I love Artemis and Wally, but do you guys think that because in some versions of comics Icicle Jr and Tigress get together and have a daughter named Isabelle (though they're villains at the time), the same thing will happen in Young Justice.

Ugh great now I'm really starting to like the idea of Tigress/Icicle Jr. I mean I really like Icicle Jr as a character and he seems to have the same humor (more I'd argue) as Wally.

Biography:

Isabelle was born to her father, Cameron Mahkent. She is also the granddaughter of Joar Mahkent. The identity of her mother is unknown, but she is also a metahuman through her father's ice powers. To avoid letting Isabelle being raised in prison, Cameron asked his mother (whom he had not seen in years) to take her in since he might be in Belle Reve for awhile.

Cameron was only allowed visitations due to his work within the Suicide Squad. Joar also has a soft spot for Isabelle and neither of them push her to commit crimes.

Later, Isabelle discovered her ice powers after being attacked by robbers who threatened her grandmother with a gun. This traumatic experience had awakened her powers as she freezes the robbers in the bank.

Isabelle and her grandmother had a talk. The young metahuman was told to never reveal her powers for fear she might end up a criminal like Cameron and Joar, or would be coerced into working with Warden Walker from Belle Reve. Her grandmother had thoughts about taking full custody of Isabelle to keep her away from her son and ex-husband.

Isabelle did not agree with this. But went along with it due to how close she is to her grandmother. Her grandmother wanted her only grandchild to live as a happy girl, but knew she is unlike any other human being. But Isabelle secretly practices her powers at night in order to keep them in control.

At the age of 9, Isabelle reached elementary school. But one of her male classmates asked about her white hair and said it was weird and tried to attack her. But before she can start a fight. A student named Jonny Kent, steps on and intervene, only to let himself be covered in paint and pushed to the canvases.

Later, after a rough day, Isabelle received a bad grade from a test. When Jonny introduced himself he noticed this and decided to help tutor her for the next one. As Isabelle gets to know Jonny, and was getting better at her grades, and felt better about her hair color after he told her that it was cool, it caused her to develop a crush on him. But it was rather unreciprocated. And was a bit jealous due to Jonny's close friendship with Kathy Branden.

At home, she watches the news about the Outsiders disbanding due to Lena Luthor being elected president of the US and banning vigilantes from intervening, much to her dismay because she is a fan of the Outsiders for advocating for young metahumans, even helped changed the lives of children of former villains. This driven Isabelle to become a vigilante with the mantle, Snow Blitz. Deciding that she wasn't going to let her family's criminal history define who she is.

Now 11, she is working on to reform the Outsiders. During one of her vigilante activities, Snow Blitz encountered Jonny again, this time he is taking the mantle of Superboy, saving him when Vengeance (the clone of Bane) was about to finish him.

Though happy to see him. Superboy told Snow Blitz to go home. This infuriates her, but it didn't stop there as later, she assisted Speedy to rescue Green Arrow after he was captured by Syonide and it ends with Speedy defeating Syonide and Snow Blitz capturing her associates with ice.

Personality:

Isabelle is a preteen who tried to find some purpose in life while being raised by her grandmother. She is aware of her family's criminal history, but accepts the fact since she loves her family, but chose not to commit any crimes.

Isabelle encourages her grandmother to have a talk with her son (Isabelle's father) since she had not seen him after Joar took him under his wing to become a supervillain.

But after discovering her ice powers, Isabelle decides to use them not for evil, but for good (which made her father proud because of his regrets of looking up to his father). In order to make a difference for herself being a fan of the Outsiders.

She became Snow Blitz since her life changed. Energetic and cheerful. Isabelle has a crush on Superboy (Jon Kent) since he treated her like a person, not as a daughter of a former villain. And because of this, she tried her best to impress him. But was jealous of his friendship with Kathy Branden, but knew there was nothing she can do.

But the fact that Superboy treated her like a friend, it was enough for Isabelle to feel enlighten, and will prove to the world that her family history will not define her.

1. So, you know how they say that mother’s have a specific bond with their first child? Artemis definitely has that with Isabelle. She loves all of her children, but Artemis is just softer with Izzy. Because she and Cameron literally had to fight so hard to have her, Artemis will always fight so hard to let Isabelle just be a normal kid. To just protect her, and remove her from their costumed world.

2. A few days ago, I made a post about how Artemis is the kind-of mother who will hold her children, if they ask, no matter how old they are. and I feel like that her second born child is very independent and he just doesn’t need it. But Isabelle is the kid who's more sensitive, and until she’s maybe 9 years old, she just runs to either of her parents when she’s sad. Like she has a bad day at school, and she doesn’t even have to ask, all Iz has to do is run to Artemis and she’ll be carried without much of a question.

3. Izzy is just the exact opposite of Artemis. She’s like Cameron, where she’ll try to be closed off, but she’s just smart and sensitive and an open book.

4. IZZY IS A LITTLE SHIT THO?? Like, if they’re having an argument, Izzy and Arte will just make the nastiest faces at each-other. It’s like looking into a sass mirror.

5. God. Artemis is just so proud of her kid, all of her kids, no matter what they do.

March 6th - Icicle Jr.

Cameron Mahkent is the son of the original villain known as The Icicle. The prolonged exposure to The Icicle’s cold gun altered his genetic make-up, causing him to pass down to his son the metahuman ability to generate and control ice. Following in his father’s footsteps, Icicle Jr. became a super villain and was recruited into The Wizard’s Injustice Unlimited with whom he battled Infinity Inc. Later, Icicle Jr. fell in with Johnny Sorrow’s iteration of the Injustice Society and fought the JSA. Although he’s very much a villain, Icicle Jr. ended up fighting alongside the Justice Society when the Ultra-Humanite gained Johnny Thunder’s powers and took over the world. Icicle Jr. has maintained a romantic relationship with Tigress II (Artemis Crock) and the two of them have an infant daughter named Isabelle Rose. Icicle Jr. first appeared in the pages of Infinity inc. #34 (1987).

I really would love to write an arc for Flash. Of course that would be if I could get the rights to Wally and his family as well as various other speedsters and such. (Which is probably NEVER going to happen but whatever.)

The set up would slightly alter the speedster timeline and get rid of speed-aging (providing a background for why Bart went back to the past,) and focus on how close and family-like speedsters are with not only each other but all other heroes.

Of course the main plot would focus on Irey taking the Flash mantle and Jai deciding to live his life semi-normally and help with his smarts rather than powers like his mother.

I would also love to involve Artemis and Icicle Jr. because they're my favorite villain couple. Except instead of having them be the main villains, I would really like to use their daughter's character Isabelle Rose. I love the idea of her developing Icicle's powers. I also love the idea of her deciding between villain and hero roles.

I have this plot bunny in my head that Isabelle goes to the past because she wants to stop herself from ever becoming a villain. She knows her parents just moved to Central City (where Irey is now going to college and saving the day) and believes this is the start of her road to villainy. So, she manipulates Irey into getting her dear friend Lian Harper (current speedy under Mia Dearden aka Green Arrow) into taking a very young Isabelle under her wing.

This would, of course, accomplish her goal of altering the future, and the villain Isabelle (aka Snow Leopard) would disappear from that time line because the future changes and she takes on the code name Artemis (complete with costume inspired by YJ's Artemis)

Of course, just to be a little shit, I would flash forward (pun intended) to Isabelle as "Artemis" and essentially hint that she wants to go back in time to alter the past in a way that makes it clear she would accidentally make herself Snow Leopard again. Because you can't have time travel without loopy paradoxes.
