HOT TAKE TOURNAMENT
Pre-Preliminary #34

Submission 202
Instant coffee tastes better than any other kind of coffee
I started drinking instant coffee while I was working on my thesis at university, as so many do, and I guess I just acquired a taste for it. Instant coffee is the only thing I can be arsed to make on the occasions when I'm tired enough to need coffee, and I guess I just formed a positive association with it that way. Also they often come with a little chocolate shaker and foam up like magic when you pour the hot water in. I feel like coffee that requires effort to make defeats the fundamental purpose of coffee.
Pre-preliminaries will be used to determine what qualifies as a hot take. Propaganda is encouraged!
Also, remember to reblog your favourite polls for exposure! (exposure like when your exposed to the fact that the KISS Scooby Doo crossover does actually exist, scarring you for life)

i wanted to make it a poll and myb i shld still add one so it 'reaches' further but like i am curious if ppl who drink both instant and ground coffee realize any different impact on them but i can't figure out a good way to phrase the results n fit them all into 12 bc i can't just ask yes one has more of an impact it's got to be in what way n also worse or better is subjective if i'm drinking coffee to poop then the one that makes me poop (more) wld be a better impact but if i'm not drinking coffee to poop then yh sigh if u see this lmk! personally i feel like instant coffee esp at night keeps me awake more n can also make me hella disruptively anxious i think it's also more likely to make me poop. i drink ground coffee more consistently n i feel like generally it doesnt make me notably anxious and it will keep me sufficiently alert n awake etc but without feeling like it's doing it if tht makes sense? but with instant i am aware it is working within my body lol

New words are so wild.
If you told George Washington, inventor of instant coffee not the president, that the word, “Facebook” is a verb, and doesn’t mean a book that is a face or putting your face in a book, he’d tell you to get out of his house.
You make something up that sounds plausible and you just have to convince people to use it as well.
Then boom. You’ve got a new word.
