TMNT AU/iteration ask game!

Or just me putting one of my bigger AU project’s lore (some of it) here by using questions (from somebody else’s because I’m too lazy to make my own) and answering it myself

Note:

Iteration/AU version

(AU Used:When worlds collide/Ninjago inspired ROTTMNT AU/MysticCoded tmnt iteration)

It could also be a iteration of you want,This AU’s main focus is about having more depth with Mystic things related and other worlds other than earth and the prison dimension (kinda having the same premise as ninjago/ninjago dragons rising but it’s not actually ninjago,just an inspired one,also ATLA).This will have some ROTTMNT related stuff but it has so many changes that it could also be my own tmnt iteration

SETTING:

Where is your au/iteration set?

New York City but it grow and became more advanced as the years go by due to a mutagen bomb incident and _____ ,it also has underlying japan traditions due to some yokai inhabitants from Hidden city under Tokyo migrating there because of the same said tragedy

Bare with me,I’m still making a strong world-build

Do the turtles live in the sewers?

No,they live in a large wooden mansion located in a rural mountain that is owned by the previous Hamato clan members,it is usually passed down to the next generation,so Splinter’s mother gave the estate to him as the next owner

What is the lair like?

Large and wide.The mansion has three upper floors and five lower floors that is hidden underground.

Most necessary rooms are upstairs like the bedrooms,living room,kitchen,planning room,bathroom,shower room while the extras are down like the gym,training room,war room,dungeon,library,Donnie’s lab,Mikey’s personal art room,Raph’s rage room and Leo’s ‘private’ room.The lowest floor also has some ancient texts and books and other artifacts that Splinter was able to obtain and get,other things are unknown and private.

Do the turtles have money? If so, how do they get it?

No,they don’t have jobs (since their supposed to be heroes).But Donnie has suspiciously have some money in his pocket,the reason how is unknown (Raph is not buying his excuses)

What is the origin of the mutagen?

Mutagen was made by ____ (Im still trying to make its origin)

Is there a battle nexus? Is it a respected facility or operated by criminals?

Both,It’s run by illegal criminals and lead by Silivia or a.k.a Big Mama,but is so popular and well organized to not be bankrupt that is left alone by the authorities and only left with a warning to not do illegal activities (And you know BM is not doing that from her given nature)

Are there aliens?

Do inter-dimensional beings from different worlds and dimensions counts as aliens?

Are there yokai/magical beings?

Yes,they’re already common citizens and inhabiters in earth and some other worlds in this AU/iterations

Are there other dimensions?

Yes,pretty much,it’s common but not too common that people from earth can go,only selected ones can and one of them is the hamato clan (because their job and all that)

Are there utrom/kraang?

……..Yes…….but I won’t specify any longer than,Yes,they are part of the plot

PLOT:

Who is the main villain?

It depends on the Arc but the most active one and has the most destruction is……The Shredder,Agent Bishop,Big Mama and [REDACTED]

but I’m still plotting so,it could change

What is the main villain’s motivation?

Classic Rise Shredder wants and desires,Bishop is power hungry and thinks he is cooler than ambrosia,Big Mama is a power hog and is doing illegal stuff without authorities knowing even if she was already given a warning and ‘I can’t tell you who this person is and what are there goals because it will really ruin the plot and give spoiler alerts and might also ruin me if you guys know’

Who are some villains that are less of a threat?

Uhhh…..Same minor villains in Rise but also some few new ones like Beepbop and Rocksteady,fishface,Tigerclaw,The black cats and some other people

What is going on with the foot clan?

Still serving the fallen shredder and still causing havoc,the first members are inter-dimensional and from the same dimension were The Shredder and [REDACTED] is from

Is the Hamato clan history relevant? How did the clan originate?

Yes,very very much,it’s important to the story;I can’t say much because it will bring too much plot spoiler so I could only say is….The first members were not from earth

Were the turtles and Splinter mutated intentionally?

The turtles,Yes but Splinter,maybe maybe-ish

Do any characters get mutated during the story?

Uhhhhh…

Do any characters die during the story?

Plot spoilers,sorry

Do any characters get disabled during the story?

Yes…You already know who cause you like amputating the poor boy

Do the turtles go to space?

Yes,it’s for the later Arcs so I still don’t have a solid plot for it

Do the turtles time travel?

Yes but No

Too much and too many,I still have to work on it

Nope,same as rise but few added DNA

Nope,same as rise but Leo is the older twin

Is Donnie only knowledgeable with technology? If not, what else are they interested in?

No;This Donnie is the same as Rise but also has a large affinity for mystic and magic and stuff and stuff

His creations has a good mixture of mystic tech that makes him both deadly in high tech and mystic fields

Who is the leader of the group? How did they become the leader?

Raph,same as rise;it’s due to his excellent discipline skills and the fastest one to be mature then the other boys,unlike rise!splinter,this one knows his capability but as the same as the original,he tries to give his own role as protector/parent due to sheer weight of its duty and pleading ignorance

Leo is next to the line of leadership but tries to make sure Raph stays as leader (you know why but also some other ‘personal’ reasons),but that’s not going to happen in a particular arc

Who is the team medic?

Leo,but Mikey was able to be in his footsteps when he was able to learn how to be a good medic,it’s a great help especially if Leo is away for solo missions

Donnie can help it but his system goes ‘Nope,not today’ when he sees blood or other gross stuff in heavy doses,Raph can’t because his too panicky and concerned if he’ll make it worse if he tries to lend a hand

Who is the best cook?

Mikey and also Leo,but Mikey is the ‘I’m the cook for any occasion and time’ chef and Leo is the ‘I can cook but for complicated meals and when the kitchen is a death trap to make it more daring/fun’ chef

Donnie can make decent light foods but he prefers baking and Raph is too big for the kitchen,he tries to help though if he can

Who is the best fighter?

Depends on the category

Leo is the fastest and the one who can make the sharpest moves and complicated stunts,his also strong and clever but not too much to surpass Raph and Donnie,his weakness is his ‘too-daring and stubborn’ personality and heisting mind

Raph is the strongest,can break any hard material and can still stand in his ground even from many brutal hits,but his structure makes him slow and easy to predict due to him focusing more about fierce attacks rather then defense,his anger issues and overprotectiveness is also a problem

Donnie is the smartest,his tech is his strongest suite and makes him very deadly even for his species,but due to his sensitive senses and hidden fragile ego,he can be easily shattered if you can hit the right spot,he has also anger issues but it’s more controlled than Raph

Mikey is the wildest,his the wildcard so he can easily do things that are clever and unpredictable,he is also very acrobatic.His weakness though is that he is destructive and easily letting recklessness be his first choice when it comes to fighting

But if I could really tell who is the best fighter….It would be Leo,he’s one of those fighters who can also adapt to change and play pretend,his childish mind is the only thing hindering it from happening so for now,it would be Raph

Are any characters disabled?

(I don’t know if this is the right answers)

Donnie is partially deaf in his right ear,Leo had poor eyesight due to his turtle species,Mikey has a ‘something that makes you able to see colors and smell from noises or music’ and Raph is dyslexic

Are any characters neurodivergent?

Splinter has both ADHD and autism,all turtle boys have different types of ADHD and is autistic coded, and

April and Casey is also somewhat a neurodivergent

Are any characters queer?

It’s up to your interruptions due to not being really important in the timeline,you can have your own headcannon and I won’t mind it at all

Unless I say it is,this is still my creations and I want you to mind that this also means I get to say what the final call is or what headcannons I like for you to remove or keep

CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS:

Do Raph and Leo fight often?

Yes

MC Splinter is more strict and gave his sons more heavier duties due to the hamato clan’s past so,Leo is more stubborn and reckless and Raph is more overprotective and firm,they fight more often then their rise counterparts

It’s one of the reasons why Raph has a rage room

What is Bebop and Rocksteady’s relationship?

Best friends and Bromance forever

Would I be more further?

What is Casey and Raph’s relationship?

Frenemies

Raph hated Casey at first due to her being a vigilant but he slowly softened as she demonstrated that she could still be kind and helpful,and from the numerous times he helped him and his family

Same as Casey but she still reckless

Their love language is being stupid and sparing with each other

Is Splinter the turtles’ dad, sensei or both?

Both

But unlike Rise Splinter,This one is leaning more into the sensei part

But the boys still love him like a dad

How did Splinter meet the turtles?

And also because I’m still thinking about it

Is April considered a sibling?

Yes

April is an orphan and is considered a daughter to Splinter

Does April consider Splinter a parent?

Yes,very much

But like the boys,her relationship with him is a bit rough

But she still loves him though

How did the turtles meet April?

Still planing about that

But they kinda meet in their late kid years when their in patrol and others things happened blah blah blah

How did the turtles meet Casey?

Crimes,She did a lot of crimes

The authorities didn’t even bother her anymore from how many records of theft and violence she had done

So the boys were left to monitor her and be one of those minor villains that are more like a pain in the butt

Is there a romance? If so, between which characters?

That will still be established,I’m a sucker for slow burn so any romance would be slowly build in each arc

So you have to wait for it

Sparring,gardening,meditating,working out,doing solo patrols,making cloths with his knits,keeping his brothers safe from harm

Doesn’t really have a favorite sibling,but in secret..

Out of all his siblings,she is the one that at least could behave when she needs to and not set something on fire just because of spite or just for stupid fun

But he doesn’t hate the rest of his brothers,he just have a bit of ‘something’ with April when it comes to being a big sibling

What is —’s favorite kind of pizza

All Meat lovers

Due to his turtle species and something something else,he has a diet we’re it is mostly consist on meat and less with other things,he has to eat at least a recommended pounds of meat to regain energy

What interests does — have?

R&B music,Jupiter Jim,gardening,K-pop

He’s a little mature and doesn’t like to many distractions when it comes to his duty as a protector to his family and a hero to all

What weapon does — specialise in?

Due to Splinter’s strict teaching and the hamato tradition and the mission’s more harsher field,all hamato ninjas must be capable enough to use any weapon or item in their hands when in battle,so they could still fight without being in lower grounds

But the boys still have specific weapons that they are most specialist about,so

Raph still uses mostly his tonfas and sais,either mystic or not

Tell us a fun fact about —’s species!

Alligator snapping turtles have a worm tongue to lure fish for their next meal

So,Raph uses it when he goes for a little swim in the spring lake and want fresh fish for a meal

He also has many sharp teeth and a very very strong jaw to make him have the most deadliest bite out of all his brothers

He can bite a person’s head off clean and fast if he wants to

Leonardo/Leo/Blue

What hobbies does — have?

Sparring,reading comic books,singing,playing video games,making jokes and puns,making silly ‘harmful’ pranks,doing cool stunts

Boy has so many hobbies

Who is —‘s favourite sibling?

Donnie

No doubt,it’s donnie

It’s a twin thing,they’re the cool kids who are could the ‘chaotic duo’,’The Gemini twins’, and ‘The disaster twins’ for a reason,Raph knows if something would be in literal fire if they work together

What is —’s favourite kind of pizza

Hawaiian and pepperoni,the classics

He likes Hawaiian because it pisses of Donnie,who has a pineapple allergy,and Raph,who thinks it’s weird to have fruit mixed in with meat and diary

What interests does — have?

Glam rock and Pop music,Jupiter Jim,Anime,Nekos,K/J-pop and space

What weapon does — specialise in?

But the boys still have specific weapons that they are most specialist about,so

Leo still uses his double katana and odachi,either mystic or not

But he knows how to use other items and adapt to changes unlike his brothers can

Red eared slider have poor eyesight but excellent hearing

So,Leo uses contacts because of inborn partial blindness

But if he loses it in either in battle or he just misplaced it,he learned how to navigate his way by using hearing and vibration

He still finds it hard but he got better over time

Donatello/Donnie/Purple

What hobbies does — have?

Making tech and gadgets,reading,playing video games,writing,gardening,making small sample musics and listening to music while being alone,baking,K-pop dancing

Who is —‘s favourite sibling?

Errr,Mikey

His is the most understanding and doesn’t seem to pester him too much when it comes to his hobbies,unlike Leo and Raph

But he knows their only doing because their worried or concerned

What is —‘s favorite kind of pizza?

Plain cheese or pepperoni

But he has other favorite pizzas,his just a ‘little’ bit picky

Except for Hawaiian though,his allergic to pineapple

What interests does — have?

Science (obviously),literature,mystic stuff,fashion,video games,Jupiter Jim,k-pop and techno music

What weapon does — specialise in?

But the boys still have specific weapons that they are most specialist about,so

Donnie still uses his bō staff,either mystic or not

Spiny Soft-shelled turtles are territorial,will be aggressive and attack when provoked

So,Donnie has tendencies to lash out when his sleep deprived and moody and his brothers keep making loud noises,but he tries to figure out how to control it

He also has a flexible shell,so he can do difficult yoga poses and acrobatic stunts whenever he takes his battle shell off

But he rarely do it because it makes his muscles stiff easily

He also sometimes bury himself with pillows and blankets when his overwhelmed,like a real spiny soft-shelled turtle would do when disturbed

Michelangelo/Mikey/Orange

What hobbies does — have?

Making sculptures,painting,making digital or traditional artworks,cooking,doing temporary tattoos on his arms or legs,sticker making,breakdancing/Hip-hop dancing,meditating,K-pop

Who is —‘s favourite sibling?

Leo

Their both competitive and treat each other like normal brothers would do without mercy

They like to do cooking contest to see who could make the best dish ever,which would end up either a burnt kitchen/stove or Mikey wins

He also like Leo because of the pretty shapes he sees whenever he sings,he describes the scent of his singing as ‘ocean water and something woody or just something really fragrant like a good man perfume’

What is —’s favourite kind of pizza

Any kind really

He has a wide food pallet and isn’t picky when it comes to food

He also has a strong stomach that can make him eat anything without getting sick or getting disgusted by it

So,he is bound to be the one that tries out weird pizza combinations or questionable toppings,even if his brothers are concerned on how he’s still alive

Orange box-shelled turtles are semi-aquatic species of turtles

Which makes Mikey sometimes useless when it comes to water,he doesn’t like to swim and can’t go to missions that involves water or anything water related

He also has a hooked upper jaw that is a visible overbite that makes his bite sharper due it

But he keeps bitting his lower lip every time,so Splinter has to file it dull to make sure he doesn’t get hurt from it

Hockey,boxing,extreme sports,pranking people,sparring,street fighting,Rock n Roll

Anything that involves something hard like hockey stick or crowbar

But she does prefer hand to hand combat

Anything that doesn’t involve anchovies

But he prefers eating traditional Japanese foods,just because he prefers bold flavors and hates junk food

(Not because his old or something,he just doesn’t like it)

What interests does — have?

Meditating,Reading,Japanese traditions,Jazz music,baking,cooking,ASMR,K-drama,(some selected) telenovelas

What weapon does — specialise in?

He can fight with any weapon and anything

I love all my characters,they are all precious to me

Maybe the Baja blast duo or the disaster twins

Leo…

They have my fear and personality (minus Leo’s immaturity,I’m too mature for my age)

Tell us something you want to share about your au/iteration!

This will have ATLAs and Ninjago related stuff

Like the boys have their own respected elements that they can ‘partially’ bend,except for fire which they could all successfully do

This also lean away from the rise plot a little bit and have few changes that makes me rethink that maybe this could be my own iteration of tmnt but mostly using Rise basics than the rest of the tmnt artist does (which they usually use is either 2003 or 2012 or just the iconic stuff)

But the infos here are still raw so it may change if I finally found a solid replacement or due to the changing plot or because it needs to change,so prepare for that
