Can I talk about my secret keeper Scar idea because I'm going insane

I'm just thinking about the secret keeper looking for someone to replace it. Someone who will be hated and not missed after the series is over. Someone who's alone and separated from everyone else. Someone the secret keeper can isolate and make them the villain just for this. Just so the person can win and get stuck and replace it.

I'm thinking about Scar after he win, pressing the button and nothing happens. Except when he looks back up at the secret keeper it's not just a faceless stone statue staring at him, it's his own face, scars and all.

I'm also thinking about the possibility of Scar literally turning to stone.

Maybe if he gets out of secret life he's just. A literal living statue. If he dies he falls apart like a stone statue would if you dropped it.
