Cool Facts- Bicolor parrotfish, and parrotfish in general, are some of the most important fish in a coral reef. Parrotfish keep reefs clear of algae and dead coral through their voracious hunger. The dead coral that is eaten is excreted as white sand, leading to many beaches around the world ranging from Hawaii to Indonesia. Almost all bicolor parrotfish are born female. As they mature, they shift to become males. Parrotfish are capable of having eggs earlier in their life and then fertilizing other female’s eggs when older. In short terms, ultimate rizz. Males are highly territorial and keep harems of females in their territory, only to kick them out after they transition to male.
Rating- 12/10 (Yes, you are building that sand castle out of poop.)
*wakes up in a cold sweat* jonathan harker is a meow-meow because the master of the house held the door open when he wanted out but then he decided to stay in
The last I saw of Count Dracula was his kissing his hand to me; with a red light of triumph in his eyes, and with a smile that Judas in hell might be proud of.
Note - this is some of that antisemitism that @re-dracula so correctly called out in their June 8 episode
I hate him I hate him I despise him I loathe him I want to kill him.
Jonathan finally snaps and expresses a desire to leave, knowing that if he waits till the morning that it will already be too late, Dracula will be shipped off, and no one will come to get him. And Dracula relishes in it.
Even now, he hasn't quite broken Jonathan. Jonathan still keeps up the pretense, he still has too much of his mind to dare to accuse Dracula of any wrongdoing. Jonathan knows better, and that's part of what makes this so thrilling for Dracula. So, he indulges him. He lets Jonathan have a tiny sliver of hope before casting it away, making it clear that he'd throw him to the wolves and miss out on having his own fill of him before he'd ever let Jonathan live. The choice Jonathan is given is to die, not as a man but as a prey animal ripped to pieces, or to never die, to forfeit his soul.
Jonathan, of course, begs him to close the door, but it is no longer out of the hope that he can find another way out. He does it out of fear. For a moment, he fears death worse than what he claims is a fate worse than death, and when he returns to his room, he can do nothing but wallow in his despair. He hears Dracula boasting that he will have him first, and there's nothing he can do but throw himself to his knees and cry.
