I dont know if this is a unpopular opinion but, I need to come clean and say Lizzie is actually one of my favorite characters and her relationship with Nigel was actually so investing and interesting and like WAAAAAAA THEY WERE MY EVERYTHING LIKE THEY WERE SO IN LOVE BUT NIGEL KEPT PUTTING HIS WORK FIRST TO SAVE FELLOW KIDS AND HER BUT FORGOT TO ACTUALLY BE HER BOYFRIEND AS WELL AND NOT JUST HER PROTECTOR WAAAAAAAAA. Yeah Lizzie has her bad moments but so does Nigel. But they always work it out in the end till Lizzie realizes she’ll always be second place.

They’re oddly so tragic and also like can we talk about how no one makes fun of Lizzie for her weight like, the episode she’s introduced, Hoagie and Wally don’t make fun of Nigel for dating a fat girl they make fun of him cause he just has a girlfriend. Its a weird subversion for most cartoons especially early 2000’s like I know its still shitty they make fun of Nigel but they eventually just grow to hate Lizzie not cause she’s fat but cause of just who she is so like, valid haters ig. They hate whats on the inside as they should.

What made me like love them fr was Operation P.O.O.L like thats probably one of their best episodes together showing their dynamic. Like i kinda rewatch that episode over and over just for them vs Eizzle and -1 cause THEY’RE INTERESTING OKAY IM SORRY I LIKE WATCHING THEM GET INTO SHENANIGANS

Anyway TLDR I will forever stand for Lizzie Devine our icon, i support woman’s wrongs. She’s just misunderstood officer!!!! But no really i really like her character and yeah she’s annoying sometimes but has her good moments where she like kinda carries tbh.

im so glad other people feel the same way about rwrb as i do! a lot of people ive seen said they loved it and i was just SO disappointed the entire time. the fact that the emails were just like "im doing [this] today and also i miss you i guess" made the email leak feel like nothing. and the fact that they cut out all the mental health related stuff made me so sad. ALSO WHEN ALEX WHEN TO LONDON he was soaking wet when they were talking but we didn't see the part where he was outside yelling which made no sense. i thought maybe i was too close to the source material because ive read the book, ahem, 7 times but the more i sit with it the more annoyed i get

🌪️ TORNADO - what is the biggest change you've ever made to them? how have they changed from their original version?

Mmm.. honestly, I haven’t done an awful lot of changes to Chiyori. Like, story-wise she's still young and it's possible for her to develop in all sorts of directions depending on who she interacts with. Based on what I’ve already made up about her, I’ve only been expanding on her backstory and trying to figure out how everything interconnects. Currently, I'm considering why she was put up for adoption.

🌠 SHOOTING STAR - if they could make any wish with no repercussions, what wish would they make?

Remove the worries and struggles of those she holds dear. Honestly, Chi doesn't have any grand visions for the world or herself — not right now at least, but it might change. (She'd rather help achieve the dreams of those she love).

💧 DROPLET - random angst headcanon

Every time Chi sucks up a cursed spirit, she essentially allows their nasty-ass cursed energy to share room with her soul. She basically becomes a "host" for them. The after effects of it is an unpleasant feeling that lingers. The feeling is constant. Suffocating. It intensifies each time she absorbs a new curse.

Of course, at some point, she'll reach her limit in terms of capacity. In that case, she'll feel like she can't literally breathe — as if she’s finding herself in a room filled to the brink with others. Her very soul is getting choked by the curses as they try to claw their way out to gain control. Oppress her.

Unwelcoming voices might find their way into her head. Her skin gets cool and clammy. She may even buckle and empty out her stomach when the symptoms get unbearable. Because it's a constant battle to stay in control, she thinks she'll go insane (and she probably will). The only solution to stop this is for her to release these cursed spirits.

I am much more of a dog person, I have been raised with dogs my entire life so I adore dogs. Cats are cute and I like them too but allergies... I would want to have a cat tho ^^

Second way

I am definitely more of a "black cat" personality wise (talk to my bf).

babel by r.f. kuang! one of my favorites from last year! very brilliant, i had the best time annotating it & want to revisit it soon.

13. what was the last book you read?

the last book i finished was the twyford code by janice hallett! 3.5 stars. rounded up to a 4 i think — just for that ending that i did not see coming!
