I made tomato and cheese frittata for my family for breakfast!!
It looks more charred than I'd like, seems I still need to get used to using the electric stove (I miss seeing the flames 😭)
On the bright side, everyone's endearingly very eager to eat whatever I cook. But still!!! Let's hope it tastes good at least!
