For @inuvember Day 30, the prompt is for the Fandom. This community has given me a lot through my years, from the time I was a young teenager and up to now. The little community that remain on tumblr after all this time is still very dear to me. Thank you to all the creators and fans who fill that community up!

I would never understand ss and nh stans like they act like they are victim of storyline but they got canon( even when that was bad) they always talk about how bad gay shippers are in fandom because they hate the girl between two guy they shipped and act like they are victim for shipping heteros like being hetero or have hetero ships make you some kind of minority like no. You are not, that was the norm over years and it is still the norm. İ would really can't care less if they just stop acting stupid like i'm a ship and let ship person. Just stay your side of fandom and leave sns shippers alone thats not that hard

That's what people who ship het ships always do, act like victims. They think fujoshis are always after female characters, despite the fact they themselves hate on female characters from so called "rival ships" and use specifically misogynist insults. Look at Naruhina/Narusaku, Sasusaku/Sasukarin, Ichiruki/Ichihime, Eremika/Erehisu Inukag/Inukik, Zutara/Maiko and so on.

Recently I saw some het shipper complain how "maybe if I shipped yaoi I would have more content" all bitter about the fact fujoshi content is popular... like how about make more content instead of complaining. Lol.

theres no need to get mad. i just wanted to exchange opinions with another kikyo and inukik fan. also i said about the other animes as the reason why they cant make a reboot, not saying you arent allowed to want one. i disagree about the ships, RT even changed her choice of couple in UY for popularity. idk if it was RT or someone else but inukag got a filler child when in the manga, only miroku and sango had children. they milked inukag/sessrin and the only explanation is the japanese fans

Of course there are fans who won't change their minds about her and will continue to think so. That won't change, but believe me, many former kagome/inukag stans turned into Kikyou and InuKik fans after years and see kagome as an annoying person. Not everyone would change their minds, but a certain group would change their minds because a few people wrote to me and told me that and that's why I see it this way.

I see kagome as a selfish bitch who was interested in having an romance with inuyasha and she didn't care what she did and she is complicit in human tragedies when she broke the jewel, her return to the past caused trouble and more after breaking the jawels. She was ready to give it up because inuyasha preferred Kikyou it's very selfish,she acted like a spoiled brat and is self-centered,her welfare comes first,her feelings and she is the weakest of the team even after marrying inuyasha. She can't cope, she's addicted to the presence of Inuyasha, she can't do ANYTHING without him, she becomes a scared sheep, and only when Inuyasha is with her, she feels stronger. It's not girl power, it's total male addiction. She couldn't even decide if she wanted to be with inuyasha or not, only when she heard his voice was she "sure".

NO. Inuyasha was popular and that's why they went with the idea of this non-canon series, but after the Japanese fans were dissatisfied, the Blu-ray sold really small. No…sunrise wanted to milk the fans and yashahime turned out to be a failure

Except for ss, dramione and inukag, all ships I've ever had in fandoms have all been mlm ( kagehina, eremin, bkdk, victuuri, merthur, malec etc) even in Naruto , I had gaalee and kakairu , but I could never make myself ship sns, their bond seemed platonic from the start, and was eventually confirmed in the manga. It was also the fact that they got married to two WOMEN , and with the exception of merthur and eremin, the characters I mentioned above have never been shown straight so headcanon seems appropriate, but we should really respect canon. I could never harrass eremika shippers and not feel like a douchebag, and a loser lol, they are canon, nothing is bigger than that no matter how they behaved around each other. How sns stans do that day in and out to sakura and hinata is just pathetic. Now, would sns stans call me homophobic too? The amount of bullshit people can spew is astonishing really, not to mention double standards.

Well, I'd say that Lee's crush on Sakura and Kakashi's love for Jiraiya's heterosexually perverted novels are evidence enough that they're straight, but I suppose that's besides the point.

Sessrins are big mad and salty that InuKag is ACTUALLY canon compared to their crack pedoship so that’s why they feel the need to flex on InuKags by continuously bringing up Kikyo as some sort of lame-ass attempt at a “gotcha.”

Like if you’re gonna use one argument like a broken record, wouldn’t you want to pick one that works?

I am noticing they’re trying to be more subtle with it now as the Inukags aren’t backing down even an inch and the Kikyo stans have that one statement of Takahashi saying Sesshomaru’s ideal woman would be someone like Kikyo on hand and ready to go at any second.

Literally every part of the rest of the community is sick of them and has gathered detailed receipts just in case.

Me watching Towa get the scene with the picture book of Kagome and her family and friends with her future husband in Kagome’s room talking to Kagome’s brother instead of Moroha who would benefit from experiencing something like that more seeing as she’s Kagom’s daughter and admittedly knows nothing about her: 

All jokes aside, though, seriously. 

Not saying that Towa didn’t need a scene with Sota as her dad giving her the okay that she can go and that she belongs in the other world, seeing as that’s where she came from etc etc. Towa needed that from Sota because he’s, for all of the talk of Sesshoumaru, her father. Adopted fathers are real fathers and she needed that reassurance she was doing what needed to be done and to be given the nod of approval from her family so she could travel with no regrets and know that she had their blessing. It was a wonderful scene she needed to have. But given Moroha knowing nothing about her mother or father at this point, and Toa having no real connection other than Sota Kagome herself or InuYasha, I feel it would have likely been more comfortable for them to have had that talk at home or in front of the tree where he found her or something versus bathed in the memory of Kagome. It may mean something for Sota, sure, but even then that environment felt like it’d be better for Moroha to experience with either him or, better yet, Mama Higurashi and be going over who her parents were and that this very place is where they used to come and go from. 

Though the Higurashis embracing Moroha happily with open arms and Sota taking the use of his credit card (How did Moroha figure that out, btw?) with good humor for the sake of his sister was cute; their reactions to meeting their blood relative born from their sister/daughter who’s been gone for two decades is honestly underwhelming and weird to me - Especially since she can’t seem to answer any questions and gets a little weird about them comparing her to her mom. True, she could have bullshitted any questions about Kagome or InuYasha they may have fielded, but I think if she knows nothing about them there’d be some concerning red flags for Kagome’s family who clearly loved both of them.  

I know it’s for the sake of the plot going forward, to keep that mystery going, but I feel like even for a culture difference between the US who is considerably more touchy feely and emotional to the Japanese who are typically more reserved that’s a lot to expect a family not to get serious and concerned about. I don’t doubt we’ll get Moroha/InuYasha/Kagome stuff in the future, they can’t keep teasing that she knows nothing about it and not address it, I just wish that logic wasn’t completely thrown to the wind for the sake of humor and fan service. 

Buuut I think way too hard on these things in general.
