It’s so funny to me how people outside Ireland (myself included) process traditional Irish names. Like we as a people (at least in the U.S as far as I know) have collectively decided that it makes sense that  “Sean” is pronounced “shawn”
But when it comes to Osian being pronounced “osh-an” and Caoimhe being pronounced “kee-vah” (or “kwee-vah”) and Aoife being pronounced “ee-fah”  and Saoirse being pronounced “sir-sha” and Tadhg being pronounced like “tiger” without the “er” people are just beyond baffled at this strange language

Pt. 4
okay.........man! onto the druid settlements! i have a running theme of old world magic vs new school magic, and i refer to those with magic that relies on nature itself as druids. it’s just simple and i dont wanna overcomplicate things too much or worry about semantics
Alstonia (tropical)
Alstonia is a tree in the Apocynaceae family
Skilled in poisons, both in inflicting and curing them
A lot of their magic involves healing or regeneration
They draw power from water
Used to be two separate factions of druids, however they mixed a long time ago
Coastal druids live in huts and caves along the coast in areas that are hard to reach
Really know how to fish
Boreal druids live in the tall trees more towards the center of the mainland
Arenaria (mountain)
Pronounced ‘Ar-eh-nary-ah’
Sandwort aka Arenaria bryophylla is the highest known flowering plant
Probably the most secluded and hermit-like of the druidic circles
Live at an extremely high altitude that’s difficult to get to
Skilled at divination
Their magic also involves memories and dreams
They honor the stars and constellations
Some wind up in Starmaw
Ekesia (savanna)
Phonetic spelling of acacia but pronounced as ‘eh-kee-see-ah’
They use their magic to trap and restrain
Used for hunting mostly
Are recognized for their skill in tracking and hunting
Have great skill in fighting monsters
Have a developed culinary culture
Thought to be the origin of magic that created Mainens
Many druids are mainen themselves
Fabale (forest)
Name is based upon Fabales, the order that Fabaceae (what Lupin’s family is based off of) belongs to
Pronounced like ‘fah-bail’
Very capable of shapeshifting
Are able to communicate with animals in an uncanny way
Can’t legitimately understand them, but can command them well enough
The most open to non-druids
Known for being craftsmanship and their hospitality
Lupin’s family are craftsmen
Cherish the land dearly and are the most religious of the circles
Honor the food and land greatly
Feltlich (arctic)
combination of ‘felt’ and ‘lichen’, one of the alt names of green dog lichen
Very resourceful group of druids
Known for being hardy survivors
Have a reputation for being extremely wise
Relationship is fairly non-secretive, as they live among new magic in Sedgeford and Bearpass
Live very, very long lives
Some even up to a century or above
Spells are illusory and light based
Inkkap (swamp)
Comes from ink cap, a kind of mushroom
Less druid, more witch-like
Some of the more magic-technologically advanced
(like alchemy n such)
Fair amount of druids actually attend the academies
Specialize mostly in cloaking magic
Their magic involves lots of water typically (mist/fog = easier cloaking spells)
They fucking love mushrooms
The actual center of their settlement is extremely hard to find because of the swamp
Kalan (desert)
Short from ‘kalanchoe’, a succulent
Have a massive underground city
Makes them hard to find
Entrance can be found within Vesper Cave
Magic involves a touch of necromancy
They can preserve things for longer
Helps with food
Offensive magic involves miasma and decay-related spells
Their reputation is a bit sour with non-druids
Non-druids think they practice magic more aligned with dark arts

Seorang peniaga kuih di Kuching didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen kelmarin kerana menggunakan wang kertas palsu untuk urusan jual beli barang, lapor Utusan Borneo.
Chia Tee Fah, 52, bagaimanapun mengaku tidak bersalah di atas pertuduhan yang dibacakan di hadapan Hakim Mohd Taufik Mohd@Mohd Yusoff.

Understanding the Interaction between Nouns and Adjectives in Arabic Nouns and adjectives go hand in hand, and in Arabic you can manipulate nouns and adjectives to create little phrases. Unlike in the English language, nouns in Arabic always come before the adjective. You can create three types of phrases by manipulating nouns and adjectives. This article examines the ways you can pair up nouns and adjectives to create definite and indefinite phrases. Indefinite phrases One of the most important things to remember about nouns and adjectives in Arabic is that they can be both defined and undefined using the definite article prefix al ال-. Hence, to create an indefinite phrase, all you do is take an undefined noun and add to it an undefined adjective. For example, to say "a big book" or "big book," you add the adjective kabiir (kah-beer كبير ; big) to the noun kitaab (kee-tab كتاب ; book). So the phrase kitaab kabiir means "a big book" in Arabic. Here are some other examples of indefinite phrases featuring undefined nouns and adjectives: walad Tawiil (wah-lad tah-weel; a tall boy) ولد طويل bint jamiila (bee-net jah-mee-lah; a pretty girl) بنت جميلة rajul qawiiy (rah-jool kah-wee; a strong man) رجل قوي 'imra'a laTiifa (eem-rah-ah lah-tee-fah; a nice woman) امرأة لطيفة madrasa Saghiira ( a small school) مَدرسة صغيرة Taawila Hamraa' (tah-wee-lah ham-rah; a red table) طاولة حمراء Notice that the adjectives agree with their corresponding nouns in gender. For example, you say bint jamiila بنت جميلة and not bint jamiil. بنت جميل Adding more descriptive words to the noun is very simple: Because adjectives follow the noun in Arabic, you just add an extra adjective and you're done! But don't forget to add the conjunction wa (wah; and) between the adjectives. Check out some examples: walad Tawiil wa kabiir (wah-lad tah-weel wah kah-beer; a tall and big boy) ولد طويل وكبير bint Tawiila wa jamiila (bee-net tah-wee-lah wah jah-mee-lah; a tall and pretty girl) بنت طويلة وجميلة rajul qawiiy wa sarii' (rah-jool kah-wee wah sah-reeh; a strong and fast man) رجل قوي وسريع 'imra'a laTiifa wa qawiiya (eem-rah-ah lah-tee-fah wah kah-wee-yah; a nice and strong woman) امرأة لطيفة وقوية madrasa Saghiira wa bayDaa' (mad-rah-sah sah-gee-rah wah bay-dah; a small and white school) مدرسة صغيرة وبيضاء Taawila Hamraa' wa qaSiira (tah-wee-lah ham-rah wah kah-see-rah; a red and short table) طاولة حمراء وصغيرة

Big guy... Luckily he's alot more chill than he appears. He also can't eat solids so the odds of him dismembering you are negligible.

oh!!! oh!!!! i know a bit of romanian~ here, ill share some *100% effective in **every** scenario* pickup lines it goes like this (spelled phonetically) 'ah-lo gah-gee-coo-tz-oh keh m-ay fah-kee che(said like check) teh-ah-sh loo-ah coo me-neh ah-ka-soo-ka mmmm eh-sh-tee asha boo-n-oh-ah-ka baby' also keep in mind that words are gendered in romanian so this only applies to ppl w/ feminine pronouns!! hope it helps!! it certainly helped me-- it's how i greet all my potential girlfriends lol
