The reader is Odin's wife and Throun's real mother. Maybe this is the scenario you want.

Loki could never accept his mother's death. Even though she wasn't his biological mother, she really had been the perfect mother for him. Loki can never control his tears as he recalls the memories. Finally he gathers his courage and goes to Valhalla. He sees his mother walking around there. She can't control her tears as she watches him from afar. When the reader turns to face him, he opens his arms with a smile. Loki isted no time running towards the reader. The reader strokes Loki's hair.

"Mom. I'm sorry. I haven't been a son you could be proud of."

"Honey, I've always been proud of you. You are my precious child."

The reader satisfies his longing with his son. Loki tastes a feeling of happiness and peace that he hasn't felt for a long time.
