Why dosent Vivi from the Cruel Prince get more hate?

She not only hangs out with Cardan and his crew while being fully aware of the things they do to her sisters, but also refuses to go to the lectures in favour of going to the mortal realm while, leaving her sisters alone and helpless against the other gentry children and this allows them to to what they want with Jude and Taryn because they are mortals.

While the twins willingly submit themselves to this let’s face it what choice do they have ? Unlike Vivi they have to do this to stay on Madocs good books in order to survive as not only humans in Elfhame but as orphans.

She not only refuses to acknowledge that unlike her, her sisters, had to adapt to the ways of Elfhame to survive but, she actively consistently and openly resents them for it

She repetitively says that she hates her fairy heritage but still uses it when it’s convenient for her like when she used glamor on Heather instead of walking her through the shit hole of a new world, that she only told her about a few days ago. She says she wants to live in the mortal realm but doesn’t want to live like mortal, but wants to use faire powers to get it her way

She is incredibly selfish only thinking of herself and her own amusement and comfort while willingly forgetting the dangers her sisters are exposed to daily

This is my argument to why we should start a Vivi hate train

I really, really hate Derek. He's an asshole and has zero redeeming qualities. Compared to every other murderer in btd games. Stabbing him was the best part of his route, and I did not feel bad at all. I imagine how his corpse is left to mummify in the desert, in great detail. But he's still my fav. I love him.

still so insanely baffled at tdp s4. the emotional impact of each of the first entire three seasons was fucking insane and then the whole of season four felt like one obscenely long transitional episode. it felt like nothing happened. it felt like the season was FINALLY starting and then it just ended. it was like everyone just ran around in the grass for 80% of the runtime. the world did not feel three dimensional the plot did not feel dynamic.

there were a few scenes thrown into the mix that were clearly meant to be emotional and moving and like yeah I guess they were but it felt so vague. the scenes ended and you were like ok so?? to what end??? it wore off immediately when there was nothing for it to stick to. in a show with a plot that has previously been so involved, with everything happening for a reason, and everything being connected in the end or leading into new world building stuff, it felt so.. untethered. like events were just Happening. it was so out of place with the established tone of the project. nothing was really explained to us, it was just presented on a busted looking paper plate and we were supposed to swallow it without question.

this is also completely ignoring the character decisions that were made that felt VERY out of the blue to me. amaya and janai's huge cultural misunderstanding that lasted an entire episode—and that happened AFTER they were engaged—felt like something that should not still be an issue for them after however many years and a fucking promise ring or whatever. it was also just such a tired portrayal of misunderstanding; it's been done that way a million times and there was nothing new or creative about the delivery, a blandness and lack of effort that I thought below this show just in general.

likewise the rayla thing where they just operated amidst extreme awkwardness and did not address what was a clear emotional issue until (if memory serves) the final moments of the damn season was such a huge jump from the emotional intelligence and awareness, the willingness and ability to tackle hard things promptly and effectively, that was demonstrated by all three of the mainest main characters for the first Three seasons.

I just do not understand what fucking happened dude I don't get it I can't believe we waited three years for this. there's having unreasonably high hopes and being rather deservedly let down, and then there is having hopes that are literally on par with what the dynamics and tone that have been well established in every previous season and STILL getting slapped in the face. I don't Get it I don't like it I dont get it. hell on earth
