🌟‘Metacognition is very important. We touched upon this subject when we were discussing emotional intelligence. It is to do with how to improve your emotional strength.’

🌟‘It is like a self-accountability of your emotions, of your thought-process because sometimes you think you are right. You box yourself and you are not open. Do you understand my point? You are not open so this is stereotyped thinking, a one-track mind.’

🌟‘So, thinking about thinking is making an analysis of your thought-process and knowing about knowing. Know what you know. Sometimes we do not know what we know. Most of the time we don't know anything but we think we know everything. Then comes our ego. If I said this is a glass of water but in your mind, you have decided, 'I have to go against it'. You would say, 'No, it’s not water. It could be Sprite, etc. It is not water' It’s in front of your eyes but you deny it. Something is wrong with their Lower Self, it is to do with ego.
