#shep arts #content smp #csmp #arathain #mason arathain #tw eyestrain #cw gore #<- its very mild I’d say. i kinda just fucked up one of their arms... in my defense it was annoying to draw so I just didnt draw part of it #the eyestrain isnt too bad either in my opinion i just wanted to tag it just in case #honestly just tell me if this needs more tws I'm awful at knowing what I need to trigger warning and what I dont #okay uh art rambling time so i made him a bug for this one honestly just cause i thought it looked neat #this was a really fun for a drawing that took like an hour to sketch and a million years to finish #it's just an experiment in coloring a lil different and using layer styles other than multiply and add... #there are add and multiply layers in there if i remember correctly but its mainly color/linear burns and hard/soft light i think #fun fact there was supposed to be more paint but uhm I got lazy and it was already a pain trying to balance the values on this one #so yeah its just the pink splatter behind his head there. imagine that there's more pink paint there for me pretty please #I have a dozen versions of this with various overlay layers will probably end up adding those to this post in a rb or something #this post was supposed to go up earlier but yeah I was comparing overlays for like two hours... #honestly im surprised my procreate didnt crash in the middle of this since it crashes everytime I do anything with a lot of overlays #it did die immediately after I finished it though so then I had to wait several hours to just sign the damn thing :/

#wo long fallen dynasty #gamingedit #wo long fallen dynasty spoilers #wo long spoilers #i don't play souls-like games but good lord. i cannot put this down it has gripped me #even though the game is hard (esp the first boss) i was never frustrated or felt like rage quitting it was still fun! which is crazy! #the deflecting is so much fun but honestly it's the sound design that really does it. so immensely satisfying to hear #the character customization is super good too! tons of great options and you can choose your pronouns as well which is neat #and i like this sort of linear experience! i feel like huge open world games like elden ring are kinda overwhelming sometimes so this was #a lot more palatable for me #sorry for the long tags. there's just a lot i'm loving about this game!!

Finally finished my charts for the upcoming translyric projects I want to do and ough... these are going to be so much harder than my first two ;---;

I'm not really active in any, the closest one would be destiny but I stopped posting for that a while back. Fandoms can be pretty intimidating to me and zelda is where I feel comfortable tbh

I really like indie games generally but the genres vary a lot, Celeste and stardew are huge comfort games for me but I have a lot of others too. I'll drop some names in the tags as recommendations - they're all pretty affordable and are value tbh (celese and stardew especially with how many mods there are)

I don't actually remember a time where I didn't love the games?? My dad was into them way before I was born and I guess it got passed on dfvdsvfc I think the first one I played myself was Twilight Princess? either that or oot and that would have been about 13/14 years ago now?

not really, I used to but now I tend to watch youtube instead - komi can't communicate is the only one I really watch anymore cause she kinda reminds me of myself at times (I do have some comfort animes that I won't share though)

i know muse's (literal) death was unceremonious and underwhelming but there is something thematically satisfying about the villain that made spectacles of his killings die in such a.. bland way

#it happened after his monologue about why he does it as well #unlike his art pieces #he had no real control over his own death #and also the way his actual art was drawn #they usually took up half a page up to entire two-page spreads #and the panel of his burning body was just in a corner lol #i thought that i was maybe reading too much into it until i remember that he says something along the lines of #“you're big! they're small!” #so that's interesting ! #idk i was just kinda bothered that people were like #he died so lame! #and it's like Augh not really !? #the build up to his death had a lot to give that contributed to a bigger picture to think about with his character and i think that's #more fun to think about than “i wish he died cooler” #i do wish sam's battle with him was maybe a littlee bit longer though #also also it's kind of neat how no matter what type of backstory you want to give muse #it'd work either way #sorta #like if he had a tragic backstory it'd be like okay! he's regaining a sort of control in life he lacked before #but if he Didn't and was just bored (lol) #then that's him finding or giving his own meaning to life through death #actually i think that'd be neater #since his pieces were mainly commentary above all else #i think that's all i have to say #i am only confident in about sixty percent about what i said but it's finally all outyipee!! #a.talks
