I think one of my favourite things about plurality is firsts.
Things as mundane as first time brushing our hair, first time choosing a meal, first time going shopping, but then there's ones as special as first haircut, first time buying an outfit, first time presenting as oneself.
I just got my hair done. We all pretty much wanted the same thing - just a better version of what we already had. But Soma and Excal came along for the ride, and feeling and hearing them be enamoured with the experience was fucking amazing. And now we're voting on what colour to dye our hair next time!
Would love to hear other plural's thoughts on this.
Darrell's first day as a ship's cat and bosun's mate on the tall ship Lady Washington!
Here he is inspecting the quality of coils, making sure passengers were heeding the "no smoking" rule, and standing bow watch through the anchor hawse.
He looked very dapper in his PFD and sunglasses! (I highly recommend looking into Surfer Cat for harnesses and PFDs made to fit cat bodies specifically. their gear is well designed, and they are a small company with excellent customer service!)
Angling in Teyvat: a Glimpse into Aquatic Life across the Continent
From the vast freshwater rivers of Sumeru to the dark depths of Inazuma, aquatic life is diverse and widespread in Teyvat. Some that are common and widely available in fish markets and ponds, and others that only a handful of people have even seen alive in their natural habitat.
Hope you liked this mini series, I might make more if y'all want it :>
It was a little crowded at the fish port. So here’s a little color study of some Mayamaya on display.
EDIT:
They’re actually called Bukaw-bukaw according to my parents lmao. They also said the fish got its name because of the eyes. They’re huge just like an owl’s and in Hiligaynon owls = bukaw. The fish is also a fave of my lolo’s and tita to grill/sugba.
Does anyone else get exhausted when splitting a new alter, even if you don't really realize you're splitting?
For example, I'm pretty sure we have a new alter. Xyr name is Solen, and xyr still getting used to being in and around the system, switching, and existing in the first place (mostly that last one - I can understand lol)
And, coincidentally, we tend to get really really tired when we have a new alter forming.
Does anyone else experience this? I feel like it's implied in a lot of posts, but never explicitly confirmed.
(Note: splitting can absolutely be replaced with forming here, depending on if you see a distinction!)
