To the anon that send me an oc ask, i promise ill get to it tomorrow, i ended up going to the local botanical garden today and ive been too tired to get on my laptop to answer the ask. Also having trouble with it being directed to the last oc of mine i drew because technically thats wienerdragon who I sketched absentmindedly (wienerdragon tax below)

And my sonas/mascots dont really have a story or characterisation other than basically exaggerated versions of me and my old pet dogs in the case of Wienerdragon.

Then there is two icons i sketched for some characters i recently aquired who i guess i could use for those asks, cant show the sketches tho cause they are on my laptop. But yeah i guess ill use them and you will see tomorrow

Also i just realised i havent uploaded a gifty i drew for a friend yesterday but today i just felt very tired hdsijddnindccjkncdjkc

Ill get back to business tomorrow i swear, depression is just making me tired and sad all the time so executive function sometimes fails

Headcanons and such || Accepting!

💝 A headcanon about their love language

Lena doesn't have one specific love language, but she responds most consistently to acts of service. Living such a busy life - and with Emily living such a busy life as well - time together and physical touch are nice, but often difficult to get. Lena suffices with acts of service as a good receiving love language, where Emily might prep her uniform or prepare her dinner. In response, Lena's expressive love language is absolutely gift giving.

This is multifaceted. She gives gifts to everyone she loves, Byan, Cole, Emily, Jack, Angela, etc. Often times they're little knick knacks picked up during her travel - Byan might get a little figurine of the Effiel tower, maybe, or maybe a scrap of some fancy soft fabric from abroad. These little gifts are important to her to pick up while she's travelling, because that's how she shows love to those around her.

💔 An angsty headcanon

Not aging seems like a superpower orginally, that she would live forever in a 26 year old body. Sure, there's some aches and pains, but otherwise she's very healthy. But at the same time, perpetual life means denial. It means watching her friends and family get old, get sick, die. Holding Emily, with her ginger hair turned grey, as she takes her last breath. It means that it's Lena, standing, at the end of everything, the heat death of the world.

There are some ways to potentially mitigate this, but's almost impossible. When Lena does eventually leave Earth, she believes that her conscious will be reassumed back to the spaces between time, into the cosmic balance of the universe. Maybe she'll become the next Time, who knows. Her time on this world is an unlimited, wretched clock, ticking down the destruction of everything she holds dear.

📓 A headcanon about their hobbies

Wow that one was kinda dark, huh?! Here's this one instead - Lena really enjoys art. She has since she was a kid. Oil paints are her favorite, but most of her projects start off as a sketch before it gets the privilege of being bumped up to oil painting. These are mostly for her big projects, with sketchbooks filled with painted and half-painted projects.

She finds the process very stabilizing, settling into each brush stroke, usually to the sound of loud music. It's one of the few times she can sit still, limbs finally slowing to a melodic dance against the page/canvas. For people she loves dearly, she'll paint something and gift it to them for a holiday.

It also means she doodles and graffities all over everything. Once, she and Genji spray painted a dick into the hair of the gaudy SC Morrison statue just because they could. Good luck finding a napkin not covered in ink.

😬 A headcanon about the worst thing they’ve done

There's a lot of ways I could take this, but the heat death of the universe already took the mood way down.

Once, Lena loosened the bolts on a balance beam before a gymnastics competition to try and beat the Head Bitch who had always been cruel toward her. It was successful - the beam broke, and the girl ended up breaking her tibia. She recovered okay, but Lena's always felt very guilty about that one.

Byan designs a tattoo that would fit her. Maybe it's a pet project, maybe it's something they doodle when they're bored. They present to Lena like a throwaway, even tho they worked hard on and want her to be proud of them. And she is, she absolutely is, eventually going off to get it tattooed as a surprise for them, so she can carry them with her.

ㅤyesssss!!! it probably starts almost as an accident, they're just doodling while they're thinking about lena, maybe while they're trying to come up with an idea for a birthday gift for her or something, and they end up liking what they've sketched out. over time they start adding more onto it, fixing up what's already done, and it slowly grows into this bigger project than they ever planned, even goes through several different iterations as they get more invested in it. and of course when they finally share it with her, it's totally as a "idk i was bored, it just kind of happened" sort of thing, as if they didn't spend two months getting it right and they aren't super proud of it. they don't expect her to actually get it tattooed, but they do want her to have it, and they're absolutely thrilled that she likes it. like, over the moon. that's all they wanted, really, because it's an expression of their love and how much she means to them.

i love to think that it's completely out of their mind by the time she actually gets it done and shows it to them, so they're that much more stunned when she reveals it... and they totally tear up as the initial shock of it wears off, guaranteed. embarrasses the hell out of them too, they just start aggressively wiping at their eyes, all "what the fuck, what the fuck, why did you do that???" because they genuinely have no idea how to respond to something like this. yeah, i love it.

3D Artists!

I recently came across this 3D artist on Instagram and fell in love with her work- they are all so cute and beautiful and delicate and make me feel very calm and happy when I see them!

I am developing a set of characters for this project therefore I want to research artists who have characters of all different appearances.

This character of hers in my favourite at the moment- the description of this doll has the artist saying that they were going to make this a fox with a spider, however; their friend is afraid of spiders! So, they made this a fox with a ‘tincture’ of spider legs - how sweet!

I wanted to do a little doodle of this character because I like it so much!!! This is just a quick sketch on Procreate on my iPad :) I’ll do a better one of a different character for the other ones.

This character (and others that I will be putting in this post) remind me a lot of characters from shows from my childhood, which is very nostalgic and speaks to my inner child :)

I also really love these two characters, I love the idea of a more human like body with an animal head/hat/ears/face/mask or something like a mushroom head!!!!!! I think it’s very magical and fantasy like- which is very calming and even exciting to delve into.
