Btw whether Flapjack was Caleb’s palisman or not (deffo was) that does not change that Flapjack chose Hunter because of who Hunter is as a person. I mean just look at Hunting Palismen. Until Luz and Hunter got their heart to heart, Flapjack did not like him at all. It was only after he stated his “deepest wish” that Flapjack chose him as a new witch.

Btw I genuinely don’t think Hunter will gain magic btw. I think the brown eyes are more to represent how Flapjack is in Hunter’s soul now, not as in having magic. (Remember how the palismen belos inhaled stayed in his mind scape? And changed how he looks? Yeah that but slash pos)

Not wanting to spoil what happens in "Thanks to Them," but I will say this: that episode got me to make this collage of Flapjack. Hunter's first real friend, before meeting Willow and Gus and gets expected by Luz and Amity, despite the way he first treated them. That Lil Rascal was one of my favourite Palismen.
