"Ya got a mean right hook, darlin." "I am so, so, so sorry." "Naw, I shoulda known better than to sneak up. And in hindsight, maybe 'vampire clown' wasn't the best costume idea."

hi folks! if you're a fan of classic cartoons and/or Johnny Bravo, you're in luck! because i happen to have a fan-made Johnny Bravo reboot comic in the works! ✨🌈 😎
in this story, Johnny is still your classic womanizing goofball, getting himself into plenty of silly situations—but it'll also focus on some more serious topics as well, such as personal growth, mental health, issues with family, relationships, and so much more! 🩷 i'll be posting some of the characters and their short bios, so you can get a good feel for what to expect from them!
a doctor in Aron City who has known Johnny and Bunny for quite a long time... and even seems to have a romantic spark of sorts with Bunny—Raul Montoya!
Tumblr media
When it comes to the medical field, there's no one quite like Dr. Raul Montoya; there's hardly anybody in Aron City who has any particular complaints with him, and every patient he's ever had has had only positive things to say regarding his work—and his humble, generous and kind-hearted personality certainly makes this clear.
He's typically very patient and down-to-earth—however, some may say he's a little too rigid for his own good. He tends to take things very literally, not generally picking up on jokes or sarcasm, and takes his personal health *very* seriously... maybe a little too seriously at times. But, hey, better safe than sorry, yeah?
got any feedback or ideas you'd like to share? you're always welcome to let me know, any time! 🩷✨
in which case, you should consider checking out our discord server! here, you can also catch some "behind the scenes" on the comic's progress, and chat with some other fans of Johnny Bravo! 😎

Innerstar School of Magic: New Students
Tumblr media
Back row, L-R: Indira Chandrasekar, Sophia Zhang, Electra Tomlinson
Front row, L-R: Tabitha Crow, Lilias Gordon, Maria de la Luz de San Geronimo
Tumblr media
Indi belongs to Parkington house, probably because she loves the spotlight; she especially loves singing and dancing. Combining those with magic is a dream come true.
Tumblr media
Sophia placed into Montoya house, she's generally studious with a talent for chemistry (and baking). She's afraid of heights, though, and does not look forward to learning to fly.
Tumblr media
Electra, dubbed Ellie by her new schoolmates, is the kind of girl who wants to know everything about everything, which makes her an ideal Walker house student. She's more familiar with the library than sports fields, partially due to her nearsightedness and partial deafness, and partially because her mother is a librarian.
Tumblr media
Tabitha's dreams literally came true when she was accepted into McIntire house. She always wanted to learn to teleport, and can't wait for broom-riding lessons to begin. Writing and social studies? Not so much.
Tumblr media
Lily doesn't consider herself particularly American - she spent the first 7 years of her life in Scotland, but was thrilled when she learned she was going to be a part of Merriman house. She tries to live up to the bravery of her literary heroines, like Lucy Pevensie and Sara Crewe.
Tumblr media
It's a good thing Mari-Luz placed into Larson house. She loves traipsing around outdoors and finds places like the library and classroom to be stuffy and boring. There's a good possibility she'll wear out her rain boots before the end of the first semester.

A character sheet ref. for my Stardew OC, Verity, who is also the MC of the fic {Wattpad} // fic {AO3} I'm working on!
This is both for my own sake as reference for writing/drawing, and for funsies <333
Notes: - Pronouns: They/Them {Nonbinary} - Age: 26 - Height: 5'9 - They did, in fact, name their horse Inigo after Inigo Montoya {The Princess Bride} - Their middle name is Caden - Their fav. genre of music is indie; things akin to The Crane Wives, Andie, & Raury - Jack of all trades, master of none; Verity will try everything at least once. Even the icky bug meat- of which, they do not, in fact, ever want to try again {If I think of any more notes, I'll probably add them in l8r!}

Alex is known as the grumpy one, rarely smiling (so rare that it became a meme of sorts on social media of to comment when he did in 2022). This may be changing in 2023 with a change to McLaren after six years at Andretti. New season, new team, new Alex? Time will tell. He still isn't the most social of people, preferring people people (friends and family) over people (everyone else). He has a soft spot for child fans, often going out of his way to interact with them.
His conservative upbringing shows on occasion, particularly on his podcast where he and good friend James Hinchcliffe discuss the latest racing news and whatever else comes into their heads. The number of times James has said "No, Alex. We've talked about this." when Alex says something that could be considered concerning for a rational person to say (often related to those conservative views he was raised with) is numerous. Much credit to Mr. Hinchcliffe for having the patience to educate his friend.
Alex extensively researches (perhaps obsessively) what catches his interest, be it smoking meats, the PH of his pool, or weird flavored soda cocktails. He is generous to his closest friends, recently planning a "not Bachelor party" weekend for a friend. He is something of perfectionist and a (self-admitted) clean freak. He enjoys betting on sporting events, although now must do his betting through friends as he allowed James to parental lock the betting app on his phone.

Is there anyone on the current F1 grid you could see attempting the triple crown, or even succeeding in getting it?
I don’t actually know, a lot of F1 drivers actually tend to be quite against oval racing so I don’t think there are many that would attempt the Indy 500.
If you don’t know, the Triple Crown of Motorsport is an Indy 500 win, a Le Mans win, and either a Monaco GP win or a F1 world championship (depending on who you ask)
The only driver to achieve this is Graham Hill, the most recent drivers to attempt this are Fernando Alonso and Juan Pablo Montoya both of whom have achieved two components of the triple crown.
As far as I know, there are only three drivers who have explicitly stated that they’d like to do the Indy 500 if the opportunity came up, Kevin Magnussen Lando Norris, and Logan Sargeant.
As of right now, I think it’s kind of unrealistic for a Haas, Williams or McLaren to get a Monaco GP win (or a Championship) and even if by chance that does happen theres still the other two components to consider.
I don’t know if Alonso will give the Indy 500 another shot I think the last time he did it he said that that was his last attempt, but then you never know with Alonso he might leave racing for a bit and then all of a sudden come back and try to do the Indy 500 again.
