Fighting 69TH, single malt Irish whiskey. A dollar from ever bottle sold is donated to support veterans and dependents in need of the famed 69TH Infantry REG, part of the NY National Guard. The unit first saw action in the Civil War where the name "Fighting 69TH' was bestowed upon the unit by no less than Robert E Lee, who recognized talent even when it belonged to the foe. Later members of the unit included "Wild Bill" Donovan, Joyce Kilmer, and of course Chaplain, Father Francis P Duffy. The 69TH continues to this day recently serving in the GWOT.
So if you enjoy Irish whiskey give it a try.

How about this for a Saturday evening adult beverage?!
This a good Irish whiskey that I usually save for special occasions. Of course you can say that anytime you drink Redbreast, it’s a special occasion!

Whiskey Review: Teeling Small Batch
Teeling Small Batch is one of my favorite Irish whiskeys. It's aged in oak barrels and then blended in rum casks, which gives it a complex flavor profile.
It has a rich golden amber color, a sweet smell, and a predominantly sweet flavor to match. It coats your palette with a smooth, creamy vanilla taste, combined with fruity apple and raisin notes. However, that sweetness is balanced out by just the right amount of floral spiciness.
It makes an excellent option for a nightcap on a winter evening. It would also be a good option to sip on if you want to keep your St. Patrick's Day classy.
