KRBK Ongoing fic recs

This is a list of my favorite fics that are still on going (some of which may be ongoing forever lol) but that are too amazing not to recomend. As usual mind the ratings (most of these are Rated M) and read the tags before diving in and enjoy !

At the Edge of the Sea by idratherhaveyou (A continuation of tonight we're the sea with kirishima figuring out how to adult and the two of them figuring out how to be together. It's just as great as the prequel)

between lion and men by aloera ( It follows the events of bnha but with a twist, Bakugo and Kirishima don't get along at all! It's so darn good. It's the enemies to friends to lovers I didn't know I needed!!!)

bitter root to me is dear by Heronfem (Bakugo works in a ranch and Kirishima is one of the summer hands and well, love happens.)

Blood of my Hand by PurplePersnickety (It's the fantasy AU! The world building is amazing and the developpement of krbk's relationship from reluctant companions to friends (to eventually lovers) is excellent. It's got found family and some cute side-ships and a super interesting plot! It's a must-read)

drift apart by bigstupidjellyfish (Super angsty AU where krbk drift appart and then more horrible outside factors happen and it's pain and suffering and Bakugo blaming himself and Kirishima not being okay and it's great, if you want pain (with eventual comfort) got for it !! )

relentless heart by bigstupidjellyfish (A darker Fantasy AU where Kirishima, a dragon in a place where they are loathed, has been enslaved all his life. Bakugo ends up becoming his master after he runs away from his former captor and loses to him in a duel. There are epic fights and side quests that lead to some bonding. It's a very slow burn because both Bakugo and Kirishima have issues and hoenstly, so does the world.)

Every Time A Bell Rings by existential_lobster (Kirishima is the cupid asigned to help Bakugo find love. Feelings happen. It's very good, full of oblivious Kirishima and soft Bakugo.)

find the real by Ellieb3an (Bakugo is a Cyborg that fights in underground Matches and Kirishima's his new mechanic. It's only got one chapter but it's so damn good!!)

Heat of the Moment by SilentKnight (ABO AU where Bakugo and Kirishima find themselves accidentally bonded because of a villain attack. The world building's also great and it's a slowburn too!!) Rated E

Heaven in Hiding by kazhan (Pro-Hero AU with krbk as partners. Bakugo is in love with Kirishima and he has to deal with that while also dealing with some resurfacing villains. The pinning is great and the OCs are also super lovable!! And krbk's relationship is so 💕💕💕)

like the first day of summer vacation by popcap (Krbk work as coaches in a summer camp, it's got that "last few months before we move out" and "summer before Uni" feel it to it. It's GREAT )

Love is Living with You by Claus_Lucas (Pro hero krbk live together and Bakugo is a dumb dumb who is in denial of his feelings and it's Claus_Lucas so of course it's great!!)

metallic bonds by kaustikha (The FMA! AU with Automail mechanic Bakugo and Kirishima as a retired Army with two armfuls or automail and even more Trauma. It's a slowburn when it comes to the romance but the krbk progression is amazing and it also handles Kirshima dealing with his trauma so well. It's amazing! )

My First One And Only by BlackBarBooks, Quirkless-One (BlackBarBooks) (Kiribaku start dating because of a misunderstanding and the whole fic is them learning how to be together in a romantic way. It's adorable !)

Partners by disastergays (Fantasy AU! where every person has their second half (but Bakugo had always believed his to be dead until he meets Kirishima in dragon form. He takes his sweet ass time warming up to the idea of Kirishima being his other half which means Kirishima can't actually comunicate for a chunk of this but the slowburn is so good and the development amazing and there's found family too curtsey of the Bakusquad!)

Playing to Win (Quirkball AU) by nihilistshiro ( It's an AU where instead of using quirks for super hero stuff, our fave boys are professional quirkball players. Bakugo comes back to town after years away and slowly learns to fit back with the new team (and old friends) and of course falls in love with big beefy Kirishima. The romance is super cute too!!) Rated E

Six Page Spread by indigonow (Pro hero krbks with Bakugo's image painting him as this bad boy and Kirishima being super weak for that and everything Bakugo. Despite the premise, it's a pretty slow burn with a lot of pinning Kirishima. It's a great fic, a must-read, absolutely!!!) Rated E

to win back your heart which was mine by Claus_Lucas (Dimention hopping AU where Fantasy!Bakugo lands in UA in search for his Kirishima only to end up stirring shit for modern world krbk who are definitely not as close as he and his Kirishima are. Very good)

So Good it Hurts by i_write_shakespeare_not_disney (Pro-Hero krbk friends with benefits. Bakugo and Kirishima's relationship is sweet in this one! It's very good.) Rated E

I haven't really shared this one a lot, but if you like my writing, it'd mean the world to me if you gave this story a chance!

It revolves around various ships and how each story kind of intertwines with each other, spanning multiple POVs, and each couple of course has a trope to follow ♡

This one is a big deal because I'm not usually one for ensemble pieces and this is especially pushing me to find and portray voices I'm not used to, like Denki and Aizawa and Shinsou and Ashido etc. It's scary but exciting! So I'd love if you came along on the journey♡
