my friend and i just went to a Korean restaurant for dinner and had our first ever Korean dishes. i had 칸 풍기 and it was absolutely delicious. all while k-pop was playing 😃 and one of the servers looked like Seungkwan from Seventeen with glasses 😍 he was so cute and he laughed at one of my jokes and he had such a cute smile. 😍💕 but i didn’t ask for his number bc i am way too socially awkward to do that lmao. but he was so cute 🥰
my older sis attempted to make bibimbap aand it turned out really well!! sooo good 👌 i hope everyone’s been enjoying their holiday and getting plenty of rest :)) i’ve been reading, hanging out with my sisters and seeing some friends, also about to start reading my textbook for my mental health rotation in january! i’m placed at a psychiatric correctional institute?!!
ALSO!! here’s me lamely attempting to “open” my journal for my new project! i want to explore my creative side and use my stationery collection more by making journal spreads of my current likes/interests (mainly kpop, animations, book reviews, etc.)
Korean-style Grilled Beef Ribs, Korean beef barbecue (LA Galbi), la排骨
It is the beef ribs that Koreans like.
We call this a LA galbi.
LA galbi is especially liked by children.
I made soy sauce marinade and grill beef ribs deliciously.
You'd be so happy if the whole family could come together and make it like this.
# How to make soy sauce marinade

130g minced garlic
