Like honestly tho, not to be gay on main or anyth but I get it k. If I too was a 17 yo island boy trying make it in the sport of my dream and all that jazz then all of a sudden the coolest, most suave swiss gentleman who hullo behold also happened to be the world no 1 I saw on TV growing up suddenly wanted to be my friend, brought me flowers to my hotel room when I'm sick, still turned out to be the sweetest, giggliest, funniest person that didn't ditch me when I became his main rival, who took me under his wing as a mentor but was the first to respect me as an equal, who still calls me a good friend and invites me to his charity matches after 20 years of beating his records, who wants to remember his last match playing alongside me, who retires crying and holding my hand alongside his family, I mean meh sure I too would go crazy k.

no idea how to sort any of my emotions about good omens 2 but they really went straight for the jugulars of those of us w heavy religious baggage and a deep-seated love of human existence when they made aziraphale say "i don't want to go back to heaven, where would i get my coffee?"

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

i do unironically think the best artists of our generation are posting to get 20 notes and 3 reblogs btw. that fanfic with like 45 kudos is some of the best stuff ever written. those OCs you carry around have some of the richest backstories and worldbuilding someone has ever seen. please do not think that reaching only a few people when you post means your art isn't worth celebrating.
