On a side note I wonder if Gilbough is old enough that he was around when Rust quit and knows of his rep. He was kinda giving off the vibe that he was trying to bait Rus to do the work for them. If so good for you Gilbough. LOL. He looked pretty damn triumphant when they showed up in the last ep. to clean up the mess. 

It would also go along with the using Rust thing. Maybe I think too much. I'm too far down the rabbit hole.
