okay so they can't do a saline infusion bc of course they can't 😭 apparently it's stupid expensive at urgent care and they said insurance probably wouldn't cover it bc it's "just" for a chronic thing (yelling and screaming at insurance conpanies) but i may be able to get one cheaper at the er but also that would mean paying the enter-the-room fee which is like $400 on a good day. they're gonna take swabs to see if i have the flu and blood labs to see how my electrolytes look and they'll give me some anti-dizziness meds (anti-vert or something?) but she said she's really sorry there isn't really much they can do 😭😭😭 rragh

#also the $400 fee is VERY low and i'm really lucky we have an insurance plan with such small fees like thay. bc me and my mom are both #chronically ill and my sibling also has a lot of doctors appts our plan has much smaller fees like that than most plans which is really a #life saver #personal update #pots syndrome #chronic illness
