidifying its rapid response abilities throughout human space.
4A class FSD Interdictor: When equipped into the 4E compartment, used to tear other ships from supercruise into normal space for various purposes.
4G class Planetary Vehicle Hanger: Contains and deploys two Scarab-class Surface Reconnaissance Vehicles (SRVs).
Additional Compartments and Information
Astrometrics: The hub of operations for the ship’s discovery and surface scanners as well as any additional science equipment. From here Cocytvian can detect and perform detailed analysis of all objects within a given star system. Useful for locating targets or POIs, as well as, of course, general astronomical surveying.
Medbay: Staffed by at least one doctor at any given time, the room comes fully equipped with the latest combat stabilizing technology out of the capital systems. Bodies are cheap but they don’t grow on trees, at least not on this particular ship. Better to keep them running in the near-term and let them expire after the action.
Armory: As an advanced warship of considerable size, Cocytvian contains an extensive armory capable of turning each member of the crew into a veritable harbinger of death with plenty of munitions left to spare. This is complemented by the extensive combat qualifications of the majority of those on the crew manifest—particularly in the auxiliary teams.
Dungeon: One part brig and one part torture chamber, this is usually somewhere you don’t want to be. The rumor in the fleet is that its location directly beneath CMDR Eichwald’s quarters is not a coincidence.
Crew Quarters: Accommodation for up to 90 crew members on a rotating sleep schedule located mainly in the forward sections of the ship. Immediately behind the bridge lies the personal apartment of CMDR Korinne Eichwald, consisting primarily of a bed and a desk. As is typical for her, it is also rumored to regularly accommodate a slave or two in special cages for recreational purposes.
Mess Hall: Contains a selection of rapidly producible synthetic foods which are deposited upon request from the computers during downtime.
Recreation Center: Onboard crew can exercise or partake in a wide variety of the latest holo entertainment programs from WorldCraft. Occasionally, a choice selection of CMDR Eichwald’s slaves are made available here to the general crew. For all of the tense atmosphere aboard the ship when she is present, the crew are well compensated.

Whatever coin they had left over that didn’t go towards necessities and maintenance of Antulaya’s armor and weapons went to the urchins of the city. In this regard, Antulaya became a sort of guardian over the homeless, moreso the children. Because of this, she has loose ties with Cyrodiil’s Thieves Guild although she has no real interest in joining their ranks.
Eventually, her mother passed away, leaving the house and its contents to do with as Antulaya pleased. After selling off most things of monetary value and entering the rest of her mother’s old keepsakes into a vault, Antulaya began renting the house to a good friend before hitting the road as a traveling mercenary.  Upon entering into Skyrim, she and a group of Stormcloaks were ambushed and taken to Helgen where she met a vampire who helped her escape Alduin. She took on the vampire as her charge, and the two began working together to stop the world eater.  Aspirations: Save the world, Figure out the identity of her father, learn more of the Velothi traditions to carry them on.

Bushido: Grace in Action
Have you ever wondered why the Star Wars epic moves us so deeply, even today, three decades after the release of its first episode? George Lucas deeply admired the films of Akira Kurosawa, especially his Seven Samurai. The Jedi Knights that inhabit the saga live a long time ago in a galaxy far away in a medieval, imperial society endowed with the ultimate in high-tech weapons and transport.
Americans and Europeans have been fascinated by Japanese civilization for well over a hundred years, as Japan, like France, is a supremely aesthetic culture that places its ultimate value on beauty and living in the moment.
Every aspect of life is turned into art, including religion and the martial arts. Naked power without grace is repulsive. Europeans in the Seventeenth Century came back from Japan deeply impressed with just how civilized the Japanese actually were.
What Is Bushido?
Bushido means the “way of the warrior.” It is far more than a set of commandments and restrictions. Bushido is a way of being in the world, of being fulfilled prepared to die at any moment, wholly committed to living life to its fullest every moment.
The Samurai class grew up with these principles from early childhood. It was very natural to them. They were there to protect the emperor and the Daimyo, the feudal lord. They were equally there, like knights in shining armor, to ensure justice to all the people.
Samurai considered their role a sacred honor, and were awarded two swords, and often a horse. One sword was to kill the enemy, but only if absolutely necessary. The other sword, the shorter one, was to perform seppuku, or harakiri, if they totally messed up and their honor was ruined. This act of disembowelment and decapitation was their guarantee of dying on their own terms.
You can experience the true way of the warrior through this track…
youtube
What Does Bushido Have to Say to Us Today?
We are moving into an era where global civilization is becoming more authoritarian, just like the age of the samurai, which officially ended in the mid-19th century. Governments around the world are moving to the right, as people crave security over freedom, in the wake of unprecedented terrorism, climate change and economic uncertainty.
When the cultural climate shifts, you need to adapt.
As the forces in the world shift, what you did previously to survive becomes less and less effective.

Recently, a macho attitude of getting your own way at all costs, with little or no respect to people unlike you is coming in vogue. It is easier and easier to confuse brute force with true power.
Bushido is a code of honor, a type of chivalry that places ultimate value in courage, compassion, integrity and wisdom.

When you are powerful, you don’t need to prove yourself. No need to brag. You’ve been there and done that, and found it is utterly empty.
Buddhism has had a revival in recent years, from Japan, Southeast Asia and Tibet. If you are all of it, you needn’t take your individual body and mind quite so seriously. It simply becomes something like your piece in the game of life, by which you move around the board.
Bushido: The Sevenfold Code of the Samurai
In the latter part of the Nineteenth Century, Nitobe Inazo wrote, Bushido: The Soul of Japan, a book that greatly impressed President Teddy Roosevelt, who bought dozens of copies to share with his family and friends. Nitobe glorified chivalry, with an emphasis upon compassion and benevolence over true force.
A knight and a gentleman doesn’t have to prove that he is a man, except through his attitude and actions. He has been condition to bow, even to his opponent, let alone his companions.
Seven Virtues of Bushido have been identified that distill the essence of this vision:
1. Gi:  Integrity
Moral conduct is not an option. Right action, honesty in dealing with others and equity toward all people are fundamental to the role of a samurai.
2. Rei:  Respect
Courtesy is the mark of a gentleman, even to his enemies, especially his enemies. With his enemies, the samurai wouldn’t be in business. Enlightened samurai learn from one another. They know that they have a job to do, and that the other person isn’t necessarily evil.
3. Yu:  Unflinching Courage
Fear is transformed into everlasting vigilance with a readiness to act instantly. We are all due to die someday. Make the most of life while you still have it.
4. Meiyo:  Honor
The Samurai is equally concerned with what he will think of himself as what others will think of him. He is a conspicuous role model. No passing the buck. He is always accountable. He lives and dies by his word.
5. Jin:  Compassion
Putting yourself in the other person’s place is a virtue, not a weakness. As a Buddhist, he has taken a vow to relieve the suffering of all sentient beings. He wields a sword as much to prevent violence as to perpetuate it.

6. Makoto:  Honesty and Total Sincerity
What you say and do must equate. No gap is acceptable. No “trying.” Words are sparse, because actions always speak louder. Tell the truth, as it is too hard to try and cover up your lies.
7. Chiu:  Duty and Loyalty
The warrior must never betray his trust. He has sworn allegiance to his Daimyo, and must protect his lord’s interests at all costs. To do less is treason. He is a privileged servant of nobility, and he never takes his position for granted.
How to Use Bushido to Change Your Life
Integrity is the beginning of Bushido, to say what you mean, and mean what you say. As you become increasingly conscious of what you are saying, you will be less and less inclined to use swear words (unless you’re consciously trying to give your point an oomph). You will simply find a better way to say it. You will reduce your commitments to others until you gain confidence in your ability to execute them.

You will examine your relation to power, and remind yourself, as did the early American fathers, that power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. When others use mere bluster and mask their fear with a false bravado, you can pray for them that they wake up sooner than later.
You can choose beauty wherever you find it. You can put grace in action by seeking out admirable traits in every other human being and carefully listening to him or her.
How to Use Bushido to Change Your World
The world is challenged as it never has been before, because so many of us have forgotten what is essential to life, that we shall not live by bread alone. We mistake symbols for power. We readily give our power away to others, mere human beings, forgetting that we are all inherently divine.
You can do what no machine or computer can ever do. You can show compassion and love toward others. You can take decisive action when necessary, even at great personal risk. You can choose to put others before yourself. Best of all, you can wake up to who truly you are, to your divine potential.
The greatest honor of all is to combat people’s self-defeating posture that they are powerless. You can empower everyone you meet by awakening them to their own divine potential. Like Siddhartha (Buddha), you can call forth their highest potential in this incarnation.
Like Buddha, you can wake up as Creator within your own creation.
