how to glow up fast <33
❥ wash your face with a deep cleanse x3 a week
use a deep-wash cleanser and rub into your pores for 1 minute and leave on for 30 seconds before rinsing
rinse & apply a normal cleanser as you usually would & rinse
use a daily scrub or exfoliator and scrub gently on skin for 30 seconds and then rinse
pat face dry with towel (don’t rub!!)
moisturize according to your skin type
always put on sunscreen!!! always!! i promise you won’t regret it
❥ light makeup
go for a very natural look
brush out eyebrows & fill in lightly, focus on the ends of your eyebrows to give them a sharp edge and a nice fade
curl your lashes & throw on some mascara! I absolutely love to use an eyebrow brush on my lashes to brush out the clumps, it is a life changer
add some sparkles!! put some glitter on the inner corners of your eyes, and some highlighter on the tip of your nose
add some contour on your nose, between the nostrils across w/ your finger & some highlighter on the tip
finally, add some chap stick & light lip oil for a beautiful shine
❥ dress & move comfortably
put on clothes that are the most convenient for your day. Ex. sweater if it’s cold, shorts if it’s hot, comfy shoes for walking, etc. dress in the way that makes you feel the most comfortable. you’ll feel better and if you let yourself just pick your clothes normally rather than pressuring yourself to wear something cute, you’ll always feel much cuter than if you stressed yourself out over it
walk around with good posture & a natural stance! avoid uncomfortable positions such as slouching, looking down too much, dragging feet, etc
❥ general hygiene
brush your teeth 2-3x a day
wash your hair according to your hair type, and generally wash your hair 3-4x a week (again, depends on hair type)
wash your body with a scrub, avoid using just your hands
wash your pillowcases & blankets frequently
wash your face daily (how often sometimes depends on the wash you use & skin type)
keep your clothes and room clean ! you’ll feel so much better and happier
