tell me a fun fact about any of your self ships! (if you feel like it)
- @canineluvz
Hi hi!! Thank you so much for the ask!! Ooooh this is gonna be so fun!! Let me do one for each of my mains!!
Charlie really likes musical theater and has introduced me to many of them!! Whenever we're just hanging out we usually end up humming whichever song is stuck in our heads, as well as just randomly blurting out little references from the musicals!!
Sir Pentious jokes that his hat gets jealous of all the love he gets, so he usually bends down so I can give it a little kiss every now and then! Other than that, he also says that his hat wants to do something romantic or affectionate when he's too shy to ask for it himself!
Simon can end up snorting if he laughs for too long, and something that never fails to make him laugh is getting to hear the little "clink" of our glasses bumping together when we kiss, so whenever I notice that he's upset I ask for a kiss so it'll make him laugh and snort!!
JD likes the fact that we're the "weird kids" of our school, he enjoys knowing that I understand his point of view on most things and he's even started to buy either two slushies or a little treat for me before he comes to school, that way we can both enjoy it!
Jacob really enjoys cooking and baking, every time I'm struggling to deal with textures or just having a hard time eating in general, he makes me one of my favorite dishes. He has the recipes for all of them written down and memorized, and he always stocks up on the ingredients for them just in case!
Nause really enjoys reading my posts! Whenever we don't know what to do to pass the time, he offers to read my writing aloud to me, but he usually skips over posts or stories that involve other characters that he's jealous of!
Muichiro really enjoys having his hair braided or played with! Whenever he's stressed or restless he just lays his head on my lap and asks me to play with his hair until he calms down or feels better. It usually ends with him holding on to one of my hands and drifting off to sleep on my lap!
Shaun likes to come up with random "smash or pass" questions whenever he's bored. He'll think of horror movies we've watched together and question if I'd smash or pass on the slasher or monster. Sometimes we both agree on the answer, other times it turns into long, heated but playful arguments about why the other's answer is absolutely wrong!
Zuko really enjoys physical affection, especially if he gets pampered because of it. Sometimes it's hard for him to come up with the proper words to express how he feels so he just prefers to give me a nice warm hug and lean into my embrace instead! Having me hold him while we lay down, head on my chest, while I play with his hair and kiss the top of his head is his absolute favorite!
Yoonbum loves wearing my clothes! Since I'm chubby and he's very thin, my shirts look like dresses on him, which are absolutely comfortable and warm, he only ever takes them off if we want to go out. He says that having my smell on him makes him feel safe and loved!
Hunter loves watching documentaries and movies about wolves, they're his favorite animals! We ended up developing the habit of cheering whenever the wolf in the documentary is successful during a hunt or courting a mate and so on! When a movie mischaracterizes wolves or something about their behavior, Hunter grumbles about it the whole time!

Fall/Autumn starters. || Still Accepting
@more-than-a-princess sent: 🎭 - Our muses watch a scary movie (it was only a matter of time until this happened. The question is: will they debate or disagree over their rankings of good vs bad movies?)
When it came to horror movies, it was one of the many things that Minato enjoyed aside from food, blueberries and the paranormal. Anything having to do with horror was Minato’s bread and butter. For movies, his favorite kinds were horror films that involved the paranormal as well as slasher flicks. Normally, every two weeks, Minato would get together with Zero and Takashi and have a movie night together, they would all choose a horror movie and sit through it with snacks -- it was a good way to see what kinds of horror movies his friends and fellow co-investigators enjoyed.
it also showed him what exactly it was that scared them which helped give him a better idea of the limitations of fear that his friends could handle, something he always took note of every time they had a movie night. With a prior knowledge of what could truly scare the other two, it gave him a better sense of who to pick for certain rooms depending on how intense the hauntings were every time there was a new investigation, and of course, because it was fun. Sadly, this week, the other two were busy, just when he thought he’d be watching movies alone, a thought came to mind, what if he invited his girlfriend? Thinking about it, Him and Sonia had never really had the time to watch a movie together before due to their fluxuating schedules, well aware that she might be busy, he took a chance and called asking if she wanted to come over to his place for a movie date.
Expecting her to be too busy to accept, he was pleasantly surprised to hear that he had in fact, been wrong, she just so happened to have a couple days off of her royal duties, she had apparently just finished attending an important summit regarding some associates of her family that were staying in Japan right now, he didn’t know the details, but overall, was just happy to hear that she was free. After she confirmed to him that she would be coming over, Minato ended the call after Sonia had told him that she’d be there in an hour or so. The movie they would be watching, was the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre that film that Netflix has released.
With an extra hour to prepare, Minato got in his car and took a trip to the store to grab some extra snacks, a mix of his favorite snacks as well as Sonia’s favorites, luckily for him, he had remembered the store she always went to that had high-end snacks that she was familiar with, it had been a place she had shown him, thanks to his mental note he made of it, the store was a place he was now very familiar with. With an assortment of snacks picked out, Minato paid and took his leave, got into his car and made his way back just as his phone went off, the screen lighting up with her contacts photo he had set for her -- a picture of the two of them taken together on their final day of their trip to Cape May, the place where it all began for the happy couple. In the picture, Sonia was in his arms, his hands wrapped gently around her waist, hands rested on her stomach as they smiled nicely at the camera.
Just as Minato finished setting up the dinner table, he heard the sound of his custom door bell -- the sound of the low tolling of a church bell followed by evil laughter causing him to chuckle, he was too amused by his customized door bell. Walking towards the door, he unlocks it.
[{ 🦋 }] - “Sonia-Chan! Hey!” Leaning in, he plants a kiss on her lips before letting her inside.
[{ 🦋 }] - “I’m so glad you could come today. I went ahead and got us a bunch of snacks already, so feel free make yourself at home and grab a plate and help yourself.” After locking the door behind her, Minato points over at the kitchen, the dining table set up neatly, all the snacks organized and displayed in a potluck food platter-styled set up.
Minato had already made his plate, and somehow managed to control his hunger until she had arrived. He didn’t mind waiting for her, she could take her time making her plate, they had lots of time today. Once she was ready, he waited for the blonde to join him on the couch.
[{ 🦋 }] - “I’m pretty sure you’ve heard of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre film series before right? Well this is the new one that Netflix released. I’m expecting a lot of super cool, gory, messy deaths!” He was a bit more excited than any normal person would be when talking about gore in horror movies. While Minato liked and respected Netflix, he honestly didn’t have much faith in Netflix movies, but he’d wait until he saw the movie first before being the judge of it.
[{ 🦋 }] - “Ready to start?” He asks, taking a few moments for her to adjust and get comfortable as he waited for her answer, whenever she was ready, he hit the play button, and the movie began. The build up didn’t take too long, and the first death scene happened, in very gruesome fashion.
[{ 🦋 }] - “Awww man, look at how many chunks came off of him!” He comments, laughing a bit at the grotesque and violent display before grabbing a handful Blueberry Hello Panda cookies and stuffing them in his mouth.
The movie continued, but Minato began to notice.. well, quite a few flaws. Like for example, the acting was subpar at best, and the characters, didn’t really seem that interesting to him -- nothing more than overly-dressed hipsters with eyes glued to their phone, there was hardly any character depth, but at least the kills so far had been brutal, gory and extremely violent, hopefully, it would improve, though it wasn’t that long of a movie.
[{ 🦋 }] - “The kills are freaking awesome! But I don't know about this plot, the writing is a bit of a mess, and we’ve seen a lot of overused clichés, a bit disappointing so far. Hm... what do you think so far?”
