How ybout Shaw+gentleness?

I know he isnt gentle too much so i would like to see how would this turn out.

Gentleness., n.

He was aware that... unlike the rest of her suitors, he was more of rough around the edges kind of guy.

Brazen and unruly, rude and jarring- with a hair widths of an attitude of a thug.

He wasn't that bad per se. He knew that even those other suitors of hers had some bad side in them but while they were pricks in their own ways, there were some redeeming qualities in them that any other girl would've swoon after.

"Why me?" the question leaving his lips before he could even stop himself, eyes flitting around the room if it means avoiding her speculative gaze.

He swore the thought didn't bother him, he had more pressing thoughts to ponder on after all. And he swore it was a random thought crossing his mind- because he did not agonize over this matter during his sleepless nights nor during his more vulnerable state. This is all for curiosity's sake- for statistics.

Because he wasn't one to worry over these things.

"Because..." she spoke up, his ears straining, as his heart thumped loudly that he wondered if she could hear it against his chest. "Why not?"

He snorted, rolling his eyes at her as mirth danced through their eyes, feeling of doubt whispering in between the silence that came after. "I'm gonna need more than that, sweet pea."

Despite the bite behind those words, he watched as her eyes softened, scooting near him as if she's waiting for him to realize that the answer is right there in front of him all along.

When she's near enough, he reached out, twirling a stray strand of her hair before tucking it behind her ear while she cupped his jaw, gently turning him to look her in the eye.

Since when did she-

"Because." her voice resolute and firm, eyes twinkling as if she's letting her eyes convey what her words can't in fear of breaking the mood she had set between them.

Searching her eyes, he let out a small sigh of... relief? followed by a small scoff as his signature smirk slowly crept back across his mouth before leaning in, leaving a kiss on her forehead- small and light and yet held so much promise for her...for them.

Hello hello, anon! Even though Shaw can be... a brat sometimes, I do believe there’s gentleness in him that only MC can see hence this. 

I hope you like this one and I hope you all send me some more prompts. These are fun to write and I loved exploring these guys through the words you guys give.

So I saw from older post that among visual novels characters you also value Mitsuki, Shou, Peter, Cal... it says a lot, I love that fact cause honesty you've mentioned some of amazing, and deep, also -- well-written characters... Usually in these years, characters in v-novels are simply annoying... as for mlqc... - most of those guys in 'mr love' are annoying too in my opinion

Ah, back then, some months ago :) Glad you had a chance to find / see it then. Yes, those are my absolute favs pointed out / written there, next to Kiro, or Kiro next to them, doesn’t matter :) Love them, their backgrounds, their stories, they are precious characters

I've been wanting to do a drawing where I draw on top of a real photo lol. I went to this state park upstate NY and it was beautiful~ I had the help of my family for standing for me in the photos for reference HAHA. I'll be doing more of these in the near future cause I have a handful of photos I want to draw on top of.

Tell me again why I thought it was a good idea to purchase a bunch of posters at the time lol 🤣

I decided to put them away after a year or so of not being able to display them the way I wanted to. Each one actually came with 2 & that’s not even half the amount of posters that I own lol some of them were included as gifts for my purchases, etc. but anyways, the reality is that I own too many posters!!! & I just don’t have the space to display them 😭 

Back then, buying all the posters of my faves was a must. Nowadays, I won’t even take a second look when they release new ones lol I opt for purchasing Shikishi instead~ They are smaller in size compared to a poster which makes them much easier to display imo Not to mention that they’re sturdier and gorgeous af too! ↴

Most of the Shikishi I own are size 5x5, with the exception of the MLQC ones. I was expecting them to be small, so I was surprised when I opened the package and they turned out to be bigger. They're perfect though 👀 I love Shikishi so much & I’ll definitely be buying more in the future~ 😘  

(okay, but sometimes I still find myself buying a poster though because it’s too beautiful too pass. I can’t escape the hell lol)
