“I’m wearing a Jil Sander jacket, Adidas track jacket, LL Bean button up shirt, pleated plaid skirt from Seven Wonders in Brooklyn and Raf Simons chino pants from James Veloria. The only things new are my fav Beans vest from Story MFG, my bag from Chopova Lowena and the shoes which are an old Braindead x Reebok collab. Oh and the tie is a hair bow from work. I’ve more and more been inspired by my surroundings and creating outfits that feel true to me.”

This is an L. L. Bean Adirondack barn coat I've had for well over a decade now. And it's still going strong!

Well, the coat is. The buttons, on the other hand...

Not so much.

Even the replacement buttons!

I intend to keep this coat for as long as I can (it's just that good of a coat!), so I bought new buttons for it.

I got the new ones off of Jo-Ann's website (I was lucky enough to get a coupon for free shipping!), I'll give a link to anyone who's interested!

And just like that, it's complete!

I know I didn't need to replace every button, but I wanted it to be consistent, too.
