i love the entire ost so much but lets talk highlights first off "Satoshi and Gou" i mean come on it's beautiful its really gay they've got an ost for them, its incredible!!! lonely night and all alone both hit so hard and i cry everytime, the incidental music for everydays ten out of ten i love it. "see you again sometime" is one of my favourites and intentionaly or not serves as a family leitmotif which is banger it's first used for pichu leaving the kangaskhan but is then used for like,, delia and noteably when goh is calling his parents from their apartment i cry i cry.

i own the damn cd of the japanese ost it came with stickers they're adorable i love the japanese ost so much and its not avablile in america bUT you can get it on spotify in japan and long story short i learned how to change my region on spotify and i periodically change it for the sake of lsitening to the journeys ost lonely night is the 13th most listened to song on all of my spotify trends.

i learned to **sing** 123. i repeat i learned to sing an entire song (well the anime sized ver) in a langauge i don't speak over this. i. love. 123. it's so good. i sing 123 on the daily actually i sing it when im bored or cooking or whatever i sing along to the intro when i watch the show its the best.

Wheein was sick of it. How you'd blush whenever a creepy old guy on a variety show hit on you, and you'd just stand there and not stand up for yourself. You had to be creeped out. It wasn't just on one occasion, the public loved seeing you interact with male idols. You always got a role in a CF, and somehow they'd make you a love interest for another random male idol.

It began crossing the line when reporters announced that a senior of yours asked you on a date a little over a month ago. You didn't tell Wheein. You were embarrassed. You didn't think anyone would find out, so Wheein wouldn't either. You knew Wheein didn't like it. She didn't like it when all these guys were pouncing on you, constantly. You just couldn't work up the nerve to talk to her about it. She's never voiced her opinions on it, anyway.

Wheein wasn't answering your calls, and you knew something wasn't right. She always answered your calls with the cutest, sweetest voice. Even if she was having the shittiest day ever, she would still try and put up an act for you. Not that she didn't trust you with her feelings, but she'd rather tell you in person and that didn't happen a lot with your busy schedules.

After calling your girlfriend multiple times, you sighed and slammed your phone face down onto the empty couch cushion beside you. You considered going to her apartment, but knew your manager wouldn't allow it at this time of night, so out of the blue.

Your phone began to ring, and your heart got a kick out of it. A bit to quickly, you took the phone in your hands and groaned when you saw that it was just your manager. You picked up, knowing that if you didn't she'd drive down to the dorms herself.

"Yes?" You answered. You tried not to sound too frustrated, but you may have failed.

"Listen to this. (Y/F/N) being the lead actress in a drama! You'll get your first OST and you'll also sing on a track for the first time. I know how much you wanted to debut as a vocalist."

It all just hit you so fast. A drama? Kissing scenes, being lovey with another actor. But, more money and more opportunities for your career. You let out a breath, sighing audibly. "Let me think about it."

"Remember, (Y/N), this is a big opportunity. One of the biggest TV agencies is reaching out to us for this, you should give it a shot."

You thought back to Wheein. She wouldn't like it. Or maybe she'd understand. You didn't have a clue. Especially because she wouldn't answer you. You decided. Wheein was your girlfriend, she should understand that this could make your career as an artist take off. You didn't necessarily want to act in a romance drama, but you weren't opposed to the idea, either.

"I'll do it." You stated. Your manager left enthusiastic remarks and said goodbye.

You shut your eyes and soon after one of your members emerged from her bedroom, trudging into the kitchen to get a glass of water. "Unnie," you said quietly. She looked up and took a sip from the cup, brushing hair out of her face.

"It's 11 at night, (Y/N), we have filming tomorrow morning. You should sleep."

You chewed on your lower lip and stared off into the dark hallway. "I'm being cast in a drama."

Your member smiled. "Oh! That's great! I've never seen a rapper in a drama before, especially a female one." She sat down on the couch beside you. "But why do you look so upset?"

"Wheein might not take it well. Especially after news got out about that guy asking me on a date."

Your member rolled her eyes. "She's being too possesive. You're not cheating on her or anything. She should stop whining about it."

You pursed your lips. You knew that your member was right, in a sense, though you wouldn't have said it in such a harsh tone. "She's not answering my messages or calls." You stated.

"Did you tell her about the drama? Maybe then she'll answer."

You nodded. "I'll text her."

"Good luck, (Y/N). Hope it works out." She got up from the couch and began walking back to her bedroom, when a knock on the door made her jump.

She stared at your frantically, nearly dropping the glass that held her water. You got up cautiously and stared through the peephole, only seeing a farmilar face (only no make up). "It's Wheein," you said quietly, turning towards your member. She gave you a thumbs up and went back to her room.

You opened the door, exposing the cold onto your bare arms and legs. "What are you doing here?" You asked.

"We need to talk, right?"

Shortly after, Wheein was in your bedroom with you, legs hugged to her chest as she watched you remove your makeup. "So."

Wheein sighed. "I'm sorry." She said simply.

You looked at her through the mirror and then quickly looked back down at your makeup remover. "For what?" You chuckled, acting like you didn't know. Maybe you didn't know, but you thought you did.

"(Y/N). We should... break up."

It felt like your whole world came crashing down. Your heartbeat could be heard pounding throughout the room, and you couldn't contain it. You set down your makeup remover wipe slowly, then turned in your chair, looking at Wheein who couldn't look up at you.

"What?" You asked in a quiet voice. Wheein could hear the slight crack in your voice and looked up, only to see your cheeks became pink and your eyes glistening.

"I'm becoming too much for you. I get jealous at the smallest things. I'm not enough for you. I have trust for you, but even seeing someone talk to you makes me... sad. Or frustrated, or even angry." Wheein moved to the edge of the bed, letting her legs dangle. "I don't want you to feel trapped. And I think it's better for you. I really am just keeping you too close. It's like you can't experience a lot with other people because I think they're all trying to do something with you."

Wheein looked up at you, only to see tears full-on streaming down your cheeks. You made eye contact with her and your breath got caught in your throat. "This isn't for me, Wheein. You just want an excuse."

She scoffed. "What?"

"You just don't love me anymore, right? This is all an act, isn't-"

Wheein chuckled, holding her head in her hands. "So you want me to be so possessive over you? Do you like it when I don't let you do a thing? I'm such a terrible girlfriend, (Y/N)." You stared at her. The room was silent for a moment before you heard her huff. "Maybe this is for me. I think I need to work on myself some more. I'm too insecure." She shook her head and tightened her bag around her shoulder, standing up.

"Goodbye, (Y/N)."

Before she could exit the room, you got up and held onto her wrist. "You can't go." You said no louder than a whisper. Wheein turned and looked at you. She wanted to cry. But she couldn't be that vulnerable, not right now.

"Wheein, you were my only girlfriend, ever. And you taught me so many great things about life and about love." You heard yourself beginning to choke back sobs. "You can't leave me. I'm sorry, I won't talk to any guys. Please, you can't."

Wheein felt your grip around her wrist tighten, and then felt hot tears stream down her face. "(Y/N), that's the problem. I want you to talk to guys. I want you to live your life, but I'm holding you back." Her voice grew whiny and you sniffled at how broken she sounded. You pressed your head into her chest, hand still wrapped around her wrist.

"We can work on it together, Wheein." You moved your hand down lower, intertwining your fingers with hers. "I know we can." You cried, wrapping an arm around her waist. "Just don't leave."

Wheein let a sob fall from her lips, finally wrapping her arms over your shoulders and pulling you closer to her chest. "We can do it, Wheein. Our relationship will be the best, okay?"

Wheein kissed you once, sobbing into your shoulder. "I'm sorry. I'm the worst."

"You're not the worst. I love you so much. Please, we can make it work. I'll be the best girlfriend ever, right next to you."

The rest of the night, you and Wheein cried together. Her hand intertwined with yours and your head on her chest. You shared tour thoughts, worries and opinions to each other. Even if you disagreed, you worked together to make sure you wouldn't get angry. You really did love each other, but it might just take a bit to really work out what had happened that night.

ah im glad! yes i was thinking about that when i sent the ask :) hope your school stuff has been going okay darling. okay on with the show (and sorry its so long lol)

venom as i expected i rlly enjoyed immediately, we know im absolutely whipped for felix so i loooved the number of lines he got in that track, the hook in particular (literally just spiderweb repeated over and over ksnfjka i am a simple gal) was rlly cool and the percussion sorta clicking things scratched an itch in the back of my brain. im waiting for a spiderman edit to be done with it lol

maniac on the other hand took until maybe my fourth listen before i rlly started getting into the whole thing, i liked specific bits but it wasnt until i watched some of their performances that i got really into it. im lowkey obsessed with channies starting part and the prechorus dance (with changbin and then felix second time round) is so addictive. hyunjin as always went absolute insane with the choreo and his red hair is my life, i just *know* red hyunjin pcs are gonna be expensive

charmer is my fave track on the whole album honestly its got a different vibe to their old album tracks but i love it so much idk why. i didnt even pick it when the teaser mashup came out but it really stood out to me. the whistle, hans beginning rap, channies vocals everything just clicked. i personally found it amazing

freeze, tbh idk what i was expecting, i enjoyed it but something was jsut a little off maybe. in any other album i think it would have been amazing but venom and charmer trumped it for me (its my brother's favourite track lol) having said that, the trailer is my life and i need either for it to be made into an mv with a storyline or for someone to cast hyunjinnie in a drama as some kinda hot villain bcos good lord when he put that g*n to his head 😳

lonely street confused me when i first listened to it because the trailer made me think its was gonna have gone away vibes, another soft heartbreaky song but it was definitely not that. i did enjoy it, but it didnt really stand out to me enormously. i think it is my father's favourite track tho, he liked the rhyme of desolated and isolated haha

waiting for us my beloved that shit slapped. idk what it is with seungmin and channies and hard hitting ballads but they went hard with that one. i am obsessed with lino's strong vocals i wish they would use them more, hes got such a beautiful voice. the whole song has childhood friend vibes and tbh i love it. i cnat wait till it gets snapped up as an ost (can dramas use existing songs? idk but they should)

muddy water what the actual hell was that. like it wasnt a bad song but it was so bizarre? the combination of jazzy piano vibes and strong rap just messed with my head a little. it always confuses me when i put it on so idk. ive heard people like it tho

overall the album was so addictive and i really enjoyed it, even tho it was a shift from what i see as the tone of not only the i am era and other early skz but also in life/go live era. it sorta fit with noeasy better but also it was so different. i love to see skz challenging themselves with new feels for songs so while it wasnt what i expected i did like this comeback overall. i like how theyve stuck with a consistent concept as well noeasy was a little all over the place as much as i loved it, but oddinary seems to have its shit together

please, dont worry at all about the ask i sent, im so sorry you went thru smth and i can totally understand if its difficult for you to watch/talk about it, there are songs i cant listen to as well cos they are too hard for me so i totally get it. i mean no pressure at all and i wouldnt want u to force urself thru uncomfortableness for me, i just thought of you when i heard it so i wanted to let you know but i dont expect anything in return. you can answer it when youre ready if u want or u can delete it and ill still know that u read it, what ever is easiest for you darling

so far, school has been good. i'm actually balancing things okay despite the influx of schoolwork.

venom - personally i thought felix carried this album HWHAHA and not just venom. a lot of people i didn't expect ended up liking venom so there's that. i do agree it has a hook that gets easily stuck in your brain (it's stuck in mine LMFAO and i don't even like the song that much). i haven't seen any spiderman edits yet, will be looking forward to it.

maniac - i do not like maniac or i think it would require a few more listens. for now, i think it's just an average track that i would listen to if it comes up on the queue but not by choice. in this track, i was particularly drawn to changbin x.x i think red hj pics are selling at 5.5 on yangdo if i saw that correctly earlier.

charmer - THE LITERAL LOVE OF MY LIFE. idt it carries the same vibe as old album tracks (bc i personally didn't like those wheeze) but it really is a great track. whenever i open oddinary, i start with this. *non-existent ass shaking*

and this is where i stopped listening to the tracks during my first listen.

freeze - freeze has a similar vibe to ateez' to the beat so i was kind of shocked to hear smth like it here. i'm sure it'd be great for a club outing or smth chan enjoyed making but it's def not for me kdjsfl it was named differently in the trailer, correct? i'm waiting to see what the mv serves for this. speaking of, do you think any of the boys would end up acting someday?

lonely st. - i can't even remember how this sounds like but if it has an angsty mv i'll take it...after i stop laughing at this.

waiting for us - was something i also skipped the first listen bUT YES. seungmin and chan's vocals in this particular one T_T got me smiling at a cafe hearing chan scream at me thru my earphone's that he'd be waiting for us like a delusional mf. i'm not sure if kdramas do that for osts tho, but i hope they do. it really does give off that type of vibe.

muddy water - still haven't listened to this in full so idk what to comment. i can't make it past the first verse, i just end up skipping or picking charmer again. not their fault, just preference. i've heard people liking it too! irls specifically so i really think it just boils down to preference.

the only thing that makes me happy abt this album is i'm sure that skz were challenging themselves and experimenting instead of sticking to the sound that made them a hit. i still personally prefer inlife and noeasy over this but there's not much to nitpick over a mini-album?? i think they're releasing their 3rd album later this year so there's still that to look forward to. i did not like this album's concept T_T idk if it's just the lack of color coordination between members or smth else. i'm just not a fan T_T HAJHS

anw, is there something else you want to tackle regarding the current comeback? any other expectations? i think it's kind of unfortunate that they won't be able to promote due to the members getting covid but i hope it just gets moved? like they'll be back around the last week of march or early april :// it would be quite a waste :(( but health first of course.

陈情令: A Memory Post

im sad again bcuz i read comments, thought abt this drama & its characters, and came back here... i rlly wish i never watched this show because i miss it so much even after 2 years, it hurts; even tho it became one of my favorites. It would be so great to erase specific memories so i could watch this show again, without knowing anything (and the novel too) But then again, watching it was one of the best decisions i made; it was such a good experience that is was truly a roller coaster of emotions. I remember almost everything about this series cuz its so memorable to me...

I've never re-watched this show ever since i finished it a year ago (i dont like rewatching things because when it comes to dramas i remember lot of things), but i still see clips, fan-made edits, and how the actors are doing in their careers. It gives me comfort to see LZ and WWX , re-read my favorite chapters of the novel, and watch the donghua from time to time. I feel like The Untamed will break my curse, and i will watch this show once again. Even though i have no merch (like the ost album, the photobook, pins, or plushies) to show how much i love this show, i write this, a lengthy message, for myself & fans of MDZS/CQL... To anybody reading this i hope you will never forget this show, but if you forget that is okay, it is a given. Perhaps you have forgotten this show because you may have moved on as you go through your own life, but as long as this show is in your heart, what you felt while watching CQL will never go away. First surgery: okAY so like i've had 2 procedures done on my eyes lmaooo like (1) when i was a smol beb of like 1 yr old i rolled off my bed aaaannnnddd the corner of my eye hit the edge of the sharp corner of the bedside table!!! and then y1ke$ things got ugly loll (((yes, i wuz dum + clumsy since the day i popped from the womb))) its all stitched up now and i hav a tinie tinie scar aslkdgs okay and (2) there was something weird abt my tearducts LOL so u know when u get sad nd stuff ur nose gets runny and u sniff a lot??? well like that wasn't the case for me bc the passage way from my eyes to my nose was completely blocked off,,,,, which resulted in me lookin like i was full blown cryin like every 2 seconds... like if i kept my eyes open for too long my eyes would get watery and tears would flow out LMAO ,,,, i looked like i just never stopped crying,,, but it was just my eyes were just ALWAYS WATERING sdlgjsdif damn u have no idea after the procedure i was like 'do ppl live like this??? not having to wipe tears every 0.2 sec??? oh my god,,, i am livin THE LIFE'

Them tag ten additional victims. we're probably better off asking for recommendations lol, i find a lot of music through 8tracks (i remember everyone mourning the site but the app never kicked me out for running out of time so..) and honestly love game osts so that’s a good mesh of things. I haven’t put anything new on my phone in weeks so whatever comes up is hopefully things I actually listen to lmao, I barely ever leave this on shuffle so let’s see what I’ve got 1) That Would Be Enough - Hamilton soundtrack mmmmm I still like this musical after all this time, I might not listen to every song but there were some good ones dammit 2) Snow Angels - Anamanaguchi I really like Anamanaguchi’s style of music, 8 bit alongside regular instrumentals and all the songs sound pretty upbeat so that’s nice too 3) Lone Digger - Caravan Palace man I’m not too sure about the video but god do I love electroswing 4) Obedear - Purity Ring I haven’t listened to this in a while but it’s got the same feel as the rest of their songs? idk, they all have a vaguely sad feel to them (I feel like Fineshrine is the song that most ppl would know them by but I could be wrong) 5) Sonnet - Chipzel yeah more 8 bit/chiptune but that’s a lot more versatile than you’d think, this is one of my favorite songs actually 6) In This Serenity - Xenosaga the animation ost so years ago i went to Orlando with a friend (we had to have still been in middle school) and she wanted to kill time by finding a random, obscure 12 episode anime and we watched one called Xenosaga (which is apparently a video game) and that was the ending theme, it's very gentle and lovely and sometimes I think about how ridiculously low the chances of me finding this song were and I treasure it 7) Marble Soda - Shawn Wasabi I love these kinds of song mashups 8) Grave Throbbing - Crypt of the Necrodancer ost I've never played this game (it's partially a rhythm game, I feel like I could do well) but it's got a real good soundtrack, plus it was done by Danny B who did the original binding of isaac soundtrack and wow. man's got quite the range with music 9) It's Quiet Uptown - Hamilton soundtrack oh hey that's not okay, let's just put this aside, 10) Ghost - Blue Foundation it feels sad, good for those depressive episodes👌 it's good but tbh Eyes on Fire is my favorite by them 11) Fungal Funk - Crypt of the Necrodancer ost this one's good too 12) Table Song - Katie Kuffel I think I first heard this on night vale? I love it and my crowning achievement was putting on an isaac playlist 13) HR 8938 Cephei - deadmau5 it's like ten or eleven minutes long but it's pretty chill and I play it whenever I get it in me to try and meditate 14) Watch Your Step - Crypt of the Necrodancer ost just how many more cotnd songs are gonna show up 15) Sad Machine - Porter Robinson it's a good song but I get rly sad if I try to think about its story 16) Circuit Lover - She <strike>that's just who I am as a person tbh</strike> there's a lot of electronic music on here, isn't there 17) I Am Lapis Lazuli - Steven Universe ost it just sounds so angry and threatening, it sounds like power 18) Mitteleuropa - Disparition I haven't listened to this in forever but it's got some neat piano 19) Grape Soda - Snail's House all their music just sounds so cute and happy, 10/10 would recommend 20) Super Ps*cho Love - Simon Curtis (idk, I've seen ppl treat that word as something akin to a slur so I'm tryin to play it safe here, actually if anyone wants to fill me in on how to handle that word I'd be grateful) hhhhh Simon Curtis is like the definition of trashy pop but god, the music's really catchy, but maybe this song in particular might need to go.. I'm honestly a little surprised there wasn't more generic pop music but eh, it is what it is.
