Le chef de cette bande, George Kitzan, purge au pénitencier de Prince-Albert une peine de dix ans de détention. Un autre membre de cette organisation, Bill Kurulak, est actuellement dans la cellule condamnés à mort. II paiera de sa vie pour le meurtre du caporal Leonard Ralsi, de la Police Monté: Les frères Rivney accomplissent l'un et l'autre une peine de cinq ans de prison. Pete Olmacchuk et Fred Demchuk subissent le même sort. Enfin le dernier membre de la bande celui qui vient d'entrer à son tour au pénitencier, est George Repay. Ne reculant devant aucune audace, et terrorisant qui leur résistait, ces bandits avaient fait de nombreuses victimes parmi les commerçants de la campagne.

Deities of Uzumahoshi

Long ago, when the island of Uzumahoshi had recently settled in the middle of the ocean, two deities came to visit them. The island was already full of life, but there was no harmony. No order. Only chaos. So the 2 deities decided to help the beings of the island. Tenonna no Kinoko, the Celestial Mushroom, harmonized the beings and helped them to get along, while Kosumo, the Cosmos, helped them organize themsleves into different roles. Both of the deities help the beings, but did not interfere into any of their affairs. They let them do their own things, until tragedy struck. A Great War waged on by the beings of the island would plunge the island into chaos. Blood sprinkled the land. And the land sucked the blood and gore and became malignant, starting to attack the beings. Seeing no other choice, Tenonna no Kinoko sacrificed herself and become the Fluor mushrooms. With this great sacrifice, the land was quelled and became normal once again. But Kosumo saw this and became filled with despair and anger.

He saw how impotent the beings of the island were and rightly took charge and became their leader, naming himself Kosumo Shogun. He created 3 other deities: Omohoshi, the Star Lord, who was in charge of protecting the island and its people, as well as keeping them in check; Kenmeina no Tsuki, the Wise Moon, who was in charge of looking after the beings and learning every little detail about them; and Ginga no Shisai, the Galactic Priest, who was in charge taking care of the Fluor Mushrooms and preserving the culture of the island.

As time went on, the ruling of the island change over time. The Kosumo Shogun would divide himself into a new Shogun every 100 years and raised them to be the new ruler. Omohoshi gave rise to the Onira and the Kōsei clan. Kenmeina no Tsuki gave rise to the Kitzans and the Tsukikage clan. Ginga no Shisai gave rise to the Gumyocho and the Seoul clan. The Kosumo Shogun will only allow these 3 descendents of the deities to rule over their respective clans. He will not make the same mistake ever again.

The head of the Tsukikage clan: Lady Cynthia. She is responsible for all trades, relations, and affairs with other nations. She watches over not only the people of Uzumahoshi, but also people of interests in other nations. She gathers all information she can get and archives it in the grand library. She has spies and ninjas at her disposals. They are like her eyes. Always watching everything around them. She is a kitzan, a descendent of the goddess Kenmeina no Tsuki. With her godly bloodline, she is able to use the light of the moon in order to make mirrors and portals to gaze at others. All the better at keeping watch unruly people.

Lady Sairei and Lord Matsuri

The heads of the Seoul clan: Lady Sairi and Lord Matsuri. They are the ones responsible for the management of the various cultural and religious events and festivities in Uzumahoshi. Lady Sairi focuses on religious rites and events, as well as the maintenance and cleaning of the various shrines and Fluor mushrooms. Lord Matsuri focuses on the cultural events and festivities in the nation. While various shrine maidens and priests work under Lady Sairi, Lord Matsuri works with various festivals planers, workers, and shops. The twins are gumyocho, descendents of the deity Ginga no Shinsai, the galactic priest. With this godly bloodline, gumyocho have a higher magical abilities than other beings. The Lady and the Lord use these abilities in order to better manage and control those under them to help in gaining info about the various events. They also use it in order to make the festivals more magical and exciting.
