You weren’t exactly sure where the diary came from. You had woken up one morning to find it neatly nestled between your class books on your bedside table. You had asked around Hogwarts to see if anybody had put it there, alas nobody had owned up to placing it in your belongings.
The diary itself was plain black and made of leather. The unrecognised name of ‘Tom Marvolo Riddle’ was written in gold on the bottom of the very back of the diary. As you studied the diary, your first instinct was to flick through the pages but when you did, you saw they were all empty. It was as if the diary was brand new. Unused. You shrugged and placed the diary neatly back where it had been and went about your day as usual, forgetting all about it until you returned back to your dorm room that evening.
When everybody had gone to bed and you were sure everybody was asleep, you grabbed the diary and made your way down to the common room where you sat at a desk facing a window, looking out at the clear night sky. You admired the diary for the second time today and sighed. “Where did you come from?” You muttered to the diary. You opened it to the middle page and inspected the lining of the book. You were looking for any evidence that there had been pages ripped out, but the lining of the diary remained intact suggesting that there hadn’t been. Just as you were about to close the book and head back to bed, words appeared on the page in front of you:
Hello.
You shook your head and squeezed your eyes shut tightly before reopening them and looking at the page the words had appeared on. There was nothing there. “I must be going mad,” you whispered to yourself. You were about to close the diary once more before words appeared on the page again:
No, you’re not going mad.
Then, as quickly as they appeared, they disappeared without a trace. You picked up the diary and looked closely at the page.
My name’s Tom Marvolo Riddle. What’s yours?
You gasped loudly. What sort of magic was this? You watched as the words disappeared from the page before you looked at the ink pot that sat neatly on the corner of the desk you were sitting at. “Am I really going to do this?” You asked yourself before picking up the feathered quill pen and writing your name on the page of the diary. You waited for a few seconds, not sure what you were expecting to happen but just like the words you had seen, your name simply disappeared from the page. In its place was a response:
That’s a pretty name for a pretty girl.
The words were gone and the page was yet again blank. Did a diary really just call you pretty? You shook your head once again and allowed the quill in your hand to glide across the page as you wrote your reply:
What is this book?
You waited a few seconds before a response came.
My diary.
“But why would somebody enchant a diary?” You asked aloud to yourself.
So I can live forever.
“Oh,” you frowned at the words on the page. Whatever it was, whoever it was, they could hear you speak? This was magic you had never encountered before, nor even knew was possible. You didn’t respond to the diary and instead looked out of the window as your mind whirled with possibilities. You still didn’t even know where this diary had come from and now you were up in the middle of the night talking to it? When you finally looked down at the page, you saw another sentence:
It’s late. You should go to bed beautiful.
You closed the diary without writing a goodbye. You were shaken and confused. “It is late,” you mumbled to yourself looking at the grandfather clock situated in the corner of the common room. This all had to be one weird dream. You would wake up in the morning to no diary that could hear you or write to you and you’d tell your best friends about it and you’d laugh about the weird dream. Yeah. That would happen. You grabbed the diary and stood up, making your way back to the girls dorm and climbing back into bed. You placed the diary back where it was when you found it and fell into a deep sleep.
You were the last to wake in the morning and the first thing you did was look for the diary. There it was, right where you left it. So it wasn’t a weird dream? You opened the diary and waited for words to appear, but none did. “Maybe I was just so sleep deprived I imagined the whole thing,” you whispered to yourself. You waited for a few more moments and still no words appeared. “What am I thinking?” You groaned and threw the diary onto the bed before getting ready for the day to come.
Your first class of the day was potions. It was probably your favourite class, but as you sat and listened to Professor Snape drawl on about various different potions you just couldn’t concentrate. No matter how hard you tried. Your mind kept lingering back to the diary and the night before. After potions class you had a free period. You tended to sit in the library and study, but yet again you couldn’t concentrate. You found yourself sneaking back to the common room and acquiring the diary, placing it in your bag before going to your second, and final, class of the day. You found yourself peering at the dairy in your bag throughout the lesson through the corner of your eyes, not paying attention to the Professor that was trying to teach you Defence Against The Dark Arts. The lesson was soon over and you evaded your friends to head back to the common room in an attempt to communicate with the diary once more. You sat at your bed, pen in hand, and began to scrawl onto the page in front of you.
Was I dreaming last night?
You waited a second and before you knew it, the words you wrote had disappeared leaving a response in its wake.
No.
Your eyes widened and your heart began to thump desperately in your chest. You shook your head and watched as the words left the page until it was blank once more. You were about to write back about how insane this was but the diary beat you to it.
You think this is crazy, don’t you?
You nodded and cried out, “yes!”
It’s not. It’s magic.
“Well duh,” you groaned loudly.
“Y/N, are you okay?” Your friend's voice came from the other side of the girls' dorm. You panicked and snapped the diary shut before throwing it under your pillow just in time for your friend to walk in.
“I’m fine,” you said, blinking rapidly at her.
“I heard you say ‘yes’ extremely loudly,” she looked around the room realising nobody else was in there but you. “Who were you talking to?” She asked, raising an eyebrow.
You frowned and shrugged, making up a quick lie. “Just thought of the answer to some homework I have. Been thinking about it for days and it finally came to me.”
“That’s… good…” Your friend said slowly before backing out of the room leaving you alone yet again. When you were sure she was gone, you grabbed the diary back from under your pillow and opened it.
Ashamed of me?
The diary wrote. You raised an eyebrow and wrote back instantly.
You’re a diary.
That’s not a no.
You scoffed. You weren’t ashamed per say, just confused. It was a damn talking diary! You needed to find out more about the diary before you let people see you with the damn thing. You sat crossed-legged on the bed, pen in hand, and continued to talk to the diary.
So. Tell me about yourself.
The diary responded instantaneously with a counter question:
Why don’t you tell me about yourself, pretty girl?
You rolled your eyes. Out of all the magical things you thought would make a blush rise to your cheeks, a diary certainly wasn’t one of them.
Stop calling me “pretty girl”.
Why should I?
You bit your bottom lip as you wrote back furiously.
You don’t know what I look like.
Are you sure about that?
You paused and looked around the room. Surely your friends weren’t pulling a prank on you with this diary were they? When you didn’t answer, the diary continued to write to you.
Why don’t I show you who I am?
Your heart continued to beat rapidly in your chest and before you knew it, you were being sucked into the diary. You looked around the room and recognised it as your dorm room. The diary was nowhere to be found and so, not sure what had happened you smoothed down your uniform and began to walk out of the room. Things looked exactly the same and you made your way out of the common room to the grand staircase. There, you saw a man with curly hair and the most piercing brown eyes standing at the bottom of the staircase. He looked on as someone was taken away, covered by a sheet - someone had died? You didn’t recognise the man and his robes were slightly different to yours and it was then that you realised you were in a different time era. The cogs were turning in your head when suddenly you were interrupted by a voice you were familiar with. “Tom?” You looked to see Professor Dumbledore standing in front of the man, shielding his view as the body was wheeled away.
“Tom?” You asked loudly, but nobody turned to look at you. “Tom Marvolo Riddle?”
“What’s happened Professor?” Tom asked Professor Dumbledore who looked on sadly, placing his hand on the man’s shoulders.
As the pair talked, you walked next to Dumbledore and waved a hand in front of his face. When he didn’t acknowledge you, you began to realise what was happening. These were memories. Tom’s memories to be exact. The two began to fade away and suddenly you were left alone in the corridor before you were sucked back out of the diary and onto your bed. You blinked a few times and looked at the diary that lay on your bed. “What the hell was that?” You asked yourself, opening the diary to the first page.
That was a memory of mine, my dear. You see, I used to be a student at Hogwarts.
You raised an eyebrow before picking the pen back up and scribbling back.
Used to be?
Yes, used to be. A long time ago.
“That explains why I didn’t recognise you,” you said, knowing that the diary would respond to your mumbling.
Exactly. Who could forget a handsome face like mine?
The diary replied. You yet again rolled your eyes and scoffed. The diary wasn’t wrong though, he was extremely handsome.
What are you thinking about?
The diary asked. This made you think about what you were thinking about and instantly you shook your head as if trying to shake the thoughts from your brain.
Nothing.
Came your response. You continued to shake your head, not allowing the thoughts to re-enter your mind of Tom Riddle. You bid your goodbyes before closing the diary and placing it back under your pillow - not allowing the diary time to say goodbye.
An hour had passed since you last spoke to the diary and you were already itching to talk to it again… To talk to him again. Despite having your friends around you, sometimes you felt like an outcast. Somebody who didn’t belong. This diary was making you think… Was making you feel. “This is ridiculous,” you whispered to yourself as you walked down the hall to the Great Hall. You opened the large doors to the Great Hall and were met with crowds of people gathering around their house tables, eating away at the large feast that was spread out across the long tables.
“Y/N!” Your friend called, standing up and waving her arms to catch your attention. “Over here!” You smiled weakly at her and walked over to your house table, settling down next to your friend. “Where have you been? We haven’t seen you all day!”
“I erm…” You whispered, looking down at your skirt. “I’ve not been feeling well. I’ve been in the girls dorm for most of the afternoon, just resting.”
“Are you feeling better?” Another one of your friends asked you, to which you just nodded a response. “Good.”
You began to eat the food on your plate silently as you continued to think back to Tom Riddle's memory. There was no denying that if that man was Tom Riddle, he was extremely handsome. Charmingly handsome. His brown eyes were inviting as he looked past Dumbledore at the gurney the covered body was laying on. They twinkled as if they were harbouring a deep secret, one you were sure you could get out of the diary if you asked.
“Y/N?” Your friend shouted, grabbing your shoulder and shaking you, grabbing your attention from your thoughts. “I said have you done the potions homework?”
You looked at your friend with a mouthful of food and shook your head. Gulping the food down, you began to speak. “When is it due? I’ve had a lot on my mind.”
“Like what Y/N?” Your friend hissed silently. “This is our last year for goodness sake! Get your head in the game or you’ll fail your exams!”
You straightened your body and nodded. “You’re right.”
“I know,” she smiled, brushing off her shoulder playfully. You turned back to your food and continued eating in silence as your friends around you chattered and laughed. Before you knew it, you were making your way back to the common room quickly, alone yet again. You walked up the moving staircases, being careful not to get trapped on the revolving stairs as you hurriedly made your way back to your dorm. You got into the girls dorm and slammed the door shut behind you. When you realised you were alone you walked over to your bed and picked up your pillow revealing the leather diary you had been thinking about non-stop for the last twenty-four hours. You could tell in your gut that this diary was going to become a problem for you. You picked it up and sat down on your bed opening the book.
Did you miss me?
Your eyes widened at the words on the page.
No.
You lied.
Liar.
No.
This continued for several minutes before you gave in.
I suppose I missed the company you seem to bring me.
You wrote. Your heart was yet again thumping in your chest as you scribbled the words on the empty, yellow parchment.
How cute.
Cute? You wouldn't exactly call it ‘cute’. It was more sad than anything. Talking to a diary, memories of somebody from the past as opposed to your kind, caring and loving friends. You gripped the diary tightly between your fingers, folding the book ever-so-slightly. Your leg was bouncing off the floor as you thought about what to say to Tom next. Alas you didn’t have to think before more words were scrawled on the page.
How was your day?
“My day?” You mumbled to yourself, grasping the pen tightly in your hand as you began to write back.
My day was okay. I haven’t been able to concentrate on my studies today.
And why is that?
“This damned diary,” you said loudly. You placed the diary, open, next to you gently on the bed and stood up. With your head in your hands, you grasped your hair and pulled ever-so-slightly whilst groaning in frustration.
What is it about my diary that is so distracting to you, my dear?
You looked down at the diary on your bed and sighed. You picked it up again and replied.
It’s like having a constant friend in my bag.
You didn’t have to wait long for Tom’s reply.
A friend?
“Yes, a friend,” you whispered in a hushed voice.
But, that’s a good thing isn’t it? To have a friend with you at all times, no matter where you are. No matter what you do.
You thought for a moment. You supposed it was a good thing, but again you knew this diary was going to become a problem for you if you kept it.
I have to give your diary away.
You wrote on the empty page after much deliberation.
NO!
Tom replied. There was an urgency in his writing. The capitalisation of the letters sent your heart into a frenzy. This diary, this Tom Riddle, had been in your life for roughly twenty-four hours now and you were already starting to feel attached.
Why do you have to give my diary away, pretty girl?
You bit your bottom lip as you ran the pads of your fingers across the parchment. The words dissolve off the page in the blink of an eye. The thought of that handsome boy in the memory calling you a pretty girl brought a blush to your face. You shook your head. You couldn’t be thinking like that. You didn’t know a thing about this Tom Riddle, about this diary.
We should meet.
The words flashed on the page.
“Meet? How could we possibly meet?” You asked the diary, confusion laced your voice.
Magic.
Came the reply. In an instant you were sucked into the diary yet again. You stood up off the bed and brushed yourself off, taking in the room around you: you were in another memory. There was movement in the corner of the room and your eyes shot to the darkness of the room's corner. A figure loomed in the shadows and your heart began to thump, your ears began to ring and your legs began to shake. Were you trembling out of fear? Out of anticipation? You weren’t quite sure.
“I’ve been very anxious to meet you,” a voice came from the shadows. Stepping into the light, the curly haired male from the first memory stood in front of you.
“T-Tom?” You asked, ears still ringing.
The man took a few steps towards you, a twisted smile graced his lips as he spoke confidently in response. “Yes. It’s me.”
“H-How is this even possible?” You asked. You were breathless as Tom continued to stalk towards you.
“It’s simple magic really,” Tom replied. He was now standing mere feet away from you and you could truly admire his features in the girls dorm light. “Have you been as anxious to meet me as I have to meet you?”
You shook your head as your throat ran dry. You gulped down a lump and spoke, trying your best to sound unaffected by him. “You’re just a memory.”
“I may be just a memory, but that doesn’t mean I’m not real,” he whispered, bringing his face closer to yours. He looked deeply into your eyes before his gaze dropped down to your lips and back up to your eyes again. “It doesn’t mean that what I don’t feel is real…”
“What do you mean?” You asked softly.
Tom brought a hand up to tuck a piece of hair behind your ear. His face was so close to yours that you could feel his breath on the side of your face. It was warm, intoxicating almost. You felt your heart flutter as his hand dropped from your hair and to your hand that rested next to you. He held it up to his heart which you could feel beating in tandem with your own. “Don’t pretend like you don’t know what I feel Y/N.”
You shook your head a ‘no’ as he spoke to you, lips gracing your ear seductively. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
He pulled away from your face and stood up straight. Brown eyes twinkling in the dim light of the room, staring into your soul. “Liar,” he whispered, a chuckle escaping his lips.
“Tom…” You whispered breathlessly. You sucked in a breath and moved closer to him, touching his shoulders gently with shaky hands. “I can touch you?”
“Of course you can,” Tom smirked. “And I can touch you.” He responded with a hand ghosting your hip, pulling your body closer to his. Your heart was skipping beats at his touch and you looked up at him. “I can even kiss you, if you want me too.” Tom’s hands cupped your face as he brought it closer to his own, gaze flickering down to your lips seductively.
“Why would you kiss me?” You whispered to him, eyes burning into his own. You desperately wanted to look away out of embarrassment, but you kept strong.
“Because I’m in love with you,” he said so nonchalantly.
Your eyes widened and you stepped back at his words, visibly recoiling. “Excuse me?” You asked, raising your eyebrow.
“You heard me,” Tom replied as he dropped his hands from your cheeks and gripped onto your hip, earning a squeak from you. “I’m glad you found my diary.”
“I didn’t find it,” you whispered. “It was placed in my belongings and was there when I woke up the other morning.”
Tom hummed and with his free hand, stroked his chin. “Fate has brought us together then, my love. Together, we can do it.”
You pulled away from Tom’s grasp and looked at him with confusion on your face. “Do… What?”
“Open the Chamber Of Secrets, of course,” Tom replied. The Chamber Of Secrets? What on earth was the Chamber Of Secrets? Your face must have asked the question before you could vocalise it, and Tom chuckled. “You don’t know about the Chamber Of Secrets?” You shook your head. “What are they teaching you at this forsaken school,” Tom said whilst rolling his eyes.
“Magic,” you answered softly.
Tom continued to roll his eyes at your answer but he leaned in closer to you once more, his breath fanning across your face causing your entire body to shiver in anticipation. “Will you help me?” He asked. Without even thinking, you found yourself nodding a simple ‘yes’. Tom pulled away from your ear and smirked down at you. “Good. Good. We shall waste no time and get to work immediately.”
“Okay…” You nodded slowly. You looked into Tom’s eyes and felt your palms get sweaty almost instantly at the way he was looking at you. There was a hint of need there, possession maybe. Whatever it was, you couldn’t quite place it.
“About that kiss,” Tom whispered huskily, stepping one step closer to you so that he was now invading your personal space. “Would you like it?”
Before you even thought about it, your head was nodding a ‘yes’. Tom was grinning at you, licking his lips before he placed them on yours softly. You whimpered the second his lips touched yours but melted into the kiss almost immediately. You felt Tom’s hands rest on your hips, gripping tightly and pulling you flush against his chest protectively. Tom wasted no time in deepening the kiss, pushing you backwards until your back hit a wall behind you. You were suddenly trapped and wouldn’t be able to get away from him if you wanted to. Your cheeks were on fire as you felt Tom bite down on your bottom lip between his teeth before he pulled away and looked at you.
“How was that?” He asked breathlessly. His arms had fallen from your hips and were now resting on either side of your head as he leaned above you against the wall.
“Best fake kiss I’ve ever had,” you whispered, voice low and nervous.
“I think it’s time I return you to your time,” Tom said, a hint of sadness in his voice. “I just wish I could keep you here with me… Forever.”
You blushed furiously at his words and before you knew it, you were being transported out of the diary and you were sitting back on your bed in the girls dorm. The diary was once again open and a few words were sprawled on the page for you to see:
Come visit me again soon sweetheart.

Pairing: yandere!Tom Riddle x gn!Reader
Synopsis: no one can take you away from Tom, not even Death itself
Warnings: yandere themes, obsessive behavior, non-sexual nudity, dark forces, mention of death and bodies, reader’s gender not specified
You felt weird. Your ears were filled with buzzing white noise, mind racing but also completely muddled up. You inhaled sharply, searing pain surged through all of your body at the feeling of your lungs expanding. It felt like your insides were set ablaze all at once. Rattling cough tore through your throat, filling your mouth with the some thick slime-like substance that you quickly spat out, gulping desperately on cold air in fast shallow breaths.
From what your overwhelmed senses could tell - you were laying down on some kind of flooring - which felt more like bare stone. You struggled to get yourself into sitting position, hard cobbles dug into your flesh painfully, causing you to shiver violently from both cold and discomfort.
You cracked your eyes open, blinking rapidly a few times to get the same sticky slimey stuff out of your eyes. It was very dark around- or was it your unstable state? Heavy steps could be heard, coming in your direction; your body tensed impossibly more, head snapping in direction of nearing man(?), hands roaming the ground underneath you, trying to find something - anything - to defend yourself with.
- Shhhhh, dearest, it’s just me. You’re safe, - a familiar voice spoke soothingly, your body relaxing at the dear sound of it.
- Tom? - you whispered, eyes flickering in all directions haphazardly, trying to distinguish male’s slim figure in thick darkness.
Tom fell to his knees next to you, muttering quiet ‘Lumos’, dim ray of light coming from the tip of his wand blinded you temporarily. You heard some soft shuffling before a thick woolen cloak was wrapped tightly around your shuddering frame.
You managed to crack your eyes open, finally being abele to look around. You peeked down at yourself - your body looked raw - as if you spent hours emerged in hot water - skin was a bringt pink color, extremely sensitive to the smallest of touches - just like an infant in first minutes of its life. You were completely bare, some weird slippery substance was covering every part of you, cooling your body down unpleasantly.
Your eyes wandered up to Tom. His face was gaunt - cheeks looked as hollow as ever; dark eyes you loved so much were unusually sunken, dark purplish circles you knew he got from sleepless nights were laying underneath them; his beautiful lips were chopped and pale, lacking their usual plushness; lush shiny waves of brown hair laying so elegantly on his forehead now looked bleak and brittle. Tom looked ill - as if he was struggling from protracted ailment. But even despite his miserable -you could’ve never thought of using this adjective for describing Tom Riddle- appearance, his eyes were sparkling maniacally, like diamonds in finest of the jewelry.
- Tom, what happened? I don’t understand… - you inquired quietly. Your throat felt way too tight, making your voice sound shaky and weak, and you struggled to get words out. You felt Tom wrapping his arms tightly around you, bringing you to his chest in a tight embrace.
- Everything’s all right now, my love. It’s okay, you are safe with me, - Tom muttered more to himself, rocking you from side to side gently.
You took a look at your surroundings - it looked like you were inside of a huge dark cave of some sorts, rough wet stones were forming walls and ceiling of the cavity, you could hear water dripping down the stalactites all around, hitting the rocks underneath with loud echoing sounds. What caught your attention were deep involute lines carved deeply into stone ground, forming an intricate designs all around you, slightest red glow was still visible emanating from them.
There were dead bodies laying all around. About a dozen of men and women, some of them you recognized as Tom’s devoted followers, were splayed around what seemed to be a transfiguration circle. There were no injuries nor blood on them visible. In fact, they looked fully normal if it wasn’t for their dull eyes and looks of absolute horror etched on their lifeless faces.
And then suddenly pictures flashed before your eyes - Tom’s face, still full of health and youthful beauty, covered in grime and blood, was gazing down at you, his eyes sparkling with shiny tears. What was that? Why was he crying? And then, like in some kind of drunken haze, you looked down at yourself - a huge crimson blotch was growing bigger and bigger on your robes, saturating soft cotton fabric in warm sticky blood. You looked back up at Tom - he was full on crying now, babbling “don’t leave me” and “please, don’t die” over and over again, trembling hands pressing down onto your chest, trying to stop the blood flow.
What was he talking about? Why would you die? You tried to say it, to console your silly boy, reassure that there’s no way you would leave him - but no sound came out of your throat, no matter how hard you tried. Your mouth filled with sickening metallic taste of your own blood, black clouding your vision rapidly.
And now you remembered. Those were your memories - your last ones - before you died.
But how was this all possible? Here you were, blood and flesh, warm and breathing and surely alive, in welcoming arms of your lover.
- Tom? What have you done?.. - horror mixed with shock slowly crept up your back, all the way to your chest and throat, making it even harder to breath than before.
- Nothing will ever hurt you again. I won’t let that happen, I promise, - Tom uttered next to your ear, his body shaking with soundless sobs as he held you even closer to himself,
- I will keep you safe, away from all dangers. You will know no worries nor fears. It will be just the two of us, in our perfect world we’ve always dreamed of. Forever.

Im requesting a tom riddle fic where he is dating the reader and like how that would look like. Make it fluffy but not to a point it’s unrealistic for him
Tumblr media
Tom twirled his wand carelessly between his long fingers staring at Y/n who was paying more attention to the potion in front of her than him.
He couldn't take it anymore and placed his want below her chin, the same wand that had obliterated students, to make her look at him. "Your time is up."
Y/n barely parted her lips to argue when he interrupted her again. "My darling it is of no use arguing with me. So wrap this up and come with me. I will be waiting outside." With that, Tom walked out of the classroom not giving her a chance to talk.
Y/n quickly picked up her books haphazardly and jogged to catch up to Tom. Tom smirked and kept walking as she tried to catch up to him. He turned around and gave her a mocking smirk. “No rush darling. Take your time please.”
She rolled her eyes. That made Tom stop in his tracks and looked at her coldly. “Do you have a problem darling?” Y/n gulped as he walked towards her, she tried to take long breaths to calm her beating heart in fear he might hear them. He grabbed her jaw making her look at him. “The only time I want to see your pretty eyes roll is when I make you feel good, got it precious?”
Y/n quickly nodded and froze when she felt his lips on her cheek. "Good girl." Tom took her hand in his, it felt colder than usual. As they made their way through the corridor Y/n noticed how the students made way for them, avoiding Tom like a plague, averting their eyes away from him.
An uncomfortable feeling started making home in her heart. Yes, Tom was ominous but as she spent more time with she felt there was something more... dark, something dangerous.
"What are you thinking, precious?" His honey-like voice brought Y/n back to reality to realise they were standing in front of his dorm. His tone was loving again.
"Nothing." Her voice was barely audible, but he heard her. His slender fingers caressed her chin. Y/n felt a shiver run up her spine when she looked into his eyes. Not an ounce of innocence in his brown irises were found. He looked so determined.
"You are right my darling." Y/n's eyes widened when he whispered these words in her ear. She wondered if he really heard her thoughts. "I did, precious. I always know what you are thinking. But that is good. Because we have nothing to hide from each other." She stayed still in shock as Tom kissed her jaw.
Her breath hitched when he stopped kissing her jaw, his teeth was right near her pulse. She could see his pupils dilate.
Y/n L/n in that moment realised she will never understand Tom Riddle but she will stay with him as he burns the world
A/n: THIS IS SUPER LATE. I am so sorry honestly I am moving to UK and it has been a rollercoaster. Thank you for being patient

DECEPTION | t.riddle
Tumblr media
IN WHICH: lucius malfoy never put tom riddle's diary in ginny weasley's cauldron. instead, history puts a twist on the events and the diary is put on a shelf in flourish and blott's, only to be picked up by an unsuspecting, muggleborn witch in hufflepuff; sixteen-year-old (Name) Tyler.
PAIRING: tom riddle x afab!hufflepuff reader
WARNINGS: dark/yandere(?), mind control, manipulation, animal death, murder, hypnotism, tom riddle is a warning on his own, mental breakdowns, insanity, lady macbeth arc(?), character death, etc
Your hands were shaking. They'd been doing that a lot lately. The skin around your fingernails was red raw and bleeding, due you picking them from stress. Your pupils were blown-wide yet had a distant look to them, as if you weren't in the moment itself at all.
Desparately, you tried to scrub the blood stains that wouldn't go away. They wouldn't wash off. You felt like you were going insane. Like you were losing your mind. How the fuck had it come to this? You knew exactly how it'd all come to this.
It was a dreary August day in the summer of 1992. And your parents decided to take you back-to-school shopping in Diagon Alley for your sixth year at Hogwarts. You recalled going into Flourish and Blott's, dodging through the ever-growing line to see the infamous Gilderoy Lockhart, whom you paid no mind.
You'd spied the even-more infamous Harry Potter in the line somewhere. You were more focused on obtaining your school books for this year when you'd caught sight of it in your peripheral vision. The diary. The vintage-looking, leather-bound diary with it's worn exterior and its off-white parchment pages. And the three-word name at the bottom in a gold-colour. Tom Marvolo Riddle.
Something scorched the back of your mind as helpless fingers plucked the diary off the shelf and into your cauldron with a clatter. To others, it was an unnoticed background noise but in your delirium, it sounded like the rolling East Winds of the storm last week. Crashing and forcing itself to be heard. You didn't want to take it but something beyond your control forced you to take it.
For the first couple of days back at Hogwarts, you'd neglected to write in it. Then you did. On the 9th of September, you finally wrote in it. The classic sentence starter of Dear Diary. Then came the reply. Hello (Name) Tyler. You adored Tom and wrote to him as often as you could.
Between classes. During lessons. During meals. After your dorm mates had gone to sleep. Then you began to experience the black-outs. One minute you were walking between classes; the next you found yourself near Hagrid's hut, robes drenched in a strange, crimson substance.
Your mind tried to deny it, the very fact, trying to convince you it was red ink or paint. But in your heart you knew the truth. You were covered in blood. The blood of the school roosters. And the guilt began to slowly eat you up. Consuming your heart. Clouding your mind. Until you began to soothe your madness by writing to your sweet Tom and picking the skin around your fingernails until it bled.
The same sinful red as the roosters' blood. Then the attacks followed swiftly. First, Filch's cat, Mrs Norris was petrified by the Basilik that you set loose on the school. You warned them. Writing the message in blood on the wall. The Chamber of Secrets has been opened. Enemies of the Heir beware.
The victims of the Basiliks' petrification began to pile up. Sir Nicholas. Colin Creevey. Justin Finch-Fletchley. Penelope Clearwater. Hermione Granger. And it was all your fault. You'd condemned them to their fates. And the more paranoid you got. You'd hallucinate the blood on your hands. Scrubbing your hands for hours on end until they were red raw, just to get the fucking stain out.
You had your Tom to comfort you all. To soothe your ever-growing madness and paranoia. He'd appear to you sometimes. The tall, dark and handsome boy with his dark brown locks and insatiable smile. Then you figured it out. It was him. It was all him.
You'd pointed an accusatory finger at him, shaking like a leaf. "You..." you'd muttered in horror before meeting his piercing gaze with blown-wide pupils, "It's you!".
In a fleeted attempt to save yourself and anyone else, you stormed to the Girls' Lavatory on the third floor and threw the diary into the toilet. Thinking yourself safe, you relaxed. But you shouldn't have let your guard down. Tom had basically imprinted himself on you.
You always recalled his beautiful brown eyes piercing your soul, the very image was burnt into your memory. And no matter how many times you tried to forget, he always. came. back. You'd broken into Gryffindor Tower and basically ransacked the one of the Boys' Dormitories until you retrieved it.
Your diary.
You weren't yourself anymore. People around you noticed too. What happened to (Name)? Was something that was whispered among peers. Your bestfriend, Lily Peterson, had noticed too. You brushed her off, pushing her away. Then, tired of waiting, Tom summoned you down to the Chamber of Secrets.
His initial plan was to drain your life force so he could live again. But things changed. As the product of a love potion, he couldn't properly feel true, honest love but rather a warped version of it. Dark love. Obsessive love. Unjust love. His love was cruel. His touch was cruel. And he was cruel.
And you were his. No matter how you tried to stop him, you were always going to be his. "Mine," he'd murmur, holding your weak form against his own, carressing your face, "All mine,".
You'd tried to fight him off. But to no avail. You'd lost. Now, the world was going to feel Voldemort's wrath. And he'd start with the figure of twelve-year-old Harry Potter marching into the Chamber of Secrets.

Tumblr media
Tom met you before he embarked on his plan to take over the wizarding world. You fascinated him with your appearance. Tom was fighting hard not to get silly feelings. He was trying to convince himself that he didn't love you. You were soon married. Your marriage was soon blessed with a baby. You had a baby boy named Matteo. Tom started behaving badly towards you shortly after giving birth. He said he was going to kill him because he was done with you. You couldn't stand this man anymore. You want to take your baby with you when you run away. But you knew it was impossible. After saying goodbye to your son, you left without looking back. Tom was very sorry after reading the letter you left. But now it was too late for everything. Years later, Tom and Matteo were wandering around the city. Tom stopped when he saw a figure in the distance. Mattheo was trying to understand why his father hesitated.
"What's the matter, Dad? Who is he?"
"She is your mother."
Tom immediately ran after her, catching up with her. When she reached him, he was accompanied by a young girl who was a mixture of the two. When the woman saw Tom, he almost immediately grabbed her by the hand and tried to run away. The woman started screaming for help when Tom tried to stop her. Tom had managed to silence her, though with difficulty. They all came to the house where the woman lived. Shortly after the woman escaped, she learned that she was pregnant. She had turned a new leaf with her daughter. When Mattheo asked why you left him, he said what Tom did. Mattheo glared at his father with hatred. What happens next is up to the reader.

Lord Voldemort had returned and he was forcing my younger brother to kill the headmaster of Hogwarts. Our Mother had told me that she and Professor Snape made an unbreakable promise. He was to protect my brother and kill Dumbledore for him. My brother was not a weak person, but he also isn’t a killer. I hated the Dark Lord, but I would do whatever it takes to protect my family…
*Voldemort’s POV*
When I first saw her she was standing tall next to her younger brother. Her pale skin was glowing in the moonlight that was pooling through the windows, her half black half platinum blonde hair framed her face perfectly, the black skirt showed off her perfectly slender legs, the black blouce with the two top buttons undone showed off her breasts just enough to peak my interest.
“Lucious, who do we have here?” I asked, motioning towards the children.
“This is my eldest Y/N, My Lord.” He responded, the fear slightly peaking through in his voice.
“Y/N, what a beautiful name for a beautiful girl.” I said and she gave me a smile.
“Come here, girl.” I said, motioning towards me. She glanced at her parents, who gave her a encouraging nod. She walked up to me with her head held high, she didn’t show any fear. I looked her up and down and smirked.
“You are quite a good looking lady, you must have had all the boys falling at your feet when you were at school.” I said.
“I had some.” She responded.
“Are you still pure?” I asked and her eyes widened.
“My Lord, please, she’s-”
“Answer me, Y/N.” I ordered, cutting Narcissa off.
“Y-Yes…” She quietly answered.
“How lovely.” I smirked. I gripped her hand and pulled her towards me. I inhaled her sent and smiled. She smelt like vanilla and earthy tones, it was perfection.
“I believe I just found my Queen.” I said. I saw her family tense, but Y/N simply gulped.
*Y/N’s POV*
As soon as the Dark Lord left my Mother pulled me into her chest. I quietly sobbed into her shoulder. I felt my brother and Father’s eyes on me, but I didn’t care. The Dark Lord intended to have his way with me and have me rule by his side, but I didn’t want that!
“Have one of the elves bring up some tea.” My Mother said. She wrapped her arm around me and I kept my head down. I couldn’t let the other Death Eaters know I was crying. They couldn’t see me weak at any point.
“Cissy! I heard the Lord was here, what task did he give you all now?” Aunt Bellatrix asked.
“There was no task given, Bella, he was just wondering who Y/N was.” Mother explained. I felt her look at me, but I kept my head down still.
“Look at me dearie.” She said.
“She’s just overwhelmed from meeting the Dark Lord, Bella. She’s going up to rest and get a cuppa in her.” Mother said.
“Y/N, look at me.” Auntie said, not believing my Mother. I took a deep breath and looked up at my Aunt.
“You’ve been crying! Weakling!” She hissed, luckily not loud enough for any other Death Eaters to hear her.
“Bella! Leave her be! She’s overwhelmed!” My Mother hissed.
“She should be honored to have met him!” Auntie said with a huff.
“The Dark Lord has decided that she’s to be his Queen.” My Mother said and my Auntie’s eyes went wide and she glared at me.
“What does he see in her! She’s just-”
“Bella! That is my daughter!” My Mother glared and pulled me closer to her. My Auntie shut her mouth, but continued to glare at me.
“Speak bad about her again and I will not hesitate to tell the Dark Lord.” My Mother threatened and Auntie’s eyes went wide. My Mother quickly pulled me away and led me up to my room. I sat on my bed as my Mother closed the door and I started to cry once again.
“Oh, darling, come here.” She said and pulled me into a hug.
“We’ll get you away from him, make sure he can’t find you.” She said and I pulled away from her with wide eyes.
“No! He’ll probably torture you all to find me! You saw how he looked at me, it’s like he’s obsessed!” I said and she gently stroked my hair.
“I know, but I can’t just sit by and watch him do whatever he wants with my daughter!” She said.
“You have to, he’s already forcing Draco to do horrid things, who knows what he’ll do do if I refuse or someone keeps me from him.” I said and her eyes widened.
“Darling… Your Father and I can protect you…” She said and I shook my head.
“You can’t… I have to do this…” I said, letting more tears silently slip from my eyes.
“Y/N.. You-”
“No, I’ll do whatever I have to do to protect my family.” I said and she sighed. My Mother pulled me into her and gently stroked my hair.
“You and your brother are so much alike… Always willing to do whatever it takes…” She whispered and kissed the top of my head.
“I will protect our family… Whatever it takes…” I whispered and gripped my Mother tightly.

HPQD- Illness
~~~~~~~~
Hi!
Welcome to my first post of x reader fanfic nobody asked for.
I thought I'd start off strong with an imagines series for the Questionable DILFs of Harry Potter (don't ask).
I have no memory of writing half of this- may God bless us all...
~~~~~~~~
CONTENT WARNING: (non-descriptive) emetophobia warning for Fenrir (and Igor's) paragraphs- no actual, literally just the word!!
Barty Crouch (Sr):
I’m not sure what you’re expecting from Barty, but he’s not one to coddle. If you’re lucky, when you first become ill he might get you some tea and a paracetamol before he leaves for work; more than likely, he leaves it to Winky. Of course, that’s until the little elf appears in his office one afternoon, terrified that you’re dying. Barty expects blood, and tears. Instead, he finds you huddled up in bed with a temperature, complaining that the house is too cold, covered in blankets and sweat. He persuades you slowly to peel back some of your many layers and take some medicine, with gentle words and sweeties. If you aren’t infectious, and you promise to be good, he’ll snuggle you when he gets back from work, and let you eat in bed. Most of the time, your care is left to Winky, and yourself.
You need peace to recover, my darling. I’ll be back at six, alright? Get some sleep, and stay hydrated.
Fenrir Greyback:
Honestly, Fenrir is one of the best carers to have if you’re ill. Remember the wolf instincts? You’re his mate, not some mudblood he’ll use until he gets bored. In his community, being a mate means something, and it means you get a big, hairy wolf man to smother you until you get better. He’s slightly useless in terms of what you actually need, and you might end up with tampons even if you don’t need them. His reasoning? Yeah, he doesn’t really know. He just figured you might need them… at some point… but he does try his best, he’ll clean up your vomit and you, and get you tea. He’ll rub your back and give you cuddles, which he’s surprisingly good at. Please, give the poor wolf man a list of what you want, he has no idea. He’s trying though, he is.
I’ve seen worse than sick, love. C’mere, shh, shh. You’re fine, it’s all fine. Did it get anywhere? I’ll get your pyjamas, okay?
Rufus Scrimgeour:
Now, you’d think Rufus would be quite similar to Barty, but he is, in fact, a slightly more useful Fenrir. Unlike the other two, Rufus sort of, actually knows what he’s doing. He may just be utilising aftercare techniques, but it seems like you’re alright, so he’s not going to try anything else. He’ll take a few days off work; these days, all he does is paperwork, he’s not missing much, and you are more important. He does have to work, but there’s a desk in your bedroom for a reason. Rufus is probably immune to things you haven’t even heard of, the perks of being an ex-auror, so there’s no problem with snuggling you, and spoiling you to the ends of the earth. No matter what you want, you can have it. Toast in bed? He’ll have the elf bring you up a tray. A kangaroo? He’ll laugh, but you will receive a kangaroo teddy before you’re better. He’ll make sure you keep your fluids topped up, and will persuade you with anything to make sure you take your medicine.
I know it doesn’t taste nice, lamb. I know. Why don’t we have some hot chocolate afterwards to take the taste away. Yes, pretty girl?
Lord Voldemort:
Yeah… I don’t know what you think you’re getting, but you’re not getting it. No snuggles or kisses from everyone’s favourite Dark Lord, no. Lord Voldemort takes your care very, very seriously, and that means extreme overprotection. The minute you even sniffle you’re dressed up in a nightgown like a dying Victorian noblewoman and brought unceremoniously to the healers. A cold, a stomach bug, or something more serious are all treated with the same attention. You are treated like you have some exotic disease, or something that will kill you if you aren’t confirmed to your bedchamber. He comes to you, of course. He will always visit you. He’ll put a white hand to your forehead and tut when your temperature is still high, sitting by your bedside and encouraging tea down your throat, murmuring praise.
Still hot. If your care was adequate, you would have recovered already. Mh- perhaps I should have that student removed, he is too young to deal with someone of your calibre. Drink up now.
Igor Karkaroff:
Everyone’s favourite Slavic himbo is kind of… just there. He’s a huge germaphobe, and absolutely terrified of becoming ill. The moment you sneeze in front of him he has a mask and gloves on… I’m not joking, this man will do anything to prevent being sick. Of course, once he realises you’re actually ill, he’ll go into full panic mode- Sims4 parental panic mode- he freaks. Instead of worrying about catching the Black Death, now he’s panicking you’re going to die on him. Please gently remind him you aren’t going to die of the common cold, dear lord. And if you vomit, God won’t save you, he’s a letter away from sending you to the best hospital in the country. Once he’s chilled out a little, he’s not that bad as a caretaker. He has remedies- Teas, and all sorts he grew up with. If they get too much for you, he’s quite good at respectfully backing off and getting whatever you’ve actually asked for. If you’re having trouble sleeping, he’ll let you sleep on his chest and sing you lullabies. He doesn’t usually speak Bulgarian, or Russian, with you, but he will if you’re good.
Shush- no- you relax, stay there. I’ll get you something my mother used when I was a boy. Yes, I promise it’s fine, it does work. Stay there- no, I’m not worried. Are you worried?

SFW & NSFW Dating HCs
including: Denethor II and Lord Voldemort
SFW
Denethor II
He's a bit reluctant to oficially say that you're courting. Not that he doesn't love you - he does, he does very much - but he's not sure of his sons' reactions. And also what would people of Gondor say? After his wife died, Denethor thought he's gonna stay alone forever, he didn't plan to remarry. That was sure until he met you. But he can't stop wondering... isn't he too old for wedding?
Despite his doubts, he wants to treat you properly and always asks you to eat dinner with his family. He doesn't introduce you as his lover but his sons aren't stupid and they quickly guess what's between you two. You have good contact with them, they already accepted you as part of the family even though they don't understand what you see in their father.
You often try to convince Denethor to be nicer for Faramir. Steward doesn't like when people order him (You are quite subtle but he still counts it as telling him what to do) but he has a soft spot for you and most of the times, he quits his maliciousness.
Denethor isn't really romantic person, but he's still a gentleman, if I can use this word. He tries to show you how much affection he has for you even if he isn't best at it.
After he decides to finally propose to you, wedding happens pretty quickly. It's big and lavish - just like Steward's wedding should be, in opinion of Denethor. There's a great feast for people so they can celebrate with their ruler.
Even after wedding, Denethor isn't big on PDA. I would say his love languages are acts of service and giving gifts. Maybe more giving gifts, because he doesn't help you personally and rather asks servants when he thinks that you need help. But in terms of gifts, Denethor absolutely spoils you, whatever you dream of, he will get it for you.
He is a jealous person. He wouldn't admit it, but Denethor is a bit self conscious and he worries that you may find someone younger and more handsome than him. While he doesn't talk about his doubts, Denethor doesn't hide his jealousy. When he notices you talking to other men, he either interrupts your conversation or waits until your alone to discuss his suspicions.
Lord Voldemort
Like Denethor, he's a man in position of power but in contrast to the ruler of Gondor, he don't hesitate to make your relationship clear for all Death Eaters. After all, he's their leader and one of the most powerful wizards in history. He does what he wants and doesn't care if somebody criticizes his decision (I mean, if somebody does, they probably won't live long)
Some people dream about marriage and family life, Voldemort dreams about ruling the world with you by his side. You would be the most powerful couple in history. Everyone is gonna bow to you or suffer tortures and death.
You always accompany him during council with his followers or during fights. Voldemort isn't afraid that you can get hurt, first of all, because he knows you're a skillfull magician, and second - even if you had some trouble, he would be there to help you.
You're probably the only person Dark Lord treats as equal to him.
NSFW
Denethor II
Despite his old age, that man has still some vitality in his body, especially when he sees you. Especially naked.
Despite his stern cold demeanor, he's a very delicate and affectionate lover. He likes to go slow, take his time with you, caressing and kissing your body.
When it comes to positions, I guess he would like missionary best, or simply any position which let him be close to you and look at your face (and also doesn't requires much strength and flexibility from him, after all, he has his age).
Lord Voldemort
Surprisingly, he's a switch. Sure, he likes to control the situation but when you decide to dominate him, it's a new exciting experience. He just loves a person who doesn't fear him and who shares his hunger for power.
I think it's not a surprise that you often engage in BDSM practices especially focusing on pain and control.
He's not loud in the bedroom, actually it's hard to hear any noise from him. Despite enjoying the act, Voldemort would rather hear you moan and whimper.
Lord Voldemort isn't a prude but he prefers to keep your private life to yourself. He's a bit traditional... and he has a reputation to uphold.

Y/n: If I die first, promise to wait for me, okay, Tom?
Tom: Oh, Y/n. When I die, I’m taking you with me.
Y/n: I can’t tell if that’s a threat or a compliment.
Tom: I’d think of it more as a grim inevitability.

Platonic Yandere Tom Riddle w/ AdoptedSister!Reader
Tom watched you play. You were like a little sister to him. At first, Tom could not stand your incessant pestering, but when you stopped and began bothering some other child at the orphanage, he knew he had to have you back. Tom hated sharing, and you were no exception, so he made sure you came back to him. Tom made it look like the other child was ruining your dresses, which was a big no-no. The children at the orphanage did not receive new clothes, and if they did, they were passed down from the older and bigger children. Not only was Ms. Cole furious at the other child, but Tom got your attention back.
Tom scolded you, saying, “Next time, you will know better than to speak with one of the other children.” He knew the other children were simple and weak, but it was clear that you were too naive for your own good. He would have to protect you. He was still bothered by the way you were stupidly kind. You always gave him dirty weeds that you seemed to think were flowers, but if anyone tried to take his weeds, Tom would have a fit.
Tom and you sat in the dingey library that had very little books. You wanted him to read to you, and he wanted you to be quiet so he could read in peace. Tom chose to read to you, as it was the only way he could get through his book without hearing you complain. He didn’t mind, especially when you felt safe enough to fall asleep resting on his shoulder.
When Tom found out he was special and going to a special school without you, he became upset. He was glad to have an escape, but he would lose control over you. How would he tell you not to go near the other children? How would he make sure you replied to his letters? He asked the man, Dumbledore, a question, “Will my sister come too? Is she special like me?” The man responded with a gentle smile, “No, she will not be able to go to Hogwarts. She is not a witch.” This was enough to make Tom furious. He hated not getting what he wanted, even though it happened all the time. You were special to him! Why was that so difficult for the adults to understand?
You had to be special like him. You two might not be related by blood, but you two found each other at the orphanage, and that couldn’t be a coincidence. Besides, you were the only child at the orphanage that Tom could be around without becoming annoyed or angry. That had to count for something. That had to make you special in some way. Tom didn’t mind being the only magical child at the orphanage; he liked it. He liked being special and different, but you had to be special and different in some way too. He knew you were not just a plain child. Tom wouldn’t associate with you if you were.

LAST CHRISTMAS. tom riddle
( master list )
IN WHICH… Tom can’t fall in love, he shouldn’t be able to fall in love. So why does he love Y/N L/N with her yellow robes, doe eyes, and her obsession with snow so much that he’d kill anyone in his path to get to her?
Minor warnings : Not proof-read, kind of long, dark Tom Riddle, somewhat yandere
Tumblr media
“It may be hard to believe, but there was a time where Voldemort loved someone. He was young… barely eighteen. He loved her so much… that he would kill for her. So he did. He killed every boy interested in her and every girl who tormented her. And then he turned on her. Nobody knows what happened to sweet Y/N L/N. Maybe he killed her, maybe she got away… or maybe she stayed with him and let him taint her heart.
He was a boy who knew nothing of real love while she was a girl who wanted nothing but that.”
Tom couldn’t fall in love. He physically shouldn’t be able to fall in love. He wouldn’t let himself to fall in love. He would not allow himself that wretched moment of weakness his peers all seemed to suffer from.
Every day it was always, “Riddle, will you go out with me?” His answer was always no yet these lovesick girls never learned. They all flocked to him like annoying seagulls to a single, lonely chip.
“Excuse me,” A hand suddenly tapped Tom’s shoulder. He turned around, almost glowering at the girl in front of him. Before he could reject her, she spoke up. “You, uh, left this, Riddle.”
Of course, she knew his name but he didn’t know her’s.
She held out Tom’s precious diary and he was quick to snatch it out of her grip. He observed it, narrowing his eyes slightly before he subtly nodded. “Thank… you…” The words felt strange rolling off his tongue. He had never thanked anybody. He hesitated because he didn’t know her name.
“Y/N L/N.” She uttered, smiling.
“What?”
“My name is Y/N L/N. You seemed confused… so I thought you didn’t know me.”
Tom’s eyes flickered to the prefect badge pinned proudly to her robe. He arched an eyebrow. “You… you’re a prefect?” He questioned. He had never seen her at the meetings, which was strange because he noticed everyone.
“Yeah. Head girl.” Y/N beamed again, hardly offended by the fact that Tom didn’t know her despite them being counterparts.
Tom found it strange how he didn’t know her. He was supposed to considering she was the head girl. Tom observed her, staring at Y/N’s Hufflepuff uniform and the yellow ribbons intertwined with her braided hair.
“Right.” Tom muttered, clearing his throat.
“It was a pleasure talking to you, Riddle. I’ll see you around.” Y/N was the first to walk away. Tom wasn’t used to that because normally, he did that. He stared at Y/N’s back, eyebrows furrowed slightly.
Everybody was frightened by Tom’s cold demeanour, but not Y/N. She had approached him so casually without a second thought.
Tom shook his head, sighing under his breath. “Hufflepuffs.”
The next time Tom stumbled upon Y/N was when she had been cornered by three Slytherin girls. He recognized the ringleader as the girl he had rejected last week.
“Stay away from Tom.” The silver-haired girl grumbled, invading Y/N’s personal space. Y/N didn’t seem at all phased. She just smiled as she stared into the girl’s bright blue eyes.
“I’m sorry, who are you?” Y/N questioned, innocently tilting her head to the side.
“Just stay away from Tom, got it?” The Slytherin girl repeated, her glare hardening.
Tom cleared his throat from behind the trio, making his presence known. “Is there a problem here?” He asked, arching an eyebrow.
The trio of Slytherin girls instantly recognized his voice. “Riddle!” The ringleader exclaimed, jumping. She nervously smiled. “We were just helping L/N here. She needed help with… uh…” She trailed off, her eyes wildly darting around.
“Her makeup!” One of her friends piped up, “She likes a boy and wanted our help!”
The third girl quickly nodded and grabbed Y/N by the shoulders, pushing her forward. “Isn’t she pretty? Imagine how pretty she would be with makeup!”
Tom’s stare hardened. He glanced down at Y/N, his lips pressed into a thin line. “She’s pretty enough as is.” He spoke, reaching out to grasp a strand of Y/N’s hair. “Well, I’ll be needing her. Prefect business, you understand?” Tom ripped Y/N from the girl’s grasp and led her down the long, winding hallway.
“Do you always have to deal with those pests?” Tom questioned, looking at Y/N once more.
“They aren’t that bad. They were worse in first year.” She smiled but that didn’t comfort Tom.
“You shouldn’t let them push you around. I’ll talk to them and make sure they never bother you again.” Tom furrowed his eyebrows.
“Oh, you don’t have to do that.” Y/N uttered, but Tom didn’t hear her. He was already walking off, his hands shoved deep into his pockets. Y/N frowned. “I hope he doesn’t kill them… he looks like the type.”
Y/N sighed, shaking her head. “No. He wouldn’t murder anybody. He’s the head boy.” She walked off in the opposite direction, quietly humming under her breath, unknown to the horrors Tom was committing with his damn pet snake.
Y/N strutted into the Great Hall, ready to eat dinner and gossip about useless things with her friends. But when she approached her companions, she was overwhelmed with their questions.
“Y/N, did you hear about the attacks?”
“I heard those three Slytherin bullies were targeted.”
“Well, they kind of deserved it. It’s not like they’re fully dead. They’re just stone.”
Y/N sat down, confused. “What happened?” And asked, tilting her head to the side.
Bella was the first to explain. “You know those three Slytherin girls who are always picking on you? They were all found turned to stone.” She looked around to make sure nobody was listening before she leaned forward and whispered, “The professors say it wasn’t a hex so they don’t really know what to do.”
“Oh… that’s…” Y/N couldn’t muster up any words. She glanced over at Tom, who was drinking out of his golden goblet. He locked eyes with her and his lips twisted into a cruel smirk.
“Did they find the perpetrator?” Y/N questioned, looking at Bella.
“No. I heard a few students talking about some sort of chamber but I wasn’t close enough to hear anything else.”
For the rest of dinner, Y/N was distracted by the way Tom kept glancing over at her. She felt a sick feeling in her stomach and she tried to convince herself that Tom played no part in this whole mess.
“I think I’m going to go to bed early.” Y/N stiffly smiled as she drank the last of her water from her cup.
Y/N quickly stood up, speed-walking out of hall. She heard someone following her and she spun around, hoping it wasn’t Tom. Luckily, it wasn’t.
It was a Gryffindor boy with messy black hair and stunning blue eyes. He grinned at her. “Y/N L/N, right?”
She slowly nodded.
“Listen, I’ve been interested in you for a while and I don’t want you to feel inclined to accepting my offer, but I would love if you would come to Hogsmeade with me.”
Y/N awkwardly smiled. “Ah, sorry, I’m a little busy. Maybe next time?” She suggested, trying to brush past the boy. But he grasped her wrist
“Are you sure?” He asked.
“You heard her the first time. She’s busy.” Tom had walked to stand behind the boy, towering over him with a mean glare.
“Right.” The Gryffindor thickly swallowed, “I’ll be on my way, then.” He scurried off, almost tripping over his robes.
“You didn’t have to scare him off.” Y/N murmured as she spared Tom a look before resuming her walk to the Hufflepuff common room. Tom followed after her, which unsettled Y/N.
She should have been placed in Gryffindor with how brave she was to eventually confront Tom. “What did you do with those Slytherin girls?” She softly inquired.
She heard Tom chuckle. “I didn’t do anything. Trust me.”
“It’s a bit hard to trust you when you smirked at me like that.” Y/N furrowed her eyebrows.
“I never touched those girls. I merely gave them a warning before leaving them. And next thing I know, they were turned to stone. Some Ravenclaw first year found them.”
Y/N stared into Tom’s eyes, looking for any indication that he was lying. It was a bit hard to read him considering he barely had any emotions. But there was a gleam in his usually blank eyes.
“Okay.” She whispered, despite not fully believing him.
Tom had ended up walking Y/N to her common room and she politely nodded. “Good night, Riddle.”
“Call me Tom. Good night, Y/N.”
Rowan, the poor Gryffindor boy who had asked Y/N out, was the next target. Though, he wasn’t found turned to stone. His body was entirely mutilated and Y/N took pity on the third year girl who had discovered his body in the bathroom.
Y/N sat with Bella, pushing her food around on her silver plate. On instinct, she glanced at Tom. He had that same infuriating smirk and this time, he slightly raised his goblet. His actions made his friends laugh.
“I’m leaving for class early. See you at lunch, Bella.”
Her friend hummed, too busy staring at a boy from across the room to notice Y/N’s uneasiness.
Y/N stiffened as she saw Tom stand up out of the corner of her eye. She tried to speed walk away but he easily caught up to her.
“What did you do do him?” She asked, referring to Rowan. He had no enemies and Tom was the only person Y/N could think of. After all, the head boy hadn’t seemed too pleased to see Y/N talking with Rowan.
“Accusing me again? There’s an actual murderer on the loose and instead, you’re pointing fingers at me?” Tom let out a small scoff while Y/N silently stared up at him. “I’m head boy. Do you really think I would decapitate a body?”
“Nobody said anything about the body being decapitated.”
“I saw it. As head boy, I was at the scene.”
Y/N narrowed her eyes while Tom mentally cursed at his mistake. Hufflepuffs were usually easy to gaslight, but not Y/N. And that annoyed Tom.
“They’re still observing the body but I wouldn’t be walking alone if I were you. This attacker seems to be targeting people who are,” Tom took a step closer to Y/N, “All alone.”
Tom cunningly grinned as he shrugged. “Enjoy your walk, Y/N.”
Y/N didn’t want to take any chances with Tom since he was her prime suspect. But if he was the murderer, why wasn’t she his next victim? She was alone and the castle was deserted. Now would be the perfect time.
Tom chuckled as the cogs in Y/N’s head started moving. He was going to strut away from the Hufflepuff but Y/N was quick to grab his sleeve.
“Walk me to class.” She demanded. For the first time in a long time, Tom felt his cheeks heat up. And strange enough, he felt a jolt of lightning pass through his body when Y/N’s grasped him.
He concealed those odd emotions. “With pleasure.”
Potions was their first class. Usually, Gryffindors and Slytherins were put together but this year the school decided to mix it up. Classes were now decided on a student’s academic record. And lucky for Tom, all of his courses were with Y/N. Never had he been so glad that one of his peers had almost beaten him for the spot of top student.
Y/N tried to sit away from Tom but he dragged her to a table near his friends. She nervously sat down, tapping her foot against the floor.
She could feel someone burning holes into her back with their glare and Y/N looked over her shoulder, locking eyes with a Ravenclaw girl. She sneered at Y/N.
The H/C-haired teenager slowly turned her head to look at her textbook, but her peace was short lived when a cauldron came crashing down on her head.
It hit her with such force that her head jolted forward and slammed against the wooden table. A sickening crack was heard and the class went silent.
Tom and his friends were the first to react. Avery lifted Y/N and helped her sit up. Her nose was heavily bleeding and the crimson liquid dribbled down her chin, staining the pages of her new and crisp book.
Malfoy held his hands underneath her chin to catch most of the blood while Avery dapped at Y/N’s nose with the sleeve of his robe.
Rosier grabbed the cauldron, slamming it back down in front of the Ravenclaw. At that very moment, Professor Slughorn entered.
He observed the bizarre scene, effortlessly piecing everything together. “Tom, my boy, please escort Miss L/N to the hospital wing. You may bring Mr Avery and Mr Malfoy with you. Rosier, Mulciber, Nott, Lestrange, I want a full explanation of what happened.” Slughorn turned to the Ravenclaw, “Miss Li, I will also require your explanation.”
Hyehi Li, the girl who had thrown the cauldron at Y/N’s head, was gone. She was found by the Ravenclaw Quidditch up on the roof, impaled onto a sharp spear. The students of Hogwarts were growing restless. Parents wanted to collect their kids but the murderer could be anybody, staff or student. Therefore, it was imperative that the professors worked fast to track the attacker down.
Y/N sat in her dorm, thinking to herself. All of the people attacked were connected to her. The three Slytherin girls had bullied her, Rowan had somewhat flirted with her, and Hyehi had injured Y/N. And Tom was there to witness all three incidents.
There wasn’t anybody else who could be doing these things. Y/N was also aware of Tom’s fascination with the dark arts.
It was Christmas Eve and since the school couldn’t technically hold the students in the castle over the holiday, they had no choice but to let them go.
Y/N’s parents were on a trip right now, so she had to stay behind. Not many students wanted to stay at Hogwarts, but Y/N knew Tom and his posse would be roaming the halls.
She was nervous to walk out of the common room, but she was hungry, even at this time when it was close to midnight, and the kitchen was so close.
“L/N!” A voice Y/N didn’t recognize suddenly called out. She turned around, watching a Slytherin boy jog towards her. She recognized him as a year below her.
“Ah… you shouldn’t be talking to me, it’s not safe.” Y/N had come to the conclusion that any boy or girl who teased or flirted with her was in serious trouble if Tom ever found in.
“Why? I just wanted to say happy Christmas Eve. And thanks for helping me with my homework this year. I don’t know what I would’ve done without you.”
Y/N stiffly smiled and nodded her head. “You’re welcome. Good bye.” Y/N wanted to leave but the boy blocked her path.
“Do you have anybody to celebrate Christmas with? You’re always welcome in the Slytherin common room. Riddle seems to have taken a liking to you.”
Speak of the devil, Y/N could hear Avery’s loud laughs from just around the corner. And where Avery was, Tom and his friends were sure to follow.
Y/N’s eyes slightly widened. “Please leave me alone… for your sake.” She whispered, trying to brush past him. But the boy didn’t seem to sense the urgency in Y/N’s voice as he grabbed her shoulder just as Tom came into sight.
A feeling of dread overcame Y/N as Tom approached the pair. “Onyx.” He greeted the boy by the last name. “What business do you have with Y/N?”
Onyx, as oblivious as ever, smiled. “I was just thanking her for helping me. And I was going to invite her to spend Christmas in the Slytherin chamber.”
Tom narrowed his eyes as he slowly nodded. “… I see. We’ll have to finish decorating the tree then. Come on.” Tom guided Onyx with a firm hand on his back. Y/N’s breath trembled and finally having had enough of being connected to all the murders, she silently followed Tom and his friends and Onyx.
There was a loud bang and as Y/N peeked around the corner, she almost gasped. Avery, the supposed sweet boy who had helped her with her bloody nose, had just knocked Onyx out cold.
“Let’s get this over with quickly. I have some matters to attend to.” Tom pulled out his wand, pointing the tip at Onyx. “Avada Kedavra.” There was a blinding flash of green light and then all was still.
Y/N stumbled back. She quickly sprinted off, making sure to be quiet and not leave anything behind. She burst into the Hufflepuff common room and began to wildly knock on every door.
“Why is no one here?!” She exclaimed, pounding her fist against the wall. “The headmaster and Slughorn are gone too! And Dumbledore- Wait, I can tell Dumbledore!”
She rushed to the exit but crashed into a tall figure. She fell back, hitting her head.
“You didn’t think you would actually get away, did you?” It was just Tom this time. His friends were nowhere to be seen.
Y/N scrambled back but Tom easily outstretched a hand, grabbing her collar and pulling her up. “I got you a gift.” He said, handing Y/N a narrowly wrapped present as soon as the clock struck midnight.
“If it’s part of a body, I don’t want it.”
Tom merely smiled. “Open it and find out.”
Y/N opened the lid a tiny bit, jumping when she saw a pure white snake inside. It hissed and bared it’s sharp fangs at her.
“Sweet dreams, amour.” Tom uttered, stepping forward and knocking the present out of Y/N’s grasp. The box fell and the snake swiftly slithered over to Y/N’s ankle. “I love you.”
He harshly pressed his lips to Y/N’s just as the snake opened its mouth and sank its fangs into her flesh.
“Is this really the best way to do it?” Avery questioned as him and Lestrange pulled a wooden plank from their dorm floor. “We could just hide her dead body in a closet. Though, eventually, her corpse is going to rot and stink.”
Tom, from his position on his bed, tilted his head to the side. “Who said anything about her being dead?”
Nott arched an eyebrow and laughed. “She’s not actually alive, is she? Because stuffing her in there would be cruel.”
“Since when did you care about being cruel?” Tom retorted, “To be honest, I’m not actually sure whether she’s dead or not. I checked her pulse and there was none but her heart is still beating. It’s… strange. And fascinating.”
Tom’s lips curled into a smirk.
Y/N was shoved beneath the floor boards right next to Tom’s bed. He lay down, closing his eyes and listening to the dull thumping beat of Y/N’s heart.
All that happened last year. Y/N’s body was never found and Hogwarts lost a bright student. Tom’s friends could never hear Y/N’s heartbeat but Tom could.
He heard it at night when he was cramming in some late night study.
He heard it when he was kissing another girl in his bed and it reminded him of who his heart belonged to.
He heard it as he descended into a dark madness that not even Dumbledore could stop.
And he heard it as he yelled the very same spell he had yelled at Onyx on that fateful night at Harry Potter. Up in the castle, Y/N’s body still lay shoved deep under.
As Tom Riddle, now known as Voldemort, faded into nothing, he could hear Y/N’s heartbeat get louder and louder and he was reminded of what he had done to the sweet Hufflepuff.
That was her last Christmas and she had spent it under the floor, dead but not fully, never to be found or seen or heard from again.
“Last Christmas, I gave you my heart… but the very next day you stuffed it underneath the floorboards with the rest of my corpse until the sound of my heartbeat intensified your descent into madness.”

[Caffeinate Me]
Tumblr media
You’re the daughter of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy. You had recently graduated from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with some of the best scores the school had ever seen. You’re a powerful witch and you know it.
You were aware that your family had dealings with the Dark Lord, Lord Voldemort. However, you had yet to be involved. If you were home when the Dark Lord came to visit, your mother told you to go upstairs and stay quiet. You wondered if Voldemort knew your existed, and if so, why you hadn’t been drafted to be a Death Eater like your brother Draco.
Today started like any other day. You woke up, went downstairs for breakfast and washed up when everyone was finished eating. As you put the dishes away, your mother approached you and whispered in your ear, “the Dark Lord is coming. You know what to do.” You nodded in response. You quickly finished putting away the dishes and turned on your heels. You walked to the large staircase at the entrance of your home and swiftly walked up them and down the long hallway leading to your bedroom. You were to keep yourself silent until you were called for.
As soon as you reached your bedroom, you closed the door and lay on your bed. For a few moments you stared at the ceiling, listening out for the arrival of the Dark Lord, however all you heard was your brother and father arguing.
“It’s not time yet father,” you heard Draco murmur.
“I think it is time Draco,” your father hissed in response. “Do you dare question my actions?”
There was a moment of silence before Draco responded. “No father.”
You heard two pairs of footsteps walk down the hall and suddenly you were alone with your thoughts again. You couldn’t help but want to know what it was your father and brother were arguing about. What wasn’t it time for? You weren’t sure but you’d ask Draco about it later. You continued to lay on your bed and stared at the ceiling as you heard the chatter begin downstairs signalling the arrival of the Dark Lord. You closed your eyes and soon fell into a deep slumped.
A significant time must have passed while you were asleep. You woke up to a dark room, the only light being from the moon outside of your window. You sat up in bed and rubbed the sleep from your eyes with a yawn. You stood up from your position on the bed and moved to the door, listening out closely to hear any signs of life from downstairs.
Silence.
You had assumed somebody had called for you while you were asleep which is why you had never heard so you made your way out of your room and down the hall. The stairs seemed never ending in the dark as you walked down them, being careful so as not to trip on the way. You made your way to the closed dining room door, still listening out for conversation that wasn’t there. You took that as a sign the Dark Lord and all the other Death Eaters had all left so, slowly, you opened the dining room door and peered around.
Your eyes widened.
“There’s my princess,” he said. At the head of the table, where your father would usually be at dinner, Voldemort sat. An extremely pale being, adorned in deep green robes, the Slytherin house colours. You looked at the table top to see a huge serpent, the biggest serpent you’ve ever seen, making itself at home. Around the table were the Dark Lords loyal followers including your mother, father and brother. You were overcome with fear, unable to move as Voldemort beckoned you towards him with a pale finger. “Come, princess,” he spoke quietly.
You wanted to run, but you knew in your heart it was futile. He would catch you, no matter where you fled. You looked to your father who nodded to you, signalling that you should do as the Dark Lord said. With wide eyes and shaky steps, you made your way over to him. Once you reached his side, Voldemort grasped your hips and dug his long fingernails into the jumper you were wearing before pulling you down to sit on his lap. Your eyes widened even more, if that was even possible, and numerous thoughts spun around in your mind. “My lord-” your father started, but was quickly silenced.
“Now now Lucius,” Voldemort hissed. “This is all part of our agreement.”
Agreement?
You looked to your father and mother in confusion but the two avoided your gaze, eyes fixed on the Dark Lord. “What’s the matter princess? You’re trembling,” Voldemort whispered in your right ear. His breath was hot against your skin, but despite that you felt the goosebumps rise on your arms. “Did your parents not tell you? They really thought keeping you away from me would stop what was meant to be.”
“E-Excuse me?” You asked, a slight stutter on your tongue.
“Dear dear,” Voldemort tutted, shaking his head before looking at your father. Then, Voldemort turned his attention to you, his fingers grasping your chin and forcing you to look at him. “My princess. We are to be married.”
“Married?!” You yelped in surprise. You attempted to jump off the Dark Lord’s lap, but he kept you planted firmly where he wanted you. “I-I can’t get married.”
“My dear Y/N,” he whispered. “You have no choice. You will learn to love me.”
You couldn’t help but shiver at his words. How could you love him? He had sounded so sinister in that moment and it clicked in your head, this is what your father and Draco were arguing about earlier before you had fallen asleep. You looked around the table at the Death Eaters. “But why me?” You asked.
“My princess,” Voldemort spoke, his tone soft. “You are the most powerful witch I know and if anybody can help me, I know it’s you.” His eyes held a raw determination you had never seen before. “We will have powerful children.”
“Children?!” You yelped again.
Your father seemed to stiffen at the mention of you having children and this didn’t go unnoticed by the Dark Lord. Voldemort looked to your father with a smile on his face before looking back at you, “should we start now? You have a free bedroom, do you not?” His tone was mocking as his hands rubbed at your hips. Your father couldn’t help but stand up, slamming his hands on the table in front of him. Voldemort simply chuckled. “Is there a problem, Lucius?”
Your father pursed his lips and sat back down again. Gritting his teeth he shook his head. You could tell he was desperate to say something but feared what would happen to him if he did. Your mother placed her hand on his arm in an attempt to keep him calm. “Lucius,” she whispered, a warning almost.
Voldemort turned to you once more once your father had backed down. A sickeningly sweet yet twisted smile lay on his lips. Your heart was pounding in your chest, whether it was from fear or embarrassment you weren’t quite sure. Voldemort brought his hand up to stroke your hair and admired the glint of fear that burned in your eyes. You opened your mouth to speak but were unsure of what to say, so, you closed your mouth. Your head was spinning.
“What’s wrong, my princess?” The Dark Lord whispered in your ear. You opened your mouth to speak again, but no words came out. “My pet, these are all your loyal servants. They will do anything you ask them to do. All you have to do is be by my side.” You turned your attention from the Dark Lord to the Death Eaters sitting around the table, but none of them looked your way. None of them would help you in your current situation, not even your family. You gulped hard as Voldemort's hands moved along your hips, nails digging into the fabric of your shirt ever so slightly, almost as if it was a reminder of who he was and the power he held. You felt trapped, powerless at this moment in time. You felt his lips ghost over your neck, licking at the soft flesh covering your jugular vein. “All of this will be yours and so much more.” He pushed you off his lap and stood up. He towered over you, his presence felt threatening. “Come, my dear.”
“Where are we going?” You ask, a slight stutter in your voice.
“Back to my home,” Voldemort grinned. “You will be living with me from now on. All your belongings will be brought back to our home.”
Your eyes widened with surprise and you immediately began to shake your head with defiance. “I-I can’t!” You cry out, looking to your father and mother for help. Neither of them looked your way. “Mother! Father! Tell him!”
Your father finally looked at you. There was sadness in his eyes. “Y/N,” he spoke softly. “You have to go.”
“You cannot be serious,” You snapped, eyes filled with fury. You turned to see Voldemort standing next to you, his hand outstretched.
“Come my dear,” he whispered, beckoning you. You looked to your family in one last attempt for help, but to no avail. You sighed silently, and slumped your shoulders in defeat. You knew you had no choice. You stormed past Voldemort and out of your now previous home.
A few days had passed since that day. You were still getting used to this whole arrangement. You missed your family, though. You missed your gentle mother, stubborn father and obnoxious brother to no end. You jumped as the bedroom door opened, revealing The Dark Lord himself. You hadn’t seen him since that day so you were shocked at his presence. “What are you doing?” You shrieked. “I could have been naked or-or anything!”
“It’s only a matter of time before I see you naked, my princess,” Voldemort grinned. You squirmed at the thought of having sex with him. “I came to announce that your family will be arriving shortly for the ceremony.”
“What ceremony?” You asked, raising an eyebrow.
“Our wedding of course,” the Dark Lord responded. He held his hand out to you like he did that day, beckoning you to come to him. “You should get ready. Your dress is this way.”
You stood up off of the bed and made your way over to him cautiously. This was all moving really, really fast. “Wedding? Already?” You asked, raising an eyebrow. “It’s only been a few days…”
“There is no need to wait, my princess,” The Dark Lord spoke, ushering you to the spare bedroom. “In here, everything is waiting for you.”
You walked into the bedroom. Your mother was sitting on the bed with her head in her hands. As soon as you entered, she shot up, a smile on her face when she saw your form. “Y/N…” She whispered, automatically pulling you in for a hug.
“Mother,” you whispered back. You looked back to see Voldemort was nowhere to be seen, you closed the door quickly, looking at your mother. “I don’t want this…” You shook your head to the side.
“But you have to, my dear,” your mother replied back. “For our family.”
“But-”
“No buts,” she said. “This has to be done.”
It made no sense to you. None of it was making any sense. You knew of none of this before the other day and now it was your wedding day! Your mother moved to the side, revealing a beautiful deep green wedding dress. “Your dress,” your mother smiled.
Your eyes widened at the sight of the dress. It was beautiful, not your traditional wedding dress but it was still beautiful. “When was all this decided?” You asked, your fingers trailing the seam of the dress.
“When you were a young girl,” your mother responded. You looked at her with shock, but didn’t say anything else. “Come now. Let’s get you ready.” You nodded, remaining silent. Your mother did your hair and make-up before helping you with your dress. You felt like a princess, but this isn’t the way you thought your wedding day would go… Or who it would be with. There was a knock on the door as your dress slipped on. “Come in!” Your mother called.
It was your father. He walked in, his eyes widening when he saw you. “You look… Beautiful…” Your father whispered as he walked into the room. He looked you up and down with a slight smile on his face.
“Thank you,” you mumbled, not looking at him.
Your father nodded before speaking again, “he’s ready for you now.”
Your mother nodded and grabbed your arm, your father grabbing your other arm as they led you out into the room and into the main hall of the house. You looked around at the ceiling adorned with fairy-lights and vines, they contrasted perfectly with the dark walls. At the end of the makeshift wedding venue, Lord Voldemort stood. His face twisted into a grin the second he saw you. It sent a shiver up your spine. Your mother and father walked you down the aisle as the music played. Your heart was racing. You spotted Draco sitting at the front, his eyes full of sorrow. He didn’t want this for you. When you reached the altar, Voldemort took your hands in his immediately, his long fingernails cutting your hand slightly.
“You look simply delectable my princess,” he whispered to you.
You remained silent again as the priest began the ceremony. It was over quicker than it began, nobody in the room objecting to your new matrimony. “You may now kiss the bride,” the priest spoke, closing the book he was holding.
The Dark Lord looked at you, before quickly cupping your face in his hands and pulling you close to him before you could even reject him. His tongue licked your lips desperately, almost as if he was begging for entrance into your mouth. You shook your head ‘no’ but his hand snaked down to your waist, squeezing lightly. You squeaked and opened your mouth involuntarily, Voldemort's tongue invading your senses. There were cheers from the Death Eaters around you, but you felt sick to your stomach. You were now married to the Dark Lord.
“Come, princess,” Voldemort whispered to you as he pulled away. “Let us seal this marriage.”
He grabbed your hand and led you up the stairs. Your mother and father watched as you disappeared up the stairs. You gulped, knowing what was about to happen. The Dark Lord shoved you into your room before grabbing your hand once more and leading you to the bed. “Let’s make this a night to remember,” he whispered into your ear before slipping his hands up your dress. You squeezed your eyes shut tight and felt as his fingers danced around the top of your underwear before he quickly pulled them down. You already felt exposed despite nothing being on show to him. With one quick swipe, your dress was down by your ankles finally leaving you exposed to the Dark Lord.
“I…” You mumbled, unsure of what to say.
“You look so beautiful,” the Dark Lord said to you as his hands trailed down your soft body. “It’s as if you were made for me.”
His hands grasped your hips, pulling you down onto him. You let out a little squeak as you fell onto him causing the Dark Lord to let out a soft chuckle. His fingers made their way to your clit, stroking slow circles on the sensitive bundle of nerves. You couldn’t help but let out a soft moan. “Does that feel good?” He whispered into your ear, licking a stripe up your lobe. You let out a slow nod, nerves suddenly filling your stomach. He continued his motions on your clit seemingly desperate to please you. He flipped up his robe, revealing his pale and veiny cock, throbbing for you. Your eyes widened and the cliche thought of ‘will it fit’ ran through your head. “Don’t be so scared princess,” The Dark Lord continued to whisper to you. “It’ll be okay.”
“You’re… You’re huge,” you mumbled. This seemingly stroked his ego as the Dark Lord simply nodded, a smile on his face.
“I know my precious thing, I know.”
Voldemort rolled over so he was hovering above you, eyes boring into your own. The smile on his lips never faltered as he slicked his dick up your folds slowly, coating himself with your wetness. Without warning, he slammed inside of you. You let out a scream and waited for him to move, but he didn’t for a few seconds. Instead, the Dark Lord gave you time to adjust to his length, cooing into your ear as he did. It felt like a lifetime before he slowly started to thrust inside you, his lips moving to your neck and sucking at the sensitive skin. You bit your lip, trying not to moan as he slipped in and out of you with ease. It didn’t take long for his movements to speed up, his hips smashing into yours relentlessly. Against your will, a moan finally slipped past your lips, and it was loud. Voldemort used this as fuel to continue his pace, his lips still working at your neck as if it was the tastiest meal he had ever had. You continued to let out a variety of whimpers as you felt your orgasm nearing. “I-I can’t!” You cried out, arms wrapping around his neck to steady yourself.
“That’s it, my pet. Let everyone know how good I can make you feel,” he whispered into your ear. You squeezed your eyes shut once again as your orgasm finally washed over you, legs shaking violently as your cunt spasmed around the Dark Lords cock. “That’s it,” he cooed. “I can feel you pulsing around me.” You let out another cry of pleasure, nails digging into his robes to ground yourself. When your orgasm finally subsided, your brain was in too much of a haze to fully comprehend what happened next. Voldemort’s hips thrusted against you a few more times before he came inside of with, a sound comparable to a roar leaving his lips. His hips stuttered as thick ropes spurted from the tip of his cock deep inside of you, finally claiming you as his own.
There was silence for a few seconds as you caught your breath, your mind catching up on the events that had happened over the last few hours. You were married now, and to the Dark Lord of all people. “Such a good girl,” Voldemort muttered as he cupped your face in his hands. “We will have powerful children, my love. Just you wait.”
Before you could say anything he got off of you and fixed himself, and left the room leaving you all alone. You lay on the bed, naked, staring at the ceiling as you processed his words. Your heart raced at the possibility of getting pregnant. You weren’t ready, but you knew that didn’t matter to him. Now, all you could do was wait.. Only time would tell if you would get pregnant to the Dark Lord.

Hello! 🩷 What is your opinion about Tom Riddle's love? Is he able? Is he unable? What do you belive in? 🤭

Hi dearest! SO..
I love to be delusional and romanticize shit, but let’s take our pink glasses off here - no he is not.
Tom gets attached. Not in a romantic way, no, but in a more practical way. You make him feel comfortable. Tom likes watching you fuss over him, doting to his every need, making sure that he is well nourished and hydrated. He is a highly selfish person, and seeing you absolutely swooning over him strokes his ego immensely.
You’ve always been somewhere nearby, trailing behind him like a little puppy, looking up with so much admiration in your big doe eyes, and it felt good. Tom found himself getting more and more used to you, to the point that it felt only natural for both that you were attached to his hip.
Slowly but surely Tom started developing an obsession. Not a dreamy-like stuff small girls dream of before falling asleep, but a full-on dark twisted obsession. He deems and treats you more like a possession rather than a human being. Treasured, but still a possession. And Tom is rather possessive, greedy - you’re his. Your attention belongs to him, your touch, smile, your mere soul belong to him.
Or maybe a little pretty pet, something to bemuse him when Tom had free time. It’s no love, no. But it’s not that you complain. You may be his pet, but Tom likes his pet happy and satisfied.
So no, don’t think you can call it love. Tom may develop an attachment, powered by greed and selfishness, and your interests are not regarded too much.

The Forbidden Fruit
Tumblr media
A/N: This is set in Marauder's era just for controversy. This is my first time writing for Tom Riddle so do tell me if you want me to write more.
Tumblr media
She cursed her heart. There were so many other boys she could have a crush on. There was the sweet but shy Remus Lupin who was titled the boyfriend material by everyone. There was his best friend Sirius Black who is quite a charmer and known playboy with a soft heart. The list goes on. Hell, she even considered getting back with her ex-boyfriend Henry and that is saying a lot considering the messy breakup they had.
But Y/n was willing to do anything to keep her attention away from the infamous Slytherin Prefect Tom Riddle. She didn't mean to pay attention to him. It is something that just happened but she hoped he didn't notice and whatever she was feeling would pass away.
But he noticed. Oh, he noticed, how she looked at him and he enjoyed it. He knew how everyone looked at him, but the eyes that he enjoyed the most on him were Y/n's. They felt more innocent and pure than others and he loved ruining pure things. And now whenever she tried to steal a glance at him she saw him staring back at her with a growing smirk.
Tumblr media
He enjoyed how despite whoever she was talking to whenever he would walk by he could feel her eyes on him. He knew she was in denial.
Y/n was currently talking to Remus. He is handsome and intelligent and everything good but as soon as Tom Riddle walks by she senses a fiery passion within her and the way he looked at her didn't help it.
She felt a strange magnetic attraction to him. She knew it was wrong. He is the Heir of Slytherin, a dark wizard. She shouldn't think about how his touch would feel against her skin as she talks to another boy.
The snake that Tom Riddle is and he was tempting her to bite into the forbidden fruit once. He was looking for an opportunity and it seemed like fate was in his favor too as he was presented with a perfect one.
Tumblr media
It was almost curfew and Y/n was rushing to her dorm. She didn't realize how quickly time passed as she was in the library reading her book.
The corridor was as expected dimly lit and empty. On most late nights she would spot a few students she now recognized as she would often bump into them and have a little chat before leaving for her dorm. But tonight it felt like she was the only one who was out of her dorm, and even if she was alone why did she feel like someone was watching her.
Her breath quickened and her heart pounded against her chest as she quickened her step looking over her shoulder every now and then making sure nothing followed her. Her palm grew sweaty she felt as if the walls were closing in even if she was in the corridor where she could see the moon overlooking her.
She felt as if the breeze grew colder she started wondering did it really take this long to get to her dorm? Sure her mind is just playing tricks on her but she couldn't help but feel like something was hiding in the walls of the corridor waiting to attack her.
Her steps quickened when suddenly she heard a hiss behind her. She immediately turned around to see the same empty dimly lit corridor she just passed. She turned around quickly but she bumped into someone.
Tom Riddle was looking at her in amusement like a predator who caught its prey. He smirked "Miss L/n don't you know it's bad manners to stay out after curfew?"
She didn't dare look into his eyes, scared of what she might find. "I...I am...so sorry Mr. Riddle. I am walking back to my dorm right now." She was confused was it really past curfew? It did seem like she has been walking forever when it shouldn't take her this long to get to her dorm. It seemed that even the corridors of Hogwarts were in favor of the dark wizard as if presenting her to him as an offering.
"Let me walk you to your dorm Miss L/n. And please call me Tom" his voice felt like honey. His fingers twitched to just touch her once. For once he had a hard time keeping control and he didn't hate this feeling. No. Watching her squirm under his gaze made him love the feeling.
"Uh...no I'll be fine it's not that far now" in pure honesty she had no idea how far her dorm is now. It seemed like she had been walking for hours only to be where she started. She began to walk away when he grabbed her wrist. She could feel his cold glare on her.
"Please. I insist". his grip tightened on her wrist. He grinned as he felt her pulse quicken. He was going to have so much fun with her, he thought.
She nodded still not meeting his eyes. He walked towards her and grabbed her jaw making her look into his eyes. Her eyes told him a different story. He could see everything, he caressed her cheek.
It felt like she could hear him even if he wasn't even speaking to her.
Mine. Mine. Mine
"Is something the matter Miss L/n". He had the audacity to grin as he asked her. He could see in her eyes as she slowly let her guard down. He got even closer to her. She took two steps back as he took one step towards her until she yelped as she her back hit the wall. He put his arms against the wall trapping her between the wall and him.
He nuzzled her pulse point on her neck. He could feel her blood pump "It's ok Y/n, you can let go." He opened the first two buttons of her shirt and tugged her collar down exposing her shoulder.
She gasped as he started giving open-mouthed kisses on her shoulder and neck, grabbing her by her waist, and getting as close as humanly possible to her, pressing his body against her. "I got you, it's ok to let go." She shivered as he caressed her waist. "Say my name. Let me be yours"
"Tom".
He groaned as his name fell from her lips. She has indulged. She has bitten the forbidden fruit the snake had asked her to bite. He held her neck and whispered in her ear. "Y/n. You love me don't you?"
"I...I do" she didn't even think twice.
He chuckled and tilted her head as he kissed her. She could feel his breath and lips, she couldn't believe this was happening. He bit her lip earning a gasp from her.
"Oh I am going to have so much fun with you Y/n" He wrapped his arms around her pulling her into an embrace and she held onto him.
Tumblr media
The next morning she woke up it all felt like a fever dream. Was it really a fever dream if she could still feel his touch, his breath on her skin, his kiss.
She got up from her bed and went to the washroom. She gasped as she looked up in the mirror and saw purple bite marks on her neck and shoulder. She panicked. She tried to put cold water on it. She ran back to her room, and she tried to make it go away.
Tears threatened to fall from her eyes. She cursed herself. How could she do this? She rubbed all the creams and lotions she had on her neck and shoulders trying to forget what took place the other night. Trying to forget how easily she gave in to Tom Riddle. Trying to ignore how bad she wanted to be with him.
When suddenly she heard a burst of laughter coming from her bed. She turned around to see Tom on her bed laying so casually as if he has been there several times.
"How did you get in?"
He got up and walked towards her "if I can arrange the corridors to meet you darling then a silly locked door cannot keep me apart from you". She yelped as he pulled her against his chest "and neither can you. So just stop fighting and join me. Be my queen. Can't you see? You were meant for me. I was meant for you"
Madness. That is what she saw in his eyes. Purity. That is what he saw in her eyes. Yes, they were meant for each other and Y/n has to soon accept that fact. For she will soon rule the wizarding world with him. For him, she was perfect for the role and she will see it. For her, this was her fate now.

amortentia yandere son tom riddle with mother reader
Born under the amortentia influence, Tom is potentially the worse yandere. When he was a baby, when someone other than his mother held him in his arms, he would have fits of crying. He used crying as a weapon to be in his mother's arms and side. Tom spends all his time with his mother. The friend doesn't want to sneeze and move away from her mother. He tries everything to keep other children, people away from his mother. He tries every possible way to keep his mother at home. He finds magic or a solution so that he can even watch his mom while he's at school. After school is over, her mother is no longer allowed to go out. His mother can only talk to him. His mother is a nightingale in a golden cage. This type of Tom is more inclined to torture and kill.
