the law of assumption is all about forming assumptions and beliefs that serve u so that u can live the life of ur dreams. but like, how do u form assumptions and beliefs? its super simple ✨

the basis of changing a belief is changing ur assumptions around an already existing one. when we r born and even still now, our minds are literally so malleable. no one is born with a set of beliefs, these beliefs r impressed unto us by so many different factors such as family, surroundings and environment, society etc.
because there are no SET beliefs and beliefs are formed, that also gives us the power to form our own beliefs. what makes a belief a belief though is consistent reinforcement.
(IDENTIFY + MODIFY + REINFORCE = NEW BELIEF)
when u consistently reinforce and solidify ur belief it gets expressed in ur reality. ur belief that the sky is blue is a belief that you've had since FOREVER and thats why its expressed. ur belief that ur always broke is one that u consistently reinforce and thats why u experience it.
IDENTIFY ;
identify what beliefs u already have about something. then classify the belief as something favorable or unfavorable to u. for example if u wanna be rich and ur belief around money is that its super hard to make then you'd classify that as unfavorable.
MODIFY ;
now comes modification. lets go back to the example that we used above. the way we'd change the original belief (its super hard to make money -> INSERT NEW TRUTH) for inserting the new truth i recommend just using a simple affirmation.
REINFORCE ;
last but not last to learn anything and strengthen any belief repetition is key so u should persist in ur new belief. remember, its ur choice to choose a new belief so stand firm on ur decision.

🧼Do a favor to yourself, please drop the old story now!!!Stop complaining , stop persisting in the old story. Focus on the new story, replace the old story with the new story. The new story where you get everything you want and have all your desires. The more you are repeating the story , the more dominant it becomes, and you continue to manifest the old story in your reality.
🤍If you are repeating the old story , you are also consciously or unconsciously putting yourself in the victim mentality. Please realize that you are the creator of your reality, the old story has no control over you , you have control over the old story. Let's say , you want to manifest appearance change but you keep repeating the old story , do you think you will manifest the new story or you desire by continously repeating the old story ?
🧼The dominant story manifests - if your old story is more dominant than the new story then your old story will continue to manifest and vice versa. Now how do we make the new story more dominant than the old one ? According to me , you must affirm to remind yourself of the new story , in other words , affirm to remind yourself that you already have your desires. Mental diet is always helpful , focus on the new story more. ( click me to know more about mental diet !) The more you affirm that " you are chosen " the more dominant " you are chosen" story will manifest in your reality.
🤍If you have read my previous post ( click me !) where I mentioned the difference between conscious and subconscious mind, our subconscious mind is emotional and can't differentiate between what is real and what is fiction.Our subconscious mind is our naive friend who believes whatever we tell them.We should use this to our advantage. "Your subconscious mind is like a bed of soil that accepts any kind of seed , good or bad . Your thoughts are active;they are the seeds. Negative , destructive thoughts continue to work negatively in your subconscious mind. 🧼For instance, you want to manifest clear skin but you keep seeing tiny bumps on your skin. Don't complain about it or react, tell yourself how you have the most clearest skin in the universe!!! What tiny bumps ?? Your skin is so clear that even WONYOUNG IS JEALOUS!! or let's say you want to manifest a good self- concept, to manifest good self- concept , stop complaining about your old one! If you aren't telling it to anyone but telling yourself about how you have it all and everything always works out for you. You aren't only creating a new self concept or a new story , you are rewiring your subconscious and the 3D reality into becoming what you want. Stop telling yourself the old story , it doesn't exist. Only your new story exists where you have everything you want.
🤍Sometimes you may need to push yourself to affirm the new story. Leaving the old story may cause discomfort but it's totally worth it ! Don't allow the old story or the unwanted 3D reality to take the best of you. You deserve a good life, you deserve to be happy ! 💗
🧼Be delusional, you have your desires because you said so !! Anything is possible , there are no limits. You are limitless !!
🤍It's okay to react , waver or doubt yourself but it's not okay to stay there forever. Feel your emotions, but get back on track.

the bridge of events.
something that most of us eventually do or have done is try to "fix" a certain situation in our physical worlds. we have encountered something very unlikable and therefore want to "un-manifest" it by thinking of a way to do so. however, that's not your job. moreover, that's not your GOAL.
definition.
the "bridge of events" refers to the lined up situations you will have to experience or go through in order to reach the physical fulfillment of your desire. it's an unpredictable process that describes how, when and where you will receive your desire in the outer world, basically the "bridge" that's between your current and your desired reality.
disregard the bridge.
can you decide the way in which your heart's desires are going to come to fruition? most definitely, you can. but you don't have to. see, you don't have to come up with a detailed solution on how an unfavourable situation is going to change to a favourable one. you don't have to mess around with logical possibilities and realistic outcomes. actually, you don't even need to be bothered by it. you do not need to worry at all.
concentrate on the destination.
you only need to be concerned about WHAT you want, nothing and no one else. you need to focus on what's at the end of the line and fixate your mind on it. nail your thoughts on the version of yourself who HAS and IS what you wish to have or be already, and don't care about the obstacles in your reality. don't "reason" your way into obtaining your desire. go to the end and make sure to stay in alignment with that version of yours. dwell on that version. be it, be the end, not the bridge. do not wait or wonder. enjoy your desire. experience it in the mind. within an infinite range of realities, your desired one already EXISTS!
renounce all circumstances.
if you witness something that brings you off track or just generally throws you off your path, what are you going to do?
exactly, you are going to dismiss it. it's entirely up to you if you use a different term to deal with the outer world — such as ignore, renounce, abandon, neglect, reject, refuse — as long as you do not accept it as true.
whatever happens physically is none of your concern, none of your interest and not worth your time, energy and attention. do not let it get in your way. do not let it affect or influence your new, freshly established assumptions. because the undesirable reality that's currently being displayed isn't the reality you want to begin with. the reality you are manifesting ISN'T the one you are experiencing right now! it has nothing to do with you. you are not obligated to accept or associate yourself with it. it holds no truthfulness, no rightness, no correctness and definitely no realness. and remember: it does not serve as a form of validation either!
do not interfere with the physical. do not intervene. do not take action. withhold from any acts that do not take place in the mind. leave the world as it is, as the old reality doesn't reflect your new one anymore.
consequently, feel the way you would feel and then let go of it. you want to distance yourself from the story that's no longer yours. you no longer identify with that version of self anymore.
"the display of the old story and its circumstances isn't an invitation to return back to it."
persist in imagination.
let it come to pass. let it unfold in your reality. simply persist in your newly chosen reality. select your desired reality every day and don't stop. accept it as true, as correct and as real. your imagination is your confirmation. your imaginative acts are your source of validation. so have faith and trust yourself.
the thing is, if you continuously persist in your desired outcome, you are going to walk the bridge one way or another. your desire is going to announce itself and you will acknowledge it — there is no way around it! it WILL show up, and you WILL notice it. you HAVE to. that's the law!

A lot of people don't realize the fact that no matter what's happening in the 3d , they can change it anytime. Some of you guys don't realize the power you hold so I'm here to remind you.
You are the cause of your consciousness, therefore you are the creator of your reality. Only your beliefs matter, not the 3D. Do not give attention to the 3D except for what you want to experience. Everything is you pushed out, so it is you in control and nothing else.

Want an appearance change ? Great , decide what you want to look like and it's already done
It doesn't matter what you want , it doesn't matter what techniques you use the only thing that matters is that you know that you have it right now, in this moment.

Every time you think of your desire imagine all good scenarios you want where you have those pretty curly hair, literally feel the fulfillment you have because you have you literally have your desires and nothing can stop you from having your dream life in your mind !!
It can eventually become a method just like robotic affirmations, you just daydream whenever you feel like to and feel the fulfillment of already having your desire.
And don’t forget to persist too, persist that those daydreaming scenarios are not just scenarios but your true reality your true life !!

Now I don't want to promote illigal actions but if you want you can go in those grunge like Abandoned places like an old train or wall and sign it or do graffiti on it!
୨୧Go on a trip with your friends୨୧
It doesn't have to be too long, it can be just as short as going in the sea! Or drive with your bike through the hills of the city, it can just be a walk too!
୨୧Get a secret place/hideout୨୧

This is so movie like, if you notice everyone has a special place where to hangout, some times it's a studio, sometimes it's a tree house other times it can be the school library or just an abandoned place! If you want for example to make your life more like a movie, places like this will immediately make you affirm that "I the teenage dream life" or that "my life it's like a coming of age movie".

Idea that came from the one and only mean girls! You don't really have to do it with your friends, just do it for yourself and unleash your rage, this is an amazing outlet for rage and other feelings that may distrupt you thought processing in your manifestation!
୨୧Watch childhood movies୨୧
Barbie movie, monster high movies, bratz movies etc ... If you have DVDs try to look between them, maybe you'll find some good oldie! You can even do a movie night just about hitting some nostalgia! Try to remember the feelings your felt while watching them, and use those positive feelings in your manifestations.
୨୧Photobooths and polaroids୨୧

I realise that once I have committed to only go back to being the inner man, the 3D naturally means NOTHING to me. I don't have to deliberately "ignore" the 3D because I am already being the inner man who already has everything, it's just second nature to me! Then feelings of calmness and peace will just flow in without me having to worry about the 3D, doubts, or negative thoughts. Regardless of what I feel or think at different points of time, I always go back to being the inner man because that is ME. THE REAL ME.

this concept is from solar subs THE CREATORS CODE. shes also on youtube (she makes subliminals) her work is rly amazing and i highly recommend reading it to anyone who is new to manifesting.
i wanted to introduce a concept of a mental diet game that i learned about in something called the creators code. it rly helped me to understand the concept of mental diets and i think it’ll help you to understand it, AND put it into practice.

the objective in the mental diet game is to NOT LET YOUR OPPONENT SCORE, opponent being opposing thoughts/limiting beliefs. so basically how you do a mental diet is to be conscious and attentive to your thoughts. you start by asking yourself 
what am i thinking right now? 
is this a useful thought?
what makes a thought useful is entirely dependent on you and what you are manifesting. if your answer was YES then awesome, continue thinking about it. if the answer was NO then the next course of action would be to think ;  
is it productive and true to who i am?
STOP and block the ball (the ball = opposing thoughts)
be still and know that you’re literally god (or whatever empowering affirmation you use to remind yourself that you’re the creator)
keep in mind that mental diets do in fact require effort, as does becoming a master of your mind but that's what this blog is about isn’t it? the stricter you are with your mental diet, the more you are aware of your thoughts and you’ll eliminate limiting/contradictory thoughts quicker.

girlie hi, what i do to robotic affirm is written in this post, i think this is enough for a tutorial but if anything is unclear let me know. and these are the affirmations i used.
so basically what I do is:
- write a list of affirmations (example: “i am a master shifter, i shift in command, shifting is easy”, etc…)
- give the list a name (example: “shift list”)
- start affirming for the list, so it works as an umbrella kind of affirmation (example: “i manifested my shift list”)

When you get caught up thinking "but I can't see it now" and you lose yourself in thought, that is why things don't materialize. It all comes down to your relationship with the Self. It has always been there with you, you just have to quiet down the noise you've accumulated so you know and trust. When it is all silent for a moment, everything arises. When you know you are that I AM always, that is when everything can come to your reality in the 3D. You simply become aware of it and it is. You are that which is infinite. You can be infinite joy or infinite sadness. Nothing is too big or too small for you to be, for you are that consciousness. Nothing you want in materialization is outside yourself - it is all inside.
It doesn't matter what is in your mind. We cannot control our thoughts. All we can do is not hold onto them. You have to let the thoughts pass through you and not attach yourself to them. Let them be there but not identify with them. Let them be there and let go of their power by not identifying. You can practice this: You can simply say 'this thought is not mine' or 'this thought belongs to someone else' or 'I am not this thought'. Or just observe your thoughts but do not judge them in any way. This is difficult at first because we naturally have this instinct to identify with anything that pops up. Be mindful and remind yourself that you do not need to claim any thought for it is simply not true. It is not you, do not resist being 'you' by resisting the thoughts that rise up, for you are so much more. This is practice, you can only let go of the habit of identifying. Let go of the sense of duty. Everything is already done, but we like to hold on. We think we need to remember and constantly re-affirm. It's ok, and we all do it, but it is not necessary. It is the feeling of need and urgency that brings everything into your experience. When you need nothing, everything comes. Everything you desire is already within you. There is nothing outside to be fulfilled. You are already whole. The moment you are with yourself, all you are truly with is that I AMness. You have nothing to do, you are simply a being. It is just a matter of being comfortable with yourself and letting go of anything else that makes you think you need anything else.
