Journey To The North/JTTN AU

Because i have no self-control and thought about this for 2 hours.

Post-EP10 Macaque and Red Son redemption arc.

MK gets possessed by an evil spirit, but this spirit in particular has mastered the art of deception to a point where not even Sun Wukong can tell it’s not MK.

But the spirit is an sadistic bastard and keeps tormenting Red about his relationship with his parents and pouring salt on every wound she can find. Due to this, Red knows that it’s not MK who’s in control, but nobody would listen to him and he can’t defeat her on his own.

Enter Macaque, who’s hiding away in the city and planning his revenge, and he ends up seeing one of the fights while shapeshifted as a bird. He thinks that’s a good opportunity to take MK out(since he’s distracted by Red), and doesn’t realize MK is possessed until said body snatcher starts to play her sadistic game on him.

They end up having to run away when she decides to end the game by dialing Mei’s number and dramatically injuring MK’s body so that Mei will go berserk on them once she gets there.

So now Macaque and Red Son have to team up in order to get that evil spirit out of MK’s body so that they can do their own evil plans without having to worry about her hunting them down for fun.

(There’s more, but i’ll have to go out soon, so i’ll write it when i get back. In the meantime, feel free to send ideas for it!)
