A Gintama chapter a day keeps the ending away...Lesson 452

MY 15 FAVORITE MOMENTS IN LESSON 452:

Such perfect timing for this arc: I was just theorizing today that the mysterious, one-legged, bandaged person seen in chapter 676 is in fact the shadowy fifth Joui member and host from this party. What a coinkidink.

Moment 1: Gintoki’s hilarious reaction to seeing his former comrades. I guess this was the first time they had this type of reunion party, thanks to Kurokono, but I wished they had many more reunion parties after this one since it’s such a sweet idea.

Moment 2: Zura and Sakamoto do have a pretty good point...they really don’t appear often enough, especially Zura who was around since chapter 5 (Sakamoto didn’t officially appear until at least 20 chapters later) .

Moment 3: I would’ve wanted to watch a past arc like that, even if they are morons.

Moment 4: Gintoki’s right: Sakamoto DOES shout a lot. I’m honestly not a fan of his obnoxious laugh either.

Moment 5: Lmao.

Moment 6: I kind of flipped out at the Generation of Miracles mention since I was still a big fan of KuroNoBasuke at the time.

Moment 7: I probably squeed my head off at the cross-over.

Moment 8: Gin-chan freaking out about the legal issues of using Kuroko no Tasuke.

Moment 9: He looked so sexy with his hair cut, he should have just done it so he could be in the regular lineup.

Moment 10: Sakamoto very hard at work removing the aliens from his interior.

Moment 11: As much as I enjoyed all the comedy in this arc, I did wish we could have gotten a serious past arc. The ocassional glimpses we’ve gotten are just not enough.

Moment 12: I wondered if Pocari Sweat was a sponsor of Jump. It tastes like how I imagine sweaty socks would taste. Pretty disgusting.

Moment 13: These two goofballs being petty when theyre on the verge of dying of thirst.

Moment 14: I really love Joui War era Takasugi. He seemed like so much fun.

Moment 15: At this point I thought Zura and Sakamoto had concocted this party just so they could get back the money Gintoki owed them. I really didn’t think they would stay on the Kurokono Tasuke thing for the duration of the arc.

SHIPS TALLY:

Gintoki x Zura: how much more couply can they get?

Gintoki x Sakamoto: even though Gintoki didn’t look amused at all, Sakamoto was being touchy-feely with him.

Gintoki x Zura x Sakamoto: I don’t believe they didn’t fool around g the Joui days. Hey, war is stressful, they had to find ways to relieve the stress and sometimes, willing women might not have been easily available so why not ask your fellow comrade for some help?

Disclaimer: Gintama is not only about shipping. Gintama is hilarious, clever, exciting, poignant, heart-breaking, loving, brilliant, and just so freaking amazing. It is only due to Sorachi-sama’s generosity that I can enjoy Gintama on yet another level, the shippy level, and I am forever grateful for that. GINTAMA IS LIFE AND LOVE.

my brother a few hours ago: I'll never watch kurobasu; it's probably boring as shit; it's about basket I hate basket

my brother now: WOwAHW KAGAMI IS SO COOL, That asshole i'd freaking kick him in the balls, OMG SEIRIN YOU MUST WIN, DAMN I LOVE THIS SO MUCH, I LOVE BASKET, YOU SHOULD'VE SHOWED IT TO ME BEFORE IM SO LATE NOW, I'm going on a knb episodes marathon, kagami's my fave, kise is gay for sure but he's cool, i love basket so much, OH MAN OH MAN OOOOOOOOOOOOH MAN THEY PISSED OFF KUROKO OH MAN

I guess it's safe to say I turned my brother into one of us hehe
